***Hyukjae’s POV***

I smiled like an idiot.

„Saranghae, Hyukie!“

Saranghae, saranghae, saranghae.

I chuckled.

Isn’t life just wonderful?

Ever since Lin hung up on me, sounding totally confused, I couldn’t wipe off that smile on my face.

Had I gone back to sleep?

I don’t know.

Had I thought about calling right back and telling her “saranghae, Lin-ah”?

Sure.

Had I thought about jumping right onto the next plain, flying over to her?

Absolutely.

I chuckled again.

That wasn’t possible and I knew that.

It would have to wait til we saw each other again.

But what would it be like?

Talking to her on the phone after she said that small beautiful sentence “Saranghae, Hyukie”?

Wouldn’t it be weird not telling her the same thing?

Wouldn’t she feel awkward, even trying to avoid me?

“Saranghae, Hyukie!”

I giggled.

“Didn’t you tell him, that Donghae was on the phone for him?”

“Sure I did, what do you think of me?”

“Maybe someone who wants to have the phone for himself to talk to Lin?”

“YAH, I may miss everyone, but Hyung said it was urgent, so I wouldn’t be that mean!”

“So, why are you still standing here with the phone in your hand?”

“Because this weirdo isn’t reacting to anything I am saying. He is just lying there laughing and grinning to himself like a psych!”

“YAH, HYUK!”

I felt something been thrown right into my face and snapped out of my trace.

I sat up in my bed and looked irritated to the door.

“Yesungie-hyung, Kyu-ya, what are you doing here?” I asked confused.

“I was trying to get your attention for like 10 minutes now, hyung!” Kyuhyun complained.

“You did? Mianhae, I didn’t hear you!” I said embarrassed.

Yesung snorted.

“Yes, we noticed that!”

“Why were you grinning like mad, don’t you miss Lin-noona?” Kyuhyun asked annoyed.

“Maybe he is happy to have his bed for himself for once. No, Donghae to disturb him!” Yesung retorted.

“Haven’t seen Donghae and Hyuk in one bed since forever. Remember, Hyuk is sleeping over at Lin’s now!”

I felt myself blushing.

“What did you guys want, anyway?” I asked.

“Oh, right, Donghae-hyung wants to talk to you!” Kyuhyun said, throwing the phone at me, before leaving his room.

Yesung shook his head and followed the maknae.

“Still don’t get why I am the weirdo here!”

I held the phone to my ear.

“Hae?”

“Hyuk? Finally! What took you so long?”

“Uhm, mianhae, Hae, I was kinda distracted!”

I heard my best friend laughing.

“So, what’s up?” I asked.

“Uhm, aish, Hyuk, how to say this, uhm, something happened!”

I giggled.

“Neh, I know Hae! You are a really good friend, but don’t worry! Lin told me!”

“She did? When?” Donghae sounded totally surprised.

“She called me right after it happened last night!”

“She did? I mean, wow…”

I chuckled.

“Hae, what’s up with the stammering?”

“Uhm, I’m just surprised that she called you last night. What did she tell you?”

I furrowed my brows in confusion.

“She told me about this Taiwanese guy confessing to her and kissing her!”

“HE DID WHAT? I’M GOING TO KILL HIM!”

I laughed.

“Hae, stop it. Just leave it be.”

“You are taking this awfully well! Something good happened?” Donghae asked irritated.

I chuckled.

“Neh, something really good!”

“Chincha? Tell me!”

I blushed.

“Uhm, yesterday night, when Lin called she said…” I stopped.

“What did she say? She isn’t pregnant or anything, right?”

I laughed.

“Anniyo, what are you talking about!”

“Tsk, at least that would have made sense!”

“Sense? Why?”

“Uh, nothing, what did she say?”

“She said, that she loved me!”

“Aw, Hyuk, that’s great!”

“Neh!”

“What did you say?” Donghae asked interested.

That guy was a er for romance.

“Uhm, I didn’t have a chance to reply as she ended the call!”

Donghae laughed.

“Cat got your tongue, Hyuk?” he teased.

“Yah, she just caught me by surprise!”

“So, how will you tell her?”

I sighed.

“Don’t know, yet! I don’t want to tell her over the phone!”

“Then come visit us!” Donghae invited.

“Aish, pabo, I can’t, we are preparing for Super Show 3 and I’m supposed to think of some choreographies, then I have “sukira”, some shows I’ll have to do and other performances. It’s hard enough to do them without the three of you, but with me gone it will be too much!”

Donghae sighed.

“Then maybe you just have to wait!” he said with a chuckle.

“AISH!” I said annoyed.

Donghae laughed.

“So, everything good over there?” I asked my favorite dongsaeng.

“Uhm, you could say that. Hangeng is off to film some cf, Siwon and I are already on the set, getting ready for our first scene and Lin is at home!”

“Great, good to hear…yah, why is Lin at home? Wasn’t she supposed to babysit you guys?”

