A week has passed by since the 'Protection Plan' started. Jimin and Ricky have always guarded anywhere, and there were a few attempts on Ricky by his former friends, Changjo as well as his brother, L.Joe. Hoseok couldn't help but feel a little pressure building as he tried to keep his eyes on Ricky all the time. Often Hoseok was caught sleeping in the classroom, and the rest of the BTS members felt a little bit worried about him.

Later, Ricky revealed that he was adopted by the Lee family when he was small, making him an outcast in the family. His mother always has a soft spot for him, and that's why L. Joe (or Byunghun hyung as Ricky called him) had a certain amount of vengeful grudge towards Ricky and claimed that Ricky took most of his mother's love. As for his father, he never fancies Ricky at all. He always looked down on Ricky, calling his shy-like behavior as not manly and cowardly.

One day, he overheard the fight between both of his parents, with his father saying that he wanted to get the wealth of the company that he shared than for himself, as he was the one who always gotten the least of it. His mother was definitely against the plan, saying she wanted nothing to do with it. It was then, his father started to become a drunkard. Ever since then, he always received beatings for what he'd done - both him and L. Joe. L. Joe then started to put the blame for him for the amount of abuse that both of them received, and started to abuse him as well. His mom always tried to defend both Ricky and L. Joe, and later she was shooed away by their father. His mother left, promising to save both of them from his father. Then the tragedy happened, his father was taken a prisoner, and shortly after that his mother fell sick and died. Basically, all hell breaks loose.

Jimin couldn't help but feel a certain sympathy towards the other. During the week, he became friends with Ricky fast enough to give and seek comforts from him, and Ricky couldn't help but to take an immediate liking to a certain Jimin - being the kind and bubbly soul Jimin always have. Jimin's voice gets better, and the recent check up revealed that his voice had perfectly turned to normal, and Jimin no longer have any difficulties in pronouncing words. Soon, it was Friday and all of them are having lunch together in the school cafeteria.

"I thought Hoseok will lock you down in his room until all of this is over?" Taehyung shot Ricky a question.

"I did, but he kept on whining about how boring he was and that he misses school." Hoseok cut Ricky off before he could answer. Jimin nodded lightly and smiled.

"You can't blame him, you know. It's good to have him locked in the house 24/7, but he needs to get some fresh air sometimes. And mind you, all these bodyguards Yoongi hired to follow me around like a puppy is more than enough to make me feel annoyed sometimes." Jimin said lightly, to which everyone chuckles.

"I only want the best for you, Jimin. The situation is still threatening to both of you." Yoongi replied and yawned a little. Jin nodded as he munched on the  bread he bought just now.

"Yoongi is right, you know. Anyway, just bear with it for a while okay? At least until Seunggi is captured again." Jin reminded with the firm tone he always did when he scolded his friends. Ricky pouted a little bit, and Hoseok quickly patted Ricky's back gently.

"Well, let's just hope for the best. And we'll have to do our best as well. Money will be of no use if we can't truly defend the one we love." Namjoon said softly but stern. Jimin just nodded and sighed a little. He looked at Jungkook and gave him a small smile.

"If you would excuse me, I need to go to the toilet for a moment,"Jimin said as he got up immediately. Taehyung stood up but Jimin just waved him off lightly. "It won't take long, I promise," Jimin added before he quickly trotted away from the cafe and rushed to the toilet.

He wasn't feeling very well lately, and he kept on having a headache as well as nausea during a random time of the door. He thought that it probably something he ate a few days earlier, but whatever it is, he felt the urge to throw his gut content out now. He rushed into the toilet and quickly went to the sink, and soon after a mushy Jajangmyeon came out of his mouth, together with some of the orange juice he had this morning.

He took his time to wash off his mouth and freshen his appearance up. He was about to go out from the toilet when he was blocked by a man that suddenly came into the toilet. The man closed the door behind him abruptly and turned to look at the surprised Jimin.

"Hello little one. We meet again." The man said, his voice was rough and sharp. He lifted up the straw hat he was wearing and gave Jimin a crooked smile.

"Who are you?" Jimin asked, his knees started to tremble. He mentally could hear a warning bell in his head, telling him to run away from the shabby looking guy, but somehow his legs did not obey him.

"Ah, it's been how many years since we last met? You were so small at that time, I wonder if you remember." He chuckled lightly. "Anyway, nice meeting you again, Park Jimin." Jimin took a step back and looked around.

"How did you get here, and what do you want?" Jimin asked, his voice trembled a little at the end. He cleared his throat, trying not to look too frightened.

"Everybody would never suspect a gardener to be a serial killer huh?" The man let out a roar of laughter, startling Jimin a little. Jimin dashed forward, trying to get past the man to the door, but the man managed to capture his shirt and pulled him back. He felt a cold sharp thing pointed close to his neck.

"Hush, don't run. I don't intend to kill you. Not yet." The man clucked and put the knife closer to Jimin's neck until Jimin can feel the edge scraping into his skin. "Don't be scared, and don't do anything stupid. I won't hesitate to slit your throat if you didn't cooperate with me." He threatened, to which Jimin nodded anxiously.

"Please...What do you want?" Jimin pleads, almost tearing.

"You see. I want you to be a good boy, and meet me at the park near the Jeon's house tonight. I would love to bring you 'somewhere'. He replied. "Oh, one more thing, please come alone. If you ever tell anyone about this or our secret rendezvous, I'll make sure the Jeon family receives the same fate as yours, Park. And worse, I'll make Jungkook watch all of it until his turn arrived." He whispered to Jimin's ears, his tone as malicious as the threat itself. He let Jimin go, and he slipped out through the door, leaving the stunted Jimin behind.

Jimin felt his knees wobbling as he ran out from the toilet to the cafeteria. He sat down beside Yoongi quietly, hoping nobody would notice anything amiss. His heart was still beating fast and his whole body felt like a jelly now.

"Jimin hyung, why do you look so pale? Are you sick?" Jungkook asked, raising his eyebrows worriedly. Jimin looked at Jungkook and nodded, before he felt his body became limp and he slowly leaned backwards before he felt a thud on his head. The last thing he remembered was seeing Yoongi looming over him before he closed his eyes.

Honestly, the story is about to end. There will be a few more chapters to go, to which I hope to finish it soon :)
