3 days later - Monday.

Lucky for me, because I didn't have any schedule for the whole day, and I was just in my condo alone, playing with my two dogs - Jack Jack and Gonju. Well. That was earlier, because my two babies were now asleep in their little bed. I couldn't go to our dorm, I was pretty sure that it was empty - I mean, they were all gone, because of their own schedules.

Anyways, I was starting to get bored, when suddenly a bright idea hit me. Laying on the couch, I was scrolling my contacts through my phone, and once I found the person I was going to call, I tap the green button, then pressing my phone onto my right ear. I hope she'll answer it.

It took me 5 rings, before I finally hanged up. "I guess, she's busy.. or.. mad, because I didn't even return her calls, for the past few days.." I said to myself. I sighed, shaking my head side to side as I redial the number. I hope this time, she'll answer it.

After 5 rings again, I was about to hang up, when suddenly, she answered it. I quickly pressed my phone back onto my ear. "Hey.. Soojung.."

"..."

I furrowed my eyebrows. "Soojung?"

"..."

"Hel-lo?"

"..."

I bit my lip. "Hey do you hear me?"

A few seconds after she answered. She sighed. "What?" I didn't miss the coldness in her tone. I scratched the top of my head, without reasons. "Um.. hey.."

Once again, she sighed. "Amber. What is it? I'm busy. They just give us a 30 minute break."

"I knew why.." I my lip. "I knew why, you're mad.. at.. me.."

I was starting to panic, when she didn't answer  "H-huh?.. W-what do you mean? I'm not.. I am not mad at you.."

"Come on, Krystal. We knew each other for 5 years now, and I knew how you get irritated or mad.." I paused, sighing. "I am sorry.. I'm sorry for not calling back.. I was just busy.."

That was partly true. I couldn't get a chance, because I was really busy with work, but the other part.. well, I was avoiding about, what happened a few days ago.. between us. Now I couldn't deny, that I really miss her.

"Look, Krystal.." I sat-up, when she wasn't responding anymore. "I.. I know that, you're busy right now. Stupid me.. I shouldn't have called you.. I should've--"

"Amber.." She said softly.

"Yeah?"

"Can I come over to your place, later? I just have to finish this, maybe after 2 or 3 hours? I just wanted to tell you something important.."

Important? What could that be? "Sure. No problem, I'll wait for you.."

"Did you eat, already?" This time, her voice changed into a sweet one. I smiled.

"Yeah-yeah.. I did.. How about you?"

"Yeah... Um, Amber?.."

"Hmm?"

"I.. I.." I didn't hear what she said, because her voice faded, more just like a whisper.

"Huh? Krystal, could you repeat what did just say? I didn't get that."

".. I said.." I heard her took a deep breath. "I miss you already.." This time, it was audible but softer.

"Oh.." I trailed, feeling my cheeks burning, that I didn't notice, I was already smiling like an idiot. "I miss you too, Soojung.."

Then I heard another voice coming from the background, telling her that their break was already done. "Amber, I have to hang up now. I'll come over there, okay? Please wait for me.."

I smiled. "Okay. I will."

"Okay.. Bye.. Amber.."

"Bye.."

".." We were both still not hanging up, and just like the last time, this was also a comfortable silence. "Bye, Amber.. I miss you.. I'll see you, later.."

My smile grew wider. "Okay. I miss you too." This time, we both ended the call.

An hour ago, just after my conversation with Krystal, the producer of Show Champion, suddenly texted me to come to MBC building. He didn't tell me the reason, but the only thing that he said in the message, that he will give me something. He didn't mention what was the 'thing', but he just said, to come over immediately.

Before I left my place, I texted Krystal to just enter my condo, since she already knew the password of my door lock. I also told her, that I was called by the producer, all of a sudden, so that if she ever enter the place and wondered why, it place was empty, at least she has an information where I am. A quick response from her, she texted me back, to just hurry up.

It was already 7:45 PM, when I got to MBC building. I was 15 minutes late, because of heavy traffic, but I think he could understand my tardiness, since it wasn't happening to me, all the time. Anyways, I knocked at his office twice, "It was open! Come in!" I flew the door open, and saw him, sitting behind the desk.

"Oh, Amber! Good you're here! Come in!" I smiled, entering inside, then closing the door behind, before walking towards the chair by his desk. I sat on the chair, and waited for him to speak. I watched him, opening the drawer by his  desk, as he took a long brown envelop inside. He withdrew his glasses, and placing it on the table, before handing me the envelop. "Here." He said.

