~ Chapter Twenty-Four ~

"Tell No One"

“My goodness are you weird” Sang spoke while eyeing up the large cup of ice cream, noting the several different flavors that embedded together to make a strange green hued sweet.

“Noona, rude” Taehyung responded with a large goofy grin, digging his spoon further into the cup and bringing out a large share. “I like to think of it as enjoying many flavors.”

“You would, considering you’re a ” she explained with a grin of her own, enjoying when his eyes widened, and a pout took towards his lips, as though her insult hurt his feelings. “I’m just kidding” she tried to assure him but it didn’t seem to change the sadness that claimed his face.

“Jungkook asked me to do that” Taehyung explained while rubbing the back of his neck “not sure why, but he asked me too. He seemed very intent on making you miserable.”

“Is that so?” Sang asked while nodding in understanding, but she found her heart already shattering at the thought of losing the comfort he provided her. It made sense that he was out to get her, considering all the threats he made towards her, but did they really cancel out everything sweet he had done as well?

“Mhm, what did you do to him?” Taehyung asked with suspicion and full blame on her shoulders, proving that he was on Jungkook’s side opposed to hers.

“My mother fell in love with his father, that’s what I did to him” Sang explained softly while taking a soft bite of her ice cream, suddenly no longer in the mood to eat it. “Does he still feel this way about me?” Sang had to know the truth before allowing him to be her support, before giving him the power to know that he made her heart race.

“Who knows, that boy is so bi-polar” It was obvious that Taehyung was struggling keeping up with Jungkook and his mood swings, and it showed in the exhausted eyes that scanned towards her direction. “It doesn’t help that Kana came around again, he’s been trying to avoid her like the plague but she’s reluctant to get his attention.”

“Kana?” Sang asked which made Taehyung’s eyes go wide before falling back towards his treat, staying silent to her question. “Who’s Kana?” Sang continued to press, wondering if it was the girl she saw early, if this was the mystery within Jungkook’s life.

“Thank you for buying me ice cream Noona” Taehyung shrugged off the question once again, and it only left Sang with even more doubt than she had before, causing a soft sigh to leave her lips.

“You’re welcome ert” she gave him a soft smile, despite how defeated she felt in her quest for answers. Maybe she can ask Jimin instead… Speaking of Jimin, where did Yoongi take that boy?

~*~ Yoongi’s POV ~*~

(You finally get a glimpse of Yoongi’s world.)

He didn’t understand the world the same way that a normal person would, for when most people saw a butterfly, they thought of it as beautiful. Yoongi saw a butterfly and only pondered about its anatomy, how it’s flimsy wings was able to withhold the weight of its body, while still maintaining a graceful soar within the skies. Jimin was a lot like a butterfly, holding so much weight on his slim shoulders, it was amazing the boy still managed to smile as though life was still decent.

It was what was attractive about him, the sheer thought that he didn’t fit into the natural habit of a human, and instead became a unique fragment of a diamond. Diamonds were glorious when fully composed and beautified, but a fragment was pure and shaped uniquely, as though patiently waiting for another piece to join it and make it whole again. Yoongi never did imagine dating in his life, but somehow holding onto a hand was calming, talking with someone you were comfortable with, was a sanctuary.

“Do you think those two are okay?” Jimin asked suddenly, his eyes staying locked onto the view that the large building gave, not a person in sight, just the way Yoongi enjoyed it.

“You wouldn’t have let them go if you didn’t think they would be okay” Yoongi responded with a shrug of his shoulders, and even though he didn’t know Taehyung, he knew Sang well enough to know that she wouldn’t allow something bad to happen to her, she’d read the signs and escape should she need too. Jimin knew Taehyung, and since he left Sang alone with him, it was obvious the kid was trusted.

“That’s true” Jimin hummed, his eyes falling back towards Yoongi, and for a second Yoongi was fearful from the disappointed look that graced his features. “Have you ever dated a guy before?”

Ah, so he was nervous, not disappointed, Yoongi ensured to memorize that look for future occasions. “No” Yoongi admitted and watched when Jimin’s attention quickly looked away, obviously coming up with assumptions in his own head. “I never dated a girl either. I never dated, you’re my first date.”

“Oh” Jimin breathed out and Yoongi couldn’t help but to smirk when seeing the red hue kiss at the boy’s cheek, giving him another appearance of innocent and Yoongi couldn’t help but to find him beautiful in that moment.

“What about you? Are you experienced?” Yoongi asked this time, surprised when the boy shook his head and took in a soft breath.

“I never found the right person to try with” Jimin admitted and Yoongi’s heart began to race, and it was an odd feeling, something he couldn’t explain through science of any other words that was within the dictionary. “Can I be honest?”

Yoongi nodded despite how hard his heart was crashing into his chest, despite how terrified he became at the wonder of the truth. Yet he was curious, he wanted to explore every thought that contained Park Jimin, as though a kid being told not to touch a big red button. It was odd, it was captivating, and it was a unique beautiful emotion.

