“So your name is Taeyeon?! What the ! Why did you lie about your identitty and what about being a part of wedding crashers? you Taeyeon!!” Tiffany stepped forward while Taeyeon cowardly moved backward until she was cornered and stopped by the sink counter behind her. Tiffany knuckled Taeyeon’s chest with each word came out from .

“I thought what we had these days beautiful and.. and.. You bastard.. Why..” Tiffany’s anger was converted into sadness and disappointment. She had to admit the woman’s existence in her life although merely for four days had clouded her logic and jugdement. She had become someone she had not and yet she didn’t mind, at least until Taeyeon’s friends came and explained to her indirectly. She even didn’t know whether she should be thankful for the elaboration of spitful because just maybe it’d be better not to know it rather than know and being hurt.

“I am sorry, Fany-ah. I didn’t mean to hurt you. I-“

“Stop it,, Jiyeon. Or Taeyeon or whoever you are I don’t give a damn anymore. I am out of here.” Tiffany let her tears freely streamed down her cheeks. In normal state, she would never want anyone to see her crying. Her pride never let her but now, the emotion and pain dominated her logic that her heart failed her. The tears just came down without her permission.

“Tiffany, wait. You need to listen to me first.” Taeyeon followed the brunette from behind. Tiffany ignored the calling and continued her journey to the bedroom, ready to pack up her things.

“What more do you want? It’s already clear that the person I was with for thesed days weren’t Taeyeon, but Jiyeon and that the main purpose of that ‘Jiyeon’ was only to get into my pants. Congratulations! You have nailed it! I have let you get into my pants not only for one night or one time but for.. .. I shouldn’t have easily believed in you.” Tiffany felt shameful to continue her sentence.

The memories of her nights with the petite woman became hurtful; it felt like she was only being used. She felt like a cheap woman who even abandoned her status as someone’s fiance just so she could get touched in ways she never was before by a stranger. What could be worse than that? She felt her energy was drained but at the same time, she couldn’t stay still in the same room with the woman who had hurt her in the most painful and embarrassing way.

“I admit I was a part of wedding crashers and I lied to you by not telling you my true name nor my background but I swear the person you’re with was me, the Kim Taeyeon, not Jiyeon. This is my first time doing this, Fany-“

“Don’t call me that!” Tiffany threw her deadliest glare at Taeyeon. She took her luggage from under the bed and started to throw in her clothes messily.

“This is my first experience doing this. I was invited by two of my friends whom you probably had known by now. I didn’t have any idea how to accomplish my mission because meeting you and falling for you was never in the scenario given to me.” That stopped Tiffany from doing her chores.

“You know, in normal condition, my heart would be flattered by your words. I too probably would have said that I have fallen for you but it’s too late. Would you even let me know who you really are if you weren’t caught red-handed like now?” Taeyeon opened but no words could be uttered.

“You wouldn’t, would you?” Tiffany wiped her tears harshly using the back of her hand.

“Then would you let me continously falling deeper for someone who’s not even real? How nefarious of you.” Tiffany smiled sadly.

“Let’s be honest with each other for once, Taeyeon. What we had here was never real in the first place. What we did was totally wrong and sinful. What we had done was nothing but a beautiful dream and now it’s time to go back to reality.” Tiffany zipped up her luggage and made it stand up on the floor.

“I am sorry.” Taeyeon stopped trying to make Tiffany understand her point of view. She threw in the white flag and admitted her defeat.

“I don’t know what I am feeling right now. I feel stupid for being easily deceived by you and your fake innocence. I feel angry because I practically helped you to succeed your goal by letting you get into my pants. I feel traumatic in trusting stranger in less than a day. I feel terrible since I once hoped things were different; that I could meet you when I was still single and under different circumtances. I feel pathetic because even after knowing how you had hurt me like this, my heart still beat irregularly for you.” Tiffany faced Taeyeon, reaching out and held Taeyeon’s both hands.

“Can you forgive me and pretend this never happened?” Taeyeon begged. She let her pride shoved away just this once. It’s true they just spent 4 days together but Tiffany had already played a big role inside Taeyeon’s heart.

“From all of the things in the world, the thing I hate the most would be being lied to.” The tears trickled down from Taeyeon’s eyes when she heard those words.

“So it’s a no then?” Taeyeon looked down, feeling too smal to even look at Tiffany’s eyes.

“Even if I can forgive you then what does it make us? How can it change our situation? Where would it lead us after this” Tiffany’s eyes spoke louder than . She slightly hoped Taeyeon would have some answer that could change her determination.

“I can take you away from here and we can build a live together in Korea.” Taeyeon’s eyes were assertive and flaring. She didn’t even take more than 5 seconds to answer the question.

