Yesterday, 5 Pieces went to Korea early in the morning and filmed a commercial for ‘Visit KOREA’ (their fourth commercial since 2011 when they became advertising models) and today, on April 11th; the group spends most of the days at meetings at the agency. Half of the day is spent with concert meetings for 5 Pieces second tour [Black & White] and after all those meetings, Hannah on her own goes to another meeting that is for her book release. It is the eight meeting, according to what Hannah has written down in the pad she brings with her. She always has it on the book meetings, to write down things and make sure she doesn’t forget important things (it’s not just the manager working hard to remember dates and information).

They are planning the promotions and Hannah’s schedule for the book release – where will she go for book signings, how many book signings will she go to – and her manager is there to check if they can fit it in to her schedule that exists for July so far. The book will be released on July 1st, and since the group’s second concert tour will begin after their arena tour in Japan, they all need to make sure Hannah doesn’t have a book signing on the day of a concert – though nothing for the concert has been set just yet, the book signings takes first spots. So far it is just the basic schedule making as they don’t know how things will look like in two-three months, so anything can be changed depending on what will pop up.

Hannah looks bright in a scarlet coloured cotton blend t-shirt and a pair of dark skinny jeans and comfortable sneakers (working in Japan wearing heels all the time for the schedules is exhausting on her legs) and to add up her accessories she has different bracelets on both wrists along with her usual two rings on her left hand. Because it is a whole day without any schedule where she has to either get make-up or dress up, she has also put on a necklace, which the members of 5 Pieces got on their [Original] comeback from fans three years ago – the silver necklace has an thumb-size ornament of a baby dressed up in some animal costume, with glitter and it is really pretty whether you see it from far or from close. Hannah’s is of a bunny, which is obvious why as she at that time always was called Bunny by everyone, everywhere. Emelia had gotten an elephant in blue and Julia a green frog, Maria a pig and Carolina a duck. All of them were adorable and 5 Pieces had a lot of fun ditching the cool concert of [Original] by wearing these necklaces on some events like fan signings and performances that wouldn’t air on TV. Fans loved how 5 Pieces proudly showed off the gifts and actually used them. A little now and then the ladies use those necklaces now too; last time Hannah wore it was around Christmas, she thinks.

The ornament isn’t visible now under her t-shirt, and Hannah forgets all about it too during the meetings. During the meeting she is sitting and on the rings or the bracelets, a bad habit of hers to always have to move her fingers, and instead of talking much she spends most of the meeting just nodding or shaking her head.

After all the activities lately, her voice is disappearing. It is just exhaustion in her voice, so with some rest it will come back, and it is absolutely nothing serious as it happens to Maria (the member who screams when she talks) all the time. Yesterday when they were filming the commercial, Maria made the staff laugh when showing how hoarse she has gotten from all their singing in Japan. Today, her voice has returned mostly, and Hannah’s voice has almost disappeared.

“At the last meeting, Hannah talked about wanting to do something special at the day the book is published. We have looked around and there is a chance we can have a special reading from the first chapter the day it is published,” the female planner is saying, “with a bunch of fans who somehow have been invited to sit there and listen to Hannah read maybe the first and second chapter before these fans will get the book and get it signed at the same time. A lot of authors with popular books have done it – J.K Rowling did it. What do you think about that?”

All faces around the tables turns to face the other side where Hannah is sitting, nodding slightly.

“How-” Hannah starts but her voice comes out hoarse so she puts a hand up to cough a little to the side before smiling at the others. “Sorry. How would that work? Will we be there when a bookstore opens or … have a special event location?”

“Not all details have been looked over, but if we now made the decision to have such an event, it would be around midnight, when it shifts from June to July. See it like your song is released online before the actual album is released – it happens at midnight on that day – and it would also be special to the fans there as they will be able to get the book before it is sold in the stores.”

Hannah is nodding again, saying it would be fun to do such a thing. She isn’t sure if fans really would want to sit and listen to her read for them in the middle of the night, but the people sitting around the table knows what they are talking about so she trusts them. It is after all a year and a half they have been working together.

