This morning, Mina woke up because she could hear little whimpers close to her. She opened her eyes, taking in her surroundings, she was holding Chaeyoung, they almost never woke up holding each other but apparently last night they hadn't let go.

Chaeyoung was complaining in her sleep and had a face of pain. Mina moved carefully, shaking her a bit. "Hey." Chaeyoung didn't react. "Wake up." Mina put a hand on her forehead checking the girl's temperature. She was warm but it didn't seem like a fever. "Chaeyoung," Mina called for her again, Chaeyoung groaned, waking up slowly. She didn't open her eyes but she turned to her back.

"What?" She groaned moving her hands to her head.

"You were making noises, were you dreaming? Does your head hurt?" Mina moved the covers from Chaeyoung's side so it wouldn't be that hot.

Chaeyoung tried to open her eyes, she kept her lips. "I'm thirsty."

Mina was looking at the girl with such adoration, she was so relieved she hadn't lost her. "Of course you are, wait." She got up to look for a glass of water and a painkiller. When she got back Chaeyoung was curled up again holding a pillow. "Is that my replacement? Here." Mina sat next to her, rubbing her back. "Sit." Chaeyoung groaned again but obeyed. Mina handed her the glass and the pill.

Chaeyoung took both and then immediately moved her head down to Mina's lap. "Thank you."

Mina smiled sadly, moving her hand to massage the head on her lap. She felt guilty. No, she had not told Chaeyoung to drink that much, but she knew she had done it to not feel whatever she was feeling yesterday because of her stupidity and Kwan's nerve. She had been so so scared that Chaeyoung was not going to forgive her, she was sure she had lost her, even in Momo's room she was losing hope. And then when they got here, she was sure Chaeyoung had tried to break up with her, but Mina was blaming the alcohol, yes, that was it. They needed each other, they couldn't break up. Not over some brainless jerk. Not because of her fears, not when she had been making progress. Chaeyoung made her want to be better, Chaeyoung was her support. She wanted to be as important to her too, hurting her was the worst. Mina moved her hand down to Chaeyoung's back. They had talked about it, Chaeyoung didn't like getting drunk, it made her loud and clumsy, she got to see it yesterday, more the clumsy part. Maybe Nayeon got the loud part. 'Momo'

Mina needed to talk to Momo. There was nothing else to do now. And she didn't mind, she told Chaeyoung she was okay with it not just to calm her, it was the truth. She had been wanting to do it since the very beginning, but it never felt right. Then she felt she could do it once they started sharing lunch but they, Chaeyoung and Mina, hadn't got the time and now it was too late to do it properly, she had to talk to apologize and not give news, slight change of plans. Last night she couldn't say anything to Momo because she was too focused on Chaeyoung and Momo had not said anything either probably because it was a bit of a shock, right? But Mina was sure if they talked today, everything would be okay. Momo always defended Sana from her, it couldn't be different for her.

"Mina." Her thoughts were interrupted by her favorite voice.

"What is it? Do you want anything else?" Mina wanted to help.

"Did you call me baby last night?" 'what a clown'

Chaeyoung's question sounded serious and she still had a voice like she was hurting from something but Mina couldn't help but smile, how could that be her first question, out of everything. "Is that really what worries your mind now?"

"I liked it."

"Are you still drunk?" Mina joked.

"I'm serious," Chaeyoung answered shaking her body too as if making a tantrum, a real cry baby.

"Okay, I'll do it more, then." Mina just kept gently rubbing her back. "Are you feeling any better?"

Chaeyoung groaned again and moved a bit. "Mhh I think I need to go to the bathroom, but here is nice."

"Go." Mina moved down to kiss her head. "It will be nice here after." Chaeyoung complained and got up slowly, she barely had her eyes open. Yeah, she was in pain but Mina found it cute in a way.

She used the time to text Momo and Sana too, that way both of them would be on the same page and she would get this done. She felt her stomach weird with every word, she wanted to do it but in the back of her mind, rejection was still the main answer to being honest about this. That's what she was taught, that was what they made her believe would happen, that's what she had done, it was understandable that she felt afraid but she was going to do it either way, she needed to give those steps sooner or later. None of the girls answered right away but she just threw the phone away, sending the message had been a great effort. Fortunately, Chaeyoung got back, she made it better.

Barely getting to bed she climbed to Mina's lap again and hugged her waist. "Play with my hair," she commanded still quite grumpy.

"I was going to, now I'm not sure." Mina was smiling at her even if she couldn't see it.

Chaeyoung groaned again and moved one hand that was surrounding Mina to reach for her hand and moved it to her head. "It's on the contract."

"What contract?" Mina felt better now, Chaeyoung was being so silly, she loved it.

"Mhh you accepted to be my girlfriend, that implies playing with my hair all the time, it's one of the many requirements."

"I see you can talk pretty well now," Mina commented. "And I said yes, but you never warned me about these requirements."

