I'm having a severe lack of inspiration lately.   I whistled to myself as I waited at the entrance of the theme park for my boyfriend, Namjoon. The wind blew against my legs as I stood alone, smiling awkwardly at passers-by. I dialled Namjoon’s number, hoping that he’d see his phone and park up somewhere to answer it. Beep. Please leave your message after the tone. “Yah! Namjoon, where are you? You are-” I looked down at my watch. “An hour and a half late. They’re going to arrest me for looking suspicious in a minute!” I hung up, slumping against the brick wall, scraping my back slightly but I didn’t care. My feet ached, so I took off my shoes, looking back at my phone. It had now been half an hour since I called Namjoon. Cars drove by, breaking the calm silence. I heard my name called a few minutes later. I looked up to see Namjoon waving at me, smiling. I glared at him, not returning the smile.   “Hey jagi, been waiting long?” he bent down for a kiss, but I turned my head away. “Been waiting long?! Oh, only two hours!” I slapped his chest, shaking my head in disappointment. “You know what? This always happens. I’m always waiting around for you. And then you never say sorry, it’s always ‘hey jagi, how are you doing?’ How am I doing? Do you want to know how I’m doing? Just fine!” I shouted at him, shoving him. He held my arms firmly so I couldn’t move. “Well it’s not my fault you’ve got nothing better to do!” he yelled in retaliation. I stopped. “Well thanks to you I have now.” I span on my heel, stomping away from him. He grabbed my wrist. “Please! I didn’t mean it like that. Jagi! Wait!!” he called after me, but I had already climbed inside a taxi, glaring once more at him before the taxi drove away, leaving him by himself.   A few days, later, I’d cooled down from the argument with Namjoon. I decided to call him and ask to go out, this time not meeting up. “Hey Namjoon. Look, I’m sorry for shouting at you. Do you want to go out today? It’s lovely outside.” I heard Namjoon in his breath, like he was pleasantly surprised. I guess he wasn’t expecting me to forgive him so quickly. I smiled to myself. “Sure, let me make it up to you. It’s been a while since we visited the beach, don’t you think?” I laughed, remembering the last time we did. It had been dark outside and the sun was beginning to go down. The air had been cool despite the intense heat during the day. This time, I wore a blue bikini underneath a coral pink top and denim shorts. I rubbed sun cream on my arms and legs before climbing in Namjoon’s car that was parked outside. He smiled at me warmly, kissing my cheek.   We arrived at the beach not long later. We walked hand in hand along the sea front, passing by some sweet shops and souvenir stalls. I tugged on Namjoon’s hand, pointing out various blow up animals. “Look, oppa! It’s a blow-up dolphin! Oh and a turtle!” Namjoon sighed and pulled on my hand, pulling me away from the stall. I bit my lip, trailing behind him. Soon we stood on the sand, the soft beach beneath our feet. I watched people surfing as Namjoon set up the tent on the sand. “Oppa! Oppa! Let’s play in the water!!” I cheered, pulling on his hand like a little child. He rolled his eyes, shaking his head. I pouted and let him finish putting up the tent before pleading him again. “Let’s lie here a while, okay?” I sighed and nodded, sitting beside him.
