From Fact to Fiction
HyunA’s POV
“What are you doing?” I asked Hyunseung.
Hyunseung looked up from the window, that he was staring at for quite some time, and continued to drink from his bottle of Hennessey wine. Without even looking at me, he threw the now empty bottle onto the ground. The glass shattered with a loud noise.
“What is wrong with you Jang Hyunseung?!?” I stared in wonder.
Something was so off with him. What has gotten in him? How does such a quiet and collected man turn in such a chaotic mess? I sighed as I picked up the pieces carefully. He rested his head on his palms as he covered his face. I didn’t know what to do again. He was always doing things I don’t expect him to.
“What has gotten into you? Huh?”
“Just leave me alone. I don’t wish to speak to you right now” he said under his breath.
“I don’t know what to do when you are like this”
“Do? What would you need to do for me?” he asked coldly.
“Are you just going to mope around like a sad dog? Don’t you think you are being pathetic?” I yelled in frustration.
“What! What do you know? Stop being such a busybody. You seem to mistaken. We have no relationship with one another just mare roommates. Don’t think you know everything about me just because you—!”
My hand grew red as I slapped across his face. I stared at him in utter hate. I hated him. I hated his presence. I hated how he always seemed to misunderstand me. He was such a detestable jerk that I didn’t want to even bother with him anymore.
“I don’t care what is going on with you. Forget I said anything” I said as I stormed back into my room.
I walked over to the bed and grabbed my phone. No matter how much I detested him. How much he annoyed me. Some part of me was worried about him. There would be nothing I could do for him.
Junhyung’s POV
“Should I? Should I?” I asked myself as I paced back and forth in front of Jiyeon’s room door.
“I should! I have the right!” I announced as if more to justify the reason to myself than any other reason.
As I walked in the room abruptly, I walked out of the room just as quick.
“AISH! This is wrong. I shouldn’t do this.” I said again.
“But then again… forget it! I’m going!” I whispered to myself in frustration as I entered the room again.
I wanted to understand Jiyeon. I wanted to understand what she was going through. I know something was wrong. Something is off about Jiyeon lately, I don’t want to just stand there and watch. Why won’t she tell me? I rummaged through her things on her desk. There must be some damn information that is useful. AISH girls keep so much junk.
Her phone rang suddenly. I looked around for her phone and found it placed under her homework papers. She must have left her phone again. As I continued to look, I began to become frustrated. There was absolutely nothing. Maybe she wasn’t hiding anything? As I was about to get the phone, I stepped over her bag that was rested against the table leg. Inside her bag, was an average sized brown package. Curiously, I picked it up and looked through its contents. saw a package. When I bent down to get a closer look, I was astounded at the contents. It was strange. All these letters were written to Jiyeon by the same woman. Park Mi- Yung. Park Mi- Yung, I repeated to myself as I recognized the familiarity of the name. I dropped the package as I collided with the ground. She knew. But who was Park Yeo- Eul?
L. Joe’s POV
It was early evening on a Saturday. I went to investigate a little on her present situation but I couldn’t find her. Lost in a train of thought, I turned my music on louder and fixed the position of my headphones, I waited at the end of a street for the cars to halt at the red light. Many gathered around me as we all waited for the light to turn red. I rubbed my hands together as I started to feel the cool breeze of January. As the light turned red, people started to cross the street altogether. As I looked up, I recognized an acquain
