-------------------------

It had been around 7 months since they were official. Taeyeon had been nothing but a genuine and generous lover. She wouldn’t hesitate to spend her salary to spoil Tiffany; fulfilling every Tiffany’s need. They had shared their first kiss during their first weekversarry, when Taeyeon bid Tiffany goodnight right in front of her house.

Up until now, Tiffany could barely find a mistake within their relationship. Taeyeon was always on time in every meeting they held. She never sped up when driving. Taeyeon never forgot her promise, instead of at times she fulfilled it even before its deadline. Taeyeon was wonderful. Gender aside, she was probably the most perfect lover Tiffany ever had. Tonight would be one of their special occasions where Taeyeon would randomly bring a gift to bring a smile to Tiffany’s face.

“What’s the occasion, Tae?” Tiffany smiled while admiring the new bracelet Taeyeon just put on around her wrist.

“I just found it lovely and I thought it’d be lovelier when it’s wrapped around your wonderful wrist.” Taeyeon could only smile shyly. She was never one who could expose her inner feelings easily. But she knew Tiffany had to know how much she meant to her and that’s why she’d find time to show her even not every day.

“Aww. That’s sweet of you. Thank you.” Tiffany leaned forward and kissed Taeyeon’s cheek.

“Is that why you’re here so early today? And it’s Saturday also.” Tiffany asked. Taeyeon timidly nodded.

“I missed Jason.” Taeyeon said.

“Only Jason?” Tiffany raised one of her eyebrows. Her tender gaze turned into an intimidating one.

“And you of course.” Tiffany finally smiled.

“But we just met yesterday. Heck, we even meet every day since you are my personal chauffeur slash lover.” Taeyeon grinned.

“I feel lonely staying alone inside my apartment. Seohyun called and wanted to meet me but I thought you wouldn’t allow it so, I walked here instead.” Taeyeon looked at the uninteresting ground below, knowing that Tiffany was a jealousy type yet at the same time, she hated being lied to. Either way, it meant death for Taeyeon.

“Your ex?! Why does she love to bother you so much, huh? Haven’t you told her you already have a lover?!” Tiffany threateningly put her arms on her waist, staring down right into Taeyeon’s eyes.

“I know, baby. I have told her before but she just wouldn’t want to listen. She said she didn’t believe me.” Taeyeon sighed. She tried to approach Tiffany but Tiffany backed down, giving hints she didn’t want to be touched right now.

“Why wouldn’t she? Should I meet her so she would believe you?” Tiffany barked.

Taeyeon heaved another sigh. This was not the morning she expected to have. She was thinking to spend a lovely Saturday with Tiffany and Jason. If the weather was kind enough, she would love to invite them outside, going to the nearby park with the dog or maybe going to an amusement park so Jason would be happy. But well, that’s left as thought merely for the reality was far from that.

“She said she regretted her decision to leave me.”

“But it’s years ago, Taeyeon! I don’t know whether you’re too soft or she’s just too unbelievable. I don’t care how but I want you to stay away from her. Cut any connection between you two. You got it?” Tiffany indignantly yelled.

“Mommy~” Jason suddenly appeared in the doorway, rubbing his eyes with his messy hair and swollen face.

“Hey there, champion. I am sorry. Did we disturb your sleep?” Taeyeon was fast. She squatted and patted Jason’s hair before giving him a peck on his cheek.

“Uhm.. What happened? I heard mommy’s voice. Were you two fighting?” Jason tilted his head and asked innocently.

“We? Of course not. Your mother was just too exciting telling me funny stories about her friends at work that she didn’t realize how loud she could be. You know, like a roaring lion. Roarrr..” Taeyeon mimicked the lion.

“Yeah. Roaarr.” Jason chuckled and followed along.

“Now I heard your tummy is roaring. Are you hungry? What do you want for breakfast, hmm? I’ll cook you something nice.” Taeyeon lifted Jason from the floor.

“Pancakes! With lots of syrups~” Jason excitedly screamed.