“It’s not that easy, Taeyeon. Besides, I don’t know whether I can trust you again. How long can you put up living with a woman whom you probably fall for but cannot believe in you? Even if live together, I am not sure we still can be what we were. I’d only be a stranger for you, like the very first time we met.” Tiffany’s lips were trembling. She too wasn’t strong enough to exclaim the sentences which would separate them from each other.

“I will wait for you and earn your trust until one day you are able to have faith in me again.” Taeyeon’s resistence made Tiffany cry harder.

“No, Taeyeon. It’s not that easy. I maybe don’t love him but at least I know I can trust him and I can feel his love for me.” Tiffany’s reply silenced Taeyeon.

“I lov-“

“Don’t say it. That would only make me feel burdened and regret for not trying what we could have. The ‘what if’ questions will keep on haunting me.” Tiffany shook her head in disapproval.

“Is this goodbye? Can’t we even be friends?” Taeyeon tried her last attempt. If not being lovers, Taeyeon could maybe try being a good friend for Tiffany even if it meant it would hurt her everytime she heard news about Tiffany and her lover; the lover who’s not Taeyeon and maybe would never be Taeyeon.

“You know the answer. How can I move on when you’re still around? It would be too hard for me and it wouldn’t be fair to him. Whenever you are there, his existence would never be recognized by me.” Tiffany again didn’t agree with Taeyeon’s option; rejecting her every request.

“What would have happened if I never lied to you?” Taeyeon composed herself and asked.

“Not this thing for sure. I don’t now. Maybe, I got carried away by your charm and kindness, and let you take me away from here.” Tiffany’s words were like knife stabbing right into Taeyeon’s chest that she cringed, sobbed, and wanted to scream.

“Goodbye Taeyeon-ah. As soon as I walk out through that door, we don’t know each other.” Tiffany sighed, taking a deep breath and forced a smile. She was surprised when Taeyeon suddenly leaned in and kissed her senselessly. Knowing it’d be their last kiss, Tiffany tilter her head and kissed Taeyeon’s back. Both women’s faces were dampened by tears.

“I love you.” Taeyeon said it. Tiffany gasped and more tears fell down, betraying her logic further.

“Goodbye Taeyeon.” Taeyeon didn’t even want to look back as Tiffany walked passed her. The sound of closing door was enough to let the petite woman know that she had been left by probably the wome she’s willing to spend the rest of her life with. She break down and kneeled on the floor, letting her frustration came out, crying her heart out until she could no longer cry and her tears had dried.

---

A month passed since that day which meant it’d be only two months more until Tiffany was owned by someone for life, someone who’s not her. That thought stressed her out. Taeyeon tried to get off Tiffany from her head; from occupying her whole time; from thinking what if she just never be part of the wedding crashers team. Then again, she just knew if she didn’t join Sooyoung and Yoona, she would never get to meet Tiffany.

“Hey Taeng, busy?” Taeyeon looked up, locking her phone. Yes, she had been staring at Tiffany’s pictures which were taken last month.

“Oh, no. What’s up, Soo?” Taeyeon pretended to be busy with her laptop.

“Stop the pretension, Taeng. I know you still cant get Tiffany off of your head. It’s fine. I am just worried, that’s why I am here.” Sooyoung walked forward and sat on the chair in front of Taeyeon’s table.

“I will move on when the time has come.” Taeyeon stopped typing and forced a smile.

“What I am about to give you will probably make you even more stressed but it’s also the fastest solution to make you forget her.” Taeyeon raised one of her eyebrows.

“I am sorry, Taeng but her wedding invitation just came this morning. It was addressed for me, Yoong, and you.” Sooyoung showed her the rectangle envelope covered by the transparant plastic.

“Oh.” Taeyeon didn’t know what more words to say.

Taeyeon was never good in saying goodbye but she was worst at being left. Yes, she and her ex didn’t end up well but it was him who begged her to stay after shamelessly admitting his betrayal and how he saw someone behind her back. It was Taeyeon who demanded him not to ever ruin her life further and blocked all of his contacts from her phone. Taeyeon felt it was ironic how she was treated the same way by Tiffany, the way she treated him last year.

Taeyeon clearly remembered she never said goodbye to Tiffany. Yes, Tiffany left her and said her farewell words to her but she never replied it back. Thus, she stubbornly tried to get in touch with Tiffany by sending her messages in every social media application available in her phone; what’s app, LINE, Kakao, facebook, twitter, and many more. Her messages were read but the second time she tried to send her message again, it was never delivered. Yes, Tiffany had blocked her in every hurtful way possible.

Taeyeon never remembered when was the last time she was beng aggressive and shameless like this; kept on chasing for someone who didn’t even want to share a glance back at her. Taeyeon didn’t know what more she could do just so Tiffany would reply her; even a single Hey or words of I Hate You was okay, as long as she let Taeyeon knew that she got the messages Taeyeon tried to convey. But no, Tiffany totally shut her off from her life. Tiffany lied when she said she would treat Taeyeon as a stranger because if it’s true, Tiffany would at least reply and asked who the person that messaged her, right?

