Lunch or Dinner?

Silence

It's Monday morning, and everything was so blurred for Park Jimin. He was still in sleeping mood when his mother (Jungkook's mom - just to avoid confusion) came and woke him up. He sighed while he felt the hot water running through his hair, down towards his body. Monday came. The same routine, the same bored thing. The only difference is he will have a basketball practice this evening - to which he was not so eager to go. The conversation between Yoongi and him was absurd. How could he opened up to Yoongi - a person he don't even know? He sighed again as he turned the water off. Stupid Park Jimin.

Getting dressed and eaten their breakfast, both Jungkook and Jimin went to school, even though it was quite early. There were quite a few students strolling around the school's compound by the time they arrived. Going straight to the hallway, they went to each other's locker happily. To Jimin's surprise, there was a nice round rainbow colour lollipop sticking on the door of his locker. He quickly took it off, his mind wondering who had gave him the candy. He always have a soft spot to sweet things, and this lollipop melted his heart. Smiling happily, he opened his locker to take some book, only to be greeted by a small card. He took it and read it quickly.

"Morning Jiminnie.
Like the lollipop?
Message me please?

Min Yoongi."

Jimin huffed his cheeks, before putting the card in the locker and took out a few textbooks. He put the books and the lollipop into his bag, before he heard Jungkook calling his name. He hurriedly zipped his bag and then rushed towards Jungkook, glad that Jungkook had not seen the lollipop, else he would get a teasing for life.

"You look brighter. And you just smile wider. Did something just happened?" Jungkook said, looking at Jimin weirdly. Jimin just shook his head and walked ahead of Jungkook, still smiling when Jungkook catch up with him. They walked up to the class together, with Jungkook still teasing the slightly blushed Jimin on the way.

The class went on as usual, and today the lesson was particularly boring. Chemistry is always a misery for a human named Park Jimin. He could only rolled his eyes to the weird scripted numbers and names that was written on the white board in front. Sometimes it made him wonder how did he manage to get excellent grade for his previous Chemistry exams. He sighed as he fiddled with his pen, before he caught a glimpse of something colourful in his bag down at his feet. Unconciously, his lips formed a curvy smile, oblivious to Jungkook and Taehyung that was sharing quiet glimpses towards each other.

Jimin couldn't help but pulling out his phone and started typing.

"Hey...Erm..Morning.
It's Jimin here. Yeah.
Just wanna say thanks for the lollies."

Jimin contemplated for a few minutes, before he finally pressed the green send button. He released his breath that he unknowingly held, slowly and looked back to the front, still having problem catching up to what his teacher were saying. He started to feel a little drowsy when suddenly his phone lets out a surprising vibration. He immediately put all his attention to his phone, heaving in relief when he saw a message came from Yoongi.

"Wow! Finally I have your number.
I can't believe it. :P

Anyway, aren't you in class?
Got bored?"

Jimin couldn't help but to roll his eyes in annoyance.

"None of your business.
I just thought that I should have some manners and say thanks.
It wasn't easy for a beast to do some kindness."

Jimin giggled silently at his own remarks, and sent it to Yoongi. He kept on staring at his phone, waiting for another reply when he felt a soft nudge on his left. He met with Jungkook's curious face, with Taehyung's at the back - peeking to see what had caught Jungkook's interest.

"Hyung. What are you doing?" Jungkook whispered slowly, trying to take Jimin's phone. Having reflexes faster than Jungkook, Jimin pulled his hand out of Jungkook's reach, and shook his head. Jungkook just pouted, and sat up straight when he heard the teacher calling his name. He answered the question that the teacher had asked calmly, before he shot a sharp glance to Jimin, narrowing his eyes as a warning to Jimin. Whatever is it Jimin was hiding, he will know it sooner.

Jimin was too oblivious of Jungkook's stare when his phone vibrated again.

"Oh now I am the beast again, Park Jimin?
I never know you were so naughty!

Anyway, I still owe you a bowl of soup. So, lunch together? ^^"

Jimin swore his heart almost dropped in surprised when he saw the invitation from Yoongi for them to eat together. He took a look to his left, towards both Jungkook and Taehyung, whom by now were giggling because of a silly joke Taehyung had made. Jimin just shook his head again, completely disapproving the invitation.

