Zelo's Hyungs
The NeighborsYOONGI POV
Thursday went by peacefully. I stayed home all day in fear of running into the neighbors.
On Friday morning, the pinging of my phone rudely awaked me. Even after a few minutes, it was still going. When I checked, I saw a bunch of texts from Zelo. They all went something along the lines of:
‘Hyung! When are you coming over?’
‘You said you’d come today!’
‘Hyuuuuuuung~’
‘Answer meeeeeeeeee’
Before he could continue to blow up my phone with his texts I called him.
“Yoongi-hyung!”
“Zelo it’s 7 in the morning,” I said, voice husky from sleep
“I know! So when are you coming over?”
This kid…
“Probably in the evening, around 6,”
“But hyung!”
“I have work Zelo, I’ll come after that,”
“You have to, OK?”
“Yes, I will. Just text me the address, ONLY the address, you nearly blew up my phone just now,”
“OK hyung. See you later!”
“Yeah, you too. Bye,”
I love Zelo and all, but sometimes I wonder how people deal with him…
I went back to bed and woke up around 11. My shift at the café doesn’t start till 2, and it ends at 4.
I was lounging around the house, when I got a call from an unknown number around 1. After ignoring it, I got a text from the same number.
‘Hey Yoongi-hyung! It’s me Jimin! ^^’
My eyes widened, I called the number back.
“Hello-“
“-How the hell did you get my number?”
“You could’ve at least said hello…” he grumbled. I could imagine him pouting at the other end of the line. “Chaerin-noona told us yesterday while you were upstairs,”
“Seriously?!?” That means she gave my number to everyone in that house. Uggh…
“Yup! She’s really nice! You should both come again sometime,”
No comment. “Why’d you call?”
“Yoongi-hyung you’re so mean!”
“Uh-huh, that’s not gonna change.”
“But I still love you~”
“I’m gonna hang up-“
“-No no wait! We were wondering if you wanted to come to the park with us later today,”
“I can’t, I’m busy,”
“Doing what?”
“None of your business.”
“Pleeeeeeaaaase~”
“No, I have to go somewhere,”
“Fine, but you have to come with us next time, OK?”
“I’m not guaranteeing anything,”
“Fine…”
“I’m hanging up.”
“Bye Yoongi-hyung! I love you-“
I hung up and covered my now-warm face with my hands and leaned against the couch.
Work went by more or less normally; soon it was time to set off for Zelo’s place.
I went home, took a long shower and slipped into some dark jeans, a loose white shirt, and a beanie. It was about 5:15 when I called Zelo and told him I’d be there in a bit.
I took the bus, and soon arrived at the address. The house was a good-sized one, located in a nice neighborhood. Zelo did say he was living with his hyungs, they must be nice people if they were taking care of him.
I walked up to their door about to ring the bell, when the door was yanked open by a very excit