"Of course there're requirements, you think I just want a pretty girlfriend? That's not enough."

Mina was entertained, she knew Chaeyoung was just joking but she followed along. "Okay, then what else?"

"You have to kill dragons for me."

Mina laughed out loud. "Oh, right, I knew that."

"And you have to help me paint." Okay, that sounded like a normal request, Mina liked doing that.

"I can do that."

"Great, you have to pose for me," Chaeyoung said it so naturally, Mina thought Chaeyoung was being serious about helping her paint, she got annoyed and hit her back.

"Chaeyoung!"

She just giggled. "What?"

"You were being cute why did you ruin it?" Mina pouted. "Besides, even if I did that, you would panic." Mina was sure the girl was just pure talk.

"Mhh..." Chaeyoung seemed to think for a second, and then added. "Well, I've done it before."

'what?' Mina couldn't imagine shy quirky Chaeyoung painting anyone . Maybe it was for educational purposes, but Mina couldn't help but wonder about her previous relationships, she always assumed she had never been with anyone so she never asked about it. "Are you sure you are not drunk anymore?"

Chaeyoung laughed a bit. "I'm serious," then she doubted, "I mean, uh, the I've done it part, no the uh, you- you don't have to pose for me." 'there she is, my cute baby'

"Who did you paint?" Mina was curious now. It was always nice talking with her about whatever, learning new things. Having her on her lap caressing her hair, felt too nice, Mina could stay in this position forever.

"I didn't paint someone, I just did a sketch, it was simple. I don't usually draw people, it's hard for me."

"That didn't answer my question," Mina replied softly, she wanted to know more.

"Right," Chaeyoung agreed. "It was just this classmate, we kinda liked each other, I don't know, but nothing ever happen, she didn't do anything and I didn't do anything."

"Except she posed for you," Mina argued, that didn't seem nothing, she was not mad or jealous, that would be ridiculous, she just wanted to know more and make Chaeyoung bothered.

"It was just uh, well, she wasn't fully , just enough."

Mina giggled. "What's enough for you?" Chaeyoung didn't answer. "Are you blushing?"

"It's not fair, I tried to joke with you, but I always end up like this all shy," Chaeyoung complained, sitting up to hide in the crook of Mina's neck.

"Don't worry, maybe one day I can get enough for you," Mina mocked Chaeyoung's words and held her there.

Chaeyoung hid even deeper. "Stop!" She cried.

It was quite funny, Mina loved this Chaeyoung, even though she also loved bold Chaeyoung and all her versions, really, but making her feel like this, was one of her favorites. 'so cute'  "You don't want me to, then?"

"No," Chaeyoung answered quickly. "I mean, yes, I mean-"

"Okay, okay, calm down." Mina was laughing but she was not going to make her suffer any longer. "I get it, tell me more about your requirements." Mina tried to move Chaeyoung away from her neck, so she could see her face.

Chaeyoung did move, her eyes were now working properly, she had messy hair and her cheeks were a bit pink. "There's no need, you passed them all," she answered smiling.

"Really?" Mina had one hand on Chaeyoung's neck. "But I haven't slayed any dragon."

"Not yet," Chaeyoung leaned down to kiss her cheek, "but you will." Mina was not sure if Chaeyoung was referring to something else or if she was still just joking, either way, she remembered what she had to do today. She looked away from her.

"I have to change clothes."

"Are you going out?"

"Mhh."

"You can't leave me." Chaeyoung got closer to her, sitting on her lap. "I'm sick," she fake a cough.

"You're not sick."

"My stomach still hurts, I'm dying." Mina knew Chaeyoung was feeling a bit sick but she was also just being dramatic. It would be nice, though, to stay here and just take care of her.

"I'm ... I'm meeting Momo and Sana," she explained.

"Oh," Chaeyoung must have realized now why she needed to go, "would you be okay, should I go too?"

"No, it's okay, I have to do it alone." Mina looked again at her to give her a smile.

"Are you scared?"

"A bit, yes."

"It's okay that you are, but it will be fine and Sana will be there, she's great, she knew, she will help you, she is so nice."

"Okay, don't talk like that about Sana," Mina frowned, she was not actually jealous, but she liked to pretend to.

"But it's true, you know that."

"Yeah, she is," Mina nodded. "But you can't say it like that."

"How?" Chaeyoung was laughing at her act.

"You know how." Mina didn't know, she was just playing. Chaeyoung just nodded and gave her another kiss on the cheek.

"Okay, but it will be fine."

"I know, I'm still nervous though so I want to change now even if it's in a couple of hours, then I can be ready and you can kiss me until it's time and I don't have to think about it, a great plan, right?" Mina smiled really proud.

Chaeyoung laughed at loud. "Uh, yeah, sounds amazing."

"Perfect, let me go." Mina pushed Chaeyoung away from her lap.

But Chaeyoung surrounded her neck. "No," she whined.