An hour felt like a day and a day felt a week. That’s what Taeyeon felt. She used to confidently say how business was important for her and how she wanted to build a sustained business that would prioritize continous improvement which would expand 3 times bigger in 6 years but that goal wasn’t significant anymore when Tiffany was in the picture.

This passed month was a torment for her. She left for work too early in the morning and arrived before 6 am and would only leave after 9 pm. Whenever she was alone, her thought would return back to Tiffany and how she regretted for lying right into Tiffany’s face. It’s either she cried because she missed Tiffany or because she felt pathetic; having an unrequited love toward someone who’s about to get married in 2 months.

Coffee had been her best friend until Tiffany came and left her. Coffee then had been replaced by alcoholic drinks. It was the best way to forget about Tiffany although she had to bear the headache as the consequences of getting drunk the night before. She didn’t want her friends to be worried so she stocked up the alcoholic drinks at home. She would go to the balcony in her bedroom, staring at the sky at night while being drowned in alcohol. She would first cry until her soberness was taken away. After few bottles, she would be drunk and fell asleep outside. Coldness from the freezing weather made her feel numb but she thought it was better than feeling sad and terrible due to heartache.

“You have to bounce back and become our old Taeyeon. We missed you, Taeng. Have you even take a look of yourself? You’ve gotten slimmer that you look nothing but bones and skin. How many kilos have you lost, hmm?” Sooyoung sighed.

She had been told about what had happened from both point of view; Taeyeon’s and Sunny’s Yes, she still kept in touch with Sunny even after Sunny knew how Sooyoung had blatantly lied to her. Sunny said she had a hunch of it that when Sooyoung was asleep, Sunny unload Sooyoung’s purse and saw Sooyoung’s ID. She forgave Sooyoung because she was a player and had difficulty to cope up only with one person but Sooyoung was patient and never fail to offer her a smile even when Sunny had told her she had had with someone else. A month passed their label was still friends with benefits. But Sooyoung was getting there because lately Sunny hadn’t diverted her attention from Sooyoung.

The guilty feelings ate Sooyoung up. She was the mastermind and she too was the one who invited Taeyeon. All in all, she was the main cause why Taeyeon became broken. Perhaps the main purpose of having Taeyeon got laid has been achieved but she never once expected to have a brokenheart Taeyeon. Taeyeon looked better when she broke up with him but the current Taeyeon; she was far from being okay. She looked much older than her real age. The black circles under her eyes were still visible even when it was covered by make-up. The distinct jawline, the thin and long neckline, and the sad red eyes. Sooyoung wished she could help her but then again she knew, Taeyeon needed time and space on her own until she was ready to go back to reality; to the world where Tiffany never existed.

“I don’t know, Soo. I feel okay though.” Taeyeon shrugged.

“Listen, it’s okay to vent out you know. Yoona is as worried as I am, Taeng. We better have you scolding us for what we have done to your feelings rather than seeing you pretending to be okay when you are not.” Sooyoung sighed.

“I am so sorry, Taeyeon-ah. I shouldn’t have invited you in the first place. Even if it means you wouldn’t meet Tiffany, at least it’s better than let you meeting her just to have your heart crushed in the cruelest way. Taeyeon-ah, I have lots of single women whom I can introduce to you. Just.. Please don’t be like this. Don’t stay too comfortable in your zone. It’s dark and lonely.” Sooyoung said. She held Taeyeon’s hand above the table and caressed it with care.

“It’s okay, Soo. It’s not your fault. It’s mine because even if I got caught, I should’ve been alright because our main goal had been accomplished. It’s all my heart’s fault for falling easily for her. So it’s not yours or Yoona’s fault.” Taeyeon smiled and squeezed Sooyoung’s hand. She knew Sooyoung was just care about her and albeit it’s partially because Sooyoung and Yoona had forced her to go with them.

“I know the person you love is Tiffany but you still have friends, Taeng. Yoona and I are always here for you. You can summon us when you need friends to drink your stress out or we can help you finding a new potential date. The thing is, I want you to know that you are not alone. You might be our superiour but it doesn’t mean you can’t rely on us at all.”

“Thanks’ Soo. I surely will keep your words and maybe summon both of you one of these days.” Taeyeon smiled.

“Then, will you come to her wedding? It will be held in U.S.A. Maybe you can be the wedding crasher for the last time?” Sooyoung wagged her eyebrows playfully.

“Hahaha.. I need to say no to that tempting invitation. I am done being a wedding crasher, even I only did it once.” Taeyeon folded her hands on her chest and shook her head.

