When they both ate Henry felt tired from all the excitment and he went to sleep in Donghae’s room.He wanted Donghae to join him but he still had somethings to do like talk to his mother.It was almost 11 o’clock when his mother came back from work.”Mom.You’re home.” “Oh Donghae.You’re still awake?” “Yeah.Henry came home today.” “He was visiting today?” “Yeah.He’s asleep in my room.” “Really?Let’s go I want to see him before I sleep.I haven’t seen him in over a year.” They both went into Donghae’s room and silently observed sleeping Henry’s cute face.When she kissed him a couple of times and was content she nudged Donghae and they both went outside. “I miss the days when both of you lived here with me. Donghae couldn’t help but share this happy moment with someone but he knew that if he’d call Heechul he’d probably grumble and throw a tantrum so he ended up calling Eunhyuk.He waited for a bit and then he thought that maybe Eunhyuk had already fallen asleep.When he was about to hang up Eunhyuk picked up and said with a sleepy yet worried voice“Hae?Is something the matter?” “No.Everything is fine.I was just wondering if you were awake.” “Yeah I’m awake.Did you want to tell me something?” “Yeah.I asked mom if Henry could start living with us and she said yes.” “She did?That’s great to hear Hae.” “Yeah.Has Tiffany returned home safely?” “Yeah she came a few minutes after you left.” “You’re not mad at me are you?” “Huh mad?” “Earlier when I was about to leave you seemed a little angry at me.” “...oh.Sorry about that.I’m just cranky when I wake up that’s why.” “Oh so hyung isn’t angry with me?” “No.I’m not.” Eunhyuk said as he chuckled through the phone. “I’m so glad.Did you eat something hyung?” “Yes.Tiff brought some dumplings back home.I don’t know where she got them but they tasted pretty good.” Donghae rested his head on his pillow while he continued to hear Eunhyuk talking about the delicious dumplings with a smile plastered on his face. “Do you have work tomorrow hyung?” “Yeah.” “Take care of yourself when you’re there and don’t let anyone touch you were they’re not supposed to touch.” “Yes Hae. I try not to let them touch me as much as possible.”

 “...Do you want to go back to sleep?” “It’s fine if you want to talk some more.” “I think it’s better for the both of us to sleep. I have school tomorrow and you need to sleep enough so you’d wake up strong and healthy for a good night’s work.” “Are you sure that there’s nothing else that you want to say?” “Why?Did I forget to tell you something?” “...No.Goodnight Hae.” “Goodnight Hyukkie.See you soon.”Donghae hung up and went to sleep with a smile on his face. Eunhyuk on the other hand even though Donghae had already hung up he said something from underneath his breath.Something that only the dark shadows that roamed his empty room and himself will ever know.