When the meeting ends, Hannah gathers the papers in front of her, piling them up on top of the folder that reads ‘Joe’ at the front in her own handwriting, and she stands up to tell those leaving the usual polite phrase that they have worked hard. Hannah grabs her things; the folder that she closes with the papers inside, her khaki green appliqué drawstring-waist jacket that reads ‘Seoul’ on the left sleeve while it reads ‘Milano’, ‘Paris’ and ‘New York’ on the back and finally her old bag that she lazily throws on her shoulder.

“Where are we going now?” Hannah asks when she leaves the conference room at SM Entertainment together with Manager Lee.

“We’ll wait,” he answers while checking his cell phone for the third time since the meeting ended. “Maria and Carolina are still in meeting with Manager Lim, we’ll wait for them.”

“And Julia is happily driving around in her car,” Hannah nods for herself.

Julia takes the rare chance to drive in her car now when she has a little time to spare, and Emelia is with her. Manager Lee nods too at her words, and unlike their other managers he actually seems happy that Julia and Emelia are driving away on their own. Manager Lim definitely doesn’t like it. Why, Hannah doesn’t know.

Manager Lee goes with Hannah to one of the smaller rooms that are used for nothing else but relaxing. Hannah still sits down on a comfortable armchair to go through the papers in her folder, not caring at all to relax as long as she can relax her voice. She keeps clearing though while going through the papers, having Manager Lee sitting on another chair a few meters away with his eyes focused on his cell phone – a manager’s best friend.

After a few minutes, the manager glances at Hannah who is moving her lips while reading on the paper. He must admit it is strange to see an idol caught up in work 24/7; though he knows she hangs out with Jonghyun from time to time, those times aren’t long as she heads back to work. It is always work in her head – but he also knows Hannah doesn’t see it as work.

“The agency seems very proud over you,” he says in a low voice and glances at her again when Hannah looks up from her paper.

“Over what?” Hannah wonders quietly, looking down at her papers again.

“The concert. 5 Pieces is the only artist who has been able to bring in so many media from the whole world to a small arena tour… It’s really cool, and the agency keeps praising you for it,” Manager Lee says while sounding extremely fascinated by it. Hannah is trying to hide a smile. “It surprises me that the agency doesn’t make you promote more overseas – in Europe and the US – now when you are so popular there.”

“It’s because we have said we want to take the time,” Hannah shrugs her shoulders.

“Yes, but for the agency it is all about making money and not what you want to do. If 5 Pieces goes to America, you will become huge right away. I don’t see why SM doesn’t do that.”

Hannah gives a sigh, putting her elbow on the armrest of her chair, resting her chin on her fingers. She doesn’t really have an answer on his words, knowing that the whole world thinks the same as her manager. Hannah doesn’t think the same, as she knows the group isn’t ready to head across the sea to a new location and work hard nonstop there like they are here. Korea and Asia is 5 Pieces’ main place.

“I see why,” a voice by the door answers and Hannah turns over her shoulder to see who it is.

She smiles widely when Maria steps inside, a hand on her hip where she is holding her jacket. Maria is wearing an enormous t-shirt reaching down to her knees, but she still somehow manages to work that outfit. She steps inside the room and takes a seat, eyes focused on the manager who is smiling too by her entrance.

“SM knows that 5 Pieces will bring in money without rushing going anywhere. With that many media at our arena tour in Japan, the world is expecting us to suddenly try to take on the whole world – everyone else does that. But with a step at a time, we will tease the rest of the world for what is coming. Since they already have so much interest in a tour in Japan, where they hear how good we are live and how fun the show is, they will wait for us.”

Hannah’s smile is growing when listening to their leader’s confidence. Maria ends with a smile shoulder-shrug, smiling softly.

“Because we are awesome like that,” she ends and Manager Lee gives a laugh.

“It sounds like Lee Sooman has talked to you,” he laughs.

“He did actually.” Maria stands up again, waving her hand for them that they are leaving. “He called in to the meeting now to answer some questions. As everyone here knows, I will release an album when we are done with this hectic schedule in Japan, and with SM already having so many plans for us in Asia, we are in no rush to go anywhere else.”