“Oh well.. Just let me know when you change your mind. Attending her wedding will also emphasize how you have moved on and how you are not being affected by her marriage. It’s one way to show her that she is on important in your life; not anymore at the very least.” Sooyoung remarked.

“Noted. I will consider it and get back into you after.” Taeyeon only smiled as the respond.

“Good to know. I am gonna have lunch with Yoona. Do you want to come?”

“I will first reviewing the new proposal which just came in this morning because the deadline is tomorrow. Can I just ask you to bring me sandwich and black coffee?”

“Sure. With salmon inside, right? Taeyeon nodded.

“See ya in an hour then, Taeng.”

“Have a nice lunch and say hello to Yoona from me.” Taeyeon sighed when the door had been closed. She had it bad, hadn’t she? She had been living for over 31 years but this was the first time she got this broken. It felt like she had a heart failure; the kind of damage no one could fix but Tiffany.

Taeyeon tried to accumulate her concentration back to her work. The wedding invitation was placed on her desk and made her affected. She grabbed it and moved it to inside of her drawer. As much as she wanted to open the envelope, she just knew it would only hurt her even more. She was not that brave to stare at the beautiful caligraphy of Tiffany’s name inside the invitation and his name right above Tiffany’s name. It would make her despair to resurface and engulfed her alive. She took a deep breath and moved the mouse, opening the recent email and read it seriously. She had deadline and thinking of Tiffany right now was a big no no for her.

She was about to reply the third emaill when she heard her office door was opened. She assumed it would be Yoona, trying to drag her to lunch together with Sooyoung. She had known her best friends for years so she acknowledged how solid Yoona and Sooyoung’s teamwork was. When Sooyoung failed to persuade her, Yoona would take over and try in Sooyoung’s place and vice versa.

“What is it, Yoong? I just told Sooyoung that I cannot come with you. Relax, I promise I would eat the sandwich you buy for me later.” Taeyeon said as she kept on typing on her keyboard. The door was closed and Taeyeon thought Yoona had left until she heard a voice she had longing to hear since last month.

“Taeyeon-ah. It’s me, Tiffany.” Taeyeon gulped and slowly looked up. She frowned, rubbing her eyes several times to ensure her eyes didn’t lie to her. The vivid figure was still standing graciously in front of her.

“Tt-Tiffany?” Taeyeon stuttered.

“Yeah it’s me. Are you busy? Can I sit down?” Tiffany looked as beautiful as ever. Yes, Taeyeon could notice how the woman had cut down some kilos too but at least not as distinct as Taeyeon. The poor woman still couldn’t believe that the actual Tiffany was here standing in front of her and did she just ask permission to sit?

“Y-yeah, sure. Please sit down. What can I get you? I only have sodas and orange juice in my fridge.” Taeyeon gulped, bracing herself and stood up, going to the fridge located on the corner of the room, two feets from her table.

“Orange juice, please.” Taeyeon nodded, retrieved what Tiffany requested and gave it to Tiffany.

“Thanks! Uhm.. You have a nice office room. Who decorated it?” Tiffany in courtesy tried to start a light conversation.

“I did it myself. I have interest with interior design and colors mixing. Thank you for the compliment anyway.” Taeyeon went back to her seat after grabbing a can of soda for herself.

“So how have you been, Taeyeon-ah?” Tiffany smiled. She opened the cap of the bottle and slowly sipped it. She just landed not more than 3 hours ago and she felt jet lagged. Then again, meeting Taeyeon had been her priority so she went to the hotel she had booked, storing her luggage there and went to Taeyeon’s office right away.

“Well as you can see, I am still living. I am not sure I can say I am alright because I’ve been better. How about you?” Taeyeon hinted her grief which she had been experienced for the past month to Tiffany. She had nothing more to lose anyway; the woman had sent her the invitation and she thought it’s already time for a full stop. No more chasing Tiffany.

“You look different. Are you realy living your life well? You look much slimmer from the last time we met, Tae. Are you sure you are alright?” Tiffany asked with full of concern. Yes, she knew it was partially if not completely her fault, but never thought the woman she was looking at now was the same woman she was with a month ago.

“I am okay. I have said I have lived a better life but well, I survive, don’t I?” Taeyeon’s smile was wavering, like it was a kind of smile that’s forced to come out. Tiffany saw it but chose not to say anything abou it.

“I received all of your messages. I too knew you kept on trying to reach me this past month either through messages applications, phone call, or my social media accounts. I am sorry I didn’t reply any of it.” Tiffany cut the chit chat and bluntly said what had been bugging her these few days.

“It’s fine. It’s your right to reply or not to reply it anyway. Thank you for at least admitting it.” The air surrounding her suddenly made her suffocated. So, after all, Tiffany had known how she tried head over heels to contact her but why she didn’t reply any of it? Would it better if she knew the reasons? Should Taeyeon frankly ask Tiffany then?

