Groans of frustration and aggravation were heard throughout the whole clearing.    Even Chanyeol who was on the opposing let out a disappointed grunt. Luhan shook his head in dismay. Chen covered his eyes in embarrassment. Xiumin mumbled angrily to himself about how if he was playing, at least he would have scored lots of goals. Suho and D.O chortled at the misfortune of Kris’s team. Tao didn’t even bother to watch the game and laid flat on his back with his eyes closed. He’d rather take a nice peaceful nap than watch this horrendous game any day. Sehun was the only one cheering.   Well, cheering for you that is.     For the first time ever, there was a look of irritation on Lay’s face. You have never seen him look so pissed. The six of you were playing for about 45 minutes in, and Kris had at least failed to protect his goalie position more than half of the time. Though he was tall, he sure didn’t know how to use his height to his best benefit. He tripped and toppled over several times.    Lay was too busy trying to block both Chanyeol and Baekhyun. It was harder than he thought since the BOTH of them were on HIM most of the time. He was the one doing most of the work while Kai was busy running after you. Though Kai was on defense, it didn’t help that he wasn’t doing his position properly! His focus on the game was clearly on something else that wasn’t soccer related. He didn’t go after the ball—not even once!   Kai was too busy frolicking after you. As you kicked the ball from side to side and across the field, Kai was right on your tail, admiring your graceful footwork and your competitiveness. He enjoyed studying you from the back and feeling his heart quiver eratically in his chest at the sight of your ambition for the game. He would try to catch you, and you would slip away from his grasp with a teasing smirk, making him want you even more. It was a game of cat and mouse, but the problem was that the mouse was winning.    By the time Kai would catch you in his strong, muscular arms, you would have passed the ball to Baekhyun and he would have had kicked so blindingly fast that Lay wouldn’t have seen the ball coming. Chanyeol would then push Lay to where Baekhyun was and before Kris could register what happened, Chanyeol would kick the ball so hard into the net with such speed and agility that some of the rocks would become ravaged by the mass impact of the ferocious kick.   “DUIZHANG!” Lay cried out in anger for the umpteenth time. He placed his hands on his hips and his nose flared. This was the last game, and of course, they lost. “Are you even watching the net properly?! Whatever, I’m not playing this anymore!”   Kris held up his hands innocently. His eyes were wide with shock as he spoke, “IT’S NOT MY FAULT! WHY ARE YOU YELLING AT ME? AT LEAST, I’M TRYING!” His eyes flickered accusingly towards Kai, whose eyes were solely on you. The smirk was on his face as he dabbed away the sweat on his forehead.    Kris rolled his eyes. *I love her too, but you don’t see me galloping away during a game.* Lay’s angry huff broke Kris’s reverie. His eyes flew back to Lay who had a thin layer of ice in his shrewd eyes.    “WELL... TRY BETTER NEXT TIME JEEZ!” Lay yelled back, vexed from the humiliating losses. *This is why I wanted to be on Goddess’s team.* He flashed an angry glare at Kai who shrugged his arms innocently.    “And you!” Lay pointed an angry finger at Kai. “You’re not allowed to play soccer anymore.”    Kai laughed and made his way to you. He wrapped his arm around you from the back, making your eyes widened in surprise. “That’s fine with me, but Maiden won’t play either then~”   You rolled your eyes and squirmed out of his grasp. “One, I’m sweaty, don’t touch me. Two, who said I won’t be playing?! Soccer is my past time! Pft~!” The boys cracked up and laughed at Kai who was directly rejected by you.    Kai gave you an incredulous look before smirking and biting his lip with a wink. “Alright, if that’s how you want to play it, Maiden. That’s fine with me.”    Oh god.   What the was that for?   You tried so hard not to let your emotions carry you away and you forced yourself to look away. Was the temperature rising in the atmosphere or what?     “For future references, I’m playing next time.” Xiumin said, standing up and dusting off the lavender petals off his shorts.    Luhan nodded in agreement. “Count me in. Duizhang, I’m highly disappointed in you.” He shook his head in embarrassment.    Kris gave him a look of disbelief. Then he rolled his eyes and scowled, muttering angry Chinese words underneath his breath as he walked away.    A little after, the boys sparred for awhile in the forestry until the sun began to set. When the weather changed and grew chillier, the thirteen of you met back in the centre of the clearing.   Since you were around the area, you thought you might as well give your favourite bartender Eunhyuk a friendly visit before heading back home.    It didn’t take long to get to the bar. About five stops after, the thirteen of you stepped out. You had told the boys that they could’ve gone home first, but of course, the boys were uncomfortable with the idea of ever leaving you alone...   So there you thirteen were, in front of the local bar.    “I’m just going to have a beer and chat with my friend Eunhyuk for awhile. You guys can order some snacks—it’ll be on my tab so it’s fine.” You assured them. You were about to open the door when you felt a hand on your shoulder. You glanced back to see a very scrutinizing Tao.    He narrowed his eyes into small slits and rubbed his chin in a suspicious manner. “Who is this Eunhyuk fellow you speak of?”   You rolled your eyes and pushed him in. “God forbid that there is another man on the list of men I have to marry, Tao.”   ---   While the boys were in the back table, chewing on some fresh sweet potato fries and drinking cola, you were at the counter sipping a beer and chatting to Eunhyuk.   The bar was a little bit more packed than the last time you’ve been here. But of course, when you checked your watch, it was rush hour time for bars. Usually people piled in at this time to release stress from a day of hard work.    Eunhyuk, however, always gave you his undivided attention, despite how busy the bar got. He was a good bartender; kind, friendly and shockingly adorable for someone his age.    The boys couldn’t help but study this Eunhyuk character as if he was a new rival they should be aware of. D.O. pushed the fry into his mouth so hard that he didn’t realize he had eaten it and that his finger was now pushing his two front teeth. Chanyeol kept stuffing as much fries as he could in his mouth as he eyed you two suspiciously.    The rest of the boys tried to make nothing out of it and chatted amongst them, but of course the jealousy was there as they eyed you two.    “I’m not sure whether or not to congratulate you or to suddenly fear for my safety,” Eunhyuk said to you, drying a cup with a cloth.   You smiled and twirled the beer in your hand. “What do you mean?”   Eunhyuk nodded his head to where the boys sat a