“Pancakes it is then. Now, offer your mommy too.”

“Mommy, would you like some pancakes?” Taeyeon walked closer so Jason could talk to Tiffany.

“No, baby. I have eaten my breakfast. Don’t eat too much, okay? Or your teeth will have a problem.” Tiffany smiled.

“Yes, mom.” Jason did a salute and Tiffany could only giggle.

“We’ll talk about this later, okay?” Taeyeon whispered and when Jason didn’t look at them, Taeyeon stole a peck and kissed Tiffany’s lips.

---

“What was that about?” It was Jessica this time.

“What?”

“I thought I heard a commotion? And I could recognize your voice everywhere, Tiff. Don’t lie to me. Did you just yell at her? Why?” Jessica bombarded Tiffany with questions while the latter was totally not in the mood to tell her about it.

“It was nothing, Jessi. It’s us having a silly fight in the morning.” Tiffany shortly replied.

“What did she do?” Jessica curiously pried. She was still feeling sleepy so she collapsed in Tiffany’s bed as soon as the bed was in sight. Tiffany could only shake her head seeing her older sister with behavior not much different from Jason.

“By the way, the nice bracelet you have here. It must have cost her a fortune.” Jessica commented. Tiffany turned to look at her wrist closely. Jessica was right, it was beautiful. It was decorated with a glimmering heart stone in the middle with crystal surrounded the chain.

“Her ex bothered her.” Tiffany decided to just say the root cause, knowing that Jessica wouldn’t give up should she chose to stay quiet.

“Who? Taeyeon’s ex? Oh. I never thought she had an ex. I thought she’s a since baby. Well, not until she met you that is.” Jessica pretended not to see Tiffany glaring at her.

“What? It’s a public secret that you are loud, Tiff, moreover when you are high. I once heard you moan very loud that I decided to buy myself earplugs the next day.” Tiffany was still glaring at her while being blushing this time.

“Is she that good? I mean, she has short fingers. Uhmm doesn’t mean she has a short tongue.. Yah! It hurts!” Jessica rubbed her thigh which was reddened thanks to Tiffany’s slap.

“We’re straying from the main topic here!” Tiffany scolded.

“Right. So, when was the last time she’s in a relationship before she met you?” Jessica averted back to the earlier topic.

“When she was still living in Seoul.” Tiffany stated.

“Then what’s the problem? She’s far away from Taeyeon. You don’t need to be angry about that. It’s not like her ex was willing to fly half the globe just to chase Taeyeon, right?” Jessica looked at Tiffany, asking for a confirmation when Tiffany’s expression didn’t change a bit.

“Oh crap. She did come here!?” Jessica gasped.

“In fact, she is here right now. Taeyeon said she had an event here. Oh, she’s a model by the way. Seo Ju Hyun. Do you know her?” Tiffany asked.

“Seo Ju Hyun as in Seohyun?! Wait! I’ll be right back!” Tiffany never thought her sister was capable of running until she saw it with her own two eyes just now.

“Here. She is Seohyun.” Jessica brought a magazine back to Tiffany’s room and showed the cover. It was a woman with a slender figure, long black hair, pointed nose, well-shaped lips, and angelic face.

“It’s her?” Tiffany’s eyes went wide.

“Yep, it’s her. Now that you know, she’s a dangerous threat to your and Taeyeon’s relationship, Tiff. She’s beautiful. Even a woman is willing to go gay to get her.” Jessica added.

“So you think I’m not beautiful? Really?! You’re my sister, Jessi!” Tiffany pushed Jessica that the older woman fell on her back in the bed.

“I never said you aren’t! But when it’s compared to her, I’m sorry to say this Tiffy, but she’s slightly more beautiful than you. She is younger. That’s where you lose.”

“Shut up, Jessi.” Tiffany ordered and Jessica quickly covered with her palms.

“What do I do?” Tiffany massaged her forehead.

“Can I say something now?” Tiffany nodded.