“Do you not want to know why?” Taeyeon frowned at the question; did Tiffany try to ?

“Would it change anything about if I knew?” Taeyeon asked in return. She had lost her pride to Tiffany by mentally begging her to stay last month and sold her remainnig dignity to the same person when she continously tried to reach her that it left her nothing.

“Are you busy today? Should I wait for you to finish your work first? Because if we want to talk abou this, I don’t want to discuss it at your company. Can we go to somewhere more private?” Tiffany replied.

“Fine. Please wait a little more. I just need to reply few emails and we’re getting out from here.”

---

“Have you had lunch?” Taeyeon asked as she focused on the road in front of her.

“I have lost my appetites since I landed here.” Tiffany’s sentence contained so many possibilities; like there’s something hidden beneath.

“I haven’t had mine and I don’t want to talk about something serious when my stomach is empty. Let’s buy takeaway. It’s not far from where I live.” It’s more like a statement rather than a question so Tiffany didn’t say anything to reply her.

“How long are you going to stay?” Taeyeon started the conversation. The silence was dreadful and she didn’t like it a bit. Seeing Tiffany sitting right beside her was still unbelievable for Taeyeon. Never once she thought she would meet Tiffany face to face any longer because heck, she didn’t have any plan to attend her wedding so how in the earth she could meet Tiffany again, right?

“It depends.”

“Why are you even here for the first place? Do you have business here or is there someone / family you want to meet?” Taeyeon pried. She pulled the hand break upward when the light turned red.

“The only reason why I am here is you, Taeyeon-ah.” Taeyeon swore she would already have her car collided with the car behind her if not for the red light. The statement shocked her; changing her sanity to insanity.

“There’s so much to explain. I planned to just call you but I know it wouldn’t be enough. Meeting you is the only way. Thus explains why I am here. How long I am gonna stay? It depends on the outcome after our conversation later.” Tiffany turned her head to the left, avoiding Taeyeon’s eyes. She looked at the street across her or the trees on the sideways, anything but Taeyeon.

“I see. I am sorry for troubling you then. Actually, you could always call me and I myself would fly anywhere to meet you.” Taeyeon shyly said. She had nothing to lose anymore; Tiffany would be someone else’s wife while she didn’t know what she’s gonna do with her own life.

“I know but I don’t want the meeting point is the same country where he lives. I also miss Korea so I thought why not going here? Besides, I wanted to surprise you. It worked, didn’t it?” Tiffany tilted her head and smiled. As reflex, Taeyeon smiled along.

“It did.” The older woman nodded.

“Within the area near my place, there are Italian restaurant, street snacks, Japanese food, Korean, and American. Which one do you prefer?” Taeyeon asked.

“Korean. I am done with American. Well, in normal state, I would proudly announce how I love Western food but now that I am in Korea; it would only be right to eat Korean food, right?”

“Of course.” Taeyeon nodded.

Taeyeon’s car was Automatic so when she didn’t need to reverse or park, her other hand would be free to do anything. She took a quick glance at Tiffany and stealthily moved her hand to intertwine with Tiffany. When her hand had touched Tiffany’s, the brunette turned her head to her. Tiffany smiled and squeezed Taeyeon’s hand before tigthening their hold. Taeyeon smiled too and they were hand in hand as Taeyeon drove to the restaurant.

As much as Taeyeon wanted to hate Tiffany or at the very least to forget her, she just knew she couldn’t. Taeyeon might pinpoint things Tiffany had done to hurt her and break her heart but at the same time, she also knew how her love for the brunette overpowered her hatred or her wishes to pretend that Tiffany never existed. Taeyeon could blame no one but herself; she did it to herself. Tiffany was someone that Taeyeon never had plan to be in love with but now that she already did; she could only stare at Tiffany’s picture and wished things were different.

Tiffany was like rain that poured down out of nowhere during dry season, to make the land wet,to satisfy the trees’ thirst, to prevent the flowers from withering, and to make Taeyeon feel alive again. Sadly, when Taeyeon was drowned and enchanted with the cool weather, the rain suddenly stopped and once again, Taeyeon’s life became dry; drier from when Tiffany hadn’t entered her life. Even the blowing wind couldn’t give the same effect as the raining which was Tiffany.

Yes, Taeyeon could always find a woman who was as beautiful or even more beautiful than Tiffany. She too could discover someone with better traits; a woman whose smile looked better than Tiffany’s. And yet, never once Taeyeon tried to do that. Her foolish and gullible mind said that if it’s not Tiffany then she wouldn’t have interest to get to know her. That’s how stupid Taeyeon was.

“That would be it.” Taeyeon said to the waitress and waited together with Tiffany.

“Is it okay to just eat the food at your place? I don’t mind us having meals here.” Tiffany remarked.

“Nah. It’s okay. We can always eat together tomorrow anyway. Right?”