“Uhm, you know, maybe the stress got a little bit to her.”

I felt my heart beat fastening.

“Why, what happened?”

“Uhm, she kinda fainted on us last night!”

I jumped off my bed, looking around for my bag.

“I’m flying over!”

Donghae laughed.

“Yah, loverboy, calm down! She is going to be fine!”

“How can that be if she fainted?”

Donghae chuckled.

“You know, maybe planning our trip, working so many hours before and after our comeback, then having some emotional stress, like leaving you guys at Korea, having that Yan Yalun confessing to her and her telling you she was in love with you, maybe that got a little bit too much.”

I tried to calm down.

“So, what happened?”

“She fainted after we left the restaurant last night and I carried her back home. She is sleeping ever since!”

I sighed.

“Hae, promise me to look after her!”

“Sure thing, Hyuk, don’t worry! I bet you, she will be alright by tomorrow.”

“Neh, tell her to call me!”

“Neh, hyung, have to go now!”

“Neh, bye!”

“Bye!”

I ended the call.

“Hyung, everything alright?”

I looked up to see a worried looking Kyuhyun.

“Yah, still here? I thought you left?”

“I did, but I just wanted to hear the news about our missing members!” he said a bit embarrassed.

“You know, it’s weird to see you behaving that soft hearted! Everything okay with you?” I asked.

The weird behaviour of our maknae really caught my attention.

Kyuhyun just nodded.

“Neh, I’m just a little stressed out lately, I guess!”

“You know, you can talk to me whenever you want,” I offered.

Kyuhyun sighed.

“It’s just, I think everything that happened got to me lately. Kibum finally returning, Hankyung having that fight with our company and leaving, Heechul being totally devastated afterwards, Kangin’s issues with the law and his suspension, then Hankyung’s return and now everything is back to normal again, with all of us together.”

I nodded.

“Neh, but isn’t it a good thing?”

Kyuhyun nodded.

“Neh, but it still was a lot to take in!”

I stood up from my bed and hugged the maknae.

“Maybe you are still a little sensitive what with your surgery and still recovering,” I said, trying to comfort him.

I felt Kyuhyun nodding, burrowing his head in my shoulder.

I was being confused again.

What’s wrong with the maknae?

“Kyu-ya, are you crying?” I asked worried.

I felt the younger male shaking in my arms.

He didn’t reply anything, but hugged me closer.

I now really got worried about Kyuhyun.

Last time I saw that kind of weakness of Kyu had been right after our accident with him in the hospital.

There had been days when Kyuhyun had gotten so frustrated about him being unable to recover fast enough and having to relearn all the dance moves, he had broke down crying.

Fans never knew about it, but sometimes Kyuhyun’s strength just broke down and left him as a weak young man, who had enough of everything.

“Yah, Kyu-ya, everything will be okay,” I whispered, trying to comfort him.

“I’m just afraid everyone will leave again and everything will fall apart!” Kyuhyun mumbled.

I sighed.

It was strange.

Obviously everyone had been so absorbed with their own problems, that no one had noticed that the maknae had reached his emotional limit.

He seemed to be afraid of being left.

Those are the moments I became aware that Kyu is still younger than the rest of us.

“You know Kyu, we can’t be together forever, but whatever will happen, we all still will be family. We won’t lose each other!” I said.

Kyuhyun took a deep breath.

“Think so?” he asked upset.

“Neh, now stop crying, otherwise everyone will be so worried. Lin will be over in a few hours if she hears about your breakdown. Come on, Kyu-ya, let’s have some fun, neh?”

I pushed my worries about Lin away and focused on Kyuhyun, who really seemed to need some comfort.

“Neh, hyung, kamsa hamnida!”

“Let’s dry your tears and then we will find the other members to have some bonding time!”

I pulled Kyu inside my room to make him sit down on my bed.

I took a tissue and cleaned up his tears.

He didn’t say a word, just let it happen.

Eventually he had enough and made a face at me, pushing away my hands.

“Okay, hyung, that’s enough! Stop the babysitting!”

I just ignored him and started to fix his appearance further.

I knew it would eventually annoy him.

He groaned and rolled his eyes.

I chuckled.

“There you go, all better!” I mumbled with a smile.

Kyuhyun looked at me like I have gone mad.

“You are behaving just like Lin-ah right now!”

“Ha, someone has to take her place. Besides, she told me to look after you. She seemed a bit worried about her…what does she call you…hm…Küken, that’s it!” I said with a giggle.

“You are lucky, hyung!” Kyuhyun said with a small smile.

“Neh, because I have all of you guys,” I replied cheekily.

Kyuhyun shook his head.

“Anniyo, because you have Lin!”

I stared at him worried again.

“You aren’t in love with her, are you Kyu-ya?”

Kyuhyun looked at me shocked and then started to laugh.

“Anniyo, don’t worry, hyung! I’m just envious because you found someone!”

I sighed in relief.

“You got me worried there for a moment, Kyu!”

He chuckled.

