Author's Note: I'm a little disappointed with this one. I've had a lack of inspiration recently and it's taken me a while to write.
Sorry it's so short, I tried to add a little bit extra so that it wasn't so short and boring but it kind of failed xD
It wasn’t that Hyukjae hated kids, in fact, he loved them, but now that he actually had one of his own, he had no idea what to do.
His wife Seoyang squeezed his hand and kissed his cheek. “Alright, I have to go now, you’ll be fine, don’t worry.”
Hyukjae scoffed and caressed her cheek. “Why would I be worried? It’s not as if I haven’t looked after a baby before.” However, he was trying
to reassure himself more than his wife. “It’s just… our son has only just arrived home and you must be so tired. Should you really be going
out and exhausting yourself?” Seoyang smiled at her caring husband, but then nodded, telling him she’d be fine. Then, just as Seoyang
left the house, their newborn son began to wail. Hyukjae scratched his head and looked blankly at the stairs.
How was he supposed to know if the little man wanted food or needed changing? He was sure that his friends
who already had had children had given him tips before, but his mind was completely blank.
Outside, Seoyang pursed her lips. She was pretty sure that if the neighbours saw her they’d think she had gone crazy. Luckily it was already

baby.” She muttered to herself, biting her nails out of nerves. Eventually her husband had moved upstairs and Seoyang sighed in relief.
She had considered making up a wild excuse and going to his rescue, but Seoyang knew that Hyukjae and her son needed to bond on their own.
Hyukjae stared at his baby son, feeling emotional all of a sudden. This was his baby, a part of him and a part of Seoyang. So perfect it seemed
unreal that this had ever happened to him. His bald head showed signs of hair poking through, though they were only in patches and made
him look even more adorable than he already did with his pink-tinted chubby cheeks and his button nose. His tiny legs kicked out in fury.
Hyukjae had to hold back laughter at how such a cute, innocent being could be so moody. “My little Joohwan, what do you need?” Joohwan
stopped wailing to his thumb. “Oh!” Hyukjae exclaimed in triumph. “Are you hungry?” Then his eyebrows knitted together.
“Mummy always feeds you, doesn’t she? Aish why are babies so complicated?”
Seoyang chewed her lip in anxiousness. It was beginning to get darker outside, but she figured she’d keep watching over them until baby
Joohwan fell asleep. That is, if Joohwan wanted to without his mum there to rock him to sleep. Seoyang tapped her fingers on the window
frame lightly. She knew this was weird. She should have just gone out with her friends instead, like she had told Hyukjae she had, but
she was worried. Her job was frequent
