Ah Yeon P.O.V

 

I see that Chanyeol has a very angry expression on his face. He finished eating the food in his bowl and set it down loudly. 

It was silent for a very long time.

But Chanyeol interrupted it.

"Soo.... who is he, Ah Yeon?" he looked at me, then him.

I glanced at Tao, then L. Joe.

"His name is L.Joe, and he was sent from Janthailyn to kill us." I said, looking at Chanyeol right in the eye.

"WHAT?!" Chanteol stood up from his chair.

"Sit. Down." I told him.

He sat back down.

"Lemme finish." I put a up, like a stop sign.

"Okay, but we knock the out of him, and Tao and I brought him back here. I asked him some questions, and he answered them. It seemed that he was telling the truth." I said.

L.Joe nodded his head.

"How did you know he was telling the truth?" Chanyeol questioned me, looking at L.Joe accusingly.

"Well, I just know, he was being sincere." I said, looking back at L.Joe, and he looked away.

It was silent for a moment. 

No one dared to break it.

Until then, Chanyeol did.

"I believe in you, and... L.Joe.." Chanyeol mumbled the last part.

I smiled and hugged him, then I hugged Tao. They both gave me warm and tight hugs. I released from Tao's hug, and walked up to L.Joe and hugged hiim too.

He was shocked at first, but then returned it.

"Okay, so are we all cleared up now? We cool?" I put a bro fist out.

They all bro fisted me and went back to their rooms.

As in Chanyeol in his, Tao in mine.

"You'll be sleeping on the couch, is that fine?" I asked L.Joe.

L.Joe nodded and started to walk towards the couch.

"Say, what are you?" he asked me.

I looked at him, and he looked at me.

"I am a gumiho." I told him, with no hesitation.

I saw his eyes widened, but back to normal.

"Cool." he complimented.

"What are you?" I questioned, walking near towards him.

L.Joe hesitated.

Why hesitate? Do you regret being born in whatever your form is?

"I'm those three- headed creatures or whatever you call, a hydra." 

My eyes widened.

Those are rare species. Close to dragons.

"Damn," I whispered.

"But, why did you hesitate telling me what you are?" I asked him.

"Because, I regret being one."

I smacked him.

He looked at me shocked, and I grabbed his shoulders.

"You shouldn't regret for who you truly are. We are all unique and have special qualities. Okay, you may be huge and scary, but you shouldn't say that. You should be proud of being born a hydra. I won't judge you, Chanyeol and Tao won't too." I told him, letting go of his shoulders.

L.Joe stayed silent, his head down.

"Aish, was I too harsh, mianhae."I hugged him once again.

He slowly wrapped his arms around me.

"Thank you." he whispered.

I heard his sniffles and I patted his back.  We both let go of each other. 

"I'mma go do my homework, tell me if you need anything." I walked to my room.

I stopped in my tracks.

"One more thing,  you won't escape, right?" I asked him.

"Nope." he said, popping the 'p'.

"Good." I continued to skip.

 

I unlocked the door and saw Tao on my bed, eating cookies.

"Well, are you gonna keep eating or what?" I asked.

Tao continued munching his cookies.

Rude, much?

"Aish," I grabbed my hair.

"Oh hi Yeonnie." he said, still munching on the chocolate chip cookies.

So now you talk?

"You're gonna get fat, panda." I sat on the desk, grabbing my homework out of my backpack, along with my pencil case.

"Psh, I can eat whatever I want. Demons don't get fat." he told me.

"Whatever." I brushed him off.

 

*A few moments later.*

"PRAISE JESUS HALLELUJAH!!!" I yelled out.

"I'M FREE!"

"Oh shush," Tao murmured, awakened from his sleep.

"Sorry," I whispered.

 

I showered quickly, changed into my Pajamas, and brushed my teeth. Today, I would be sleeping with Tao.

CAUTION.

TAO LIKES TO CUDDLE, PREPARE TO FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE MORNING, AND NIGHT.

Although it's really warm though.

I pulled the blankets up then covered myself in it. Tao turned and cuddled me.

Well then.

I decided to cuddle him back today, and it felt warm.

Sigh.

So many things happening today.

 

Morning came, and I stretched my arms. I left the bed and brushed my teeth. School. Schoo. School. What ama I going to do with these guys?

I suddenly remember about L.Joe. Did he escape? Is he still here?

I ran out of the room and into the living room.

There, I saw him sleeping soundlessly. He didn't have a blanket. So, I took a blanket out of the storage and put it on him. Now he won't be cold.

I checked the clock. 

7:30 AM.

Shoot! I'm going to be late!

I put my shoes on quickly and ran out the doors, remembering to lock them after.

 

I arrived at school just in time, the teacher wasn't there yet, which is good. I sat down on my chair, and faced the board, not wanting to look at Baekhyun. 

I'm too shy too.

"Baekhyun?"

He didn't even look at me, nor listened to me.

"Baekhyun?" I said once more.

"What?" he said, with irritation in his voice.

"What's wrong?" I asked him.

"Nothing." he said, and looked away.

I didn't dare to ask him again. 

The teacher came in and class started. The teacher taught us about supernatural beings. The nine tailed fox. 

Damn, talk about being a gumiho.

I looked at Baekhyun, he was was focused on the board and the teachings. He looked very handsome, as I said before.

"Seo Ah Yeon?" the teacher asked.

I quickly snapped out of my trance.

"Yes, songsaengim?"

"What was I saying earlier?" she asked, her face showing anger.

"I don't know.." I told her.

"Well then. Answer this question." she said, "Who was the last descendant of the Gumiho Family?" 

"Her name is Xue Hua.  (雪花, third tone, then second tone) songsaengnim." I said.

She looked shocked at me.

Surprise, .

HAHAHA, no just kidding.

"Excellent, but please pay attention next time." she said.

"Yes songsaengnim." I told her.

 

 

School has ended, and I packed my bag. I waved at Baekhyun, telling him bye, but he didn't respond.

Why? Did I do something wrong to him? I decided to follow him.

"Baekhyun!" I yelled out, running to him.

He didn't look back.

Ouch.

"YAH BYUN BAEKHYUN! ANSWER ME OR YOU DIE!" 

Baekhyun stopped.

"What's wrong with you? Why are you ignoring me"?" I asked him.

He turned around and looked at me.

"Why are you hanging out with other guys? Are you a player?" he yelled at me.

I was shocked by his sudden rage.

Dafuq?

 "What? I'm not." I protested.

"Then why were you hanging out with some other guy yesterday?" he asked me.

"He's my cousin, Baekhyun." I told him.

His anger suddenly washed away.

"Okay then, whatever." he continued to walk ahead.

"Baekhyun, were you jealous?" I asked him.

"I'm not." he replied, still walking straight.

I catched up with him and looked at his face.

"Yep, you are." I said, nodding my head.

"Shush, I'm not." he told me.

Awwww, cute Baekhyunnie!

"It's okay, Baekhyun." I ruffled his hair.

His cheeks flushed red.

"Aish, whatever." he ran away from me.

"Wait for meeeee!" I yelled, chasing after him.

Now that everything is good, I just need him to remember, but will he?
