DAESUNG POV

“Seungri-ah, am I late?” I hurriedly approached the youngest who seemed had been waiting on the garden bench for me. Since Seungri and I still live in the same countryside,  I have bigger chance to meet the youngest than my hyungs; and that made my hyungs jealous at me.

“Hyung, you’re not late. I’m just too early.” Seungri smiled at me as I took the seat beside him. “I hope you like cappuccino.” He showed me a glass of coffee in his hand and handed it to me.

“Thanks.” I thanked him as I showed him a box of donuts I bought just a while ago. “I hope you like donuts.” And my statement left both us in soft laughter as we started to ask about each other day. It has been almost a week since we found out about Seungri existence, and although I am living in the countryside, this was the first time the youngest agreed to meet up with me. I was beyond happy when the youngest agreed to my suggestion that I couldn’t hide my excitement by informing our three hyungs who visibly showing their jealousy towards me.

“Hyung, what are you smiling about?” Seungri looked me in confusion. Oops, seems like I was so much in my thought that I didn’t realize I acted out in my face expression.

Hurriedly snapped back from my thought, I smiled at the youngest, “Nothing, just remembered of our hyungs reaction when I excitingly told them about our meeting. They’re cursing me for going behind their back to spend time with you.”

Seungri laughed softly at my confession. “Hyungs... How are they like?”

I stopped my laugh as I caught the youngest whisper. I smiled at me as I said, “Our hyungs...? They are the best hyungs in the world!” I said proudly with a smile on my face. “Seunghyun hyung is just like an appa figure. Since he’s destined to be the heir of the family, he has been strictly guided by Grandpa ever since he’s only a kid. Seunghyun hyung will always there to protect his dongsaengs from any harm. He won’t hesitate to ground or scold his dongsaeng for their good.”

“But behind that strong mask he always displays on his face, he’s just a childish hyung who loves ice cream and bear bricks. He always gives in to me and maknae when we’re making fun of him. He will also join our childish game just to annoy Yongbae hyung sometimes. But beyong everything, he’s really a reliable hyung for his dongsaeng.”

Seungri smiled as he commented, “I can’t imagine the cold face Seunghyun hyung could be that childish.”

I laughed hearing Seungri words as I continued on the next hyung, “If Seunghyun hyung is like an appa figure, Yongbae hyung is definitely our mother figure. All of us always quote him as the mother hen in the family.” I laughed remembering how we used to tease Yongbae hyung who always nag at us like there’s no tomorrow.

“I think I can imagine how annoyed he must be feeling when you guys quote him as mother hen.” Seungri laughed softly.

“Yongbae hyung always scolds at us for anything bad. He doesn’t allow us to eat anything unhealthy. He will always make sure that we are well fed. He is always so patience with us, but he’s also the one we are feared the most. When Yongbae hyung is angry, you don’t want to deal with it. Yongbae hyung is always strict with his words, but that’s because he just want to keep us out of trouble, especially maknae and Jiyong hyung.”

“Why them?” Seungri asked me in confusion.

“Because both of them are the trouble makers in the family.” I said out with a laugh. “Well, actually that’s because Jiyong will always agree to whatever maknae wanted, good or bad thing. And because of that, Yongbae hyung will always scold Jiyong hyung for spoiling maknae to become such trouble maker.”

“Seunghyun is a trouble maker?”

Hearing my question, Daesung hyung just laughed before he answered me, “Yes, our Seunghyunnie is really a big trouble maker, but that’s what makes us love him endlessly.” Hearing Daesung hyung confession made my heart stung a bit of jealousy. Just from Daesung hyung words, I can already feel how much those brothers must have loved my dead twin. How lucky Seunghyun must have been to have them as their hyungs.
