Luhan’s alarm started ringing in his ears and he immediately groaned because he didn’t want to get up at all. Just thinking about going to school, having all these girls fangirling, sitting in a class, listening to a teacher, seducing the new guy… Wait, Luhan quickly got up and grinned; he just remembered Kai’s challenge and suddenly, he was getting ready enthusiastically. He was eager to seduce that Sehun guy for multiple reasons. Luhan is really curious about Sehun and he can’t wait to know more about him, plus Sehun is totally handsome and seducing him will be really entertaining. And he really liked to succeed a challenge because if he was challenged in the first place it’s because someone didn’t believe he could do something, and Luhan just loved to prove to people that he was better than they thought. And the boy is sure that making Oh Sehun fall for him won’t be too hard, I mean it’s Luhan we’re talking about here.

So he left the house and started walking towards the school with great enthusiasm. He thought about what would be the first step to his mission and he decided that today he would only try to become friend with the guy. He will be all nice and go talk to Sehun during his History class – because yes, he had that class again today - and he’ll try to become kind of friends or at least not be completely strangers. Luhan didn’t want to start to try to seduce him right away because he didn’t even know if the guy was gay. Which wasn’t this much of a problem because Luhan can make the straightest man turn gay for him, this is how great Luhan is. He just wanted to know because straight men likes it better when he acts girly (obviously) so he needed to know how to act in front of Sehun. Luhan grinned at the perfection of his plan: he would get to know Sehun a little more, then he will show him just how nice and funny and perfect of a person Luhan is and he will make sure to be the more attractive ever in front of him. It will be so easy!

Luhan finally saw the school’s gates and walked in the school, still ignoring all the fangirls greeting him in annoying high pitched voices. Even though he liked to say how irresistible he was, Luhan didn’t really like to get all this attention for his looks. He’s always been praised for his looks and nothing else. It’s just as if everything he did was overlooked because the only thing that really matters was his appearance and it annoyed Luhan a lot. But he always told himself that at least he was praised for something.

Finally, Luhan saw his friends at the end of the hallway and he went to them, noticing that Kyungsoo wasn’t there yet.

Kai greeted him with a smirk, ‘’Ready to lose the bet?’’

Luhan smiled too sweetly at him, ‘’Never gonna happen.’’

The other looked amused, ‘’We’ll see.’’

They both looked at each other defiantly but then just couldn’t retain themselves anymore and they started to laugh. ‘’Good morning Kai!’’ Luhan said finally and his friend greeted him back. It’s funny how they were always challenging each other but they always did it totally friendly, it wasn’t a bad competition.

That’s the moment Kyungsoo decided to join them and Kai, just like every other day, greeted him with a smirk and a pick-up line.

‘’Hey Kyungsoo! Your lips look so lonely.... Would they like to meet mine?’’ Kyungsoo rolled his eyes at the cheesiness. Luhan tried to laugh the more subtly he could but it wasn’t that much subtle and Kyungsoo glared at him, which caused Luhan to laugh even more.

‘’Being lonely is better than being with the wrong person.’’ Yeah, Kyungsoo had never been so good in finding something to retort.

‘’It’s alright Kyungsoo, you’re in the stage of denial. But don’t worry, one day you’ll realise how much you love me.’’ Kai said with a wink before turning to our other friends.  

Then Baekhyun exclaimed, ‘’Oh my God, guys! You don’t even know what happened to me!! I was at the mall and then…’’ Luhan’s mind already stopped listening and his only thoughts were directed to his ‘mission’, he was really excited.

Luhan walked to the History class and excitement started to bubble in him. He didn’t know why he was so impatient to start his mission but he totally was. He went to class earlier than usual so that if Sehun went early, maybe he would have the chance to talk to him before the class starts. When he entered the classroom, he noticed with disappointment that the boy hadn’t arrived yet. He walked to his usual desk and started drawing in his notebook since he didn’t have anything better to do. He drew some random things and wrote the lyrics of the song that was stuck in his head. Maybe he was a little too concentrated in his notebook because when he raised his head to look up, he realised that the classroom was filled with students and the teacher was talking at the front. Damn, he missed the chance to talk to Sehun before the period! Well, too bad, he’ll just have to talk to him after the period. Talking of Sehun, he was sitting at the desk just in front of Luhan and the latter couldn’t help but to stare, again. So his History class consisted of the same as the previous one: Luhan staring at Sehun. It’s funny how these periods went by faster than when he would take a nap or the few he would actually (try to) listen to the teacher. But the next thing he knew, the bell rang and everybody was already getting up and leaving. Luhan quickly gathered his things so that Sehun wouldn’t go before him. He walked to the guy and smiled sweetly at him, even though the other didn’t even seem to notice his presence. Since the other didn’t look at him, he decided to speak, ‘’Hi! I heard you’re a new student. It’s nice to have you in my class, I’m Luhan!!’’ The other guy didn’t answer and walked out of the classroom without even a glance in Luhan’s direction.