Hannah keeps smiling when walking behind Maria down the stairs in the building. Maria has such confidence.

“But they still want your [Black & White] tour to be worldwide,” Manager Lee comments, walking with them.

“Of course! Who wouldn’t want that tour to be worldwide? It will be awesome!”

Manager Lee gives Hannah a glance, having his eyebrows raised and she just shrugs her shoulders at him, smiling. He shakes his head, having no idea of how Maria can say so many things that makes sense and then drop a bomb with ‘we are awesome’ as if nothing she says makes sense other than she is the diva she is. Like always, 5 Pieces never bores the manager.

Reaching the receptionist floor they see Carolina and Manager Lim waiting for them, standing there on the side and talking to some pretty boys. Coming a little closer to them, Hannah sees its a few members from EXO standing there; because no one bows as deeply as the members in EXO inside this building.

“We need a bigger reservation,” Carolina gladly tells with a huge smile in her face when they come up to each other. “EXO is coming to dinner with us.”

5 Pieces has made a reservation to eat dinner with their managers, a simple celebration of spending five years in Korea. You can always find something to celebrate in Korea – if it is five years in Korea or 500 days since debut (in a few days it is 500 days since they made their Japanese debut) – and anyone can join in because everyone is happy for each other.

“We can celebrate Sehun’s birthday a little too,” Carolina cutely tells and then lean towards her members, “his birthday is tomorrow.”

As if they didn’t know that.

Okay, Hannah and Maria didn’t know that, but that doesn’t mean she has to make it obvious.

“Is all twelve coming along?” Manager Lee asks, glancing from the quiet EXO members to Manager Lim standing in the back.

“Not everyone, but a few of us will come if it is okay,” EXO’s Kris answers. Hannah smiles when seeing Maria lock her eyes on him; she likes his voice. In a reflex, Hannah links arm with Maria, just to make sure Maria doesn’t suddenly burst out something inappropriate to tell Kris. It wouldn’t be the first time. Maria just smiles, asking when they are leaving.

It seems like they need to solve who will ride in which van and such; as they are a little more people now and it wouldn’t feel necessary to take a third car. They sort out who will fit in where before heading out to the two vans waiting outside, just because it would be a mess to stand there and see who will fit where when there are fans crowding around. Hannah puts on a pair of dark sunglasses before stepping outside, aware of her fresh face (no make-up), and her khaki green jacket is on too to hide herself in it.

Hannah stops almost right after stepping outside, just EXO’s Luhan fitting to get out the door behind her because of the amount of fans rushing up to them, the idols having to stop to fit in a line made for them. Fans are crowding to give them gifts, especially to 5 Pieces, congratulating them on their anniversary in Korea and with big eyes asking if EXO are leaving together with them. Manager Lee is standing with his back against the fans, tying to make a way for the idols to get inside the vans. In the mess, Hannah feels like she is in need of holding on to something, but she just holds on tighter to her bag, her head automatically looking down.

Voices are calling out for her, loud voices of both male- and female fans, almost crying to get her attention. Luhan is standing on his toes behind her, being pushed forward by the person behind him, and he is holding his hands up in case he might have to step forward and support himself on Hannah in front of him. He looks lost, not knowing what to do, not touching her but afraid if she doesn’t step forward soon he won’t have another choice.

Hannah takes a small step forward and Luhan is fast to take a step forward too so he can stand correctly on his feet, but he looks over his shoulder at Kai behind him to try tell him not to push. Hannah turns her head a little to the side when hearing that, and with a glance at the surrounding she grabs her manager’s outstretched arm that is blocking the fans so Hannah can slink through it. Manager Lee gets huge eyes right away, taking a step back to make sure she isn’t pulled out in the crowd. After smiling to the fans to show that she will accept some gifts, she glances over her right shoulder to see Kai pushing Luhan to step forward now when Hannah isn’t there.

“You look so pretty today, Hannah!” a female voice calls out while another fan calls out for her to take the gift she is stretching over to the idol.

