Chapter Seven

~Bad Liar~

When Luhan left, all eyes were on Yoomi. Her head was still down.

"Yoomi, I already bought you some new clothes. I hope you like them. They're in your closets," Nai Nai said.

Closets, Yoomi repeated in her head. I have more than one closet. I didn't even have one back at home.

"Yoomi noona, I'm not busy today, do you wanna go do something?" Sehun asked brightly.

"Yah, she's not your noona," Xiumin said.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" Sehun asked.

"Yeah...about that. She's only eighteen years old," Suho said.

"What?! Eighteen?!" Sehun, Tao, and Kai all yelled at the same time, making Yoomi jump.

Sehun stared at Yoomi in disbelief.

"No wonder you look so young," Sehun said.

Yoomi didn't even dare to look at the person talking to her. All she wanted to do was go back into the room that would from now be hers and only hers. That was when another thought came into her mind.

D-do I have to share the same bed and room as him?!

Yoomi slumped down. Nai Nai smiled.

"I already have all of your books in a backpack in your closet. Feel free to do anything

with them. They are now yours. Everything in your room is yours. Treat this house like it's your very own house. But, you and Luhan will move out after your marriage. Spend this month getting to know EXO. I'm pretty sure that they'll become an important part of your life," Nai Nai said.

Yoomi nodded.

We'll have our own house?

Yoomi sighed.

"You'll also have your own maids, so you don't have to worry about the cleaning and cooking part. Just focus on your studies. I believe that music was your major?" Nai Nai asked.

Yoomi nodded again. Nai Nai smiled.

"Well, then. That's good. I already bought you some new instruments for your new house. Oh, I'm sorry, I've already bought you and Luhan a new house. Is that fine with you?"

No, I want to leave here forever.

Yoomi again, nodded.

"Yah. Dongsaeng, do you want to do anything. Like go out and buy clothes or something?" Tao asked.

"Like what? Gucci?" Chen laughed.

Tao shot Chen a death glare.

"Be quiet, before I shut you up with my wu shu," Tao said like a little kid.

Chen rolled his eyes.

"I can totally beat you."

Tao returned his attention back to Yoomi. Yoomi kept quiet. She didn't nod or shake her head this time. Instead, Yoomi stood up and walked to Jason. She slightly tugged on his arm, making him look down at her. Even though Yoomi was scared of him, she somehow also felt safe around him. Jason usually put up an expressionless facade on, but not always. He only did that to intimidate people, which worked on Yoomi. Jason was actually a nice, caring, and an out-going guy. He dedicated his life to the Lu Family and the EXO brothers. He was like their father.

When Jason saw Yoomi standing right next to him, he softened. She looked scared. She seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. When Yoomi tugged on his arm, he took that as that she wanted to return back to her room. Jason looked at Nai Nai. Nai Nai smiled and nodded once. Jason nodded back and began walking back towards her room.

"Follow me, miss."

Luhan sat back into his chair. He put his head back and closed his eyes. An image of a scared Yoomi flashed before his eyes. He immediately opened his eyes again. He sighed.

I can't stop thinking about her. But, does she even talk? Quiet. Her profile said that she was quiet. Is she a mute? I wouldn't mind, less problems to deal with.

There was a knock at the door. Luhan looked forward.

"Come in," Luhan said.

Luhan's personal assistant, Choi Minho, walked into the room.

"Lu-hyung, I have some completed files for you to look over," Minho said.

"Oh, leave it on my desk."

Luhan was very close to Minho. They were also like brothers. Since they were so close, Luhan didn't like it whenever Minho called him CEO. So Luhan insisted on Minho calling Luhan, Lu-hyung.

Luhan sat back again and sighed.

"What's wrong?" Minho asked as he made his self comfortable on one of the couches.

"Nothing, it's just Nai Nai wants me to get married to this girl that I just met yesterday. I didn't even know her name until this morning," Luhan sighed.

Minho smiled.

“It was a one-night stand wasn't it?" Minho laughed.

Luhan gave Minho an "Are you serious?" look. Minho put his hands up in defense.

"Okay, okay. I was just kidding."

Luhan sighed again. All this sighing was just going to make him age faster.

"It's much more serious than that Minho."

"Is she pregnant?!" Minho asked.

"Shhh!" Luhan hushed Minho. "Not so loud."

"So, she is," Minho said with big eyes.

"No! She's not! She's some random girl that Nai Nai stalked for a whole year. Now Nai Nai thinks that she's the perfect bride and she wants me to marry the girl! She's only eighteen!" Luhan said frustrated.

Minho's mouth opened in an "o" shaped as he nodded.

"Is she pretty?" Minho bluntly asked.

"Yes," Luhan said a bit too fast.

"Hehe, you like her don't you?"

"W-what? N-no. I-I-I d-don't," Luhan stuttered.

"You know, Luhan, you're very bad at lying," Minho stated the obvious.

Luhan rolled his eyes.

"A-am not!"

"Gosh, hyung stop acting like a little kid."

"Hump!" Luhan crossed his arms. "I don't like her!"

"Okay then. Whatever you say," Minho smiled.

Luhan rolled his eyes again.

"Whatever. Don't you have anything better to do than bother me? I have some paperwork to finish," Luhan said.

Minho smiled again.

"Okay! Bye-bye, Lu-hyung! I'll be back!" Minho winked and left the room, closing the door behind him.

Luhan slumped back into his seat.

Great, now he's going to tell everyone.