“Right. I am still here by tomorrow.” Tiffany smiled.

“Good to know. I will take a day off tomorrow then to ensure you are not alone during your stay.”

“But I don’t want to trouble you, Tae. I can always travel alone. I am used to it.” Tiffany stubbornly reasoned out.

“I never said anything about you not being independent but I want to ensure you will never be alone when you are in Korea.” Taeyeon shrugged.

“Even when I visit Korea with my husband in the future? Will you still accompany me by then?” Tiffany exactly knew how to piss and scatter Taeyeon’s dream, didn’t she?

“Yes. I will send either Sooyoung or Yoona to accompany you and your husband.” Taeyeon retorted, didn’t forget to show off her annoyed expression to Tiffany. The brunette only smiled at the childish act and didn’t say anything in return.

“Can we not go anywhere tomorrow? I want to stay at your place and bum around with you the whole day.”

“Wow, the type of wish I couldn’t say no.” Taeyeon laughed.

“Tired and feel jet-lagged?” Tiffany nodded her head.

“Where is your lugagge?”

“I left it at the hotel.”

“Then let’s go to your hotel after this. We can eat our food there and after that, we can go to my place. There’s no need for you to stay at hotel when you have me.” Taeyeon might not realize what she just said to Tiffany which able to make the brunette speechless and stunned. Tiffany blushed and still Taeyeon didn’t know why.

“You just said I had you, Taeyeon-ah.” Tiffany finally did the liberty to explain.

“Did I?” Taeyeon gasped and covered her face with her palm.

“I am sorry. It’s just came out from my mouth.” Taeyeon said in defence.

“It’s fine.” Tiffany giggled.

“Mam, your food is ready.” The waiter gave the plastic bag to Taeyeon.

“Wait here, I will pay this first.” Taeyeon informed Tiffany and the latter nodded her head.

---

“Whoaa how come you even succeed to get a room here. I heard it’s very hard to book this hotel.” Taeyeon parked her car and gave the key to the man in uniform.

“The courtesy of having a father serves as important person back in my country.” Tiffany grinned proudly.

“Oops. I almost forgot the fact.” Taeyeon chuckled.

“So which floor are you?” Taeyeon followed Tiffany to the elevator and entered it together with her.

“My room is 801. Not that it matters though since I wouldn’t even sleep here tonight.” Tiffany told the shorter woman.

“Actually, do you mind if we have a change in plan? I never once slept in this hotel.” Taeyeon dropped the hint and it made Tiffany laugh.

“Why not. I have booked the room for 3 days. You are even welcomed to stay here during my visit to Korea.” Tiffany approved the request.

“But I still want to go to your place. I want to know the environment you’re living in. I want to know what your apartment looks like, the bed you sleep in every night, the kitchen you use to cook whenever you want to have a home cooking meal, and the place where you spend most of your time at.” Taeyeon noticed the gloom in Tiffany’s statements.

“You will see it. You can stay in my place as long as you want starting tomorrow but tonight, I just want to sleep here.” Taeyeon tried to lift up the mood and thankfully it worked.

Taeyeon let Tiffany walk in front of her while she provided some distance between them. Korea was different from Western countries. Here, woman loved woman could be considered taboo. Taeyeon knew in this high rating hotel, cameras would be installed anywhere so Taeyeon didn’t want to risk it should she proceeded to hold Tiffany’s hand.

“Come in, Tae.” Tiffany scooted and let Taeyeon entered her temporary haven.

Taeyeon nodded her head, walking forward and put a temporary halt to remove both of her shoes. She put it aside properly. She turned around and closed the door behind her, didn’t forget to lock it when suddenly her wrist was being pulled away and the world  turned too fast around her. She just recovered when her lips was captured by another woman who’s none but Tiffany.

Her hands were detained by Tiffany. She didn’t show any resistance so eventually Tiffany let go of her hands. Tiffany forced her lips to Taeyeon. As much as she wanted to say no, her heart said otherwise. Her hands s around Tiffany’s waist while Tiffany’s hands could be found on Taeyeon’s neck, wrapping neatly while helping her to tilt her head to deepen the kiss.

Lips colliding, hungry for each other. Tongues intertwining while eyes were closed. Taeyeon let go of Tiffany’s lips but not for more than 3 seconds because she recaptured it again almost immediately. Taeyeon felt Tiffany intentionally bit her bottom lips so she would open slightly. Tiffany’s tongue entered her and sought for her own tongue. Lips opening and closing as they kissed passionately. Taeyeon’s brain functioned back to normal.

“Tiffany, wait.” Taeyeon pushed Tiffany by her shoulder.

“Uhmm.. Later.” Tiffany didn’t budge at all. Tiffany leaned in again and wanted to kiss Taeyeon when the latter pursed her lips.

“We need to talk first.” Taeyeon firmly stated.