Hannah takes three gifts, signs two albums before Manager Lee tells her to get in the van.

“Don’t forget to watch our ‘5 Years of Pieces’ tonight,” Hannah reminds her fans when being pushed by her manager to the van.

“I will see it!” several fans shouts for answer while others are busy to try get some attention. Hannah gives a final wave, smiling at Carolina who is trying to accept as much as possible near the van, a foot ready to get inside. She looks hilarious standing like that, telling the fans that they should spend the money on food instead of gifts like this; and when the fans are complaining that they want to give gifts, Carolina cheesy says that 5 Pieces can feel their love without all the great gifts. But she still looses her mind when she sees that one gift is something she really likes.

Hannah doesn’t hear anything more as she takes a seat in the other van, being the last person to fit in that one and only when looking up she notices that she is stuck in the van with EXO’s Luhan, Kai, Baekhyun, Tai and Manager Lim (who is driving). Sitting in front of Hannah at the passenger seat is Baekhyun, while Kai is sitting in the middle of the van next to Hannah and the other two EXO members in the back.

The one sitting next to Hannah is smirking when seeing her surprised face-expression of where she is sittng, and she gives Kai a glare behind her sunglasses when noticing it.

“This van will take a different road than the other, I tell you so you won’t panic when noticing it,” Manager Lim informs when trying to get out on the road. “Idiotic fans… move!”

“Appa!” Hannah whines at his words, busy putting on her seatbelt.

“What? They are blocking the road to take pictures!”

He has been resting too much now when 5 Pieces has been in Japan, and Hannah quietly smiles for herself when thinking that must be the reason for his temper rising since it is nothing new to have fans blocking the road like this. EXO’s manager is sitting in the other van with Maria, Carolina, EXO’s Kris, Sehun, D.O and Manager Lee. The other managers of 5 Pieces have been invited and according to Manager Lim, the other two members of 5 Pieces are heading to the restaurant they have made the reservation for the celebration.

There is an awkward silence in this van, music on the radio playing WANTED’s [Don’t Go… Don’t Go… Don’t Go…] and Baekhyun softly singing along from the passenger’s seat. Hannah is staring out the window on her right when she has put her bag correctly in her lap, hiding her folder underneath and on one of the gifts she had received, making sure nothing of it falls off her lap.

It doesn’t take many seconds before Baekhyun asks where they are going, not until now re-thinking about what their driver had said. All boys in the van seems interested in what the answer will be like while Hannah just glances down at her fingers a little briefly before looking out the window again, not at all interested though the corner of twitches a little.

“We are picking up someone on the way, you will see,” Manager Lim answers with a smile, looking in the rear-view mirror to see Hannah before he looks back on the road.

Kai noticed it and turns his whole head to the side, looking at the blonde girl. Tao and Luhan leans back in their seats in the back, saying something in Chinese that Hannah of course doesn’t know. Baekhyun keeps singing to the radio and when a new song starts to play, Kai stretches out his hand a little. With two fingers he pokes Hannah’s forearm lightly, just to make her turn to look at him.

“Who are we picking up?” he whispers, leaning his head on the backrest so his head is a little to the side.

Hannah smiles. He is adorable, especially when he does that and shows a tiny smile, as if he is using his charm to make her tell him.

“A friend of mine,” she answers in a low voice, “you will like him – you are of the same age.”

She keeps smiling when he doesn’t seem to know who she is talking about, and Hannah knows why. She looks back out the window, biting her lower lip when smiling. That will keep him thinking.

When closing in to where they will pick up the last person, Hannah starts to put in the gifts in her shoulder bag and she asks if she is supposed to move seat or something to make place for this person. Manager Lim looks in the rear-view mirror to see in the back of the van.

“Could Jongin maybe jump back and sit with Luhan and Tao?” he asks, and Kai is fast to not, glancing to the back to say he wants to sit in the middle. No one is sitting in the middle in the back, so neither Luhan nor Tao responses to his demand.

