Ding dong..

As I heard my doorbell rang, I stood up from the couch and walk towards the door, expecting to see someone who is already standing outside of my apartment, but once I flew the door open, I saw no one but a lunch box that was neatly placed on the floor instead. I smiled, stepping outside, before picking up the lunch box from its place. I ped the bag, and open it. A purple blue post it, was on the lid of the lunch box, and my smile grew wider as I read the letter.

Annyeong, Amber-unnie~!,

How are you doing today? How about yesterday? I hope you are doing well. :) by the way, congratulations on your group's  latest album! Hehe! Oh! Before I forget, I want to say that I bought Pink Tape album on the first day of its release! And the songs are DAEBAKK!! *giggles* I like all the songs, but my most favorite is Goodbye Summer - yes! The one you composed! You may not want to believe me, but honestly I cried when I was listening to it.. I fell in love with the song.. *smiles*

I want to curse this post-it because it's so small.. *pouts* I have so many things to say but this post-it.. *sigh* oh well, take care Amber-unnie and I prepared something special for you.. I hope you will like it! :)

I looked up, and scan the area, hoping that there's still a trace of her, but then I realize, that she wouldn't leave the lunch box here if she would want to show herself to me. I chuckled at my stupidity, shaking my head left and right, before getting inside and closing the door behind.

"Wow.." I murmured, as I finally got to see the contents of the lunch box. It's pasta - spaghetti to be exact, one of my favorite dishes, and I literally, ran towards the kitchen, grabbing the fork and finally having a taste of the dish.

Creamy Tomato Pasta, I thought. "Its good!" I said, nodding, still chewing the food inside my mouth.

At first, I was surprised that she knew my favorite, but I shrugged the thought since there is internet. You can Google the facts of an idol in just one click.

As I was twirling the pasta with the fork, I felt my phone vibrated inside my back right pocket, indicating that there is a new message. With one last slurp, I placed the empty lunch box in the sink, before I took my phone inside my pocket.

From manager-hyung:

Kiddo, call back time is 2:30 PM. Head straight to the 4th floor meeting room and we will be there. Don't be late. Take care.

After reading the message, I just felt my chest pounded so hard. I reached my chest, clenching the shirt using my hand. I could not help but to wonder, can I do this?

"Hyung!"

"Oh, Amber! You're here."

"Where are the others?" I asked, when I was already in front of him.

"They're already waiting inside and Mr. Lee just arrived. I think, the meeting is about to start." I just nodded, following him from behind.

Soojung is not with us today, because she has a script reading and an acting workshop, so it was just the 4 us and some of our managers are here.

As we stepped inside the meeting room, we are lucky that Mr. Lee is still not here, and also the meeting still not started. Loud chattering noises were made by some of my label mates, and I quickly saw an empty seat in between Victoria and Sulli. "Go sit, beside Victoria, Amber." He said, and I nodded in agreement. I strolled towards Victoria's direction, and as I was pulling out the chair from its place - on the corner of my eye, I saw someone who just quickly stood from it seat. Intrigued, I looked up and for a year and a half, our eyes met again - but it was just briefly, because I quickly broke it off as I finally sat on the chair.

"What took you so long?" Victoria whispered, when I already settled on my chair.

"Traffic unnie.." I whispered back, looking at Luna beside Victoria, and playfully stuck my tongue out as a friendly greeting. She did the same in response.

On my left, Sulli was seating beside me. "Hyung, are you--" By the tone of her voice, I know what she's going to say. I quickly cut her off, patting her shoulder. "It's okay, Sulli. It is okay.." I smiled.

Then I just suddenly realized, that she was actually seating across from me. Great, just great.

Our eyes met for the second time, and I subtly look away, immediately to greet Tiffany who was seating on her right. In return, she greeted back, showing her eye smile.

Finally, Mr. Lee came together with the big bosses of SMent. All of us shut our mouths to show our respect, and I immediately propped my elbow on the table, resting the side of my face on my closed fist - listening intently to Mr. Lee. This way, I can focus on the meeting without welcoming any distractions.




























