The bell rang signalling the long hour of lunch break. The students turned to you as always 

and waited for you to step out of class first. You softly sighed and headed outside with 

the 11 boys by your side. You could already hear the whispers of the class about you and EXO. 

"Why does she has the handsome boys by her side?" "Didn't they hear the stories about her?" 

"Aren't they afraid of her?" Questions that hurted your chest were heard everywhere.

"Wow those people even make space for us to pass. So kind of them." Tao commented with

a grin. Kris shook his head. "Shut up." he said. Tao titled his head. 

Once all of you were out from the room, you faced them. "Guys?" you called. "Hm?" they looked at you. 

"I'm going to eat somewhere else, you guys can go to the cafeteria of the school and see you here

after this break ends. Arasso?" you bit your lip as you lowered your head. 

"Where are you going to eat?" Chen asked. "Uhm somewhere." you awkwardly patted your head. 

You didn't want them to know, you were eating alone at the music room. 

"We will go with you." Luhan said. "No!" you immediately shook his head. "Please just go to the 

cafeteria and I will see you later." you pleaded and left holding your lunch box, heading to the music room. 

EXO watched you as you walked away, they looked and nodded at each other. 

You quietly ate your lunch, the munching of your mouth and the gulping of the water was only heard. 

Everything was quiet and peaceful. You liked that. Suddenly there was a knock at the door. 

The very first time someone knocked at that door. Everyone knew you were there and didn't dare to knock. 

You stood up and slowly moved towards the door with a pounding heart, who was it?

Was it those people who bully you a lot and ask for a sorry? Or to make everthing worst?

You took a deep breath and opened the door. "Oh...why are you guys here? I told you

to stay-" "Jihyun-ah." Luhan called. You stopped talking as you looked at him confusely. 

"Look, we don't want to leave you alone. We don't want you here, eating alone with no one by

your side. We don't want you looking sad and getting hurt by those people." Luhan stepped closer to you.

You were surprised at how Luhan talked to you like that, even the rest of the boys.

They didn't know that Luhan had that side of him. It was suprising, EXO felt something different

about their friend, something wrong was happening. 

"Aren't we friends?" Luhan looked at you, his eyes shining. "Friends are suppose to comfort

and be always with each other." Luhan patted your shoulder, you lifted your head with watery eyes. 

"You guys don't understand!" you stepped back from Luhan's hand. 

"Everyone in this school hates me! Everyone here think im some kind of possessed or think that 

I meditate with ghosts. Everyone is afraid of me." Tears started falling down to your cheeks. 

"If you guys are always be with me, the students here will think the same thing to you and I don't like that.

I don't want them to hate you or bully you guys. You already have that popularity and I don't want to 

be the reason to destroy it." you bit your lip to stop yourself from crying. 

EXO softened. They understood everything that you were trying to do. 

"We don't need that popularity." Kai spoke. "We don't want girls screaming and following us 

everywhere we go." Chanyeol smiled. "

We don't care if they bully us." Lay smiled showing his cute dimple. "We will protect you." Chen nodded. 

"We will fight everything together." Xiumin and Tao pumped their fist.

"As long as we're all together." Luhan smiled. 

Their words touched your heart. Now you really know they are true friends. 

True friends that care. At that moment you were so blessed to have them. 

You wiped your tears away as you raised up your eyeglasses. 

"I know that everything will be hard at first but then in the last you will see everyone will 

accept us." Kris said. "We have to face everything with confidence, knowlegde and power, like

my father says." Suho patted your shoulder with a smile on his face. 

"Let's go and face them. Let's go to the cafeteria together." Luhan announced. 

Everyone stepped out of the music room and headed to the cafeteria. 

Your heart was beating fast. It has been years since you entered the cafeteria. 

The last time you were there was the very first days of your high school. After they bullied

you hard by spilling food all over you, you decided to stop and found the music room.

The music room was your shelter through all those people. 

You could already hear the noise of the students and felt uncomfortable. 

Sehun who was beside you noticed it. "Fighting." he cutely pumped his fist. You gave 

him a tiny smile. "So this is it...the cafeteria." D.O announced as you were infront of the doors. 

You gulped. "Ready?" Luhan turned to you. "I guess." you took a deep breath and Tao 

opened the door. Everyone turned to your way surprised but most of all shocked. 

The whole cafeteria suddenly was dead silent. 

"Let's go grab something to eat I'm hungry!" Tao said and grabbed a tray and filled it

with food and the rest of you follow him. All of you sat on an empty table and started

chatting comfortably. Of course you were still uneasy about this situation but 

EXO was helping perfectly fine.

"Yah why are you all silent and surprised?" Chanyeol shouted at the students. 

"Are we so fun to watch? Right Jihyun?" Luhan laughed as he glanced at you. You nodded 

as you looked at him, feeling your heart beat fastened than before, you cleared your throat and 

drank water.  "Eat your food before break is over!" Kai shouted and everyone started eating

and chatting normally.

A group of girls and boys stared at your group annoyed by your presence. 

"Should we beat them up Jiyeon?" the guy named Jinwoon asked the girl with pigtails. 

"Not the boys, Kang Jihyun." she smirked.

*She's a for trying to steal my future boyfriend. Luhan.* she smirked as she watched you 

smiling and laughing with him.