Hannah can’t sit back in her seat, leaning a little forward to see well and even putting her sunglasses at the top of her head, and a smile is growing widely in her face when seeing that they are there.

“A school?” Baekhyun looks confused when seeing they stops outside a school, and everyone are looking out the window. Manager Lim reaches his hand behind his seat to move something and also to tell Kai to move to the back now. Kai is unfocused when shifting seat, looking out the window too on Hannah’s side while asking if they are picking up a kid.

“You said he was in my age…” he sounds and looks confused at Hannah when he has finally taken a seat in the back, but he is leaning forward so his head pops out by Hannah’s shoulder.

She is smiling happily. “You act to be his age anyway,” she tells him and Luhan gives a laugh behind her seat; he got her joke, and he loves it, maybe too much because his laugh is really loud. Kai is smiling too. It was fun.

“There he is!” Hannah suddenly bursts out and hurries to open the slide-door, waving happily to someone coming out from the school ground. Most kids have left school already, a few still staying behind and some faces follows the body that starts to run up to the van. He suddenly makes a stop when reaching the door, bowing politely when seeing three faces looking out behind Hannah to see him, and both Baekhyun and Manager Lim are looking from the front seats. Hannah laughs and tells him to walk by her to take the seat, helping the boy up. He has dark brown hair nicely clipped to hide his ears, but the hair is a little messy in a way you think it is drying after a shower. He has baby cheeks, big dark eyes and his head is a little too big to that tiny body; a pair of tiny hands pulls in the seatbelt so Hannah can help him put it on after that she has helped him put his back-packet by his feet. He doesn’t reach down to the floor of the van when sitting there.

The EXO members are looking at him with curiosity in their eyes, barely blinking, so Hannah understands why he gets shy. She, on the other hand, can’t stop smiling.

“Kyung Ho, this is EXO,” Hannah introduces briefly before she looks at the EXO boys. “This is Kyung Ho, my good friend.”

“Whoa…” Baekhyun says from the front seat, “are YOU Kyung Ho? Nice to meet you.”

“Nice to meet you too,” Kyung Ho says in a low voice and he bows his head to the front at Baekhyun before doing his best to do the same to those sitting in the back. He looks tiny in that seat. Manager Lim is smiling when they drive away from the school, finally heading to the restaurant.

They know who Kyung Ho is – who doesn’t know who Kyung Ho is? He is well-spoken of inside the walls of SM Entertainment thanks to 5 Pieces, and the EXO boys seem fascinated to meet him. Hannah had thought they already met, but she guesses they haven’t. It is fun to chat in the van now, the EXO members all curious about the cute boy and Hannah helping him to answer a few questions as he seems a little surprised over getting this much attention.

“Nuna,” Kyung Ho says in a low voice when he gets the chance between all the questions, “I will kiss a boy.”

You can feel how the van makes a surprised stop briefly, their driver dropped his attention when hearing those words from the eight years old boy, and Hannah suddenly starts to cough like crazy. Luhan’s jaw drops, hugging the back of Hannah’s seat with his hands to be able to look at Kyung Ho.

“You will what?” Hannah asks, clearing , looking shocked at her friend. Her eyes are stinging from coughing so hard.

Kyung Ho looks innocently at her. “The other boy in the movie I am filming… He and I will kiss,” he answers and shows a simple peck on his hand, looking totally adorably. Hannah glances to the back, meeting Kai’s entertained eyes. When she thinks Kai is adorable, it is not on the same level as Kyung Ho – that’s obvious because Kai is y and a teenager while Kyung Ho is cute and a little boy.

“You will kiss a boy…” Hannah breathes out, nodding when saying it, and she feels how she is spacing out a little. Tiny Kyung Ho will kiss a boy?

Kyung Ho smiles widely when seeing her reaction. “Is that a bad thing?” he asks her, still sounding and looking so innocent. But Hannah can feel the others in the van turning their attention to her, curious of her answer.

“Why would it be a bad thing?” she wonders quietly, still feeling that she is slightly freaking out over it. He will kiss another boy… He will kiss another boy???

