Jisoo sniffled quietly, burying her face into her bed sheets. Her best friend Leo slept soundly on her older brother’s bed, since her older brother was away from home for the weekend. “Stupid headache. Stupid loud thunder storm. Stupid period. Stupid dogs barking.” She mumbled grumpily. Jisoo groaned and covered her ears with her pillow, hoping to block all loud noises out. Giving up, she sat up, occasionally glancing over at Leo. She titled her head with a smile on her face. He’s so cute when he sleeps. He’s like a little kitten. Leo’s soft snores became soft purring noises in her ears, her heart speeding up. She bit her nails anxiously, cuddling her pillow which sat in her lap. Should I wake him up? Or should I just try to sleep again? Oh, I think I’ll go for latter option. Jisoo collapsed again on her bed, trying to force herself to sleep. After a few minutes of silence, she decided to wake Leo up. Let’s hope I don’t get killed. Now… how will I do this? She shook Leo’s arm gently, careful not to be too rough on him, but he continued to snore softly. Jisoo sighed and leant forward, whispering in his ear. “Le-o,” she sang, hoping he’d wake up if he heard her. At this point, Leo was already awake, but decided to pretend to be asleep to see what she’d do next. Leo’s heart thumped loudly when Jisoo’s lips brushed his ear. I hope she can’t hear it… Jisoo pouted, folding her arms over her chest, before breaking out into a cheeky smirk. 1, 2, 3! She counted in her head, jumping on to Leo on three. Leo let out a huff as Jisoo’s body hit his. He opened his eyes lazily, seeing her lying on his chest, her face millimetres away from his. She smacked his head lightly, causing Leo to grin. “Oppa, I can’t sleep.” Leo’s grin fell from his face and his eyebrows creased in worry. He sat up, rubbing her arms comfortingly. Jisoo hummed.   “What’s wrong?” Leo whispered, his voice filling the air. He was glad that it was dark because his cheeks were surely blazing red by now. Jisoo whined when the thunder rumbled again. “I have a headache and this stupid thunder storm is not helping.” She complained. Leo sighed, knowing the reason why Jisoo had a headache. It was the same reason she was so grumpy. It was all down to that one time of the month that a girl wishes she could be a guy. Leo patted the space beside him. “Lie with me,” his voice sounded a lot huskier now, as if it was a demand. Jisoo hesitantly lay down next to Leo. He pulled the covers over her body and patted her shoulder. His arms stuck by his sides as he debated whether or not he should wrap his arms around her and pull her close or not. Jisoo whined, still not being able to sleep. This is when Leo decided to man up and drape his arm over her. Jisoo snuggled her back into his chest as he played with her hair softly. His hand unconsciously began rubbing circles on her stomach in attempt to ease the pain.