To say that Luhan was insulted was an understatement. 

He had never been ignored before and this guy was rude. You at least look at someone when they’re talking to you! And trying to be nice! How could he not look at that beautiful face when it was smiling right in front of him? Nobody ever succeeded in doing that before. And it’s not just about acknowledging Luhan’s beauty, he could at least have acknowledged how nice he was!

Luhan calmed himself and walked out of the classroom, he was not going to let that happen again. He didn’t know why the guy was acting this way but it only made Luhan even more curious and more determined to get a reaction from him.
Well it wasn’t even the half of the day yet, he still had time to try after lunch.

Next thing Luhan knew, he was sitting on his on the floor of the hallway to the cafeteria and Sehun was in the same position in front of him and there was food scattered all around them. And what is the most surprising is that Luhan didn’t even do this intentionally. He was just going to the cafeteria like he did every lunchtime and he was too much thinking of his next plan to actually look at where he was going and then, BAM! He had bumped in Sehun and the latter had a tray of food in his hands, the two of them fell on the floor and there are bits of pizza and cookies and even juice everywhere around them and some on both of their school uniforms. Luhan finally dared to look up at Sehun’s face, expecting to see a pissed off expression but instead he saw… a pokerface. A damn pokerface! Luhan would have liked better to see him pissed.

Realising it was all his fault (well not really all, but Luhan always blames himself so..) Luhan got up quickly and held out his hand in front of Sehun, an offer to help him to get up. ‘’I’m really sorry! I wasn’t looking where I was going, it’s all my fault, sorry!’’ Sehun ignored the other’s hand and got up by himself, looking at his school uniform.

‘’I’m really sorry! I can help you clean your shirt!’’ Anyone would have thought Luhan looked really cute like that, apologising over and over again, but if Sehun thought so, he surely didn’t make it noticeable. He didn’t say anything and walked towards the bathroom, the same place Luhan walked to. It’s not that he follows the other guy, it’s just that Sehun is not the only who’s shirt is stained.

When Luhan walked in the bathroom, he found Sehun washing his shirt in front of the sink and he went to the sink besides the one Sehun was at and started doing the same. Pizza sauce on his shirt wasn’t the best thing and he sighed when he realised that the stain wasn’t disappearing, he looked at Sehun and saw that his shirt wasn’t any better than his and he sighed again. ‘’I’m sorry. I should be more careful…’’

‘’You already said that.’’ A voice startled Luhan. He knew the guy wasn’t mute and all but… he really didn’t expect him to talk to him. It was the first time he even heard the guy’s voice.

‘’What?’’ Maybe Luhan was too startled to understand or maybe he was just dumb.

‘’You’re sorry. You already said it more than 3 times now, I get it.’’ Luhan wasn’t sure if the other was mad at him or if he had actually forgiven him because his expression was really unreadable and it frustrated Luhan.

‘’Yeah.. I know… But I really am! And I can buy you another shirt if you want! But I’m afraid you’ll have to spend the rest of the day with a stained shirt…’’

‘’I have plenty of shirts at home, thank you anyway. But why do you say ‘you’ ? I’m not the only one who will have to spend the day with a stained shirt obviously.’’ Luhan didn’t really know why he felt kinda weird, but it was probably because of the fact that the guy in front of him was talking and it was already more than two sentences that left his mouth.

‘’Yeah but it doesn’t matter that I spend the day with this shirt, it’s my fault anyway. I just feel bad for you.’’ Luhan said and then stopped to try to wash his shirt because it clearly was no use. So he just went to the hand dryer and started to dry his shirt. The other guy went to another dryer and after both of their shirts were dry, they both walked towards the door at the same time. Luhan really felt bad and it then hit him that the other now didn’t have any lunch. So he grabbed the other’s wrist when he saw that he wasn’t going towards the cafeteria and announced, ‘’I’m going to buy you a lunch and you can’t say no. I already feel bad enough for staining your shirt, there is no way you won’t eat because of me.’’