“Don’t worry, you will find someone, too!” I said, patting his shoulder encouraging.

He nodded.

“Neh, who could resist such a beautiful face as mine?” he attempted to joke.

I poked his cheek.

“Right, who wouldn’t want that ugly, handsome face of yours to have and to hold?”

“YAH, WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE? HAVING A BONDING MOMENT WITHOUT US?”

Kyuhyun and I turned around to see a scary looking Heechul standing right in the door, behind him all the other members.

I gulped.

“Uhm, we were just having a talk from hyung to dongsaeng, right Kyu?”

He nodded frantically.

“GET THEM!” Heechul shouted.

With that every single member stormed into my room, jumping on me and Kyu, making us all fall on my bed in a pile of laughing, whining and screaming bodies.

CRACK!

We all froze in shock.

Then there was another loud crack and then suddenly my bed gave way and broke down.

Everyone was lying still, not daring to move.

I couldn’t contain myself, I started giggling.

I looked at Heechul’s shocked face hovering right above mine, which got me giggling even louder.

“Has that been the bed?” Leeteuk asked, who was lying on the top of the body pile.

“I fear so, hyung,” Sungmin whispered muffled.

He must be caught somewhere in between Kyuhyun, Heechul and Yesung.

That did it, I couldn’t hold onto myself anymore.

I broke down in a fit of laughter, which obviously was contagious as I heard Kyuhyun next to me giggling.

Then Heechul started and with him everyone else did.

“I guess you have to move to Lin’s apartment again, hyung!” Kyuhyun said in between his laughter.

I looked over to him, happy to see his smile back on his face again.

***Amber’s POV***

Okay, calm down, calm down, you’ll find it.

Aish, why did I lose that damn address again?

Oh, right, I stupidly left it back home, together with my mobile.

How stupid can I be?

Ah, right, again, because I’m a mess sometimes and mixed with that much excitement I can be all over the place.

I sighed and looked around.

Why do those buildings all have to look the same?

AISH!

Okay, Amber, just keep walking, you will find it!

I grabbed my huge bag and swung it over my shoulder with great effort and then kept walking, determined to find the right place.

I kept walking for another few minutes until I heard a loud screech.

I looked up to see some girls gathering in front of a building, holding signs and chattering like gooses.

I grinned.

That must be the right place.

Great!

I made my way over to the entrance, walking right through the bulb of girls.

“Yah! What are you doing?”

One of the girls shouted at me, when I accidentally hit her with my bag.

“Oh, mianhae!” I said with a smile.

“Yah, watch where you are going!”

I nodded and tried to continue my walk, when the girl stopped me again.

“Yah, where are you going anyway? You can’t just enter that building like that!”

I grinned.

“Watch me!” I said and I walked over to the door and stepped inside, leaving some baffled girls behind.

I looked around the entrance hall and spotted a man behind a desk.

Must be that Donghwa guy Sabrina told me about.

I walked over to him and he watched me curiously.

“Annyeonghaseo, Amber imnida, I’m here to see Sabr…I mean Lin!”

“Lin-shi?” Donghwa said surprised.

“Neh, I was supposed to come here later, but I wanted to surprise her, so is it okay for me to go up there?“

“Uhm…sure…Lin-shi told me about you! She said to let you pass whenever you will arrive!”

I smiled at him happily.

“Kamsa hamnida, Donghwa Oppa!”

I saw Donghwa scratching his head before I left for the elevators.

I stepped in and pushed the button to the right floor.

When I stepped outside again I groaned.

Great, two doors!

Which is the right one?

I looked around undecided.

I sighed.

Just try one!

I walked over to the first one and knocked.

Nothing.

I used the doorbell and knocked again.

Still nothing!

AISH!

Just try the other one, Amber!

I walked over to the other one, which seemed to be more promising as I could hear some noises from the inside.

I rang the bell and waited.

“Yoboseo?” a manly voice asked through the intercom.

“Annyeong, Amber imnid…”

Click.

I furrowed my brows.

What the hell…?

I knocked again.

“Yobo…”

This time I interrupted.

“Amber imnida! I’m looking for Lin!”

Silence.

“Don’t know any Amber!”

Click!

I groaned.

Rude!

I knocked frantically.

If that guy wants to be rude, I can be, too.

I could hear some voices talking behind the door.

“Yah, open the door, must be Lin’s friend from Australia!”

I grinned satisfied.

At least someone in there seems to be nice.

The door swung open.

“Yah, you are really rude for not even giving me the chance to introduce myself, you ignorant pabo!” I started my rant as soon as the door opened.

I blinked!

Once, twice!

There were two sets of eyes blinking back at me.

One totally amused and the other…

Hm, what’s the right word?

Pissed off?

So, here you go...once again Kyu is being sensitive...well...I promise he will return to his cheeky side again soon ^^

Obviously I just seemed to be into sensitive kyu while I wrote that part of the story ^^

And I let appear a new love interest for the guys...what do you think?
