Yunho and Changmin stepped out of the automatic doors of the bustling airport, only to be greeted my a fresh horde of fans. Ducking their heads and hiding behind their Ray-Ban sunglasses, they pushed past, ignoring the fans screaming their names. 

"How's Jaejoong?" A group of girls screamed, hoping to catch HoMin's attention.

Yunho snuck a glance their way before making his way to their van, dragging Changmin behind him.

They situated themselves in their car, with Yunho taking the passenger's seat and Changmin being stuck with one of the seats with less leg room. 

"You're so cruel," Changmin whined childishly. But Yunho was fast asleep, his mouth open like a gaping fish.

Changmin stared out the darkly tinted windows, bored. He accidently lost his iPod and earbuds somewhere in Japan, leaving him without something to keep him occupied. He watched the gleaming street lamps on the sides of the road come and go, blinking each time the bright beams penetrated through his window.

He remained like that for half an hour before his boredom finally got the best of him. Sneaking a look at Yunho, he eased Yunho's bag from the latter's lap and rummaged through his belongings to "borrow" his mp3 player for the time being. 

"Aish, where is it?" While looking for the iPod, he discovered a small album, about four inches by six inches and decided to take a small peek inside.

It isn't snooping, is it? Besides, Yunho looks through my texts and internet history all the time.

He flipped the cover open and saw a picture of all five of them on a beach in Saipan, their arms slung around each other. He noticed one little detail in particular; Yunho and Jaejoong's hands intertwined with Jaejoong beaming up at Yunho, his smile shining brightly on his face.

He attempted to swallow the inevitable lump growing in his throat, blinking rapidly as his tears threatened to flow out. The next picture consisted of their debut stages, comeback stages, everyday lives, and Jaejoong with Yunho as a couple. He flipped to the last picture, and that was the catalyst that finally made his tears spill over.

A picture of TVXQ's activities as two, and JYJ's activities of three. It was carefully glued to each other, with the caption to be continued and followed by a series of empty sleeves, waiting to be filled by more pictures of them as five.

He placed Yunho's photobook back to its respective bag, and returned the bag to its owner, only to find Yunho's iPod sticking out of his jacket pocket.

But he didn't feel like music anymore. 

"Ajusshi," he told the driver. "Can you take us to Seoul Hospital?"

"What for?" Yunho asked. Changmin jumped back in shock.

"I thought you were asleep," Changmin said.

"I'm resting my eyes," Yunho replied. "Don't think I didn't catch you looking through my stuff. I'm your leader; I know all about you."

"That's creepy," Changmin muttered under his breath.

"Don't avoid my question," Yunho warned. "What do you want to go to the hospital for?"

"What do you think?" Changmin asked. "To see Jaejoong hyung."

"We aren't allowed to, remember?" Yunho argued.

"Murderers." Yoochun's words echoed over and over in Yunho's brain as he ransacked his pockets to find his keys to the dorm after returning from the hospital.

"Here hyung." Changmin handed him the set of spare keys. Yunho's hands shook lightly as he attempted to insert the key into the lock. He finally opened the door and slammed it shut behind Changmin. 

He flicked the lights in the living room on and felt his heart skip a beat as he encountered the unknown shadow standing in front of their coffee table.

The man stood, unblinking. His face was vacant and showed no expression.

"Ah, you're home now. Where have you been?" Lee Soo Man inquired, his voice was threateningly soft and intimidating.

"We were, uh, grabbing some dinner." Yunho lied.

"This late?" 

"Think of it more as a midnight snack, sir."

"Is that so?" Lee Soo Man tipped his head slightly, a conniving smile pulling at his lips.

"Yes, sir."

Lee Soo Man's expression changed suddenly, rage and acrimony taking over the man's features.

"You can't lie to me."

Changmin gulped as Soo Man inched closer to him. "At the hospital, weren't you?"

"You can't expect us to abandon people who are practically our family just like that," Changmin protested meekly.

"I actually do. So cruel or not, you are not to go near Jaejoong or any of those cockroaches again. I don't care if they're dead or not, you are to keep your distance, understood?"

"But-"

"Not buts. I know you will defy my orders, so I've arranged for you to go to Japan and promote over there for a while. Your manager will give you your plane tickets tomorrow; I think you'll be leaving the next day."

"I don't want you to get into any more trouble, Changmin," Yunho said worriedly.

"We're not, hyung. We'll just tell them that we got held up at the airport, and the driver can keep the secret for us. We'll be fine, really. I don't think our fear should obstruct seeing those we cherish the most."

"Alright, you win this time." 

They arrived at the hospital and took the elevator up to the fifth floor, with Yunho leading the way to Jaejoong's room. Even after all these months, Yunho still knew the way by heart.

"Jaejoong ah~" Yunho sang. "I'm back."

But they were greeted by an empty, neatly made bed.
