"Sunggyu Hyung?" I gasp without hiding my surprise to see him. Looks like he has stood there for a while. Did he listen to our conversation just now?
Eunye, who once recognized that it's actually the guy who has broken her heart two years ago and appeared in her life again, quickly turns around and walks pass me to avoid him.
"Yah, Eunye!" I grab her wrist in time, preventing her from running away. "Don't leave without taking care of the mess!"
"I'll pay for the eggs!" she tries to struggle from my grip and it's obvious that she doesn't want to stay any longer to face Sunggyu. "Now let me go, Hoya!"
This girl has a serious problem with forgetting her past. Now that I remember that I'm the one who suggested her to hate Sunggyu, I really wish that I can take back those words.
Eunye is still the same Choi Eunye I knew since college days. The only difference is the fact that her heart has changed into a heart of stone because of this man named Kim Sunggyu.
She used to be a girl who hated no one because she loved to live in peace. Now I can only see a girl who will not mind to have a revenge on someone just because she thinks he deserve it.
"What are you planning, Eunye?" Sunggyu stares at her with serious expression. He tries to clean his hair with his fingers but it's actually just a futile attempt. "What do you want from Woohyun?"
Eunye stops struggling and looks away, "It's none of your business."
"I have ears and I'm sure you mentioned my name so it's actually my business," he states firmly. "I have no problem with you but if you're planning something bad against my childhood friend, I can't let you do whatever you want."
Knowing that this is not a good timing to argue because we're at public place, I chirp in quickly, "Let's get out from here and we'll talk later, okay?"
Eunye pulls her hand and takes the cart, heading to the cashier without even bothering to look back. I turn to Sunggyu and apologize, "I'm sorry about her, Hyung."
"She better be sorry," Sunggyu heaves a sigh and touches his hair again. "Great, my hair is a mess now."
I'm not really close to Sunggyu but I know he is not the one to blame in this case. Come to think again I don't really remember why Eunye hates him so much. I don't even ask about why she wants to give a lesson to Woohyun.
I really need to stop being so ignorant.

I fold my arms and look outside through the window. I ignore the cup of hot cappucino which Hoya has ordered for me because I don't want to look at the man right in front of me.
Ever since I met him again the moment Woohyun introduced him as his childhood friend, I already knew my nightmare came true.
Out of all people in the world, why should it be him? I thought I could finish this time 'assignment' easily because I could sense that Woohyun already fell for me.
However it seems like Sunggyu doesn't like the idea of me and Woohyun getting together. I don't know whether it's just my feeling or not but I'm pretty sure that he didn't expect me to flirt here and there with Woohyun.
I just went to buy some ingredients to prepare lunchbox for Woohyun tomorrow. Hoya accompanied me but it's more like he was nagging all over the time to stop me from doing more for Woohyun because it's all just a ridiculous act.
It's true that I did quit my job so I could get closer to Woohyun but I didn't really regret it because teaching was fun for me. I enjoyed it so I didn't really mind to change my occupation.
At least I thought so until Sunggyu worked in Engeum Art School too. I must see him for almost everyday at school area. Whenever I try to throw a bait for Woohyun, he will appear out from nowhere to interrupt the moment.
The more I want to avoid him, the more often we meet each other.
Just like tonight. Why did he buy fruits at the same place where I bought ingredients for Woohyun? Why was he there and why did the egg fly to his head?
What is it? Is Goddess of Fortune playing around with me?
"I'm not going to leave without your explanation," Sunggyu breaks the silence, propping his chin on his palm. "What do you want from Woohyun?"
I turn to look at Hoya who sits right next to me. He is the one who has the idea for us to sit in one table and talk about everything properly at the coffee shop.
As much as I disagree with this idea, Hoya didn't let go of me and he told me to take my responsibility after throwing the egg onto Sunggyu's head.
"Fine, stay there till the morning," I scoff coldly. "You can let your hair stay like that forever. It's not like I care."
"Eunye," Hoya warns me. "Hyung, it's been a while since the last time we met. I haven't greeted you properly since you entered Eungeum, have I?"
"It's been a while, Hoya," Sunggyu bows slightly to Hoya. He glances at me and sighs, "Looks like your best friend is not really happy with my arrival in Eungeum though."
How can I be happy when the one who haunted me even in dreams appeared in my real life?