"I don't think that's a good idea, you know.
Besides, what will people think?"

Jimin replied, before he took a look at his left again. He smiled at the silly pair beside him, before he noticed something. There was a small tinge of blush forming on Jungkook's cheeks. Oh wait. Jimin smelled something fishy, but his thought was distracted again by the vibration from his phone.

"Screw what people think.
It's not them that is going to eat with you.

Anyway, if you are not comfortable being seen with me, then how about a dinner?
Just you and me?"

Jimin sighed. He started to think that messaging Yoongi was a wrong step.

"Quit daydreaming, will you Jiminnie? The bell rang already." Jungkook said, snapping his fingers in front of Jimin's face. Jimin just clucked his tongue, before he got up. Taehyung had disappeared, and Jungkook started to walk out of the classroom.

"Hyung, faster!" Jungkook called, making Jimin started to walk a little faster. He looked at his phone and typed.

"Give me some time.
It's either lunch or dinner, okay?
I'll text you when I thought it through."

Jimin smiled, and he started to catch up with Jungkook, and together they headed towards the cafeteria.

**********

Yoongi ruffled his hair in frustration when he received the replies from Jimin. Why is it so hard for Jimin to say yes in everything? He sighed as he typed the reply.

"Okay fine. Up until Friday.
I am going to take you out on the weekend, be it a lunch or a dinner.
Be sure to answer me before that."

Yoongi looked in front of him when he felt a sharp stare fell on his body. There, in front of him, stood Kim Seokjin.

"What do you want, Jin?" He asked lazily.

"Nothing. Have you apologised to Jimin yet?" Jin asked, his expression was cold and stern.

"I will, okay. Just not now." Yoongi said, grumbling at how nagging Jin can be.

"You better be." Jin said, before he stomped out of the class, when he bumped into none other that Namjoon.

"The !" Jin said, looking at Nomjoon.

"Watch where you are going!" Jin hissed, leaving Namjoon dumbfounded, before he stormed away.

Namjoon just shook his head and went straight towards Yoongi.

"Hey, what's up with him?" Namjoon asked, referring to Jin.

"Well, I guess he is still pissed off about the 'soup' incident." Yoongi said nonchalantly, before standing up.

"He should be." Namjoon chimed in, earning a glance from Yoongi. He just slung his hand around Yoongi's neck, and slowly both of them walked out of the class.

"Don't think about it much. Let's go and eat." Namjoon said, smiling as they walked to the cafeteria together. Yoongi shrugged his shoulder, not giving any further comments on the issue. He just squeezed the phone in his hand a little tighter, hoping for it to vibrate sooner.

Chapter 32: I probably shouldn't have read the extra chapter. I'm back to disliking Yoongi XD But seriously, Yoongi should understand Jiminnie a little better! What's more important to him: job or Jiminnie? The answer is obvious. But I'm sure that from now on Yoongi won't make the same mistake again! ^o^ thanks for the extra chapter!

Chapter 31: Wait, Yoongi proposed to Jimin? Weren't they already engaged at the beginning of the chapter though? XD
Oh my God, Suga and his swag XDD it was so funny hahaha I'm very glad that everything ended happily! As much as I adored all the pairings, Yoonmin was my favourite one, even if I didn't like Yoongi at the beginning :3 he makes Jimin happy, so I think he's not that bad after all haha
You wrote a nice story here! ^^

Chapter 28: Wait... When Yoongi and Jimin got together? Did I skip some chapters? O.o Not long before Jimin was quite reluctant and a little cold when it came to Suga, and now they confess their love to each other? Oww, I wanted to see them getting together. I wonder if Suga was cheesy when asking Chimchim to be his boyfriend haha
I really really really hope that Jimin will be okay T^T

Chapter 27: Seunggi threatened Jimin with a knife on his throat and expects from him to not be scared? What the hell? XD When he tipped the straw hat I couldn't hold back a snicker leaving my mouth. After he said that he was a gardener, I imagined him as a Scarecrow haha

Chapter 25: Somehow, I'm not angry with Yoongi any more XD Maybe it was because Kookie punched him, or maybe not, but I'm okay with him being with Jimin >u< He has my blessings hahaha XD But he have to treat Jimin like a king (I wanted to write like a princess, but that's Seokjin XDDD) :D
