The morning of sixth day of exam week would start in thirty minutes and I was in the middle of checking the preparation before I entered the exam room.
"Nam Songsaenim," Kikwang, one of the dancing teacher called me. He pointed to the door with his thumb, "Mr Han called you to his office."
Why did our headmaster suddenly ask me to come to meet him? Did I make a mistake during the exam yesterday? Did I say something that I shouldn't say?
"Excuse me," I murmured after knocking the door thrice. I opened it slightly and found Mr Han was sitting behind his desk, giving me a smile to welcome me. "Lee Songsaenim said I need to come."
"Ah, yes, yes," he nodded and gestured me to take the seat across from him. "Please have a seat, Nam Songsaenim. It won't be a long talk. No worry."
I bowed and then sat down so the talk could start. He began by asking me about what I thought about the students from my vocal class, wondering if I'd like them to participate in any competition or not.
The conversation finally showed the direction when Mr Han started to talk about the dance competition in London which would start next week.
Two lecturers had been chosen to accompany the five selected students in London for two weeks. The first week would be for intense training and the competition would be held after that.
The students had been trained for a whole month but the chosen lecturers were just decided two days ago but Mr Han still had not told them since he wanted to confirm something with me.
"In three months, another competition will be held in London as well and it's for the vocal category. What do you think if we send you as the representative to do the survey for the upcoming competition?" Mr Han looked at me with interest.
"Sure," I answered immediately. My face beamed, knowing that our students could participate in an international competition. "Can I really go to London?"
"I'm glad you agree," he laughed happily. "I need to ask two more persons before so there will be five teachers to accompany the students there."
"Five?" I tilted my head. "If you don't mind, can I know who are the teachers that you've selected?"
Mr Han smiled kindly, "As for the dance teachers, Lee Howon and Kim Hyuna are the selected ones. You will go as the representative of our vocal classes and the others two..."
"We need two teachers who are the best in English to help your communication there with the crews."

The exam has finished today and I was on my way to the staff room when I see Eunye with Sunggyu. Sunggyu is patting Eunye's head with a smile.
My heart clenches at the scene but when I notice that Eunye doesn't really look happy, I think something is amissed. It's not like she is angry but...
For a reason, I know that it's not like Eunye is acting cute or all. She puffs her cheeks but... I don't know how to describe it.
After a while they part their ways as Sunggyu heads to the staff room while Eunye is still staying in the classroom. I guess Sunggyu visited her after the exam was finished.
Eunye rests her head on the desk, looking really helpless. It's like she has a lot in mind right now.
"Hey," I step inside and close the door behind. She looks up with frustrated look. "What's wrong? You don't look good at all."
"Nothing," she replies, propping her chin on palm lazily. "I just think about what I've done and what I need to do."
I study her expression quietly. Eunye raises her eyebrow when she notices I'm looking at her, "What is it? Is that something on my face?"
"I'm just wondering if...," I stop for seconds, hesitating for a moment. "Are you and Sunggyu together now?"
I can see that she is taken aback by my question. However she slowly shakes her head with sad eyes, "He wants to but I don't. No, I can't."
It hurts to speak out what's in my mind right now but I say it anyway, "Is it... Is it because you like someone else?"
This time her cheeks turn into red and I know it's true. I smile bitterly, feeling like a fool. Should I expect myself to be the one that makes her blush?
"L-Let's not continue," she stands up, looking away from me. "Isn't it hurt if you know what my heart wants?"
She is right. It hurts. It really hurts but looking at her like this feels worse.
"I'm cruel," she grits her teeth, grabbing her bangs with her fist. "Ah, I really should stop being so non sense."
"You're being honest," I touch her cheek, making her to flinch a little, "and it took courage to be honest, Eunye."
For my surprise, a tear rolls down on her cheek and she quickly wipes it away, "I-I'm sorry, Woohyun. I just... Aigoo, what am I saying?"
"Ah, I make you cry," I try to lighten up the atmosphere. I help her to wipe the tears, "I'm sorry. I should have picked a better line."
Eunye sobs and I step closer to her, letting her to bury her face on my chest. My heart beats faster but I ignore it, knowing that she needs someone to stand by her now.
However the peace doesn't stay long.

"I'll see you at the meeting tomorrow then," Mr Han ends the discussion. "I will meet five of you after the exam tomorrow. Thank you for your cooperation, Lee Songsaenim."
I bow and walk out from his office room. The exam just finished but I know that Mr Han wants to meet me to talk about the dance competition which will start next week.
My feeling is a little bit mixed up right now. I am happy since I really want to watch the international dance competition and help the students.
However when Mr Han told me that Eunye and Sunggyu are included as the teachers who will be sent to London with me because they're the best in English, my heart wavered.
I forgot that we will be staying in London for two weeks and, of course, we need someone who can help us to communicate in English. Eunye is the best English teacher we have and Sunggyu stayed in Los Angeles before; of course they are the best candidates.
The scene of Sunggyu kissed Eunye's cheek crosses my mind again and I start to feel rage again. What is wrong with me?
When I walk pass a classroom, my eyes widen in shock because I see two familiar figures are hugging each other.
Blood rushes to my head and I punch the window before even thinking. Both Eunye and Woohyun turn to me, surprised because of the shattered glass.
"So this is why you want to stop being friends with me?" the harsh words leave my lips. Blood is dripping to the floor but I ignore it. "Eunye, you're unbelievable."
"Wait," Woohyun tries to say something but I don't want to hear anything from them. I don't know which is the truth and lie anymore.
"Yesterday you were with Sunggyu and today you're with Woohyun. How many times are you going to break people's hearts? What is wrong with you?"
"What is wrong with me?" Eunye scoffs with disbelief. "What is wrong with you, Lee Howon? Since when did you think all negative about me? You're with Bora yesterday and I don't-"
"Don't bring Bora in our problem. She has nothing to do with it," I clench my fists. It hurts but my heart feels hurt more. Why?
There are seconds of silence before Eunye's question suprises me, "Are you... in love with Bora?"
I don't give her an answer. Actually I don't expect her to ask me that question; I freeze on my stand.
Eunye drops her jaw and then nods as if she just realizes something, "I should have known it. What a fool I am. You know what? I was right. Hearts are made to be broken."
A tear escapes her eyes and I feel a tug in my heart when she speaks the words I never thought she would say to me.
"Thank you for breaking my heart, Lee Howon."