“You are getting pale, Nuna,” Kyung Ho answers in a whisper. Kai gives a chuckle and Hannah breathes in.

“I guess I am,” she breathes and this time she can hear more chuckles in the van over her low answer. Kyung Ho pouts, trying to meet her eyes that are spacing out.

“You don’t want me to do it?”

“No, it’s not that,” Hannah suddenly wakes up, smiling at him. “I’m not good at handle things.”

Kyung Ho nods, muttering that he knows that. Kai gives a laugh, entertained by the boy, and Hannah gives the teenage a glare before looking back at Kyung Ho who is still pouting a little.

“If you don’t have anything against kissing a boy, you can do it,” she tells him.

“They told me to get my guardian’s approval,” he informs them (only looking at Hannah though everyone are listening), “but I won’t ask mom and dad, so I thought I could ask you instead.”

“And Hannah has kissed a boy when acting before, so there is no better person to ask,” Manager Lim finally opens his mouth, looking in the rear-view mirror with a big smile. Hannah gives him a quick glare by the memory.

“I approve. But if you don’t want to do it, you don’t have to,” Hannah answers Kyung Ho.

So badly she wants to hit Kai who is leaning forward, resting his arms on his knees and he has that stupid smile printed in his face when looking back and forth from Hannah and Kyung Ho. Like a clown’s head sitting between them, laughing at Hannah’s reactions.

“Kyung Ho-ah,” Baekhyun says cutely, turning around a little in his seat at the front to look at the boy, “you said you knew Hannah is bad at handling things.”

Kyung Ho nods. “When she can’t contact me, she cries,” he answers and Hannah looks shocked at him. Why is he saying that? “Because one time when she couldn’t contact me, I had been put in the hospital again so when she could, she ran to the hospital and cried and told me to never scare her like that again.”

Hannah hides her face behind her hands, turning to the window. Why is he telling these things? Baekhyun probably asked to get something to laugh at, but now it is just embarrassing – for Hannah. Poor Kyung Ho doesn’t even know he embarrasses her. He is even telling it with a smile…

Manager Lim clears his throat; in a too loud voice asking Kyung Ho if he is hungry, just to change the subject.

For the rest of the ride, Hannah has to force out a smile a little when they are talking, because Kai is still sitting with his head popped up in the middle and he is glancing at her strangely. It is all because of Kyung Ho, she swears it is! She hates this awkward and embarrassed feeling growing bigger in the van; if it is just her or if everyone but Kyung Ho feels it, she doesn’t really care; all she knows is that she is happy when they reaches the restaurant and she can step out of the van, finally get to relax when getting out of there. Kyung Ho takes her hand, but he doesn’t want to go inside the restaurant but waits for the others since Baekhyun is telling some funny story.

Baekhyun finishes telling with a big laugh, but Kyung Ho just looks at him.

“I don’t get it…” he says and Baekhyun stops laughing right away, surprised to hear those words.

“You don’t get it?” he sounds broken and Hannah smiles, shaking Kyung Ho’s hand to get going.

The others are waiting in the VIP room at the restaurant, a long table in the middle where they all sits down around. Kyung Ho gets the biggest welcome by Hannah’s members, and she smiles when seeing how he actually blushes when Maria hugs him and kisses him on his cheeks. Hannah is so sure that he would start to whine if she ever kissed him on his cheeks, tell her he is too old for that… but he lets Maria do it with a cute laugh. She is also busy greeting the other managers that have come too.

Sitting down with Kyung Ho on her right and Tao on her left, Hannah has most of her focus to her right though she keeps looking at the left to listen to what her members on that side are saying. Sitting in front of Hannah, a meter away with the table between is Kai, who is sitting between EXO’s manager and Sehun. Sehun had been forced to sit next to Emelia, who said she is the best when it comes to cheers – Manager Lim had pointed at her right away, saying Sehun can’t drink alcohol because his birthday is tomorrow, not today. Emelia then leans forward to point at Kai.

“You can drink, right?”

He nods, but his manager gives a weird glance – which was when he sat down next to Kai. Hannah is just smiling at the whole scene in front of her.

