IRENE’s POV

I woke up as I heard the school bell rang. I smiled as it was almost lunchtime.

I stood up and was about to walk out of the room.

“Irene Bae, I need to have a word with you, please”I closed my eyes and my lips had turned into a straight line as I got frustrated because of the wrong timing.

It’s Professor Lee.

I turned to his side and smiled.

“What is it Sir that you want to talk about?” I asked while faking a smile.

“Sit here first please” Professor said and I obeyed him as i sat on the empty seat

I was smiling, but deep inside, I was on fire to kill him.

“I think you know why I had called you here Miss Bae”

Deep inside I know what his reason is.

But I decided to play dumb because I know that will make him angry.

I just smiled at him again.

“I actually don’t know what your reason is, sir” I played dumb

He frowned and looked at me like he is saying “seriously?” to me.

I smiled a little and cheered myself deep inside

“Very well, let me say it then. Firstly, You are always sleeping at my class, second…”

Mr. Lee had turned his lapop at me and I looked at it.

“All Computations are F because you don’t have any grades on other aspects, All your quizzes are 0 and if you are getting lucky, your highest is 5.”

I nodded my head at him which make him frown more.

“Just because the principal here is your Uncle, doesn’t mean that you can just go to te next grade level. It’s your third time on grade 11 already, aren’t you embarrassed?”

He sighed and then decided to continue what he was saying.

“Well, better change yourself to graduate this year. And please, don’t sleep on my class anymore’

“Is there anything else?” I asked him

“Nope. You can go” Mr. Lee said and turned his laptop to himself