Sunggyu suddenly stands up and grabs my wrist, "Let me borrow her for a while. Don't worry. I'll take care of her."
"Eh?!" I refuse to leave my seat. I cling to Hoya's arm with my other hand, "No! What do you think you're doing? Hoyaaa~!"
Hoya puts a confused expression since he doesn't know what he should do, "H-Hyung, what- Y-Yah, Eunye, calm down!"
I stop struggling and Sunggyu lets go of my hand. I quickly hug Hoya's arm, a sign that I don't want to go with him no matter where he wants to take me. I don't even want to look at him and he wants me to go with him?
Never. There is no way I will do it.

♥ Sunggyu ♥
I click my tongue and heave a sigh, looking at the girl who is clinging onto Hoya. She puffs her cheeks like a little kid while Hoya can't hide his confused expression.
"Eunye, just... Go with Sunggyu Hyung for now," Hoya pats her head with his free hand. "Call me and I'll pick you. It's not like he is going to eat you."
Actually I don't want to force her to go with me but it's the only way for her to talk with me. I have no idea why she acts so cold towards me but I want to find out her secret plan about Woohyun.
I can see clearly that Hoya spoils Eunye too much until Eunye can't help but to ask for his help. Thankfully Hoya is a nice guy who knows how to act neutral even though she is his best friend.
"But-" Eunye is ready to protest but I quickly take her hand and pull her until she stands up.
"I promise that it won't take long. Don't worry. I still have work to do as well tomorrow morning so let's don't waste our time," I tell her and then nod slightly as my gratitude to Hoya. "See you when I see you."
I walk out from the coffee shop without letting go of Eunye's hand while my other hand is holding the bag of fruits. She tries to pull her hand from mine for numerous times but I ignore her and walk to the nearest park so I can talk with her in private.
Finally I let go of her when we have reached the park. She takes steps backwards and looks away as if I can kill her with my stare.
She decides to take a seat on the bench and takes out her phone, making herself busy with the gadget as if I'm invinsible.
"Eunye, weren't we good friends before?" I look at her sadly, feeling guilty now because it looks like she really hates me. "What happened? Why are you-"
"Don't you dare to ask me why I act this way," she hisses coldly, still staring at her phone screen. "Why did you bring me here? If there is nothing important, I need to go home now because Hoya is waiting."
I roll my eyes and take a deep breath, "What are you planning? Are you even serious about Woohyun?"
"Not your business," she answers with monotone. "End of conversation. I'm going back now."
She stands up and walks away. I'm not really impatient but I must admit that she is getting on my nerves somehow.
"Yah, Choi Eunye!" I stop her by grabbing her wrist until she spins around.
Finally we look into each other's eyes. She doesn't look away and we just stand there in silence, looking at each other without a word as if the time has stopped.
"Gyu Hyung? Eunye?" Woohyun's voice breaks our eyes contact as I quickly let go of her hand and my eyes find Woohyun, approaching us with a confused look. "What are you two doing here?"
"Oppa," Eunye puts a warm smile that she didn't show to me and steps closer to him. "Are you happened to be around here? I just sent the message minutes ago."
"I was looking for Sunggyu Hyung," Woohyun looks at her with loving eyes. "Who knew that you would text me to meet you at this park. It's pretty close so I got here in no time."
She texted Woohyun? Wow, this girl must really dislike me till the state that she doesn't want to be alone with me.
How am I supposed to ask her secret plan now that Woohyun is with us?
"Hyung, what happened to your hair?" Woohyun laughs as he observes my hair. "Your hair is a mess. You need to wash it or I will laugh you for the whole night."
"I know, I know," I groan. Maybe I'll talk to her tomorrow at school. "Let's go back now."
"Oh, I'll catch up with you later," Woohyun rubs the back of his neck and smiles sheepishly. "There is something I want to talk with Eunye..."
"With me?" Eunye tilts her head. "What is it, Oppa?"
Woohyun just smiles at her and tells her that he will tell her when he walks her back to her apartment. He approaches me and whispers, "Wish me luck, Gyu Hyung!"
After that he walks away with Eunye, walking side by side with the girl. The smile on her face never vanishes as they two talk happily and I stand alone, dumbfounded.
I have a bad feeling about what Woohyun will talk with her.
Why do I have a feeling that he will do something that I have told him not to do?
