I brought the orders to the table where the 6 guys had waited with another waitress. DooJoon quickly stood up and helped me with the tray that I brought. I told him thank you and he just smiled then put the tray on the table. I took the other tray from my fellow worker then thanked her for helping me.

“So…” Junhyung started to talk as I put the tray on the table and passed the cakes to the one who ordered them. “Since when you were back in town?”

“Not too long.” I told him. “A week or more, may be.” I straightened my body as the cakes had been passed. “Well, enjoy your cakes.” I gave my smile and turned.

“Wait.”

Suddenly a hand grabbed my hand, preventing me to go any further. I stopped and turned to see who held me. It was Doojoon.

"Can you stay for a while with us? It has been so long since we saw you." He said.

"Well, I..."

"Please, Noona." Gikwang cut in.

I looked at him. He really wished for me to stay and talked with them.

"Well..."

I turned to see my senior at the counter. I couldn't take a break without his permission. He seemed to understand and nodded, giving me permission to take a break for a while. I smiled to thank him then turned to the guys again.

"Well, okay."

Dongwoon's smile bloomed. "Great."

Doojoon pushed me to sit on his chair while he took another chair for him.

"But just for a while." I told them. "I can't go for long."

"It's fine." Junhyung said. "We can always wait for you to be done with your work then go with you."

I shot him a glare and he went silent.

"Well, Aegi." Hyunseung made me looking at him. "Where have you been all this time?"

= Yoon Doojoon =

"Well, okay."

I smiled with her words. She had agreed to stay and have some talks with us. So I pushed her aside, telling her to sit on my chair while I grabbed another chair for my self.

"But just for a while. I can't go for long." Aegi told us.

"It's fine." Junhyung said. "We can always wait for you to be done with your work then go with you."

Aegi shot him a glare and he went silent. I smiled with the scene. I realized that I missed it very much. I missed to see Aegi who always debated with Junhyung and made him silent with one death glare from her.

Then Hyunseung asked her where she had been.

Aegi told us where she was after the graduation. She turned out to be moved out with her father’s family out of town. But then she decided to live on her own while having her education as a patisserie. I couldn’t blame her. She and her father were so closed before. And since her father’s friend asked her to work on his new shop, she came back to the town.

While she was talking, I watched her. Aegi had changed for good. Now she did something lady-like like tucking her falling hair to the back of her ear, covering her lips as she giggled. I could even see pink shades on her cheeks whenever we .

Well, not all that changed from Aegi. She still could stop Junhyung from being so sarcastic or Hyunseung from telling lies with her gaze. And her eye smile that I knew so well. But I must to say that I liked this Aegi better. Everything that she did somehow make me couldn’t turn my gaze away from her.

“But what happen to you, Noona? Why are you changed?” Dongwoon asked right after she finished her story.

“Well…” She paused for a while as she lowered her gaze. “I have my own reason.” She raised her gaze and this time her gaze went straight to Gikwang. “Can I keep it for my own?”

Gikwang smiled. “But I’m glad that you’re back now, Noona.” He said.

I saw a faint pink shade on her cheeks.

“Thanks.” She said as she smiled.

And when I realized, on the next second, we were all went silent.

= Junhyung =

She smiled with faint pink shade on her cheeks. And somehow I found my self being dumbfounded by her.

She had become extremely cute and beautiful on her own way.

Some things were not changed from her. But on some other things, she had changed.

She was a very tomboy girl with short hair and the cap. She wore t-shirt and pants plus sneakers. Her death glare could shut me up or else I would taste her punch on my cheeks. I had never treated her as a girl friend. I always thought her a guy friend.

But then, when I saw her today with her lady-like features, I couldn’t help but to stare at her. She indeed became beautiful.

I liked to see her.

And in certain way, she had made my heart beating faster.

“But why did you choose become a patisserie?” I spoke out my mind.

The other guys were smiling as they wanted to know about that too.

She looked back at me then took a very deep breath. “Probably because of my father.” She said as she smiled.

But somehow, her smile made my heart sank.

= Gikwang =

“Probably because of my father.”

My smile disappeared as I heard the words. Noona was smiling but her smile seemed so sad.

Noona’s father?

Oh, no. I became afraid that she would cry. Noona’s father was a very nice man. He always treated us cakes. I didn’t like chocolate flavor food. But when it came to his chocolate cakes, I always ended up eating it all. And I knew that Noona and her father were very close. So his death left a very deep impact to Noona. I could see it on her eyes.

“Hey.” Doojoon hyung called her as he touched her cheek. “You don’t have to tell us the reason if you don’t want to.”

“Yes.” Hyunseung hyung rounded his hand across her shoulders so casually. “You don’t have to tell us.”

To my surprise, she smiled and thanked.

“Thanks, guys.”

I was surprised to see that. Aegi noona used to swipe everyone’s hand that slung on her shoulders. She never liked someone slung their hands on her shoulders.

Yoseob started to talk. “But, noona, for real. You’ve became very beautiful.”

Her eyes became sparkling again. “Really?” She asked.

Yoseob nodded. “And cute too.”

“Even cuter than you?” She joked and made the other laughed because of it.

Yoseob seemed to blush. “Ya, how can you compare yourself with me? You’re a girl and I’m a guy.”

“But you always cuter than me, Yoseobie.” She said with her big smile.

“But seriously, noona.” I cut in. “You’ve became very beautiful.” I smiled at her.

And I meant the words.

Aegi noona had turned into a beautiful lady.

= Junhyung =

Just after Gikwang told her that she had became very beautiful, Aegi smile turned into a shy smile. And I also saw pink shades back to her cheeks. She lowered her gaze.

“Thank you, Gikwang.” She said.

Wait.

I blinked.

What had happen between Aegi and Gikwang?

How could Aegi act shy in the front of Gikwang?

Could she be…?

“Well, I think I must go back to work now.” She pushed her chair out and stood up. “It’s nice to see you all again, guys. But I really need to back to work. See you guys.” She walked away and returned to the counter.

I just looked at her while she was walking.

I think I need to talk with Aegi… In private.
