Daehyun’s Point Of View

“Minhyun! You’re finally back!” Mrs. Choi said as we went back to Minhyun’s home.

“It’s great to be back.” Minhyun said.

“Daehyun, thanks for taking care of our sister.” Minho hyung said.

“Yeah, you’re already so busy with your schedules and stuff.” Joon hyung said.

“Nah, it’s alright.” I smiled.

“Where are the others?” Yunho hyung asked.

“Aisshh! Baekhyun don’t push me!” Hyunki said.

“What? You’re the one pushing!” Baekhyun said.

Apparently they were trying to squeeze through the front door, competing with each other to see who gets into the house first.

“Aigoo you two… Acting like some 6 years old.” Jay hyung said.

“What? It’s her fault!” Baekhyun said and we all laugh.

“Let’s go sit down Minhyun ah…” I said and bought her to the sofa.

“Omma said dinner will be done in 10 minutes.” Joon hyung announce.

“Whew! I’m getting hungry!” L said.

“You are always hungry!” Kris said.

“Well, Daehyun too!” L said.

“Yeah, he does eat a lot!” Minhyun said and smiled.

“Minhyun? You’re back?” Mr.Choi asked, walking down the stairs.

“Appa!” Minhyun said, standing up. She grabbed my hand tightly.

“It’s good to have you back…” Mr. Choi said.

“Are you planning to move back in?” Joon hyung asked Minhyun.

“I think so… I mean, I can’t possibly be staying at somewhere else at this condition.” She replied.

“You just be good and move back in okay?” Minho hyung said and pat her head.

“What about you then?” Jay hyung asked Minho hyung.

“I have a dorm… And I need to work.” Minho hyung said.

“Well, always come back to have dinner then.” Mrs. Choi said.

“I can’t. Well… Maybe I can.” Minho hyung said with a smile.

“Let’s go. Dinner’s ready!” Yunho hyung said and all of us stood up.

“Whoa… That’s a lot of food.” Kris said, looking at the table.

“Minhyun, sit down here.” I said, holding her hand and pulling the chair.

“Thanks Daehyun.” She said and sat down.

“Aigoo… You two sweet couple. I think I saw ants.” Joon hyung said.

“Oppa! Stop teasing us.” Minhyun said.

“Fine, fine. But don’t you guys agree?” He asked.

“Yeah… They are too sweet.” Everyone agrees.

“Kids, kids… Settle down.” Mr. Choi said and everyone calmed down.

“Daehyun, pass me the spoon.” Minhyun said.

“Here.” I gave her the spoon, but all she did is spill food on the table.

“Minhyun, here. Open up.” I said.

“Oohhh…” The others teased when I feed her with my spoon.

“Aigoo! I’m going crazy!” Minho hyung said.

“I felt the sudden sadness.” Jay hyung said.

Minhyun blushed and I just smiled.

“You two should get married soon.” Joon hyung said.

“Ehem…” Mr. Choi cleared his throat.

“Sorry… Well can’t they?”

“Sure, but after graduation.” Mr. Choi said and Minhyun blushed more.

“Yah, oppa! Appa!”

“Wae? Shiro?” I joked.

“Ani!” She said and we all laughed.

Later that night, I helped Minhyun go up to her bedroom and unpack her luggage.

“Hey, Daehyunnie, gomawo.” She said.

“It’s my responsibility as your boyfriend, there’s no need to thank me.” I said.

“Sigh…. I wish I could recover soon. I felt so useless.” She said.

“Don’t say that! By the way, CEO asked if you wanted to go back for training.”

“Training? How can I train at this condition?” She asked.

“Vocals.” I replied. “Plus, everyone at the company misses you.”

“Really? Then maybe I should go.”

“Ah and school?”

“Daehyun, are you kidding me?” She asked.

“Yes. I am.” I smiled. “But school is no fun without you.”

“Aww…. Aren’t you the sweetest? I’ll be there again. I promise.” She said and smiled.

“It’s getting late now. Manager hyung will kill me if I’m not back in the dorm.” I said, looking at my watch.

“Ohh… Well then… Bye.” She seemed sad.

“I’ll come visit you tomorrow if I had no schedules okay?”

“Don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine. Just carry on with your work.” She said.

“Hey, saranghae.” I said.

“Saranghae…” She said and sighed.

I went up to her and gave her a kiss on her forehead.

“Cheer up okay? I miss the cheerful you.”

“I will.” She smiled.

“Don’t do anything stupid like trying to go down the stairs or trying to cook without anyone beside you, understand?” I’m worried about her.

“Don’t worry so much Daehyun ah… I know okay.” She said.

The next day, I went to Minhyun’s house and took her back to the company. There was already a group formed for her, and she will be their leader. The group’s name is still not confirmed, so is the number of members.

“So, where are we?” She asked.

“We’re in the training room.” I told her.

“Ah, sweat smell.” She said and smiled.

“There are your group members. I’ll call them here.” I said.

“How many are they?” She asked.

“Well, if counting you then it’s now a 6 member group. There’s Hanbi, Hyojin, the both are at the same age as us. And Sujun who is 1 year younger than we are, Bora, 2 years younger and lastly Chaeri, the maknae. ” I said.

“Ah… Just the same as B.A.P.” She said.

“Girls! Come meet your leader.” I called out to them.

“Jinjja? Unnie!” The maknae- Chaeri said.

“Ah… Hi… I’m sorry towards you guys. I’m at this condition now.” Minhyun said, bowing.

“Unnie, don’t say that. We all knew what happened and we all agree and accept you as our leader, no matter what.” Hanbi said.

“Thanks, but umm… I can’t see you guys now so I might be a bit troubled with names.” She said, apologetically.

“Don’t worry Minhyun, we all know you. That’s what necessary.” Hyojin said, smiling.

“Yah, Sujun, Bora, why are the two of you so quiet today? Aren’t the both of you the most excited whenever we talk about Minhyun?” Hanbi asked.

“Well, we… We are too excited!” Bora said.

“Wah… Unnie is far more beautiful than I have imagined.” Sojun said.

“Yah, yah… Don’t try to up to Minhyun.” Hyojin said and we all laughed.

“All right girls, continue with your training okay? I’ll need to bring Minhyun to see the CEO.” I said.

“Arasso sunbaenim!” They said and went back to their training.

“Aren’t they the nicest?” Minhyun asked.

“Yeah, Chaeri is the cutest! She’s just 15 you know.” I said.

“Why do I suddenly feel so old?” She asked.

“Hmm… I don’t know. Feeling any back pain?” I joked and she hit me softly.

“Yah Jung Daehyun!”

“Sorry… We’re here.” I knocked the door and went in.

“Minhyun! Thank god you’re alright!” CEO said.

“I’m sorry to cause so much trouble.” She said, bowing.

“It’s fine. So, I’ll assume you’ve already met your team mates?” He asked.

“Yes, the seemed nice.” She said and smiled.

“So the name of the group, what do you want to name your group?” He asked.

“I’m not sure what. I haven’t had any ideas.” She said.

“Why don’t we call it Angels in Darkness?” I said.

“What? Why?” CEO asked.

“Well, I don’t know, Minhyun is in darkness now and they are here to cheer her up. They are like her angels in her darkness.” I explained.

“That seems quite nice.” Minhyun said.

“Hmm… I’ll consider that then.” CEO said.
