“So the engagement party will be held two weeks from now, the gown fitting will be two days after. The bachelor and bachelorette party is upon your choice, but by now everything is set and ready. I’ve talked to our relatives, partners and friends and they too, were more than ready”

Mr. Jung has been doing all the talking for thirty minutes now, leaving the food on the table untouched and the others craving especially Amber who haven’t ate breakfast and lunch yet but was listening and taking down notes inside her head in full detail, she needs it if ever Yiyun shows up one day. She just hopes it’s sooner because she can’t stand this torture anymore, another month and Seulgi needs to go back to the states for her studies and she is well determined to go with her true fiancée.

“Son, you might as well take a rest and let everyone eat. I can’t stand sensing my grandson hungry” The elder Jung saved everyone’s hungry stomachs as he patted Amber’s shoulders, surprisingly, they became close in a matter of few hours which no one else ever did to the elder.

“How is it Yiyun?” He asked Amber who was trying her hardest to maintain her composure even she knows all too well that in any moment she can finish the meal in seconds.

“The food here is great especially if hungry”

“What do you think Krystal?” both of their heads turned to the person beside and she smiled at her grandfather while glared at Amber who shivered at the deadly gesture.

“It’s better if there’s no ert around”

“Oh Krystal, can you not be more loving? I know Yiyun is a good man because he is the twin of Amber. That kid is really kind and caring, for sure they’re the same, no doubt I already like him”

Amber’s eyebrow twitched and her head was busy reminding herself when and where she met him because if that’s the case, there is a higher chance of him recognizing her in the near future.

“I mean no disrespect but I can’t remember where and when my sister met you.”

“Oh, she’s just four then. You and you’re dad were in Germany so we really didn’t have a chance to meet. Four years old and she’s already good – looking, I remember how the girls flock to her back then. I really wanted her for Krystal if time permits but it doesn’t matter having a Yiyun Liu here”

Amber choked her own food, four years old and flirting? Wow I’m good, her inner self smirked. Well that’s never new though, since her memory remembers she knew that elementary girls were already all over her and she honestly don’t blame them. That simply is the Liu genes. But she can’t dismiss his last sentence, so he really planned to arrange her and Krystal? Hell no, Seulgi’s way sweeter and loving than the ice princess.

“She really catches attention especially when she started to act like me”

“Really? Is she coming to your wedding anyway? I really expect her to be there.”

“I - I’m not sure. Amber and her fiancée together with her family is schedule to have a trip on Europe.”

“She already has a fiancée?”

“Yes. Her name is Seulgi, she came back here with me to inform me about Amber so… yeah”

“Too bad. Anyhow better be she can’t make you know”

“Sir?”

“Well, she’ll be with her fiancée’s family and you can pull it through anyway.”

The constant mixed messages the elder Jung keep on saying troubled Amber, she might be over reacting or over analyzing things but he constantly hints something. Fixing her necktie, she cleared and breathed deep, easing the tension building up inside her.

“So we’ll be meeting again two days from now?” after another hour, finally they were able to finish the talks and settled everything, now the only thing Amber is worrying is about the elder Jung, his knowledge or idea about Amber and Yiyun.  

They parted ways, the Jung’s entering the silver limousine waiting for them and her family walking towards the black Limo – Sedan.

“I’ll be spending the night at our hotel mom, dad” after a long, tiring day, she missed Seulgi most. It was a big decision for her to agree to her plans knowing that her disguise is indefinite.

“You’re up for a movie?” She cheerfully asked when Seulgi picked her phone up.

“Are you finished?”

“Yep”

“Sure, wait for me at the lobby” Amber waited on the couch with a large bouquet of roses on her hands, she passed by a flower station earlier while walking and she thought it fits Seulgi most.

“I missed you so much” Seulgi threw herself to Amber’s arms the moment they saw each other, tears almost came out from her eyes because of happiness but she tried to hide it by burying her face on Amber’s neck that made her see the flowers on her hands.

“For you” when they got out from each other’s embrace, Amber gave the roses with a box of chocolates she knew Seulgi will love. Their relationship is not entirely founded by sweet stuffs most couples do or give instead, they’re more on surprises and unexpected gifts, simple ones but with an impact.

“Aw, thank you llama. I really appreciate your gift. May I go back and place these in the vase?”

“You better not, I advised the receptionist to deliver these to our room. We better spend the extra time wisely” Amber winked and tugged Seulgi’s hand who giggled, a flush of pink slowly creeping in her cheeks.

“Can we watch that romantic film?” they were on the counter picking something to watch. As usual, Seulgi chose the romantic ones but Amber’s preference is Action or horror or Thriller, but seeing the sparkle in Seulgi’s eyes she gave in.

Her heart swell when she saw the excitement from her girlfriend when she said yes, she immediately bought popcorn and coke for the both of them. Though she knew all too well that it isn’t enough for the both of them, they can finish 3 extra-large orders of both.

“Thank you for this night llama, you really made me happy” they were lying on the bed inside their hotel room after a night of fun and eating.

“You’re always welcome bear”

“So how’s the meeting with the Jung’s?”

“It’s fine yeah but scary…really scary. Yiyun’s fiancé is an ice princess better say that she’s like an ice monster. Her glares is deadly and soul piercing.”

“Woah! Really? How poor of you”

“Right. Another reason why I need to find my stupid brother earlier”

“He’ll appear don’t worry.”

“You know Seul, I’m sorry for putting you into this trouble”

“It’s nothing really, I love you and besides I got to go to many places” Amber stared into her eyes deeply, her soul searching hers until she was pulled closer and her lips met Seulgi’s.

They both knew that their love is stronger than anything, that they can go through any problems together. Seulgi knew that she can trust Amber, that even if this disguise is indefinite, she'll never fall for another person. They'll be married someday, raise their own family and wait under the sunset together. She believes that they're absolutely meant for each other and she'll suffer the most if it turns out otherwise.