"But you agreed with my plan."

"I know, but I'm hurting."

"Your head too? " Mina didn't want to leave her. Chaeyoung nodded in her neck. Mina just hugged her for a while and then tried again, with a more serious but still soft tone. "Baby, let me go, I'll be right back." She knew calling her baby would probably work. Chaeyoung giggled in her neck like a fool.

"Okay." She moved out of Mina's space. "But I'll be waiting to go through with your plan."

Mina smiled and got up to get dressed, she also checked her phone, Sana had answered that she'll be there and that she'll make sure Momo too, but Momo didn't answer directly to her, that was weird. But thinking about it would only be worse so she just took a shower and got dressed quickly to get back to Chaeyoung.

The girl was sleeping again apparently, using the same pillow as before as a replacement. Mina didn't want to wake her up so she just got carefully next to her. But Chaeyoung somehow felt her. "I'm up, I'm awake," she said a bit surprised sitting on the bed again.

"You can sleep, it's okay, I can do something else while waiting."

"No, we had a plan." Chaeyoung was frowning, she moved to get on the same position they were before, sitting on Mina's lap. "You haven't kissed me today, I feel betrayed." Mina was not sure what had happened, but somehow Chaeyoung was being the clingy one, maybe it had to do with how weak she was feeling for her stomach and head, she was acting like a real baby today, it was making Mina feel really emotional for some reason, it made her so happy she felt like crying.

Mina moved one hand to her neck, she looked at the hickey she had made, this time she did it on purpose so it was actually noticeable and bigger, right now she regretted it, it was not nice, but she had felt like doing it. "Sorry about this, I don't know what I was thinking."

"Mhh I saw it, why did you do it so up? You really were thinking of how to do it for everyone to see." Chaeyoung moved one hand to hold Mina's hand that was on her neck.

"I don't know, probably, sorry."

"That's okay, I let you and it doesn't matter now." Chaeyoung got closer to Mina's face. "Can I kiss you now?"

Mina smiled, looking at her lips. "Why are you acting like me?"

"Because," Chaeyoung was looking at her lips too, it made her nervous, "only I can do it." Mina liked that, she liked Chaeyoung knew that, it was the truth, she only liked her, she only wanted to be with her, no one else, not stupid Kwan. 'bet he doesn't even kiss nice'

"Yesterday, I was stupid, I won't do that again." Mina felt she needed to explain again, even if Chaeyoung seemed fine now.

"It did feel awful, but I think I overreacted a bit, I know it's not your fault the things he said and... I know it's difficult for you when both parts mix, I just," Chaeyoung sighed, "I really thought you were ashamed of me."

"I'm not."

"I know that now," Chaeyoung smiled a bit. "And I know that I am here, not him." She looked at her lips again, Mina wanted for her to kiss her so badly, she didn't want to initiate it, she wanted Chaeyoung to do it. Mina didn't answer, she just kept waiting for her to kiss her. They were so close, she could feel her breath. Then after what felt like hours, getting more anxious for her lips, Chaeyoung finally closed the space in between them, not in a messy way like she had done drunk, but quite firmly and controlled. Really showing how good of a kisser she was, Mina loved that so much, she was not sure if all the boys she had kissed really at it or if Chaeyoung was just too good at it. But she liked it, she liked it so much she got too immersed in it, she barely noticed when Chaeyoung change her position, having now both legs on each side of her.

She held her waist and Chaeyoung had her hands on her shoulders. She had had the best plan, this definitely was the best way to spend her time. When Chaeyoung moved back a bit stopping the kiss, she felt annoyed. "I love your lips so much" She groaned a bit frustrated, trying to kiss her again, Chaeyoung understood and resume kissing her, moving one hand from her shoulder to the back of her head to deepen the kiss, Mina felt grateful. After a while, Chaeyoung moved back again, Mina understood they couldn't kiss forever, but she couldn't help but feel annoyed again, Chaeyoung started to kiss her cheeks and forehead, and nose, she was about to complain when Chaeyoung also reached her ear, carefully biting her earlobe, she had never felt that before, it was nice, really nice, she was not going to complain now, so she just let her, she kissed her jaw back to her lips, but she stopped there, not touching them, Mina was not understanding it was so frustrating. Why was she teasing her like this? Or maybe Mina was just too into it. It was maybe too early to be feeling like that, either way, she was not going to be the only one feeling it, she moved a bit forward using her tongue, she Chaeyoung's upper lip, inviting her to kiss her again. But Chaeyoung just pushed her shoulders, supporting her against the headboard strongly. Mina was not sure what was happening but she kept feeling frustrated and , really . They weren't talking, it was weird. Chaeyoung kept staring at her lips and then moved one hand to Mina's neck, her touch was hot, and then she lowered her hand carefully caressing Mina's skin who was getting nervous by the second until it reached her blouse.