“You have nothing to worry about, Tiff. Taeyeon loves you. She will never leave you for ex. Furthermore, she also has fallen for Jason. She cares about Jason as much as I do.” Jessica consoled. Tiffany’s expression turned cold.

“Wh-what? Did I say something wrong?”

“LOVE.” Tiffany repeated.

“Yes, love. What’s wrong with that? And obviously, you love her in return. If not, you wouldn’t be this jealous and wouldn’t have a second thought not to break up with her. I mean, come on~ You always break up in your first fight but how many times you have fought with Taeyeon? 4? 6? Or even more?” Jessica’s words were like a wake-up call for Tiffany.

“N-no.” Tiffany shook her head.

“Hmm?”

“N-no. I don’t love her. I will never love her. Love is for a weak person. Love is evil. Love is like quicksand that will slowly engulf you wholly and kill you after. No, Jessi. I don’t love her. I cannot ever love her.” Tiffany looked different. Sweats covered her neck and palms. Her lips were trembling when she spelled the words.

“Hey.. Hey! Look at me! Love is never for the weak. Yes, you have hurt once by that jerk but that doesn’t mean you will be hurt every time you love Tiff. Treat it as an experience, a bad one. Think of it as a nightmare that haunted you once. Yet, no matter how many times you’ve had nightmares, it doesn’t mean you’d stop sleeping, right?” Jessica hugged Tiffany and rubbed her back soothingly.

“No, Jessi. I still can vividly remember the pain, the scars. It will never be gone nor be removed completely. Taeyeon is young and beautiful inside out. She can get whoever she wants. Even her ex wants her back, Jessi. There will be a time where she feels bored with me, feels burdened in taking care of Jason, feels encaged by being my chauffeur and in the end, she will leave me. When that time comes, I want to smile and let her go. I don’t want to feel hurt again.” Tiffany couldn’t contain her emotion any longer and just cried on Jessica’s shoulder.

“Shuussshh.. It will never happen, Tiff. Be positive, will you?” Tiffany didn’t say anything after and kept crying so Jessica chose to just be there for Tiffany. She hugged Tiffany for quite a long time until the latter fell asleep.

“I really hope one day you can open up your heart once more, Tiff. I believe Taeyeon is not that kind of person. If anything, she probably the only person who understands you best and able to make you and your son happy.” Jessica said to the sleeping Tiffany. She stood up, bending her body a little, and kissed Tiffany’s forehead before leaving the room.

“Where is Tiffany?” Taeyeon asked when Jessica came to the living room. Taeyeon had Jason sitting on her lap, eating ice cream while watching the Cartoon Network channel.

“One of these days, you really need to stop spoiling both him and his mother, Tae.” Jessica said seriously and Taeyeon could only smile shyly.

“She is sleeping.”

“Huh? Again?” Jessica nodded.

“I see. I’ll just go with Jason then later. Do you want to come?” Taeyeon helped the little boy to wipe the remaining ice cream around his mouth.

“Eat slowly, Jason.” Taeyeon reminded. Jason turned around and smiled before resuming his eating.

“Where will you go?”

“Mall. I have promised him a transformer fluffy toy to accompany him to sleep. He said he often has nightmares because he sleeps alone.” Taeyeon reasoned out.

“And you actually believe him?! Seriously, Tae? You can be deceived by 5 years old kid?” Jessica scoffed.

“Honestly, I know he lied. But I couldn’t help but thinking how cute he is if he sleeps hugging the transformer fluffy toy. So yeah, I said yes. Right, Jason?” Again Jason turned around and grinned.

“You’re a really bad influence for both my sister and my nephew.” Taeyeon pursed her lips tight and blushed.

“I don’t have a date today and Tiffany is sleeping so well, why not? What time will you leave?”

“Whenever you are ready and after Jason had taken a bath.” Taeyeon answered.

“Alright then. Wait for me!” Jessica chirped and went back to her room to get ready.