The dinner goes well. They are all chatting while eating, and Kyung Ho keeps laughing on Hannah’s side over the many conversations around the table. He gets to tell Hannah more about the movie filming he is going through, and she feels warm to hear he likes to act. The directors are nice to him too, but he keeps hearing that he is cute all the time.

When Kyung Ho says he doesn’t want to eat anymore, Hannah glances from his plate to hers and she makes him finish up half of what is left on his plate by saying she will take him to Japan with them some day. His eyes get bright by that thought and he happily eats that. Kyung Ho is bad at eating, so Hannah is happy when he eats; he needs to gain some weight. With a smile she picks up her glass to take a sip, and she meets the eyes of Kai in front of her. He is smiling, and she knows he saw what she did with Kyung Ho, which makes her give Kai some kind of grimace before turning her focus on the conversation that catches her attention.

Fifteen minutes after that, Kyung Ho has left his seat and is laughing from Emelia’s back where she and Tao are throwing him around form back to back, up in the air and making Hannah worry he will get nauseas. She is sitting on the side towards where Tao had been sitting to watch them play easier, and she feels it when someone sits down behind her. Kai rests his elbow on the table and puts his chin on his hand, looking out behind her at them.

“You are really amazing,” he tells her in such a charming and warm voice that she turns around to look at him with big eyes. What? Kai just smirks over her reaction. “With Kyung Ho; you are really amazing.”

Hannah looks back at Kyung Ho who has no strength in his body from laughing so hard, and she sits correctly in her seat, nodding a little lightly for herself. Kai keeps looking at her with his eyes, not really turning his head.

“You seem to be his mother,” Kai smirks at her, not knowing that Hannah really has to focus to hear what he says because his chin on his hand makes him not move his mouth much when talking. “The way you treat him and care for him. It’s really sweet.”

“He don’t seem to mind it,” she answers and glances at Kyung Ho again.

“He’s really cute.”

She smiles down at her hands. Kyung Ho said everyone calls him ‘cute’. She does it too, so she can’t really blame anyone else calling him that. “I have a question,” Kai asks quietly for just her to hear, sitting up straight. Hannah looks up at him (he is tall even when sitting down), thinking back on last week when he asked all those questions in the practice-room.

“Ask,” she simply says, not looking away from him.

Kai smirks, a little taken back once again over how different it is to talk to Hannah compared to Korean girls. Even friends of his (girls), all get shy and don’t really want to be asked things.

“What Kyung Ho said in the car; you really cry when you can’t contact him?”

Though he is worried of how she will take the question, Hannah smiles. “He didn’t answer his phone for a few days, and then a nurse called me and said he had been brought to the hospital due to his disease… And I didn’t know how serious it was, so when I saw him at the hospital I cried,” she simply explains to Kai, not looking at him when talking but when she is done she looks at him.

“He doesn’t seem sick anymore…”

Again she smiles.

“He has been feeling well for a year now. His hair has grown and he is eating…” she softly says with a smile. Kai if admiring her now, how she talks about Kyung Ho the same way a mother talks about her son. Maybe more like a sister, because he can’t see Hannah as a mother. Hannah’s voice traces off when she looks over at Kyung Ho. He is laughing too, she thinks, his laughter filling the chatting room.

Maria, who is busy talking to Baekhyun, Luhan and the managers, is smiling too when seeing Hannah watching Kyung Ho. She does also notice how Kai is looking at Hannah, the admiration or fascination in his eyes when he is looking at her. Maybe he is surprised to see this side of Hannah; the cute and shy Hannah, who on stage is y and charming, who is now warm and friendly.

A few pictures are taken at the dinner. On the ones Kyung Ho isn’t part of, Hannah uploads two on twitter, writing that it’s been five years since 5 Pieces placed a foot in Seoul, and that they five years later have the same silly smiles in their faces. Maria uploads pictures on Instagram too, on her pictures she reveals the EXO members (Hannah only took with her own members and the managers). Once the dinner is over, everyone is sent home. It is still early, but 5 Pieces’ day isn’t over though they come to the apartment early.

