Hello all, gingerrulez here.

Well, here we are at the end of The Necklace. Truth be told, I really started out this story with the idea of ending it around 5-7 chapters.

And around chapter 4 I had no idea how to continue the story any longer, and I decided to put this aside and forget all about it.

Shamefully, I really forgot all about this until one day I came across my notebook where I jot down all my ideas for stories.

So I decided to log back on this site and continue this story, however something bad happened in my life around April of 2017. 

My maternal grandfather had passed away, it was a peaceful death and I was there. He did suffer from lung cancer but he was getting better! 

Worse things worst, in less than a month I lost my paternal grandmother. 

Going through the funeral process twice, killed me and I had a lot of time to think.

So I logged back on here and filled the story with words of how I was feeling through JiEun and letting JiYong have cancer.

To be honest, I didn't plan on a happy ending but seeing all the love, comments and support that you guys gave. I realized we all have a shot at happy endings whether it be fictional or realistic.

I really want to thank you all for being there on this journey with me. Whether you were here from the beginning or just joined recently. This really really means a lot for me.