---

“Is he sleeping?” Taeyeon asked as she drove.

“Yeah. He is sleeping like a baby.” Jessica confirmed.

“He is tired of choosing kinds of toys he wanted to buy. It’s normal.” Taeyeon smiled.

“And you ended up buying everything he pointed. Sighed. You cannot be a good parent this way, Tae. Tiff would be so angry if she knows how you’re spoiling Jason.” At the mention of Tiffany’s name, Taeyeon’s expression turned sad.

“She hasn’t called you, has she?” Taeyeon shook her head.

“Not even a text message?” Again Taeyeon shook her head dejectedly.

“I have sent her some messages, telling her where we are. Maybe she hasn’t read it.” Taeyeon masked a smile yet, Jessica knew better than that.

“Taeyeon. Listen, I have something serious to talk to you.” Jessica turned her head and breathed deeply.

“What is it, Jess? It’s about Tiffany, isn’t it? Is she that angry with me? I didn’t respond to Seohyun’s text messages. Geez. Why must she be that jealous?” Taeyeon complained a little.

“It’s not about that, to be honest,” Jessica said carefully.

“Tell me, Jess.”

“But you are driving. Are you sure it will be alright?” Jessica asked for assurance and Taeyeon couldn’t help but smile.

“I’ve been Tiffany’s personal driver for years and counting, Jess. What more proves do you need from me?” Jessica laughed.

“Cocky.” Jessica scoffed.

“Before I start, I want to say sorry. It’s partially my fault.” Taeyeon hummed and waited.

Jessica then told the story about her confrontation with Tiffany that morning. Jessica admitted it was her fault because she was the one who brought up about love, making Tiffany remember about her painful past. There were some things that Jessica hid though, like how Tiffany declared that Tiffany didn’t love and would never love Taeyeon. Jessica saught another softer words so Taeyeon wouldn’t be hurt.

“I see.” Taeyeon stated shortly, making Jessica worried for she couldn’t read Taeyeon’s expression.

“I never saw it coming. I mean.. If I were asked, I would repeatedly say that I love her. There’s no doubt that what I am feeling for her is true love, sincerely and genuinely.” Taeyeon added.

“I know you do.”

“I’ve loved her longer than I could even remember, Jess.” Taeyeon sadly smiled.

“As cheesy as it may sound, it’s love at first sight. No.. Much earlier than that.. I’ve never told anyone but my father had told me nothing but good things about you two but, the one I felt interested with was her.” Taeyeon halted. She tried hard not to shed a tear, not in front of Jessica at least.

“I was still in Seoul back then but we often had a phone call, at least once a week. He would tell me about his job, how you were as Tiffany’s older sister who at times looked more childish than your real age and-“

“YAH!”

“I’m sorry. I’m just being honest. Besides, it’s my father who said it.” Taeyeon smiled.

“Fine. Continue.”

“Then he would also inform me about Tiffany; a strong-willed woman; a widow with one son who could act as both mother and father for her son and such. I didn’t know when and how but the story about her intrigued me and I couldn’t help but asking for more info about her whenever my father called.” Taeyeon stopped.

“It’s stupid, I know. But that’s how I feel. When I arrived here, I couldn’t wait to meet her in person. When I first laid my eyes on her, I just knew she would be the death of me. I swear I never once thought my dream would come true; being her lover and all.” Taeyeon grinned remembering how Tiffany asked her to date her in a not so normal way.

“I am relieved.” Jessica let out a sigh.

“If you do love her that much, please retain your relationship. If my feelings didn’t betray me, she would try in any way to break up with you.”

“And why is that? Do you really think she doesn’t have any feelings toward me? Not even the slightest one that would be enough not to break up with me?” Taeyeon sadly questioned and Jessica didn’t have the heart to answer it. Tiffany was evil, yes Jessica knew it but then again, she couldn’t blame Tiffany for the woman had a very dark past related to love.