For two hours, more or less, 5 Pieces are chatting with fans online. They announced it yesterday that they would do it; they answer questions, have silly answers and upload funny pictures. Two hours that passes quickly before 5 Pieces sits down to watch the broadcast they filmed last week.

This morning, SM Entertainment had released a special music video of the ballad song [Unwilling to Stay, Unwilling to Leave], clips of 5 Pieces preparing their Japanese debut was shown: going back and forth from Korea to Japan, being welcomed by fans and studying Japanese, smiling at the camera filming or hiding their faces if they are tired, showing Maria breathing out to the camera when walking backstage on the way to the stage and Carolina giving a ‘fighting’ motion when passing by before the music video shows clips of an audience, a purple ocean from their arena tour. Fans standing outside the arenas, 5 Pieces preparing backstage; Hannah gives Ace a peck happily and Julia waving like crazy to fans on the other side of the glass. It is a music video not only with special footage from their Japan activities, but also from when they were performing [Oppa] and had their activities in Korea back in January. The girls are messing up when practicing backstage; the audience cheering when they are performing and the ladies waving and chatting with the Korean fans when going from one event to another and a lot of clips reveal not just 5 Pieces hard work but also their fans. It is a good song playing to it too.

– Clips from their audition time, all from their very first entrance to when they won the audition, and then clips of 5 Pieces during the audition preparing for a song that was their first song to perform as a group and not as a band, which is the song coming next;

Performs [Can’t Hold Us Down] – Christina Aguilera cover, 5 Pieces’ changing point at their audition time (the performance is mixed from their audition in 2008 to when they performed it on their “Moon Child” tour 2012)

Clips of 5 Pieces in Europe to promote for the first time shows, 5 Pieces telling the camera how nervous they are to meet European fans and how nervous they are to perform outside Asia; also their very first appearance on Swedish television to perform live.

– A full story of 5 Pieces preparing nervously for their second album comeback after over a year without group activities (almost a year after Hannah’s car-accident) and it shows 5 Pieces’ very first comeback performance, where their song came first and the girls were crying. Followed by clips of 5 Pieces winning and winning with the song on music programs, getting two bigger awards later, and then followed by the group making their comeback in 2012 with [Black & White], and this time winning and winning and winning and winning and winning endlessly, award after awards, on the biggest award shows in Korea and 5 Pieces reactions and speeches and tears – a deeply touching story. You can hear the ladies calling out to Puzzle, time after time, thanking their fans the loudest.

– A random piano piece plays when 5 Pieces is shown on stage, quietly standing there and the camera films the fans around them, taken from their “Moon Child” tour 2012. ‘Nothing is impossible’; the text appears on the clip, and the clip changes to show 5 Pieces’ first appearance on SM Town’s concert in Seoul 2010, and the black ocean covered the audience. Clips of the group getting off the stage at an event in 2008 because of antis, and an unseen clip of Maria falling down on her knees by the wall in 2009 for not getting to perform, crying, followed by a simple clip of a few fans shouting out loudly in a quiet audience at an outdoor performance in 2009, the text appears next; ‘a puzzle needs all pieces to be complete’ and clips of 5 Pieces performing later in the years with a fully supportive audience cheering them on shows. A clip of 5 Pieces walking in for a group-hug on stage, of them coming backstage and is hugged by DBSK, of the ladies bowing down to the audience at their first concert (grateful for getting to perform) and clips of their fans cheering them on, of the fans crying and out of nowhere the music stops to reveal a clip of 5 Pieces standing together and singing acapella backstage, a voice clearly heard to be Emelia’s says ‘we’ll continue to work hard to not be doubted; we are pieces of one’.

Clips of 5 Pieces practicing until they can’t stand when the music continues, both on stage and in the practice-room, covered in sweat but still giving their all. The clips changes and shows them happily crying at their concert, thanking their fans for the happiness shared, and the power of their stages are shown; the audience loudly singing along to [Original], 5 Pieces looking powerful in performances of [Black & White] and the audience going crazy to their performances, clips of smiles and cheers.
