Future... Do We Even Have One?

I don't know why people think about future so much. Why can't we just live for the present? Personally I have to admit that I'm not better than anyone else, the future is all I think about. But I think if I was happy, I would really try to enjoy the present. But as I'm not, I dream about the day I will be happy.
I guess if we're all so obsessed about future, maybe it's because of the society. Really, since we're young, everybody ask us what we want to do later. Personally I changed my wishes so many times. First I wanted to be an astronaut, later I wanted to be a guitarist but changed my mind when I realise I wasn't able to play guitar.. Then, I wanted to be in the army but changed for a singer. It wasn't so long ago though so it's still what I want to be. But right now, I just can't wait for the day I will be happy. I also... want to know love. Hearing people talk about it like it's the best feeling in the world make me really curious about it. Plus, if it could bring me happiness, that would be great.
So,

Everyone talks about future like they know something about it, like it’s sure they’re gonna have one. We all dream of it like it’s going to be perfect, we all want to live a fairytale. But in real life not everyone has an happy ending and some endings come too soon…

Heyy! I was just thinking of future and I had an idea and thought that it would probably make a great fic so here I am :D
I think it will be better than my other fics actually... But well, I'm a really bad author not the best.. But I hope I'm not too bad either :)
And I plan it to be just a couple of chapters long... (And I'm not the fastest to update, just so you know)
