The next day at school, Seohyun was doing her daily patrolling..

“Hey, Hankyung-ssi, Heechul-ssi, don’t sit on the stairs. You’re on the way.” Seohyun said

“Look, the annoying one is here again” Heechul said

“Let’s just get out of here” Hankyung said and dragged Heechul away

“Noona” a voice called

Seohyun turned around

“1, 2, 3,” Doo Joon said and the six boys bowed at her 90 degrees

“Good Morning sunbae!” they said

“Good morning” Seohyun smiled

“Sunbae, could you teach us Aikido today?” Jong Hyun asked

“Sure” Seohyun replied

At the Back of the school building..

“Aikido isn’t about attacking. You act using your opponent’s force without opposing it head on” Seohyun explained after doing a demonstration

“That was great!” Hyun Seung said

“You’re amazing noona” Yo seob said as they clapped their hands

I wouldn’t want to disappoint such honest guys. Seohyun thought

At the rooftop..

Kyuhyun was leaning at the wall and looking at the commemorative photo he had taken with Seohyun. Her smile was stiff but it was enough for him. He heard the door open.

“Wow, the wind is pretty strong up here.” Seohyun said

“What brings you here Prez? What a rare guest.” Kyuhyun asked

“Seohyun looked at him. “ Kyuhyun”

“Are you being chased by those guys again?” he asked

“No, I came to cool off a little.” Seohyun said and walked forward and leaned over the cement railing and looked at the things below. “I’m thinking of telling them about my part-time job when I think of the possibility of them finding out by chance”

She can see from the rooftop the six boys happily chatting with each other.

“If I tell them upfront, I think, that keeps me closer to their vision of me.” she added

“So you’re doing this for their sake again?” Kyuhyun asked

Seohyun was shocked by the unexpected question.

“It’s not for yourself?” he asked again

She looked at Kyuhyun but also looked away immediately. She lowered her gaze and leaned on the concrete railing.

“I know. It’s me that is afraid in the end” she finally said. “I’m afraid that they’ll see me as a maid, have their image of me destroyed and sneer at me. It hurts to let down people who believe in you”

“Well, I won’t get let down no matter what you do” Kyuhyun said looking away

Seohyun lifted her head up and looked at him. “Kyuhyun”

“Here’s the proof” he said as he showed the commemorative photo

“Yah! What are you doing carrying that around?” Seohyun said while trying to get it from him

“It’s my charm” he said

“Charm for what?” she asked still trying to get the picture from him

“For..Love?! kekeke” Kyuhyun teased

“HAA. Why you… Got it” She took hold of it but it slipped away.

“Oh!!” they both exclaimed. The photo was now falling and unfortunately the Beast members were downstairs and might see the photo if they won’t be able to get it as soon as possible.

“It’s your fault for trying to take it away from me.” Kyuhyun said in his usual bored tone

“No! No! This can’t be happening!” Seohyun panicked. “What should I do? This is just too..”

Kyuhyun looked at her. He saw that Seohyun was really worried of being found out. She seemed so helpless.

“Want me to get it?” Kyuhyun asked

Seohyun looked at him.

“Even if you go now, the guys down there will get to it first” She said in a very, very worried tone

Kyuhyun ignored her and climbed on the cement railing.

“What are you doing?” Seohyun pulled his right arm to stop him

“Shortest route.” Kyuhyun said pointing his fingers downward

“It is, but you’ll die” Seohyun said

“If you’re telling me to get it, then I will.” he said nonchalantly

“What kind of nonsense is this? Why would you go that far?” Seohyun asked worried

“Why..?” Kyuhyun said. “Because…” Kyuhyun placed both of his hand on the side of Seohyun’s neck and cupped her face. He shortened the distance between their faces and gently kissed her on the lips. When their lips parted, “Saranghaeyo, Seo Joo Hyun.”

After telling those words Kyuhyun jumped off the roof. Seohyun was left frozen on her place. After a few seconds she noticed that Kyuhyun already disappeared infront of her.

“CHO KYUHYUN!!!!!!!!!” she shouted all her might. She looked below but did not find him. What is he doing? Then she ran towards the stairs. She was running down the stairs with the same words running in her head.

She reached the ground floor and headed out to School’s swimming pool where Kyuhyun must have landed. She looked around. She saw Kyuhyun sitting at the edge of the pool soaking wet and with scratches. She was still dumb-founded. She approached him and Kyuhyun looked at her.

“I’m just too good” Kyuhyun managed to say showing her the photo in his hands.

Seohyun’s eyes softened. “Yea, you are..” was the thing she only managed to say. She slumped to the floor because of nervousness. “You Pabo”

Suddenly the Beast members appeared.

“Noona, did something happen?” Doo Joon asked

“Woah, Kyuhyun-hyung!”  Gi Kwang exclaimed

Seohyun stood up and faced the Beast members. “Hurry, call for an ambulance.” Seohyun told them

“I think I’m fine” Kyuhyun interrupted

“No human would be fine after jumping off the roof!” Seohyun said

“What could have caused this?” the boys asked confusedly

“What happened?”

“There’s something I haven’t told you guys.” Seohyun said to the boys.

SILENCE

“My part-time job is..”

“Prez” Kyuhyun interrupted her. “Are you talking about how I buy your services after the school is out?” Kyuhyun managed to say a lie.

“Ehhh???” the boys exclaimed

Kyuhyun whispered something to Seohyun. “In return for that earlier reward..” he was talking about the kiss. “…I’ll make sure your secret is kept.”

“I HATE YOU, CHO KYUHYUN!!!” she said

“So you work as Kyuhyun-hyung’s bodyguard after school.” Dong Woon said

“That’s so cool. Just as expected from you noona!” Yo Seob said

“If it’s something like that, then we can’t bother you.” Jong Hyun said

“Wait, but what does kyuhyun-hyung do?” Doo Joon asked

“Maybe he’s a son of a wealthy and influential person” Hyun Seung said

It is better off this way, right?
