This is just a filler chapter everyone so it's a bit shorter than usual. Sorry if it's crappy huhu. All faults are mine. J

Lisa's POV

"Seriously guys you could at least guide me in walking," I said while struggling not to trip. They blindfolded me and told me to just walk. 

Moments later I hit my head on what seems to be a door. I heard someone snickering, "Told you it was gonna be funny" Definitely Jisoo.

"This isn't funny anymore I'm gonna take this off now," I took the blindfold off and was surprised to see a lot of people looking at me.

Then Jennie emerged from somewhere carrying a cake while she started singing, "Happy birthday to you" then everyone followed.

After singing to me everyone went back to what they were doing. I looked around and saw a bunch of people I barely know. 

"Hey Jen," I nudged her, "Who are these people?"

"They're from school. Sorry if this party kinda . It was kind of last minute so I didn't get to plan it well."

"Last minute?" I glanced around the entire room. "This is pretty impressive. But you know you didn't have to do this right?"

"Come on, this is what friends are for." Every time she says the word friend it still stings.

A few hours has passed and majority of the people here are already wasted. It probably wasn't a good idea to rent a club for the entire night with an open bar.

"Hey guys I'm gonna go right ahead and take Jisoo home," Rosé said while struggling to keep Jisoo from falling.

"Oh my gosh. You want me to go with you?" Jennie offered

"No stay right here with Lisa. I can handle myself. This isn't my first time babysitting drunk Jisoo."

A few minutes after they left a fight came up and Jennie was forced to send everyone home. 

"I'm sorry. This is the worst party ever. I only wanted to make you happy because it's your birthday and it turned out to be boring--"

"What are you talking about?" I held her hand. "I told you this is a great party. It's enough that you remembered it was my birthday and this is just a big bonus. I mean, my family didn't even remember."

"What?" She creased her forehead. "They didn't call you?"

"Nope. Not even a text." She frowned, "It's okay. I'm used to it. And your company is already more than enough." 

"Come here," she pulled me into a hug. "What do you say I fix you up something to drink?"

"What do you mean?"

She went behind the bar counter and motioned me to sit on one of the stools. "I tried learning bartending a year ago. I didn't get to finish it though. But I make a kickass Bloody Mary." I laughed.

"Okay let me try one."

It didn't take her long to make the drink. And I gotta admit, it's pretty impressive. She made one for herself too. Then another one. Then another one.

"I am so gonna regret drinking this much by tomorrow morning." Then she laughed. She doesn't look drunk yet but she keeps on laughing. I hope the liquor doesn't have drugs in it.

"Hey Lisa. Have you ever went skydiving?"

"Umm no. Why? Have you?"

"No. But I want to. I wanna know how it feels like to fall."

"You can always fall for me." I whispered.

"Did you say something?"

"I said that sounds scary"

She stood up and reached out for my hand, "Come on let's dance"

"There's no music"

"Then sing something" she said  while she placed my hands on her waist and leaned her head on my shoulder.

I pulled her closer then began swaying

I can't count the times
I almost said what's on my mind
But I didn't

Just the other day
Wrote down all the things I'd say

I just couldn't

Why does it have to be this way? I wanna tell her how much she means to me but I couldn't because then I'd be putting our friendship on the line

I know I told her I'd rather have her as a friend than not have her at all. And that is true. But keeping my feelings to myself is also killing me.

It's kind of funny to think about how if that kiss at the camping trip didn't happen, I wouldn't have been able to admit to myself I'm falling in love with her

I finished the song and tried to pull her away but she already fell asleep. That's why I felt her weight increasing earlier.

Someday, Jen. Someday I will be able to tell you these things without having to worry it might ruin everything between us.
