Episode 2: The Prince Goes Missing!

The Emperor, Empress and the palace maid couldn’t believe what they just heard.

“But, you are a policeman! How could you do this ahjeossi?!” asked the palace maid.

“Fools! Naïve and ignorant fools!  We’re not policemen! We were hired by somebody to do this!” he shouted in reply.

“WHAT?! And who is that who hired you?! I demand to know immediately!” shouted the Emperor more angrily this time.

“Hahaha! Your Majesty, you don’t need to know who hired us because you’re going to die anyway! Hahaha!” said the other kidnapper (let’s call them that from now on).

“And what if we live?!” asked the Empress.

“Hahaha! In your dreams! Oh wait! You won’t have any dreams anymore! Hahahahaha!”

Now, the five cars have now taken a detour and were now heading towards an abandoned factory. When they arrived there, they tied up the Emperor, the Empress and the palace maid one by one. Of course before that, they took the two Princes from the palace maid and Her Majesty.

“No! Please! Spare them! Don’t kill my boys!” pleaded the Empress.

“Hahaha! Why of course! We have orders to only kill you two and well I guess also that maid but, the two Princes? We’ll make sure they disappear forever, far from your eyes! Hahaha!”

“NO!!!” shouted the three.

Then, one of them approached the commander and asked: “Sir, what now?”

“I’m still waiting for our boss to call.”

His phone suddenly rang: “ Yoboseyo! Ah! Boss!... Yes, we have them right here now… Araseo! Goodbye sir!... You two!”

He was pointing to two of his men, one who was a new recruit and another, his senior.

“I want you two to get the babies and make sure they won’t be found by anyone from this country!  In other words, make sure they’re out of this country! If that can’t be achieved, well, kill them! That’s the boss’ orders!”

“WHAT?!!! PLEASE NO!!!” shouted the Emperor, Empress and the palace maid.

“Sir, yes sir!” answered the two. They immediately got the babies and quickly ran outside.

“My babies! No!!!” shouted the Empress.

After the two men left, the commander ordered his men to make their hostages stand up and face the wall. And then, six of his men stood a fair distance away from the hostages with their rifles pointing at the hostages.

“On my signal! One! Two! Thr…”

He was interrupted when suddenly, the Special Division of the Imperial Guard came smashing through the windows located above them! Moments later, the Imperial Guards, the real police force, the KCIA and the military have now surrounded the entire place! The kidnappers were then rounded up. It turns out one of the security escorts who was shot earlier managed to survive and he was able to call HQ for help.

“Your Majesties! We’re saved! We’re saved!” said the palace maid with joy.

“Your Majesties, are you two all right?” asked the Commander of the Imperial Guard.

“Yes but our sons!” shouted the Empress while crying as the Emperor comforts her.

“What about the Princes?! What happened to them?!”

“They took them away from us! He sent two men to take away our sons to another country so that we won’t be able to find them! Please! Commander Choi, please find them!” shouted the Emperor.

“Of course Your Majesty! Right away!” replied the Commander. He ordered his men to search, pursue the men and rescue the two Princes. They then quickly trooped outside and started going in lots of directions to search for the two kidnappers.

The two men meanwhile were quite far away from them. The senior one has Prince Joon Se while the rookie had Prince Tae Hoon with him. Though they had the same orders, the senior thought it might be a good idea to split up so, the rookie found himself in a subdivision. This rookie is different because he only joined the group for the money because his family needed it so bad. He also has a good heart.

“I cannot possibly take this Prince out of this country because even if I do, their Majesties know already the plan! Aish! This is hard!... I know now!”

Meanwhile the other one who has Prince Joon Se has now been caught with the Prince being returned to the Imperial Family.

“Where is my little Tae Hoon? Where?!” asked the Empress as her cries get louder.

“We’re still finding him Your Majesties. According to the kidnapper of Prince Joon Se, he and the one who had Prince Tae Hoon went to different directions. We will find him Your Majesties, we will.”