If Luhan had turned to look at Sehun, he would have been proud to see something else than this unreadable expression because the taller one had a confused look on his face and his lips stretched into a little smile before it got back to its usual pokerface.

They waited in line to get their meals and then Luhan walked them towards a table. Out of habit, he was going to sit at his usual table but then he thought that Sehun would probably be weirded out by his friends’ behaviour. And his friends would be even more weird than they usually are if they saw Luhan bringing Sehun at their table.

But although he walked to another table, he made sure that Kai saw him and he winked at him, letting Kai speechless.

When they sat at the table, Luhan spoke (he figured Sehun wouldn’t be the first to do so anyway), ‘’Uhm.. Just like I said earlier, my name’s Luhan.’’ Luhan smiled at the other but didn’t ask his name because he didn’t want to pressure the other to talk. It might seem odd since Luhan’s first step to his plan was actually to get to know the other better, but Luhan knew better than to be too quick and put too much pressure; he would be too annoying and would risk being rejected that way.

But surprisingly enough, the other did talk on his own, ‘’And I’m Sehun.’’ It wasn’t anything big but Luhan did make a little celebration dance in his head because he didn’t have to force the other to talk.

They ate mostly in silence but it wasn’t really uncomfortable since it seemed that when it includes Sehun’s presence, things are most likely quiet. Luhan did talk a little though, because he can’t really help it. But without even realising it, Luhan had forgot about his mission and just enjoyed trying to make a new friend.

When Luhan was finally back at his house, he left himself fall on his bed and he smiled. Yes, it had been a long day and yes, he had been greatly insulted by Sehun, but after all, it had been a pretty good day. He wasn’t sure what made him more happy though, the fact that he was getting closer to win Kai’s bet or the fact that he was making a new friend. Probably both though.

Luhan heard a faint noise coming from the door of his room and he looked up to see his little sister smiling at him, ‘’Oppa!! Look what I drew today!’’ His little sister, Eunhee, ran to his bed while showing excitedly his drawing to his big brother. Luhan sat on the edge of his bed to look at his sister’s drawing and he put his sister on his bed. ‘’Wow!! You’re so good! You’re going to become an artist one day, right?’’ He said while ruffling his sister’s hair. Eunhee looked even more excited, ‘’Yes! And Oppa will be proud of me, right??’’ Luhan chuckled, ‘’Of course! I’ll hang your drawings in my house and I’ll proudly show it to everyone!’’ His sister beamed at his words, ‘’Yaay!! I love you Luhan Oppa!’’ ‘’I Love you too Eunhee! Are you hungry? It’s starting to get late, we’re gonna have to eat dinner soon.’’ Eunhee immediately shook her head, ‘’No! I want to stay with Oppa longer!’’ Luhan chuckled, ‘’Okay, then you can lie with me if you want.’’

The two siblings lay on the bed beside each other. The height difference was big since Eunhee was only 7 years old but it was a sweet sight to see them together.

‘’Oppa, how was your day today?’’ Eunhee asked and Luhan couldn’t help but smile, his little sister often asked about his day and Luhan was happy to answer. He knew she didn’t understand everything that happened to him since she was so young but Luhan liked to confide in his little sister.

‘’I met someone new today. I can’t really call him a friend actually but we talked a little together. I’ll try to talk to him more tomorrow and maybe one day we will really be friends. He’s not easy to be friend with because he doesn’t really talk.’’

‘’What’s his name?’’ Eunhee asked curiously and Luhan couldn’t help but smile. ‘’Sehun’’

‘’I’m sure Sehun will like Luhan Oppa, everybody like Oppa!’’ Luhan grinned, ‘’Yeah, well I’ll tell you if he finally talk to me okay? Now, let’s go make dinner.’’

Luhan walked down the stairs with his little sister walking behind him and he started to make her dinner.

Hello!!  I think I never updated a story faster than this and I hope I'll be able to update the next chapter quickly too!!

So... I decided Kai would say at least one pick-up line in every chapter because I had so much fun to find pick-up lines on Internet xD

I'll try to update again sometimes soon because in exactly a week, school starts and I'm moving in another city (I'm moving out of my parents' house and I'm only 14 O.O) but I'll be home only in the weekends... and I'll have a lot of school work since it's a really good school so I don't know if I'll have much time to write...
