It Began With a DanceLuhan's eyes opened to darkness and felt the cold grit of a filthy, concrete floor pressed into his cheek. He blinked against a blackness that smothered him, his eyes desperately tried to focus on anything that could tell him where he was; a scent of musty abandonment draped over him and it seemed as if someone had pressed a mute button on the world. He laid there a moment while the thoughts that raced through his head steadied themselves like a handful of marbles through a metal funnel. Luhan closed his eyes, tried to reach his thoughts out to the others: to Kai, Kris, Suho, anyone that might hear him.
But only emptiness filled his head.
A sudden brightness struck his eyelids and he bolted with a cry, startled by the both the light and the sound of his own voice that echoed down either side of him. Luhan sat up and blinked. When the light faded, he blinked at his surroundings.
Luhan found himself in a long, derelict hallway. The floor beneath him had a layer of dirt and a long, deep crack ran along its center like a lightning bolt. The impossibly high walls were of the same dark concrete with sporadic, old-fashioned gas lights of dingy glass and black wrought iron. Particles of dust drifted like ashen snow in their faded beams. A feeling of barreness press down on Luhan, and he was all alone.
He hurriedly pushed himself up, his hands shook as he brushed the dirt off his clothes and he froze. His legs were covered in black pants as he wore
