Chapter 5: Let’s Get It On

Days have passed and I can still see Jr’s sad eyes.

*flashback*

“Jinyoung?” Mark said.

Jr and I saw Mark together with Yerin. Jr seemed to be smiling but deep inside he’s not. Is Yerin the person he’s mentioning, the girl who is being treated as a little sister? As I remember, Jackson told me that before.

“You’re Rhianne, right?” Mark asked.

“Uhm, yes. You remembered me.” I said.

“Jinyoung always talks about you in our dorm. By the way, why are you two together? Are you dating?” Mark asked.

“Oh, no, no. He just saw me at the rooftop and he just helped me on something. That’s all.” I said.

Yah, Mark. You’re the one I like not Jr although, I feel comfortable with Jr.

“So, where are you going?” Jr asked Mark.

“Oh, I just asked Mark oppa to accompany me at the music room. I left something there.” Yerin answered.

“Oh, okay. We’ll be going.” Jr said then he held my hand and we ran down the stairs.

I don’t feel any pain for myself because I know Mark treats Yerin as his sister but for Jr…

When we were on the ground floor, Jr looked at me and smiled.

“You’ll be fine here right? I’m going back to the dorms. Practice your song, with emotions. I want to see you debut soon.” he said.

“Yah, thank you. Uhm, if you have any problem or someone you need to talk to you can call me.” I said.

“Oh yes, uhm, so I’ll be getting your number.” Jr said while smiling.

We exchanged numbers as well as our goodbyes.

I went back to the dorm and I saw my roommates sleeping already. It seems like they are very tired from today’s practice. I think I need a rest too.

*end of flashback*

Today’s the evaluation day. For the new trainees, it’s going to be our first time. We don’t know what may happen but I hope I’ll be able to sing fine. We prepared ourselves. Some even prepared a lot of props, costumes and others while I’m just wearing a white fitted shirt, tucked in inside a pink pants (pink actually is my favorite color. lol), a pink cap and a doll shoes. Together with my pink guitar, I look very girly. Yay. Haha.

We are already inside the auditorium when 2pm, together with Miss A, GOT7 and 15& entered.

Oh my gosh. It looks like they are going to watch the evaluation. Kyaaa~ O.o

I saw Jr. Good thing he looks fine there. When they were all sitting down, I went near him.

*poke* *poke*

Jr looked at me.

“Ooh, Rhianne! Wow, you look very girl today huh? So how are you feeling?” he asked.

I put my thumbs up showing him that I’m feeling great.

“Oh, noona?” Bambam said.

I bowed down to him for greetings.

“You’re going to perform too? Ohh, I’m going to wait for it. Fighting!” Bambam said.

“Thank you. I’ll be going.” I told them.

Suddenly, someone held my hand. When I look back, it was Jr. I raised my eyebrows that were like asking him, ‘Why?’

“Good luck!” he said. I smiled at him.

The program started with JYP’s message.

“Today, I hope everyone is feeling great! I would like to welcome 2pm, Miss A, GOT7 and 15& who came to watch our trainees first evaluation. As we all know, you would be ranked up or down base on your performance. So I’m hoping for a great performance. For all the trainees, be prepared for a surprise.” then he went down on stage.

The performance of the higher levels was the first one. They were so good. It seems that they really prepared for it. I saw C, Jisoo and Minyoung together with 3 more girls. They performed really well. I didn’t know C was so good in dancing.
