Sorry for the late update. Actually I already write Ten Chapters ahead, but my laptop is broke which makes me stuck in my room only with my phone for days. Even now, I posted this on internet cafe, and I'm glad already saving the copy of this story on my flash drive. I'm sorry once again, and happy reading :)

I’m tapping my fingers a little on my side as I look around in the shade of street light. It’s Saturday night and usually I would just spent my night by playing games on my room, but now I stand in front of a coffee shop a block away from my house between the wind that makes the night slight chilling. I put both my hands inside my jacket pocket before I bite my bottom lips and decode to turn my gaze a little across the street to where a clock can be seen from an electronic store.

6.49 pm.

I puffed up my cheeks a little when I realize if it’s not even seven yet, and I already feel like whole day standing here. It all happen actually because a call, well, Changmin’s call.  I just get inside my room after I have my breakfast this morning when suddenly my phone ringing, it’s about the third time that morning; perhaps happen while I have my breakfast. Well, surprisingly the caller is Changmin, someone that I last have a conversation about last week.

It just a simple call, a call that come like from someone that actually doesn’t know what he supposed to say or do when he calling a person. Changmin sound like he confused and awkward talking on the phone, but in the end, he just told me if he would like to hang out with me tonight. Well something like hang out its would be looks so odd if it come from his mouth, but then I don’t see his expression when he says that so I just stay calm and agreeing with him.

We decide to meet up a block away from my house at seven, but I came too early I guess. I think I arrived at this place is about an hour earlier because I don’t have anything to do at my house. My parents are working like usual; and Ahra, she has a night shift at Saturday and that makes her leave the house just a moment before mine. So without anything to do I just stand there almost an hour and looking around at people that walk passing by or accidentally eavesdropping to their conversation when they stop near me.

“Am I late?” I turn my head and found Changmin already stand beside mine, but he turns his head across the street to where the clock from the electronic shop could be seen “but I thought, it’s not even seven yet.”

“You’re not late; I just have nothing to do, so I came early.” I say simply for an answer. He turn his head toward me and smile just like usual, something that I wouldn’t get tired of “so what we going to do?”

“Well, I thought you would love the restaurant down the block. It’s a Japanese restaurant.”

“Okay. Lead the way then.”

I don’t know how many times I’ve been laughs whenever Changmin told me about something. Hours already pass since we finish eating at the restaurant, Changmin ask me if I have another appointment to night, because if I’m not, he would like to bring me walk down some block and spent the time by talking about so many things, and well, I don’t have any. It ended up with Changmin talking about his friend when he’s in France, or sometimes, I would also take turn in telling about my childhood and another life period.

The night getting late, and I don’t even know how many steps already we take down the blocks. Perhaps it’s already fourth block away from the Japanese restaurant, and we not really think about it because we just too busy with our story. I’m not even feel tired or anything. All I know is just how I enjoying spending time with him. Ah, thinking about that remind me at how Ahra saying about asking Changmin ‘something’ but then I also remember if I don’t know what this ‘something’ is about.

“Pennies for your though?” I lift my head from the ground and realize if I already stop walking and look at the ground since I don’t know when. Changmin is turning his body a little and looking at me by few steps forward. He smiles at me as he waiting for me to say anything “What’s going on?”

I look at his eyes for a little while, something that darker than the night sky under the street light, but it also look so lovely like a dark chocolate. Thinking about this makes my cheeks suddenly turn slightly warm which makes me quickly put my gaze down. I don’t know what I should do, and in the end, I just saying what Ahra told me few days ago “What is this ‘something’ Changmin?”

“I… I’m sorry?”

I take a deep breath before I braving my heart to lift my head and look at him in the eyes “I mean, ‘something’—oh well, I don’t know—it just ‘something’ do you know it?”

I could see how he open his mouth a little before close it again, like he want to say something but scared that it would sounds weird. His expression is turning upside down like he try to understand my words really bad, but he couldn’t even a chance to take the point. In the end I could see him slight sighs and look down. He smiles a little while slowly he put his hands inside his trouser pocket. He lifts his head and turns it across the way, he looking at something but me.

“Did Yoochun hyung told you?”

Wait what!? Are both Yoochun hyung and Ahra noona now get behind of all off this?

“What do you mean?” I ask him slowly while he still looking across the road. There is no answer for a little while. The road is almost deserted because it’s already late at night. Finally after about five or ten minutes without an answer, Changmin turn his head toward me.

“I’ll back to France next month…”
