“Yes umma, I’m at Jungkook’s.” Taehyung rolls his eyes as Jungkook giggles, propping his head up with his hands as he looks adoringly at his boyfriend.

“I know, I know. Yes- yes, it’s all done. I-” Taehyung pauses, blowing out a sigh. “Fine. Okay, fine- I will. Okay- bye.” He hangs up and throws his phone at the foot of the bed.

Jungkook immediately turns over, looking at the other upside down. “What’s wrong?”

“Nothing; I just have to pick Bam up from Yugyeom’s when I leave.” Taehyung ruffles the younger’s hair. “Whenever that’ll be.”

“Does he worry a lot?” asks Jungkook absently, starting to play with Taehyung’s fingers.

“I guess. I mean, like any normal parent,” Taehyung shrugs. “I guess he can be a bit more than most but appa pulls him back.”

“Mm.”

“Jungkook?”

“Yeah?”

“When are your parents going to be home?”

Jungkook grins, mischievous and shy all at once. “Late.”

“I can work with that.” Taehyung leans over, capturing Jungkook in a sweet kiss, to which the younger responds to enthusiastically.

Taehyung meant to keep it innocent. He honestly did. But then Jungkook involuntarily let out a moan and Taehyung can’t stand it anymore.

He tangles his fingers in Jungkook’s hair, pressing him closer and closer until he falls back, Jungkook hovering over him.

“Can I?” he asks softly, resting his forehead on Taehyung’s and the elder nods slowly. Jungkook kisses him again, one hand cupping his cheek and the other holding him up so he won’t crush Taehyung.

He breaks the kiss, hesitantly but sweetly trailing kisses down Taehyung’s throat to his collarbones. He nips at them lightly and Taehyung’s grip on Jungkook’s hair tightens.

Taehyung pulls him down for another kiss, only getting a corner of his mouth and opting instead to kiss Jungkook’s jawline. He knows it’s the younger’s weak spot and he’s satisfied when Jungkook moans.

“Taehyung,” he murmurs quietly, flushing when the elder smirks at him and trails a finger down his face, his neck, stopping at Jungkook’s shirt collar.

He hesitantly looks up at Jungkook, ignoring the tightness in his pants at the sight. They’ve never gone this far, having been content with sweet kisses and light touches. Neither of them know how to take it farther, both a little nervous.

Taehyung takes pride in being a little more experienced than Jungkook but not by much, so he knows only the basics of the basics.

Jungkook’s flushing but he has set his mouth determinedly and Taehyung takes it as a sign of agreement, pulling the shirt over his boyfriend’s head.

He’s seen him shirtless before but never like this, not under circumstances like these.

“Don’t stare,” Jungkook mumbles, embarrassed as Taehyung’s fingers start to trail down his chest.

“You’re beautiful Kookie,” says Taehyung, smiling gently and letting Jungkook take off his shirt under the premise of being fair.

They look at each other for a few moments, eyes raking up and down the other longingly.

There’s an undertone though, of nervousness. They’ve never been this far before and Taehyung’s mouth feels dry.

“We don’t have to go any further,” Jungkook says quietly, being a little anxious himself. “I’m good here if you are.”

“You won’t be mad?” Taehyung’s voice is laced with worry, just now realizing maybe Jungkook wants more and he’s holding him back.

Jungkook looks away, his skin burning under Jungkook’s cool hands. His answer is a whisper. “I’m scared.”

“Me too.” Taehyung pauses. “I’m not going to do anything you’re not ready for.”

“Me either.”

They share a smile, both relieved at the other’s understanding and Taehyung Jungkook’s cheek. “I can kiss you now though, right?”

Because we all need a little more Taekook in our lives.