Confused, I took it, nonetheless. "What is this, PD?"

"It is Jessica's script for the next Show Champ's episode." He said, like it wasn't a big deal.

I looked at him. Puzzled. "Her.. script?" He nodded.

"Then.. why are you giving it to me? Isn't this her manager's job?"

He leaned forward, clasping both of his hands on the table. "Yes, you're right. But, I chose you."

I looked at him in disbelief. "PD.. what is this? Why.. why me?"

"Actually," He leaned his back, against the chair, before continuing. " I purposely chose you to give that to Jessica, 'cause I notice last week, while we were at the set.. You and Jessica were not talking. I first noticed this, at my son's baptism and, I thought it was just nothing.. then, I confirmed it, last Wednesday and Thursday. I think, you guys were just not close enough."

It was a relief, the he assumes that we weren't close, just because we were not talking, but the other part of me - I was terrified. I didn't know, that I was already obvious, on how I treat Jessica differently.

"So, I'm asking you, Amber to give it to her - personally. I thought, that maybe, this little 'step', will help both of you to get close.."

When I obeyed him - of course it was against my will, I was actually considering to call her manager, but it was impossible, I didn't know his number, while her other members, I couldn't reach any of them..

So here I was, in front of her door at exactly 9:00 PM. I purposely slowed my way here, so that if ever i knocked onto her door, she was already asleep or better, wasn't inside, but I think it wasn't my luck this time, when she opened the door - shock was evident on her face. "A-Amber.."

She blinked, as if she couldn't believe what was happening right now. I just held her gaze, having a blank face. "I don't want to waste some time and I have some things to do." I said.

"Y-yeah.. Um.. come in.." She stepped back and opened the door widely. I looked at her in disbelief, but then I thought, I didn't want to take this any longer, and wanted to leave immediately so I just went inside without saying anything.

The place was just making me uncomfortable, actually, because it reminds of.. her betrayal.  "Do you.. Do you want to eat? I-I cooked something.. You shoul--" She sounds so happy when she made her way towards the kitchen, but I cut her off.

She turned around, and I said. "I still have some things to do. So I am going to leave after I gave this." I was still standing at her doorway, showing her the envelop. Her smile faded, but she managed to put a small one, but still, the disappointment on her face was evident. She walked towards me, accepting the envelop. "What is this?" She asked. Her voice sounds so small.

"Your script." I said, firmly. "And you know what? He said, that this way, maybe we can get close." I chuckled sarcastically. "I doubt, if ever that happened, because honestly, It will really neverhappen.."

She looked so hurt by my words, but I didn't care, because truthfully, it still wasn't enough, compare of what she did to me. I turned around, ready to leave. "Thank you, Amber.." I heard her said. My eye twitched, as I clenched my jaw.

I rolled my eyes, my lower lip, as I continue walking towards the front door. "Do you.. Do you want, to eat first? I.. I cooked something.." Is she making me guilty?

I scoffed inaudibly. "Didn't you hear me, earlier? I said, I have something to do, right? Now, if you don't mind, I'm really aching to leave." I said, without turning. The sharpness of my voice was just obvious.

As I turned the door knob, I heard her spoke again. "Is your.. Is your hang over.. Okay now?" "Suddenly my anger raised, that I didn't noticed, I was already gripping the knob tightly. What is she planning? Does she really want to make me feel guilty?

I turned around, having an arrogant face. "Look.. I don't want to hear questions like that, coming from you, because you really never cared. Understand?" I warned. I turned around again, without hearing any response from her.

Turning the knob, I heard some faint sobs from her, but still, I didn't care. I just wanted to leave. You need a closure.. A closure.. The back of my mind said.

And then the next thing happen, I didn't know, what was gotten into me when I suddenly kissed her, then a few seconds she kissed me back. I didn't know, what just happened, especially to me, but we were already both kissing, that we ended up in her bed - I was kissing and touching her smooth again, and then after a very long time, I was on top of her - we were both panting - ... then I realized later on, that something just happened between us..

A/N: okay, you guys.. Calm your t*ts, kay? It was really hard to blame amber here, because we all knew that she was cheated by jessica.. Trust me, writing the drama scenes between jessica and amber was tearing me up, also.. But we have to understand amber's situation here.. I also love jessber, but i dont want to rush things..  Imagine this, if you were the one in amber's shoes.. What would be your first reaction, when you saw your ex that you really love, but cheated on you? Im taking neither sides, but I was just explaining why amber couldnt try to forgive jessica that easily.. Well, it was hard for her to do it..