“It’s not that, Tae. I’m pretty sure she has feelings for you. Heck, without her knowing it, she loves you in so many ways but her past haunted her that she couldn’t really see how special you are to her. She was betrayed by a thing called love, Tae. Others may call love is beautiful and flawless but for her, love means nothing but flaw and bitterness.” Jessica spoke.

“What do you want me to do then? Say yes immediately when she wanted to break up with me? If that will make her happy then- OUCH!” Taeyeon rubbed the back of her head.

“How stupid can you be?” Jessica growled.

“I want you not to break up with her. Find any ways for you not to say yes to her break up a proposal, If you’re not the one, then I’m sure she’ll stay being a widow forever. Her current relationship with you is the longest one, Tae. Further, Jason likes you very much.” Jessica reasoned out.

“I.. I don’t know, Jess. She never once failed to break up with any guy she felt nauseated with.” Taeyeon lost her confidence.

“Then be different, Tae! I know it sounds so wrong, but man up! I entrust my sister with you.”

“I’ll try.”

“Nope. You need more than that. Say the words, Tae. Remember that you love her very much. You don’t want to lose her, right? Moreover, when you know you’d be the best one out there.”

“Fine. You have my words, Jess.” Taeyeon nodded firmly, injecting her brain and heart with the statement that she wouldn’t want to lose Tiffany. Not now and definitely not ever.

---

“Oh. Hi, Fany.” Taeyeon was nervous when Tiffany was the one who opened the door.

“I will bring Jason to his room. Thanks’ for today, Tae.” Jessica entered the house and left Taeyeon and Tiffany in front of the front door.

“I.. I have told you that I went to-“ Tiffany turned around and walked inside, leaving Taeyeon speechless.

“This is gonna be hard.” Taeyeon told herself. She then trailed Tiffany to the kitchen. She saw the woman was taking a drink from the fridge.

“I am so sorry, Fany-ah. Stop being mad at me, please? This is not the Saturday I expected to happen. It’s still early, do you want to go out somewhere? Having a nice and romantic dinner with me perhaps?” Taeyeon encouraged herself and encircled her arms around Tiffany from behind and hugged her.

“This is not the Saturday I expected too. But look at you, communicating with your ex behind my back and went out with Jessi and Jason, leaving me being gloomy and alone within this Saturday.” Tiffany moved Taeyeon’s hands from her stomach and stomped her way to the living room.

“But I have informed you that I went with Jessi and Jason. I even called you but you didn’t pick up.” Taeyeon said desperately. She followed Tiffany. Good thing, Jessica and Jason were upstairs so they didn’t witness the scene.

“EXACTLY! You informed me! But you didn’t invite me to go out with you. How dense can you be, Tae?!” Taeyeon flinched hearing the loud yelling from Tiffany. It was the first time for her, Tiffany was never being this mad at her before.

“Look. I am very sorry but I really don’t know whether you may consider it as a huge problem or not that you become this angry toward me. I’ll give you time to calm down. Goodnight, Fany.” Taeyeon gave up. She didn’t give Tiffany enough time to debate her words. She walked to the older woman, tiptoed a bit, and kissed Tiffany’s forehead. She then left abruptly after.

“You obviously know that she is right, Tiff. You’re exaggerating here. She didn’t even do anything wrong.” Jessica descended the stairs while talking.

“Not now, Jessi.” Tiffany sighed. She too realized that it’s the first time being that harsh to Taeyeon, moreover when the latter didn’t deserve it a bit.

“Yes Seohyun contacted her, but so what? It’s not that she’s the one who initiated that. Besides, she did the right thing by informing you, just to be scolded by you. In an addition, she saved you since she made an escape when you yelled at her and being watched by Jason. You were sleeping so it’s only right for her to leave you alone. It’s not that she didn’t invite you, Tiff. She texted you, asking whether you wanted to come or not, and if you said yes, I’m sure she’d be more than willing to pick you up. Do I need to say more?”