“The talk can wait.” Tiffany pouted.

“No, it can’t. There is this huge possibility that the kiss can proceed to something more.” Taeyeon reasoned out. She walked passed Tiffany and went to the living room.

“Then what? It’s not like we haven’t slept together before. What makes it different from last time?” Tiffany sighed and followed Taeyeon, standing behind her.

“Everything! That was when I haven’t realized how dangerous our game was. That’s also when I haven’t acknowledged my feelings for you.” Tiffany looked away, didn’t want to hear more from Taeyeon.

“And you just strolled to me easily and kissed me! After, you won’t even be responsible for it.” Taeyeon turned around and face Tiffany.

“What are you doing here? Why are you even here when I know all of your siblings have moved out from Korea. You said you wanted to meet me but why?” Taeyeon stopped beating around the bush and confronted Tiffany.

“I am confused, Taeyeon-ah! Yes, I never thought about whether I loved him enough to marry him but it was okay for me because I could learn to love him or maybe I could simply get used to him being my husband. It was still okay before I met you! After our meetings, I felt the spark I never felt before.” Tiffany walked to the couch and sat on it.

“When I thought your existence could change my point of view and decision to get married, I have to accept the truth that you lied to me! That your main purpose is nothing but to get into my pants. How do you think it would make me feel, huh?!” Tiffany raised her voice.

“I am-“

“Stop! I am not done yet!” Taeyeon gulped and chose to sit opposite of Tiffany, on the single couch to ensure she wouldn’t get slapped by the brunette.

“And you.. You just said you loved me right before I was leaving. Those three words kept on haunting me even when I have arrived back to my country days after. Not only that! You tried to reach me out through any media you could find. Do you think I didn’t want to reply each and every of your message, huh? Do you really assume that I am heartless and don’t have any feelings for you?!” Tiffany got more emotional that her eyes started to get red.

“I am not heartless, Tae! I can feel and affected by my feelings. You and what you’ve been doing to me has clouded my judgement that I become confused; I didn’t know what to do and from whom I can seek comfort! I know you are hurt too but put yourself in my shoes!” Tiffany raged. She frantically spoke whatever crossed her mind. Bottling up her feelings was no longer a choice.

“At least you don’t have your hands bonded like me. You could easily message me and tried to contact me through any social media you found out there without feeling guilty, unlike me! You don’t have any idea how each and every message you have sent me, affected me.” Tiffany broke down. She could no longer contained her emotion and let her tears streamed down her flawless cheeks.

“My heart knows what it wants; who it wants but my logic can’t comprehend it. I am the daughter from a man who has name and honor; who has pride and well-known by every citizen of my country. I cannot risk his name by doing careless things as running away and canceling the wedding just like that.” Tiffany sobbed.

“Thank you.” Taeyeon lunged forward and hugged Tiffany tightly.

“Huh?”

“Thank you for even considering to run away and stay with me. Thank you for wanting me although it seems impossible.” Taeyeon burried her head inside Tiffany’s crook and cried too. Her anger had dissipated and replaced by dejection; feeling sad that even though both of them had mutual feelings, the circumtances just couldn’t unite them.

“I am sorry, Tae. I wish we fell under different circumtances so the consequnces wouldn’t be this unbearable.” Tiffany sighed, letting her desperation and frustration dominated her. They cried in each other’s embrace; didn’t have any idea how to come out from this riddle.

“It’s none of your fault. It’s mine for lying right to your face and we both at faults for loving each other.” Taeyeon replied. She withdrew and brushed Tiffany’s tears. This time Tiffany didn’t longer deny the feelings she felt under. She only smiled a little as Taeyeon drew her head closer so her forehead touched Taeyeon’s.

“Let’s enjoy what we have for now. I too will not allow you to meet me anymore when you are married.” Taeyeon said.

“Wh-what?” Tiffany couldn’t hide the shocked effect caused by Taeyeon’s sentence.

“I can welcome you for as long as you are not married but when you have which also means you have said those saint vows, I don’t want us to fall onto bigger sins, Fany-ah. Let me bear this burden alone.” Taeyeon smiled but her eyes produced more tears it’s so contradictive.

“We don’t need to think about it for now. We still have 2 months, don’t we? Everything can happen in that span of time, Fany-ah. Let’s eat? You must be tired and jet-lagged from those hasty decisions you have made.” Taeyeon got up, offering her hand for Tiffany to welcome.

“Yes, let’s.” Tiffany smiled, accepting Taeyeon’s hand and walked to the kitchen hand in hand.

---

The bathroom inside the room Tiffany was currently occupying was quite big. It served Tiffany with a bathtub and shower. The bathtub was located on the corner of the bathroom while the shower room was a little narrow. The stone under the shower felt cold on both women’s foot. The shower head was exactly above Taeyeon’s head as Tiffany was pushed to the wall by the shorter woman. Door had been shut and locked to ensure no one would and could disturb their steamy session.