"Should I take this off?" Chaeyoung was now looking at her eyes, Mina's breathing immediately got faster, she was not expecting that, but the truth is, it didn't seem like a bad idea, she wanted more. Still, she took a few seconds before answering.

"You should," she simply said. Chaeyoung moved both hands to initiate the task, never leaving Mina's eyes, she ed the first button. Mina swallowed nervously, and the second button was gone, it was being torturous, and it was all so simple. She could feel Chaeyoung's warm body on top of her, she didn't hold her hips, she took a hold of her thighs. How did it get so heated so quickly? She had no idea. But she liked it and it was even better that Chaeyoung was the one carrying things farther.

When a fourth button was going to be removed, someone knocked on the door. Mina couldn't believe their luck. No one has ever bothered them before, well, except Sana, but they had ignored her, they couldn't ignore the door now, could they? Mina wanted to scream.

Chaeyoung didn't panic, she just quickly buttoned up all three buttons and got off her lap, leaving a big breath. "Go get that." Her voice sounded like she was annoyed, Mina could tell, but maybe if she went and it was nothing important, she could get back immediately and they could resume their actions. So she got up and cleared before answering the door.

Maybe they would not be able to resume their actions after all, Nayeon was there. "Morning," she said, even though it was probably past midday by now.

"Mo- morning." Mina felt dumb, why had she stuttered. 'well done, Mina' She didn't say anything else, just let her in, what else could she do?

Nayeon walked in, she had plastic bags in her hand. She left them on the floor and didn't say a thing about their beds. "Has she been sleeping all morning?"

Mina saw that Chaeyoung had curled up again, maybe she heard Nayeon and was putting on an act. 'clown' "Most of it, yes." 

Nayeon moved next to Chaeyoung, shaking her a bit. "I know your stomach is hurting, I brought food, that makes you feel better." Chaeyoung groaned. 'right, food' Mina thought. Why hadn't she thought about food, maybe one day Chaeyoung and her would starve to death by getting distracted kissing each other.

Chaeyoung sat a bit. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm a good friend," Nayeon said first, Mina couldn't help but laugh internally, she was a good friend, yes, but she wondered how much Chaeyoung must be cursing her in her head right now, she had been really into getting her naked enough. Then Nayeon kept talking. "Yesterday I wasn't much help to you, sorry." She looked at Chaeyoung and then tilted her head, using one hand she lifted Chaeyoung's head. "Is that because you fell? Or that's how you guys fix things?" She was looking at her neck.

Mina saw that Chaeyoung moved her head away and got all red so she answered for her. "The second one."

Nayeon just turned to Mina nodding and gave her a thumbs up. "Okay, I guess it's a good method." She got up now to reach for the bags again. "Get up, you need to eat."

"Alright, thank you." Chaeyoung moved out of bed. Mina guessed they were all eating so she looked for their table and helped Nayeon. She wondered when the questioning was going to start, maybe Nayeon wanted for Chaeyoung to feel better first, but Mina knew Chaeyoung was pretty okay, in comparison to earlier. Indeed Nayeon had brought enough food for the three of them, but still, she said she had already eaten so it was basically for Chaeyoung and her.

"Thanks, Nayeon." Mina felt she needed to say it and also apologize and many things but well.

After a while when Chaeyoung ate enough she cleared . "Nayeonnie," she started. "I'm sorry I-"

There was no way Mina was letting her apologize, it was her responsibility. "No," she interrupted giving her a meaningful look. "It's all my fault, Nayeon, I'm sorry she had to lie to you or avoid you, it's... I asked."

Nayeon just smiled at them. "Okay," she said turning to Chaeyoung. "Chaeyoungie I'm not mad, I was, yes, it was awful being ignored by you I thought you were fooling yourself again, I was worried."

"I never fooled myself," Chaeyoung objected.

"Maybe you're right," Nayeon nodded. "I can see it now." She turned to Mina again. "So, what's all this?"

It was time, Mina could say it, she knew Chaeyoung was waiting for her to do it. She had never said it to someone, not even Sana, not with these words. It took her a second but she managed. "I'm her girlfriend, we are together." It felt good. Saying it felt good. And Nayeon didn't look at her with hate or rejection, it was great. She could see Chaeyoung smiling next to her.

"Are you the same girl I had to scream at because she was treating my Chaeyoungie like trash?" Nayeon asked really seriously. "The one that literally used a line to keep her away, was that it? You needed it to control yourself, was Chaeyoung too cute?" Mina couldn't tell if Nayeon was mad or just joking, her face was all serious, but then the girl smiled, a big smile. "I'm glad you figured it out."

'Wow' Mina couldn't believe sometimes how good everyone had been to her, by everyone she meant Sana and Nayeon, both girls hadn't doubted in giving her nice words despite how she could have acted on the past, neither of them said anything bad to her, it was so heart-warming. She smiled at Nayeon. "Thank you." She wanted to say more but she was too overwhelmed.