“No, thank you. Will you leave me alone now? I’ve learned my lesson well, Jessi.” Tiffany listened to every word Jessica said. She knew she was on the wrong side of her. Now, she missed the petite woman. She felt guilty but at the same time, she didn’t want to fall in love again, not even with Taeyeon.

“What will you do if I leave you alone? Will you call Taeyeon and tell her sorry? If the answer is yes, then I’d be willing to do that.” Jessica smiled. She put away the magazine she was reading earlier and waited.

“I think I need to break up with her.”

“WHAT?! ARE YOU CRAZY?!” Jessica shrieked.

“I have told you that I don’t want to be involved in things called love, Jessi! I can’t love her the way she loves me, Jessi. And yes, I know she loves me. Maybe she never admitted it out loud but her actions show it. I can never reciprocate her love for me. I will only hurt her in the end. And.. it will hurt me too.” Tiffany explained bitterly.

Tiffany wasn’t blind nor was she that ignorant to her own feelings. She felt the abnormal heart beating, she felt the shiver, the quiver, and whatever you might call it. She trembled whenever she was skin to skin with Taeyeon, she felt nervous whenever Taeyeon’s face came closer before finally kissing her passionately. Tiffany even still felt shy whenever Taeyeon admired how perfect her body was regardless of how old she was.

But then again, would it be worth it? Should she try to fall in love again in the hope this time her love story would end differently? The answer was a NO. She couldn’t be weak, she couldn’t let her guard down. Who knew Taeyeon was just another trial for her? Who knew she would only leave her in the end once she found a younger, more beautiful, and ier woman. Right?

“You’re simply stupid right now, Tiff. You will not only make her suffer, but you will also make yourself suffer. You are a grown-up woman, Tiff. I believe you know what to do. Every decision has its own consequences. Don’t choose the wrong one, Tiff. Just don’t.” Jessica removed the cushion from her lap and went to the kitchen, leaving Tiffany’s thoughts clouded with what ifs’ questions.

---

Apparently, Tiffany didn’t take Jessica’s words into consideration. She let her mind being dominated by bad thoughts related to her past. She didn’t call Taeyeon that night but Taeyeon knew better about it; the younger one made a move. The day after, she came to Tiffany’s house bringing red roses and a teddy bear for Tiffany. She added a box of chocolate as the complement. Tiffany was still mad but before the sunset, Taeyeon was able to kiss Tiffany’s lips and make love with her. Was it enough? Nope. It’s far from enough. Since then, Tiffany couldn’t stop finding reasons to break up with Taeyeon.

EVENT – 1

“I don’t think we can continue this, Tae.” Tiffany stated when she was having a romantic dinner with Taeyeon, celebrating their first anniversary.

“Uhm. This is our anniversary, Fany-ah. Don’t you think it’s not the right time to ask for a break up?” Taeyeon tried to be calm. She had seen this coming; in fact, she had been preparing herself for the past month. Jessica had reminded her before anyway.

“I know. But I just feel guilty continuing this relationship, knowing that we’d go nowhere.” Tiffany reasoned out.

“And may I know why you think that way?” Taeyeon sipped the wine and put the glass back down.

“I’m tired of hiding this relationship from both of our parents, Tae. We’ve been going out for a year but none of our parents know it. I’m afraid to tell Mom and Dad while you haven’t gone home for a while now, making it impossible to tell your parents about us.” Tiffany exclaimed. Taeyeon smiled staring at the beautiful woman she’s so in love with who was sitting in front of her now.

“Wait for a moment.” Taeyeon instructed. She retrieved her phone and dialed a familiar number.

“Uhm.. Is this Uncle Hwang? Yeah, it’s me Taeyeon. It’s about my relationship with Tiffany. We are celebrating our first anniversary now. Is it possible for you to speak to Tiffany and say congratulations? I know I may trouble you but- really? Okay. Wait, I’ll give the phone to her.” Taeyeon offered the phone to Tiffany. The latter looked at her weirdly but took the phone anyway.

