RunAfter a day of not visiting the wolves when she had so many questions in her head, Shinyoung decided to pay them a visit. This time, she made sure to inform Seungkwan where she was heading and her twin smiled. He was touched that she actually remembered what he told her about feeling slightly taken aback the fact that she left without telling him.
Strangely enough, most of the knights were busy especially the wolves. Shinyoung couldn't spot any of them at all for the day, not even one of them. She thought that maybe Seungkwan purposely gave them a lot of tasks to complete so that she could escape without getting caught. Or maybe they were having an event at the closest time?
However, Shinyoung decided to go by foot as her horse seemed to be in an unhealthy condition. She thought it might be because of the weather. It was extremely cold today and she couldn't even stand it herself. And so, alone she went into the woods in the cold weather.
Just as she was struggling while walking in the white snow, she stopped humming when her foot stepped into a deep part of the snow causing her to struggle even more to get her foot out. She shook her foot whilst pulling it out and she fell down as she released her foot. The Princess winced a bit and quickly scrambled on her feet as she could feel the cold snow on her bottom.
"Now, why would a Princess decided to walk instead of riding her own horse?"
Shinyoung craned her neck from her dress and towards the voice. She was half surprised half embarrassed when she saw Junhui standing in front of her as he looked at her. He had a smile on his face, an amused, glister smile. One that could actually make your heart race without a reason. Despite the doubts she had against him, he was still too charming for her.
"My horse is sick and I'm not a doctor so I can't heal it at the moment." Shinyoung answered as she walked next to him. "And why is it that you're always alone?" Junhui asked. "My twin is a King, I can't involve him always." Shinyoung answered casually. For a moment, the two walked in silence until they reached to a turn.
"What about you? What are you doing out here alone?" It was Shinyoung's turn to ask. "I love to wander around. It makes me at ease." Junhui answered as a smile played on his face as he looked up at the sky. "And your friends don't?" Shinyoung chuckled as she asked him. Junhui didn't answer her but grinned instead as he looked at her.
"Have you ever heard the tale of Red Riding Hood?" Junhui suddenly asked as they were reaching the cottage. Shinyoung recalled the tale, it was about a girl, a wolf and her grandmother. But what made her wonder was why the question. "Of course I have, it's a child's bedtime story. Why'd you ask?" Shinyoung questioned, glacing a look at him.
"Yes, but I haven't heard of the Red Riding Hood's version. I was told of the wolf's version." Junhui said and that was somehow intimidated her. Before she could even ask further, the male spoke first. "
