#1 Look and ShootSorry if there's any typos ^~^ it's a really short chap but I'll try to update again today Enjoy~
Jadyn POV
I was observing the garden lighting of the Jung mansion with my hands hid in the pockets. I had slipped away to clear my mind, but that was the last thing that I was doing. I was confused, totally lost. I couldn’t stop thinking about Jessica and I didn’t know why. I didn’t like her, but I needed her close. I couldn’t have her close, but I hated to think she was far away. Now that I was in her house, the last thing that I wanted was to see her, but I know that I would have her in front of me during the dinner and it overwhelmed me.
I hear steps and I turned around. Jessica appeared in the gloomy gallery. She seemed surprised to see me. She put her hair behind her ear and looked around thinking how to get out of there.
I swallowed; I didn’t want to talk to her, but I was raging to hear her voice.
I stared at her, this time in a different way. She was really amazing that she seemed like a dream.
She come closer a few steps.
—What are you doing here? —She asked almost whispering
—I was trying to… think
She smiled weakly, trying to mock me, but she failed and I didn’t know how to take that gesture
—I wanted to… before…—she didn’t know how to talk to me—. I wanted to thank you for… helping me in the school.
Now it was me the one who was smiling. I returned my eyes to the garden.
—I know how to do a lot of things aside of making people hate me. —I wanted to say sarcastically, but I failed, it rather come out, in a sad and way.
Jessica stiffed. She sensed I was trying to ignore her.
—I don’t know what else you can do, but I must congratulate you for saving me from a big drop and making me hate you.
She started to leave, but my voice retained her.
—You hate me? —I asked in a small voice
Truly speaking, and being disgustingly honest, it was the last thing I wanted to hear. If she said yes, would it… hurt me?
“Stupid jerk. Stop drooling about her and get out of there”, I though
—That’s what you wanted, don’t be surprised now —she whispered dragging every word
Jessica POV
I wanted to leave, but, I helplessly, waited. I hoped