“Dad? Oh. Thank you. I never thought you know about me and Taeyeon. Uhmm.. Are you okay though? I mean, Mom and you are okay with me in a relationship with Taeyeon. Is that so? For real? Oh no no.. I’m just afraid. When did she tell you about us anyway? Ah… I see.. Okay, I understand. Say hi to Mom. Goodbye.” Tiffany returned the phone to Taeyeon.

“Now, do you want me to call my parents too?” Tiffany shook her head.

“Okay then.” Taeyeon smiled.

“Why didn’t you tell me about this?” Tiffany asked.

“I was afraid your parents and mine wouldn’t agree with us and I don’t want you to be there should I be scolded or even kicked out by your parents. It’d be embarrassing. So yeah, about three months ago, I braced myself and talked to them. They didn’t take it well at first but eventually, they accept it. They said they never saw you so happy and your happy face would appear when you’re with me.” Taeyeon grinned.

“Stop being cocky, Taeyeon!” Tiffany blushed.

“If only they know my expression when I am with you. I am much happier with you, Fany. Now, keep the breakup words, okay? Our parents have accepted us. Whenever you are ready, we can have a proper meeting with both of our parents.” Taeyeon took Tiffany’s hand and kissed the palm before making it touch her own cheek. With that, Tiffany aborted her plan with Taeyeon, feeling so touched by Taeyeon’s kindness and consideration.

EVENT – 2

Tiffany just got home from work. She surely walked toward her room first, to take a quick bath and clean her face. Taeyeon was still downstairs, doing God knew what. Tiffany was cleaning her face as she filled the tub with warm water. Today was tiring and filled with nothing but endless meetings. She knew she held an important position at work but there were times she wanted to be nothing but merely staff so her burden wouldn’t be that big.

It had been a month and a half since the last time she proposed to break up with Taeyeon in the restaurant. She needed to find another way, another logical reason to break up with Taeyeon, and made Taeyeon agree with her decision. She spent a week searching for some inspirations. She had finally found it and she planned to execute it tonight. Taeyeon loved Jason very much and it made her spoiling him too much. As evil as it might sound, she would use that reason to break up with Taeyeon.

Tiffany spent 15 minutes dipping her figure inside the bathtub while thinking of the best moment to break up with Taeyeon. She got to change quickly and put on the night cream to maintain her beautiful and wrinkles free face. She went to the bedroom beside her room. It was Jason’s room. She knew she would find Taeyeon there and if her intuition didn’t betray her, Taeyeon would be there playing PlayStation with him.

She slowly opened the door, peeking the condition inside first. Words couldn’t describe how shocked she was when she saw Taeyeon wasn’t playing with Jason. Instead, Taeyeon was advising Jason not to play PlayStation too often. She decided to attach her ear to the door and listened to the conversation.

“Jason-ah, you need to study. You can play PlayStation as often as you want when you’ve grown up. Wouldn’t you be ashamed if you cannot proceed to the next level and be left with your other friends?” Taeyeon softly said.

“Hmm? But I will still wake up early tomorrow, Taetae.  I won’t be late for school and I’ve also done my homework earlier.” Jason replied.

“Then, have you checked the content? You only have 5 rights out of 10. It means you will have a bad grade if you didn’t fix it. Here, look at it yourself.” Taeyeon showed the homework book to Jason and pointed out the numbers where Jason did wrong.

“Aah! I didn’t realize it. I think it’s because I did it clumsily. I know you’d be home in a moment and I want to spend my evening playing with you. That’s why.” Jason pouted.

“Aww.. I am touched but it doesn’t mean you can do your homework carelessly. You know what, I think we should play the PlayStation only when you have your holiday.” Taeyeon advised.

“Ohhh? But why???” Jason whined and Taeyeon chuckled seeing her literally son being so adorably cute.

“How well you do your study will play an important part in your future. Don’t you want to be a hero for your mother, champ? How can you protect Mommy if you aren’t that bright, to begin with?” Taeyeon pretended to be sad an
