Rubric
The Title (/5)
Is this title enticing? Can it attract my attention? Is it relevant to your story?
Description and Foreword(/10)
So I've decided to read your story, how will you try to draw me in with your description? Is it enough to keep me reading? Or will I just click back because I'm uninterested with what you have in store?
Plot and Originality(/30)
The plot forms the basis of your story. At this part I will grade you on whether your story actually has a proper plot that makes sense and I can follow it without becoming too confused. However, I will also grade you on your originality in this section. Have you got a cliched storyline? Or have you managed to come up with a plot that I have never seen before.
Characterization(/20)
I think this is another important section. Have you managed to create a character that is seems real and 3/4 dimensional? Are they believable as a person? Or are they too perfect that there is no way they could actually exist?
Writing Style and Language(/25)
This is basically how you have written your story, the kind of words you have used and how well you have managed to make the words flow together. This includes grammar but we will be lenient if you don't speak English as your first language.
Flow(/10)
Does the story flow well together? Do the chapters and the different parts actually fit and work well at a good speed? Or does everything happen too fast that I don't even realize what has just happened?
Total (/100)
