Jiyoung’s POV

“What is going on?” I asked in absolute confusion as I saw them part.

Junhyung and Jiyeon looked at me without uttering a word. Siblings! They are siblings! How can? But why? Huh? I furrowed my eyebrows. Nothing made sense. I pinched myself on the arm to check if I was dreaming. It hurt. I wasn’t dreaming.

“Jiyoung… I can explain. Just let me explain. Promise me, don’t tell anyone” he pleaded as he came out of the elevator.

Jiyeon followed his suit but soon after left, leaving Junhyung and I alone. Junhyung’s eyes watched Jiyeon leave and I could tell that there was something I was missing.

“I’m trying to stay calm… are you going to explain or not?” I stuttered trying to prevent myself from screaming.

“… I don’t know what to really say” he said as he realized there was nothing he could say.

“You can’t explain. You two are siblings! Have you gone mad? You’re committing a crime. Jiyeon? Yong Jiyeon? You dumped me because of your sister?” I yelled.

“Jiyoung… it’s not like that”

“What do you mean? I saw you two. With my own eyes! So what you two are dating now? The third wheel in our relationship was your sister? Does that make any sense to you?!?”  

“It’s not like that! We aren’t blood- related siblings. Jiyeon was… adopted!” he confessed.

“There’s nothing wrong with falling in love with her” he mumbled under his breath as if I couldn’t hear.

“You’ve really gone mad” I said as I walked away.

“Wait! Jiyoung! Are you going to tell our secret?”

“What more do you want from me? The hurt and pain I felt because of you. Now you want something else from me?”

“… I’m sorry”

“I DON’T WANT TO HEAR THOSE WORDS! Stop apologizing. I don’t need sorries. I need someone by my side. I want you” I managed to say.

“Jiyoung… you know how I feel now. It’s Jiyeon and it always have been”

“You’ll regret it Yong Junhyung” I whispered to myself.

Junhyung’s POV

She walked away without another word. I don’t know if she will keep it but knowing her, she will. She’s always been a good person and I still believe that. I ran back to the hotel room to search for Jiyeon and I saw her frantically packing her things back in her suitcase.

“Where are you going?” I asked her in confusion.

“Some place far away from you. I’m done Junhyung. I can’t do this anymore” she said in tears.