She felt Chaeyoung's hand on her back. "You okay?" She just nodded, she was more than okay, it felt amazing.

"Okay," Nayeon stated taking her phone out. "Kiss," she suddenly said pointing at the both of them.

Chaeyoung laughed. "What are you doing? Put that away."

"I need Jeongyeon to see it, she'll be so happy for you," Nayeon pouted at her.

Mina couldn't handle this much acceptance, Nayeon even wanted to share it because it would make someone else happy, Chaeyoung's happiness that she was part of, it sounded so right.

"I miss Jeongyeon," Chaeyoung said. "She's so nice to me, have you been nice to her?"

"Yeah, she defended you every time I was hating on you, oh, and Jihyo misses you too, she'll be happy too, for you, now kiss." Nayeon ignored her question.

"Right, she's been wanting for me to date someone for ages now."

"Indeed, she was going to end up dating you herself, you're in luck Mina doesn't find you annoying."

"No, she is," Mina added to their conversation. "But I like it."

"Oh god, I can't, too weird," Nayeon said, looking away. "Chaeyoung!" She suddenly raised her voice.

"What?" Chaeyoung got confused.

Nayeon got up and walked near Chaeyoung's nightstand. "This ing works," she said turning her night lamp on. "Did you really use my lights to set the mood here?"

Mina started laughing, Chaeyoung's embarrassed face was too cute. "Wait," Mina talked first than Chaeyoung, still laughing. "What did she tell you?"

Nayeon got back to them, pointing at Chaeyoung. "This told me she needed them because her lamp broke."

"Such a good liar." Mina poked Chaeyoung's side. "Why did you need the lights, Chaeyoungie?" Mina knew she was being annoying, but it was fun and Nayeon seemed to enjoy Mina was making fun of Chaeyoung.

Chaeyoung moved quickly to hide in Mina's arms. "I'm not here!" She shouted from her position. Mina just patted her back.

Nayeon closed her eyes with a disgusted face. "I can't believe Jeongyeon saw it first." She shook her head and opened her eyes again, taking her phone she took a picture of them. "Perfect, that's believable enough." She smiled typing something on it. Mina didn't mind, she knew probably only Jihyo and Jeongyeon would see it, she liked them. "Oh yes, you can see Chaeyoung's hickey!" She smiled more. Chaeyoung groaned hiding deeper. "Is she always like that?"

Mina nodded smiling. Chaeyoung got up. "Stop making fun of me." She got closer to Nayeon. "Aren't you mad that you couldn't figure this out? You know who did?"

Mina was not sure if they were actually arguing or they talked like that but she just let them. Nayeon frowned. "I was not the first one?"

"You didn't even figure it out, Mina had to show you." Chaeyoung's voice demonstrated she was enjoying this. "Sana did figure it out, all on her own."

"What? Really? How? When?" Mina had no idea but apparently, it was important for Nayeon that she had not known first, she looked almost insulted.

"On Momo's birthday when all of you were too busy setting me up with someone else."

"That explains Mina's reaction, we all just thought she was uncomfortable with the topic."

"Sorry." Mina felt like saying again, interrupting their dialogue.

"So you're the jealous type." Nayeon ignored Chaeyoung now and looked at Mina who was the only one still at the table. "I approve," she commented but then added. "Although you shouldn't be jealous much, who would want Chaeyoung," she said turning to the girl again, mocking her.

"What?" Chaeyoung argued annoyed. "Many people would want me." Mina found it cute that she was defending herself, Nayeon really enjoyed bothering her, she had never seen them like this.

"Please, Tzuyu doesn't count anymore," Nayeon said as if it was super obvious.

But Mina was confused, what was that supposed to mean? Tzuyu liked Chaeyoung before Sana? She frowned. "She used to like you?"

Chaeyoung turned to her, scratching her head. "Uh, I don't know, actually."

Nayeon scoffed. "She did." Mina wanted to know more now, that would explain why the girl always acted differently towards her and always knew how Chaeyoung was feeling. "But Chaeyoung never saw it."

"It's not my fault, we are all just friends, she could have said something."

"That's why she interrogated me that day." Mina understood now. "It was scary."

"She did?" Nayeon asked. "Sorry, she's always been overprotective of Chaeyoung."

Mina was not sure why Nayeon was saying sorry but, it was okay, Tzuyu had apologized, sort of, and she was with Sana now, right? Still, she did feel a bit jealous so she got up to hug Chaeyoung from behind, it didn't matter that Nayeon was there. "Let's go," she suddenly said.

"Where?" Chaeyoung asked trying to turn to look at her, but Mina didn't let her move.

"I want her to see us."

"Wow," Nayeon let out maybe impressed by Mina's act. "Do you want me to send her the picture?" She giggled.

"No," Chaeyoung argued, to both of them apparently. "Nayeon delete that, and Mina, they'll see us tomorrow, there's no need, don't act like that. Also, you should go soon."

