Things are not going the way I want to or I wish it would.
I was trying my best to settle my feeling before I return to my normal life of being a good friend with Hoya, a good teacher in Eungeum, and slowly erasing the 'heartbreaker' title off my shoulder.
I wanted to forget the past and move on, including about my feeling for Sunggyu, my guilt for Woohyun, and my curiosity over Bora.
Let's just say I want to be a better person.
However the thought disappeared in no time when I met Bora at the elevator. Not to mention that both of us were heading to a same place, the cinema.
She said that she was going to meet up with a friend and, out of nowhere, I lied to her. I told her that I was going to watch a movie as well with someone.
Of all the people in the world, why should it be her?
"Have your friend came, Eunye?" she asks me when we're going to line for the queue. She looks around, "Are you two going to watch movie together?"
An idea crosses my mind. Maybe I should just tell her that my friend cancelled our meeting or else but when the guy in front of me turns to us, a crazy idea takes over.
"Bora...," Sunggyu murmurs the name with obvious shock. He quickly covers his mouth and I know that she is blushing.
So he still has feeling for her.
"Sunggyu Oppa!" I call out his name with a smile. "Here you are! Did I make you wait?"
Bora looks really awkward with the current situation. She doesn't expect me to be with Sunggyu, I guess.
If they're not longer a couple, maybe, just maybe, I can make them realize that they're possibly meant to be together.
Who knows that I'm actually a matchmaker at heart instead of a heartbreaker.
However it's my turn to receive a big surprise when her so-called-friend appears. He approaches us with his favorite purple jacket, apologizing for coming late.
What is Hoya doing here? More over why is he with Bora? Bora said she is going to watch a movie...
She will watch it with Hoya?

"Ah, the queue," Hoya breaks the silence, telling us to move forward because there are people who are waiting behind us. "What a coincidence to meet you two here."
"We're going to watch for a new horror movie. Why don't we watch it together?" I hear Bora offers me but my eyes are fixed on my own feet.
It feels really difficult to look at Hoya.
Oh, come on, Choi Eunye! You've prepared your heart, haven't you?!
"Sure," Sunggyu suddenly speaks up and pats my head. I look up to see him smiling at me, "Let's watch it together."
While Bora looks excited, I blink in confusion. Why did Sunggyu suddenly play along with me before I even told him anything?
What's in his mind now?

♥ Hoya ♥
I glance secretly at Eunye and Sunggyu but both of them are not talking to each other. Sunggyu is enjoying his popcorn while Eunye is focusing on the screen.
The movie is just going to start and I finally decide to pay attention for it instead of being all curious.
Last night I met Bora when I just returned from a dinner with my family. She asked me if I was free tomorrow because there was a new movie she wanted to watch.
She said that there would be a reunion with her friends later but she was sure they would not agree to watch the horror movie. It's strange how she could predict it.
I agreed to accompany her since there was something I wanted to ask as well. It's been a while but I thought it would not be a problem if I asked her in person.
I want to know if she's really the one who put the pictures of Eunye at our school.
It's been a while since the last time I talked with Eunye and it feels uneasy. I want to stop this cold war and return to our friendship before her birthday next week.
I don't want to make a sad memory on her birthday.
I must admit that I would never expect her to watch a movie with Sunggyu. She likes movies but... with Sunggyu?
Since I'm sitting between Eunye and Bora now while Sunggyu sits next to Eunye, I can't help but to wonder if two of them are really that close.
"What the-" I hear Sunggyu blurts out the words before he uses the box of popcorn to hide his face.
A moment later, a dark shadow appears and knocks the window rapidly. A girl screams and steps backwards just to bump onto someone with a knife on his hand.
Eunye doesn't react even just for the slightest while Bora gasps in surprise, covering her eyes with her hands. I stay still, feeling both amused and awkward at the moment.
When did the last time I watch a movie with Eunye actually?
"Put down the popcorn," Eunye tries to take the popcorn box away from Sunggyu. "You can't watch the movie that way."
"I can watch it clearly!" Sunggyu tries to hold on. "Just watch it! No! No! Watch out for the knife!"
The other audiences turn to Sunggyu and scold him, telling him to be quiet during the movie. He mutters the apology before returning his focus to the movie.
After minutes, he covers his face with the box once again. This time Eunye doesn't stay still.
"Come on," I hear she speaks as she stands up and drags Sunggyu out from the auditorium. She doesn't give him time to complaint at all.
"Where do they go?" Bora asks, tilting her head. "Did something happened, Howon?"
I clench my fists and murmur, "No. Nothing."
A strange feeling engulfs my heart. Does Eunye hate me that much until she doesn't want to stay longer by my side now?

♥ Sunggyu ♥
Horror is my least favorite genre. I really dislike horror. I don't like all scary stuff...
...but when I saw Eunye's expression when she saw Hoya was with Bora, I couldn't help but to pretend that I was actually meeting up with Eunye.
She looked upset and sad.
However I guess I always do something before giving it a thought twice. I just messed up the 'double date' situation I created by myself.
"Come on," Eunye suddenly stands up and grabs my wrist. We storm out from the auditorium, heading out from the cinema.
We finally stop when we're metres away from the cinema. Eunye lets go of my hand and turns to me with unpredictable expression.
Is she mad? Is she going to scold me for being such a coward? Is she-
I shut my eyes when she reaches out her hand. I open it when I feel she touches my hair, giggling happily, "You have popcorn on your hair."
She chuckles but tries to hide it with her hand, "You should see your own face. Did you think I was going to slap you?"
Heat creeps to my cheek when she states the truth. I rub my neck and grin sheepishly, "I thought... Aish, you must think that I'm a coward, right?"
"Should I?" her answer surprises me. "I think it's not a big deal. Everyone has what they like and what they don't. You just happen to dislike horror movie. It's understandable."
I know it's strange but I know that she is not trying to cheer me up; she is just telling what she thinks is right.
She has always been like this.
"Eunye," I clench my fists tight and look at her in the eyes; I've made up my mind.
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