Tiffany tilted her head as Taeyeon and bites on her skin. was opened, screaming audible sound that only Taeyeon could hear. The water was tapped on that it touched Tiffany’s neck, running down her neck, cleavage, s, and other bare places. She closed her eyes as Taeyeon did magic things to her body. She had slept with several men in all of her life but none could make her feel like how Taeyeon made her.

“I love you, Fany-ah.” Taeyeon whispered, hugging her waist and turned her body around so Taeyeon was now standing right behind her.

Tiffany groaned as a response. Those words were forbidden for her to say but deep inside, she hoped Taeyeon knew that she felt the same way toward her. Her arms were bent backward, grasping Taeyeon’s head as the shorter woman kissed her neck, down to her shoulderblade, and finally her shoulder.  Taeyeon’s arms s her hand around Tiffany’s lips, gripping her lightly, and pulling Tiffany even closer to her body. Taeyeon left one hand on the same spot as another one moved upward, travelling to find the subtle twin bums and squeezed it until Tiffany arched her body, asking for more.

“Taeyeon-ah.” Oh her name sounded amazing when it was spelled sensually by Tiffany during this moment.

Taeyeon pinched and pulled the pinkish button until it got perky and slightly swollen. When Taeyeon had done with one, she went to another one, ensuring it wouldn’t get abandoned. Tiffany tilted her head, feeling like she was more than ready to receive more from Taeyeon. She pulled Taeyeon toward her and kissed her passionately. Saliva mixed with the water came out from the shower but none paid attention to that. Right now, Tiffany needed Taeyeon to be inside of her as Taeyeon required to be warmed by Tiffany’s tightness.

“Inside me.” Tiffany’s request was like a command for Taeyeon.

Tiffany felt her thighs were spread away from each other by Taeyeon. She obediently did as Taeyeon wanted her to. She bent her body a little, making enough room for Taeyeon to do her action. Taeyeon started to forward, moving up and down inside of Tiffany until Tiffany moaned loudly.

“God, Taeyeon-ah!”

Two fingers worked inside of Tiffany’s sacred treasure as Taeyeon moved to face Tiffany so could work somewhere else; lavishing Tiffany’s s with attention. Tiffany’s body was on fire; burning by the heat due to Taeyeon’s attempt to pleasure her. Taeyeon didn’t stop there, she utilized her thumb and rubbed a sweet spot not far from the precious cave. Tiffany rolled her eyes, wriggiling her body, and screamed out, letting Taeyeon knew how good she made her feel.

Tiffany’s breath was shortened. Her body was trembling and yet Taeyeon didn’t put on a halt. It was not enough; they hadn’t met each other for too long so this one time was not enough. Taeyeon sped up her pace and Tiffany held Taeyeon’s shoulder, seeking for stability because she was sure her legs couldn’t hold on any longer. Taeyeon leaned forward and kissed Tiffany with all she got. Taeyeon gave a final push and Tiffany reached her .

“Taeyeon!”

“You are crazy.” Tiffany breathlessly exclaimed. Taeyeon smiled and pecked Tiffany.

“I am but only for you.” Taeyeon’s words made Tiffany’s heart swell.

“Let’s have a proper bath or we both will catch a flu.” Tiffany said and Taeyeon nodded her head. As much as she wanted to go for one more round, she felt that Tiffany’s health was more important.

---

“What are you watching?” Tiffany just got dressed and tidied up her things before approaching Taeyeon.

“Nothing interested. I found Beauty and The Beast cartoon version so I watched it as I was waiting for you.” Taeyeon tapped the vacant space beside Tiffany. The woman smiled and climbed the bed, making her position comfortable by laying her head on Taeyeon’s shoulder.

“Then turn off the TV and let’s sleep. I am tired.” Taeyeon chuckled hearing the confession.

“Well I am so sorry for not being understanding and still insisted on making love to you after knowing how you just experienced hours in the plane.” Taeyeon pulled Tiffany closer and kissed her forehead.

“It’s okay. I wanted it too.” Tiffany snuggled up.

“Goodnight, princess. Have a nice dream.” Taeyeon actually wanted to talk about so many things with Tiffany but knowing that the brunette was deadly tired, she saved the conversation for the day after.

“Goodnight, Tae.” Tiffany leaned up, kissing Taeyeon’s lips and almost immediately let the sleepiness took her away. Heck, she never had a sleep as good as when she was embraced by Taeyeon like now and a month ago.

Taeyeon woke up first. She fixed the blanket so it would cover up to Tiffany’s chest. She smiled and couldn’t help but kissing Tiffany’s cheek before she went out of the bedroom to make a call. She explained to Sooyoung about how Tiffany was in Korea and how they had spent the night together. She too said that she wo