“There’s something about you that makes me want to try” Jimin began while burying his face within the frame of his jacket. “I’m terrified because I have never tried before, and I’ve never been attracted to a guy before…” he continued to hum in a nervous fashion, and any fear Yoongi held was slowly vanishing without a second thought. “Yet I also don’t want to let you go, because then I’ll never know. I’ll never know if you were the right person I was looking for my entire life.”

“Let’s figure things out then” Yoongi suggested as he stood himself up and instead knelled before Jimin, noticing just how wide eyed the boy became at the sudden closeness between them. “I don’t know either, but I know how to figure it out…”

Jimin blinked a few times in pure confusion and Yoongi could help but to melt as the innocence that claimed his expression, how truly soft such a strong man could be. Guiding his hand towards the jawline of Jimin’s he would press forward and connect their lips, a sudden electric force igniting within his entire being. He expected to be rejected, expected to be slapped, but he didn’t expect those soft lips to kiss him back, nor the hand that softly rubbed at his own, and it made him melt within an instant.

~*~ Jungkook’s POV ~*~

To Alien:

‘Where you at? I can’t get a hold of anyone.’

From Alien:

‘At the ice cream shop, heading towards the arcade.’

To Alien:

‘Can I join? I need help…’

From Alien:

‘Of course. See you at the arcade.’

“We are going to the arcade” Jungkook spoke towards the girl who was like an annoying pest that clung onto a host, unable to shake her off regardless of how much he may have tried. He understood that it was his own fault, that he could have yelled at her and forced her to stay away, yet he couldn’t find it in himself to do just that. He hated when she looked upset, hated being the reason why she felt such a way, and he was slowly learning that no matter how much she hurt him, he still cared deeply for her.

“Why?” Kana asked while tilting her head, being the type who normally didn’t enjoy playing video games and would rather watch a movie or go shopping.

“Taehyung and Jimin are there” Jungkook answered without much thought before heading down the crowded street, not surprised when the girl nodded and followed suit.

It only took three minutes to get to the arcade, but because of the large crowd and several loud noises, it took them both much longer to find the duo. “There he is” Kana spoke while pointing towards the motorcycle game, Jungkook quickly making his way towards the game, only to freeze when seeing who claimed the back of the toy bike. Her arms were wrapped harshly around his waist, and before he could rationally ask for answers, his voice already boomed over the loud speakers.

“What the hell is this!?”

“Jungkook?” Sang asked while using Taehyung’s back to push herself into a seated position “he’s crazy” she pointed an accusing finger towards Taehyung, and it was obvious that she didn’t understand the anger that coursed through his entire being, making him that much angrier.

~*~ Taehyung’s POV ~*~

“What the hell is this?!” Taehyung had never heard Jungkook become so violent with his words, and it was enough to make him freeze and glance up from the game, noticing how casual Sang seemed to stay. He envied her ability to stay calm in such a tough situation, but perhaps it was because she didn’t understand Jungkook the same way that Taehyung did. Keeping his eyes locked on the boy, he could see his anger only getting worse, and it was only then did his eyes fall towards the female in which he swore that he himself hated.

“Why were you holding him like that!?” Jungkook spat again and Sang’s eyes widened as though finally realizing just how awful the situation had become.

“We were just playing a game and he rocked the bike to hard, so I had to hold on so I wouldn’t fall off” Sang spoke the truth in a calm voice, but it did nothing to soothe the over protective boy, considering he often did the same thing while with Kana.

“Why are you here with him in the first place?” Jungkook’s voice was losing volume, but it was far from settling.

“Why does it concern you? Aren’t you doing the same?” Sang asked in a sooth voice, her finger pointing towards Kana and acknowledging her for the first time.

“Sang…” Jungkook’s voice became threatening as he looked away from her, obviously unable to explain what was happening, but he didn’t need to explain, it seemed Sang already understood, finally figuring out just who that girl was to him.

“I trusted you” Sang spoke softly, slowly walking herself backwards, Taehyung quick to follow her lead “my mistake right?”

“You know you could trust me” Jungkook breathed out, and Taehyung realized that he was slowly falling apart, but it wasn’t his battle to fight, Jungkook had to take the reins and charge like a bull.

“Forget it, it was meaningless anyways right?” Yet it was obvious from the pain that took both of their features that whatever happened between them was far from meaningless, and Taehyung waited for Jungkook to prove such words, to erase the doubt within Sang’s heart, yet like an idiot, he acted out in anger and fear as he grabbed Kana’s hand.

“Yeah, I’m glad you understand” Jungkook responded before walking out of the arcade, hand-in-hand with the woman who destroyed him, opposed to expressing his feelings towards the one who would build him.

Chapter 25: Chapter 25 : I loved Sang Oh Reaction at the end of this chapter. She is fearless. Go Girl *.*But I wonder if he is going to worth it because he has still this hot/cold/defensive/passive attitude at the wrong moment ... I was kinda upset when JK admitted that he love Kana and "probably alway will" (rolling my eyes)
