  The chirping of birds woke you up. Your eyes snapped open and you immediately sat up. Your squinted your eyes as you looked around. You were in your room. There was a cup of water on your night stand. Strangely, you didn't feel at all thirsty which was weird since whenever you awoke from your slumber after a night full of alcohol, your throat would be parched. *Hmm.* Your mind wandered back to last night and how you got home. Then a film of flashbacks hit you.   *OH yeah...* From what you could remember, you had fallen asleep and Chanyeol carried you home.    Your muscles were tight in your body but your mind felt free and peaceful. You glanced at the time. It was only 5AM... *EH... ONE MORE HOUR OF SLEEP ASSA! I’ll deal with reality later...* You laid back down and turned to your side.    You snuggled into your warm sheets. You yawned slightly. There was something hitting your face. Not anything physical, but instead, it felt like wind. Or more specifically, breathing. Your face twitched as if it would get rid of that strange itch. *I’m going crazy. Block B’s weird leadja was right.* You buried your face deeper in the blanket.    However, another sound became distinct in your ears: a faint beating of a heartbeat.    “D.O?” You mumbled, halfway in dreamland. Usually, when D.O slept with you though, he usually slept on the floor, not next to you in bed.   Instead of responding, the person draped their arm over your body and pulled you closer. You blinked a couple of times in surprise, and then opened your eyes fully and pulled your blanket halfway away from your face so that it would show only your eyes. You blinked for a second before your eyes rounded.   “Kai?” You whispered almost in disbelief that he was here next to you. It felt foreign having him here with you after almost two days of emotional separation.   Kai was lying on his side as he gazed intensely at you. There was no anger, no resentment, and no jealousy in those deep, mysterious eyes of his. They searched your innocent chocolate orbs, searching for some answer, and as if he had found it he buried his face into your neck as he hugged you closer.    Your eyes rounded even bigger than it did before. Your heart did a large jump in your chest, as if it was revived and it accelerated like crazy in your chest at his simple touch. You could feel the skin of his face touching your neck, and in a way, it made you shudder.    “I’m sorry, Maiden.” He mumbled almost incoheren
