"Your Royal Highnesses Prince Seungkwan and Princess Shinyoung!"

One of the guards informed aloud as Seungkwan and Shinyoung were about to walk down the stairs. Before they even reached the stairs, the two twins had planned on bailing the party as they were extra nervous that normal but they obviously can't. Poor twins, they had no choice to but face the people despite the lump in their throats.

Shinyoung held onto her brother's arm as they walked down the stairs, she had to be cautious because she could trip on her dress at any moment if she acted recklessly, ah the hard part of being royalty.

All eyes were literally on them as they walked down, it was as if time had stopped, it felt surreal to the twins. Seungkwan saw a lot of unfamiliar faces for the first time as he did invite all those people in the kingdom, he flashed a smile every time he caught their eyes. When they were finally on the same grounds as others, the guard gathered the guests attention yet again for a thankful speech by the celebrated twins. Shinyoung grinned at her brother as she felt odd by all the stares they were receiving. Seungkwan smiled cheekily at his twin as he cleared his throat to talk on behalf of his sister and himself.

"I thank all those who came tonight. We thought it might be merrier to invite all of those in the kingdom, enjoy the night and thank you for coming." Seungkwan bowed a bit, followed by the Princess and all of the guests. The musician start to play some songs and as if on cue all the people stepped behind and formed a circle in the middle.

The twins wanted to laugh as they never liked dancing but, oh well. Seungkwan and Shinyoung went to the center and they started dancing to the new moves they were taught. Both of them wanted to laugh as all eyes laid on them once they started to dance, soon enough more aristocrats joined and ballroom looked beautiful with dresses twirling in the center.

After a while of dancing, it finally came to a part where they were supposed to switch partners. Soon enough, Seungkwan found himself with a marquess's daughter. Shinyoung had to chuckle when the girl seemed to be having a hard time remembering the steps and her brother kept on a straight face.

Shinyoung finally turned to look at her current partner's face, oh how it made her heart almost stopped beating. He wasn't hideous, of course not. He was more attractive than any of the noblemen she had ever met. I have never seen him before, she thought to herself. She kept her eyes on him as they danced, as if she was under a hypnosis.