'right, Momo' Mina had forgotten about that. "Okay." She let go of Chaeyoung and turned to clean the table. She saw how Nayeon walked to the little balcony and Chaeyoung followed, she could still hear parts of their conversation though.

"Did you really take a picture?" Chaeyoung asked.

"Yeah, but I didn't send it, I do want for Jeong to see you though, and Jihyo, and the girls, and everyone," Nayeon seemed excited, "but you should lie and tell them I figured it out"

Chaeyoung laughed. "Right, okay." Mina didn't know Nayeon was serious about the whole who knew first thing, it was funny. She cleaned everything and sat in bed with her phone, not really using it. Chaeyoung spoke more seriously now and lower. "Nayeonnie, thank you." Mina felt warm hearing Chaeyoung like that, she liked their friendship, so she felt better now that she was not interfering with it. "I know you were mad, you should have been, but thank you for not remaining mad."

"You know I love you, right? And I trust you, I don't know what happened yesterday but if you feel like that again, you must go to me." Nayeon was serious too now. Mina felt a bit nervous. "I know I told you not to feel, but because I thought it was impossible, what you were hoping for, now that it's not, I will just ask for you to be careful, okay? I know you are happy, but still."

Mina didn't hear anything for a moment, maybe Chaeyoung didn't know what to answer. "Most of the time I feel like I'm dreaming." Mina smiled. 'me too'

"You are a dreamer, Chaeyoungie, just be careful waking up, okay?"

"Okay." Mina kept looking at her phone without really looking and then she heard them getting back.

"Alright then, beautiful couple, I'll be leaving now," Nayeon stated back in the room. "Nice beds by the way, really smart, whose idea was that?"

Mina got up to say goodbye to her, Chaeyoung just returned to bed taking her pillow. "Mina's," Chaeyoung answered. "Way before we were dating, just pointing that out, see? I was not delusional, she was playing with me," Chaeyoung frowned, Mina knew the girl was accusing her but it was just too cute, she wanted to kiss her all over.

"You are still at fault, I'm sure," Nayeon said. 'Yes, she was too cute, that's her fault'  "Okay, I'll see you soon, no more excuses," she said last before walking down the small hallway to the door. Mina walked with her. Then Nayeon made a gesture inviting her out. Mina felt nervous again, she went out almost closing the door. She looked at Nayeon but she was not sure with what expression on her face.

"Don't look so scared, please, I'm not going to murder you."

Mina tried to change her expression, but yeah, she was a bit scared. Not her usual fear of people rejecting her for being herself, because Nayeon had already made her pass that fear with her, but she was now afraid of what she really thought of her being with her friend. "Sorry."

Nayeon sighed. "You have to stop apologizing, like, I get it, I've met people like you." Mina was not sure what people like her meant, but she was not going to argue with Nayeon. "Tell me now, are you serious about this?"

There it was, Mina knew Nayeon needed to make sure this was not just a game for her, Chaeyoung had cried enough and Nayeon was just protecting the girl. Mina felt the obligation to ease her mind the best she could. "Listen, I know I was awful, it's okay if you don't trust me," she tried to not sound nervous, "sometimes I don't even trust myself, well, I probably shouldn't say that to you, but, I do want this, I've been trying and I've made mistakes, like yesterday, I'm sorry about that too, but I really want to be better, I've never met someone like Chaeyoung, she is really special to me and what we have, I am serious about that."

"I don't hate you, in case you were wondering that, I did hate how Chaeyoung was acting towards you, I knew she was seeing you as more than a friend, that worried me. Now I get that she was not that crazy, but please don't play with her because I could hate you and you wouldn't like that." Nayeon had a serious face, Mina had never talked this much with her, but it was going okay, also, she had never looked this much at Nayeon's face, the girl was really beautiful. It made her more intimidated by her. And it was quite interesting, Mina liked Chaeyoung, yes, she could see how beautiful Chaeyoung was and she felt attracted to her both emotional and physically, but it was new to Mina thinking that she could see other girls as beautiful and think more of them, because she had come to terms that she liked and cared about Chaeyoung, but it's not like she had completely defined her uality, right? She didn't like to think about that, it only made it worse in her mind, as if liking Chaeyoung and defining her uality were two completely separate topics. She still felt a bit of rejection towards those kinds of words that defined people's ualities, she did not feel like a part of that. That's why she felt a bit embarrassed thinking about how beautiful Nayeon looked because it was different now, she had always found many girls beautiful but she never gave it much thought, because she was not supposed to. "Do I have something on my face?"

Mina felt stupid but she tried to play it cool. "No, sorry." She had said sorry many times today. "Thanks for not being mad at her, I felt awful that she had to lie. And don't worry you won't have to hate me, I'll take care of her." Mina meant that, she wanted that.

"Okay," Nayeon smiled again. "Then I hope we can hang out sometime, my work here of best friend threatening you is done, go back to her now, she gets all soft after drinking." Mina smiled. "Wait, Mina, can I send the picture, look, it's cute." Nayeon showed her the phone.