 

As usual, the meeting was just the same - preparations for the upcoming concert in Hong Kong. Actually, I kind of memorized the details, because some of what Mr. Lee mentioned was still the same as before. Few things changed and some were not, and everyone seems didn't opposed to it.

The meeting just ended, and I am already heading towards the van; I went to the bathroom to pee, and I was so sure that the three of them, including our managers were waiting for me there.

Walking through the hallways, I felt someone's presence behind me, as if it seems like it is following me. I stopped, and slowly turned my head over my shoulder. I jerked back in surprise when I caught the culprit face-to-face, grinning like an idiot. "Yah, Key-hyung! What's up with you?! I almost got a heart attack!" I said panting, trying to stabilize my breathing as I placed both of my hand on my hips.

He grinned and stepped back. "I was just fooling around.. And besides.. I want to tell you something.." Then he put an arm over my nape, pulling me closer.

"The boys and I are going to the club tonight.. We're planning to hook some girls and get wasted.. So, Amboo~ what'd ya think?"

I breathed-out a lazy sigh, removing his arm away, facing him, then putting up a smile. "Hehe! I know you're going with us tonight, Amber! Come on, I will introduce a girl to you.. So, what now? 10:00 PM?" He said, getting excited over it.

Still smiling, then frown. "No."

"Huh? But, why??!!" He asked in exasperation and I suppress a giggle watching his reaction.

"Hyung.." I started, patting the side of his arm. "We have a full pack schedule tomorrow, and of course I can't come with you. I swear to god, I miss hanging out with you guys but the group is still busy as hell. We hardly get a sleep because of that. I'm sorry, hyung.. Maybe next time.."

I really feel sorry for them, these past few weeks, they kept on asking me to hang out with them. I mean - I really want to enjoy just for a day, but my schedule - our schedule is not helping. I chuckled, when I saw his lips slowly forming into a pout. "Okay.. I guess, we can't do anything about that, but hey - promise me that when you have a free time we're going to hang-out, alright?"

I nodded. "Sure. Will do."

"Okay then.. I guess, I will tell them AGAIN, that you can't come." I chuckled as I shook my head, and then saw him looking at his phone. "Oohh.. They're waiting for me.. So - call me when you're free, okay? See you around!"

Then he run away, waving at me and I did in return. When he's already out of sight, I turned around, and was about to took a step forward when the phone in my hand rang.

xxx-xx5-772-02 calling...

Unknown caller, again? "Hello?"

"..."

I my lips, raising an eyebrow. "Hello, is someone there?"

"..."

The only thing that I hear is the caller's breathing.. Or so I thought. "Hello? Can you hear me? Who is this?"

"..."

Sighing, I finally ended the call, slipping it back in my pocket. "God, why am I even answering it anyway? As if I will hear some response.. This is crazy.." I muttered, walking away.

As I was walking, I saw manager-hyung running towards me, holding a paper bag. "Yah, Amber.. What took you so long?" He asked, as long as he's already in front of me.

"I'm sorry, hyung. I bumped onto Key-hyung earlier and we had a little chit-chat. Are they already complaining?"

"No, don't worry about that. By the way, here.." Then he handed me the paper bag that was on his grasp earlier. I accepted it, and took a peek what's inside. A lunch box again and Gatorade. I looked up at him, puzzled.

"You know how fans are willing to stay outside for hours just to see their favorite idols. And as usual, he gave me a basket of fruits in return."

I chuckled. "So, where is it?"

"The what?"

"The basket of fruits?" I pointed out.

"Oh.. Its in back of the car.. Perfectly hidden.. I don't want anyone else to see it, because they might eat it."

"Pfft.. Aigoo.. Hyung I will not eat it.. This lunch box is the one for me, and it also saves me some money! Mwahaha!"

He laughed. "Okay! Arasseo! Let's go! They're waiting for us."

"Okay!" I said and with that, we started walking away.
