Today is the day.

It’s THE day.

the day of the showcase.

Oh god.

Why am I so nervous?

Ugh. Eww.

My palms are sweaty too.

This is just great..

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

I can do this..

After Soo Soo ahjusshi informed me that the following day, tomorrow, EXO would be flying to China for their other showcase I decided to wait until tomorrow to reveal that I was here in Korea..but I still can’t help but be nervous. It’s been so long since I’ve seen Seokie oppa.

I agreed to go to the showcase here in korea but I’m going to keep myself hidden. I’m a bit nervous and excited. I’ve sort of been keeping tabs on EXO. I’ve only really seen the teasers. And from what I’ve seen.

They were good.

Even though Seokie oppa and I text each other every now and then, the communication has dialed down due to the fact that he was getting ready for the showcase. It was a bit heartbreaking not seeing a, “Have a good day!” or “Good morning my lovely yeo dongsaeng.” From him, but I can’t blame him. This is his life.

And I respect him for it.

That’s why I’m going to be his number 1 fan and give him 200% support! I just hope everything goes as planned.

>>> SUHO’S POV <<<

Today is finally the day.

All of the blood, sweat, and tears we’ve shed,

Comes down to this moment,

Our official debut.

I’m beyond nervous but I’m ready.

I know we can do it.

After all,

We are one!

We’re all waiting backstage after getting our finishing touches from the staff.

As we were standing their Leeteuk sunbaenim came up to us and said some encouraging words, “I remember when I was like you guys. First debuting, I never imagined I would go this far but I’m glad I made the decision to go for my dream. Without the other members or our loving ELF’s we wouldn’t be Super Junior. I know you guys are nervous but it’s all worth it in the end. Those fans out there are giving you love and support because they believe in you guys, they believe in your dream. So smile and have fun!”

we bowed and exchanged hi-fives before he went on stage.

This is it.

Before we go out on stage we huddle into a circle.

Kris was the first to speak as he was the leader of EXO-M,

“Alright guys. This is it. It’s finally our time to shine.

We can prove to Lee Sooman why he chose us twelve and to make him proud for choosing us.

We can show the world who we really are, that we’re not just some pretty faces dancing and singing.

We can show the world that being an idol is more than that, it’s a lifestyle.

We’re here to show those people who have told us time and time again that we “can’t” that yes we can.

I can’t be any more proud of you all who I call my brothers.

We are exo. We are one!”

After Kris’ short but impactful speech,

I looked at all of my members.

The same exact guys who I now call my brothers

and I began to speak the words that have been locked in my mind,

“Looking at all of you guys, I’m glad I met you all.

I’m glad that we all became trainees together and now we’re debuting together,

regardless of how long we’ve been working we’ve all been working hard for this dream.

Our dream.

And now,

we can finally take a deep breath and say that we’re here.

we've began the journey to the start of the rest of our lives.

I can't help but say thank you.

Thank you to all of you.

Thank you guys for being with me since the beginning,

it was exhausting and difficult.

there were several struggles and plenty obstacles in our way

but, despite all of that we perservered.

we pushed through and finally made it

I couldn’t ask for a better brotherhood.”

After my speech I could see the guys had tears b in their eyes,

holding in tears of my own,

I put my hand in the middle of the circle and everyone else followed,

“hana,

dul,

set!

WE ARE EXO!

WE ARE ONE!"

raising our arms together we came back and made a group hug.

Smiling,

we set our sights out to the stage.