"Okay, it's fun when she gets shy," Mina answered and Nayeon thanked her, then she saw her leave and got inside again, leaving out a big breath. 'at least she approves us' That's what she cared about. And also, she was not mad at Chaeyoung.

"Did she lecture you?" She heard Chaeyoung from the bed. "Don't listen to her."

Mina smiled and walked to the bed to be with her again before going out. "It was okay, she doesn't hate me." She got in bed next to her, on her stomach supporting her weight on her elbows. "And we should listen to her." She kissed Chaeyoung's nose.

Chaeyoung just scrunched her nose and smiled. "Thank you."

"Why?"

"Because," Chaeyoung explained, "you told her everything."

"Of course, that's what I promised, we don't have to hide from them now, especially Tzuyu," Mina joked but using a serious face.

"Oh, forget that, really, everyone knew but me, it makes no sense." Chaeyoung didn't like the topic apparently so Mina didn't joke anymore.

"Alright, I'll be leaving now." She caressed the side of Chaeyoung's face. "You should sleep."

"Okay, you'll be fine, you did great with Nayeon." Chaeyoung gave her a big smile, Mina just turned to get her things and leave but Chaeyoung talked again, "Wait, Mina." She turned again to look at her raising her eyebrows, Chaeyoung had not used her usual nice tone, it sounded serious. "About earlier..." She started saying fidgeting with Mina's hand. "I..."

"With Nayeon?" Mina was not sure why Chaeyoung was so nervous so suddenly or what she was trying to say.

"No, before she got here," Chaeyoung clarified. "Exactly when she got here."

'oh, that, yeah, that was interesting' Mina had forgotten about that, but now recalling the events, she found it cute that Chaeyoung got all nervous trying to talk about it. Even though she had been extremely nervous at the moment and Chaeyoung hadn't, that was new. "Ah, yes, when you were trying to get me enough, what about it?"

Chaeyoung let go of Mina's hand and smiled completely blushed with her eyes closed really tightly. "I should've never told you that."

"Well, it's okay, if that's what you were going to ask, I'm okay with whatever got into you at the moment, actually," Mina was not keeping any information to herself, "I was a bit frustrated by your actions and then you got all brave, it was quite exciting," Mina leaned down to her ear, "you know what you're doing, just keep doing it." She kissed her head softly and actually turned to leave, taking a big coat. It was getting late.

Outside she immediately got all nervous again, maybe this wasn't such a good idea, maybe she didn't need to give any explanations, Sana could explain in her place, right? But no, that was stupid, it was her responsibility, she had hidden everything from Momo, she was the one that needed to explain. Momo had been the first person she had ever considered telling about how she was feeling, it was true, but right now for some reason, she still felt afraid, because it had all been so sudden, would she be weirded out? Mina was not thinking very clearly but still, she managed to arrive at the little coffee shop, where they always meet up. Taking a deep breath she got inside and in one of the corners, she saw Sana.

It made her relax a bit, she could approach Sana without panicking. "Hey."

"Minari, hi," Sana smiled at her. "Sit, I'll bring you coffee." Sana got up as soon as she took a seat.

Chaeyoung was right, Sana did make everything easier even in small actions. She used the time to calm a bit, being nervous only made her take bad decisions and rushed actions, she was an expert at those, that needed to change. Then Sana got back, it was not exactly what she would've ordered but it was fine, she was not worried about that now. "Thank you."

"Momo told me something happened last night, but she didn't tell me what." Sana went straight into the topic, maybe using the time that Momo was not there yet. "Then this morning I got your message saying that we should meet here to explain everything, is that everything everything?" Mina liked the way Sana talked to her as if explaining everything to a little kid, like when she had asked for her advice when Chaeyoung was ignoring her, Mina felt protected with Sana. At the moment it had not felt like that but Mina now felt grateful that if someone knew first about her relationship, it had been Sana. "Are you okay?"

Mina was just looking at her cup. "Yesterday something happened and I had to go get Chaeyoung from Momo's room," Mina said all this really quietly, it was better if Sana knew what had happened before Momo gets here. "In simple words, I had to kiss her to calm her down."

Sana couldn't hide her surprised face, but she tried. "Momo saw," she understood now. "And you didn't say anything else?"

"I couldn't, I was worried about Chaeyoung, we left right after." Now really thinking about what had happened, Mina felt guilty. 'she must be mad, she will be mad, she is disappointed'  "Why hasn't she arrived yet?"

"She will come, just wait." Sana grabbed her wrist. "Calm down." Mina didn't realize but she had started tapping the table. "It will be okay."

But it was not okay, as soon as Momo got there, she completely ignored Sana's greeting and sat just looking at the table. Mina felt like running away.

"Momo," Mina started, but her voice was just not helping. Sana had stopped holding her wrist and she felt she needed it again, so she moved both hands under the table. "Yesterday I... I just-"

"You can't even talk," Momo suddenly interrupted her, looking away with a fake smile. Indeed she was mad. "How long have you been lying to me?"

"Momo," Sana called for her, trying to touch her shoulder but Momo pushed her hand away.

"No, honestly," Momo insisted. "What the happened?" Mina felt like crying, Nayeon and Sana had been so nice to her, this was so different. It made no sense that Momo was this mad, but in her mind, it was only right, of course people would be mad at her, of course she was all wrong.

She had lost all her words and courage, all the good she had felt with Nayeon's words, she felt annoyed at herself too, why was she so weak when it came to this, the minimal act of rejection or hate, made her feel so small and the fact that it was Momo, it was making it all so worse, she loved Momo.

"Momo, just let her talk."

"Right, talk."

"Momo, would you look at me?" Mina needed to see her eyes, even if she was scared, Momo was her friend, she shouldn't be acting like this. Momo did turn to look at her, her gaze was so intense but Mina resisted. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you earlier." That should be a big start, right? But Momo didn't seem content.

"And what is that, that you didn't tell me?"

Mina could see Sana was quite surprised with all this, she had not expected this Momo. Mina had used such right words talking to Nayeon when she had asked the same question, just in a different tone and space. Right now Mina was not sure which words she could use. "We are, uh, dating."

"Dating?"

Mina nodded.

"How is that possible?" Momo looked away again, everywhere really, she looked so uncomfortable too, but her voice kept being strong. "How does that make any sense!?"

"Momo, could you lower your voice, please?" Sana interfered. "Don't you see she is having a hard time?"

"I'm having a hard time," Momo snapped back at Sana. "Why aren't you showing any reaction?" Sana just kept quiet. "You knew."

"Momo, I just-"

"You ing knew and you didn't tell me! " Mina was now expectating their fight. She knew Momo was quite difficult when mad, the thing is she never expected for her to react like this, she wanted to leave, she wanted Chaeyoung, to be protected, safe and warm in her arms.

"Would you calm down, please?" Sana had raised her voice too now, this was going the worst way possible.

"How could I calm down when my ing best friend has been keeping this ing secret like is nothing and you-"

"Would you stop with the swearing?" Sana kept arguing with her. "Mina came here trying to explain everything now and you can't even get yourself together for one minute, let her talk."

"Right, 'cause you knew, you don't feel like I feel, you have no idea how I feel, I-"

"This isn't about you." Mina had heard Sana lecturing her that day she found out about her and Chaeyoung, but this kind of voice was different, she was really mad. She needed to do something.

"Momo, I'm sorry," she tried to talk louder. "I wanted to tell you sooner-"

"Then why didn't you? The girl had to come ing drunk to my room and you just went there and kissed her right in front of me like is nothing and you couldn't even say anything after."

"Because I-"

"It makes no sense, Mina, you are not like this, you are confused." 'confused?' Mina knew she was not confused, she had been, quite a while but she had come to terms with it, she was not confused, she wanted Chaeyoung, but then Momo screaming at her was making everything blurry, maybe she was wrong.

"How can you say that?" Sana talked again in her place. "You know how hard it is, you are being selfish."

"I'm not the one keeping things."

"Oh, are you sure about that?"

"Shut up, you have no idea!" Momo got up really fast making Mina more nervous, she couldn't stop moving her leg up and down. Then Momo was gone. Sana made a movement as if trying to follow but then she looked at Mina, all nervous just staring at the table.

"Mina, are you okay?" Sana sat again, getting closer to her, taking her hand from under the table.

Mina shook her head. "She hates me."

"No, she doesn't." Sana had her sweet tone back. "She is just... being stupid."

"No, she hates me, I knew, I knew something like this would happen." Mina kept shaking her head.

"She is not rejecting you for who you like, Mina, she just needs some time."

"This is why I couldn't tell anyone, this is it." Mina really wanted to cry. "She hates me now." But Mina was so confused, why would Momo be reacting like this? She was the one that insisted the three of them were friends when Mina had been treating Sana awfully, Momo was the one that called her attention whenever she was feeling awkward around Sana, why was she now so different with her? Thinking about it only made it worse, it only meant that Momo hated her, regardless of who she like, the problem was her.

"Mina, it's not like that you have to understand, I'll talk to her, no one will hate you."

"I hated you," Mina said still really confused. "I hated you, I hated me, she is right, she is-" Mina took a deep breath. "I need Chaeyoung." She got up leaving Sana's hand. "Thank you for the coffee, thank you for defending me, you don't have to, she is right, she-"

"Okay, go," Sana interrupted her. "Trust me I'll talk to her, she does not hate you, Mina, there's nothing wrong with you."

Mina just nodded and got out real quick, she wanted Chaeyoung so much right now, even if her mind was getting all confused, she knew Chaeyoung was going to make it better, she always did.
