Revenge of School Hopeful
"Hyukkie yah...Wake up, you're going to be late for dance class."
Hakyeon softly whispered into his ears.
"Mm...Go away hyung...Lemme sleep alittle while longer..."
He tossed around and covered his face with the blanket.
"Yah, don't do that. You won't be able to breathe properly."
He dragged the blankets away and jumped on his bed, causing him to jump and wake up from his deep sleep.
"Hyung! Lemme sleep for alittle while longer!... Wait...H-Hyung!"
His eyes immediately opened wide as he looked at Hakyeon.
"When did you come back? Where did you go? I was so worried when Jaehwan hyung told me that you went missing!"
He hugged him tightly.
Even though he kinda hated Hakyeon alot as a friend, he cared for him the most. He treated Hakyeon like one of his family member, since he was the only one who cared for him the most.
"I...I just went to the rooftop to relax for awhile... since I was kinda stressed out."
He smiled at Sanghyuk and suddenly sneezed.
"B-But it was raining yesterday...You better stay in the room for today."
"It's alright. I can handle it."
"Hyung...I'm...really sorry about what I said a few days ago."
"It's alright Hyukkie~"
He pinched his cheeks and got out of the bed.
"Go go, you're going to be late!"
He quickly rushed Sanghyuk to the bathroom.
"I know , I know. I'm not a kid anymore hyung!"
He whined and puffed his cheeks as he twisted the doorknob and entered the bathroom.
"Why do people always call me cute and Hyukawaii? I want to be known as a man, not some cute and childish boy."
He softly mumbled to himself and closed the door.

"Rise and shine!"
Jaehwan happily sang as he rose up from his bed.
"Shut up, I want to sleep."
Taekwoon suddenly threw one of his pillows at him. It smacked directly in his face, causing him to fall back on his bed.
"Yah! That hurts!"
He puffed his cheeks and checked the time on his phone.
"Oh? It's still early."
"Exactly."
"Since it's early...then let's do something fun together!"
"No."
"Let's play on your bed!"
Jaehwan immediately got up from his bed and lied down beside Taekwoon his bed.
"Go away...I want to sleep."
"But I wanna play!"
Jaehwan whined and hugged Taekwoon from behind.
He softly sighed and went back to sleep, since he knew he couldn't stop Jaehwan.
"Let's play something in bed~ Like... Catch the Mouse or something!"
"Go find Hakyeon hyung to play with then."
"But I wanna play with you."
Jaehwan slowly grew tired and slowly rested his head on Taekwoon's back.
He could feel Taekwoon's breathing and heartbeat, that felt kind of relaxing for him. He slowly calmed down and closed his eyes as well.
"...Jaehwan?"
He softly spoke since the room suddenly became quiet. He turned around and saw Jaehwan sleeping peacefully with his arms wrapping around him.
Taekwoon slightly blushed a little as he wrapped his arms around Jaehwan's body as well and scooted closer to him, falling asleep again.

"Geez, what the hell are they both doing?! It's 8 in the morning and they're yet to be awake!"
Hakyeon constantly dialled Jaehwan and Taekwoon as he stomped around and place his free arm on his waist.
"Sorry we're late!"
Jaehwan shouted to Hakyeon as he and Taekwoon walked down the stairs together.
"Yah! Why were you both so late?!"
"Alarm clock spoilt."
Taekwoon immediately spoke, which Jaehwan knew that it was obviously a lie but he played along with it.
"Then you both better find a way to fix it. Let's go eat breakast together since our vocal class starts in an hour!"
He clasped his hands together and brightly smiled.
"Alright!"
Jaehwan grabbed Taekwoon's arm and made their way to their favourite cafe.
"We have to check the bulletin board later on. Someone might be leaving soon."
Hakyeon sighed as he opened the doors to the cafe.

*Bam!*
Sanghyuk felt a huge bump infront of him.
He was daydreaming once again.
"Yah! Watch where you're going!"
He growled and looked up to see who it was.
It was a unfamilar, yet handsome face.
"W-Who are you? I've never seen you before."
He slightly tilted his head and examined the handsome-faced boy.
"I'm one of the seniors in this school. I just came back from the hospital."
The boy got up and helped Sanghyuk up as well.
"Could you lead me to class V-3? I kinda forgot the way to the classes."
"Sure!"
"Thanks alot."
The boy smiled brightly at him, flashing him dimples. Sanghyuk slightly blushed alittle as he quickly turned away from his sight.
'I'm not gay. I'm not gay. I'm not gay.'
Sanghyuk kept on reciting those words in his mind. But he just couldn't disagree on how handsome he looked.

"Hakyeonnie hyung! I have great news to tell you!"
Sanghyuk ran towards Hakyeon and grabbed his wrist tightly, causing him to quickly pull away and winced in pain.
"What's wrong hyung? Did you injure your hand?"
"I... I accidentally twisted my arm while I was practicing my dance yesterday."
"Okay...By the way, there's this senior in our school! His name is Lee Hongbin! He said that he was hospitalised for awhile but now he's back in school."
"Lee Hongbin?..."
Hakyeon slightly furrowed his eyebrows in confusion. He had never heard of any students with the name Lee Hongbin.
"Annyeong!~ We have returned!"
Jaehwan spun around and dragged Taekwoon infront of him, as if he did a magic trick to make him appear. He immediately turned behind and pounced on him, which made them look just like a couple from far.
"Jaehwan ah, did you and Taekwoon check the bulletin board earlier on? Our Hyukkie said that there was this student name Lee Hongbin who just got discharged from the hospital and returned to school."
Taekwoon's eyes slightly widened alittle, but nobody realised it.
"N-No? We just checked it on our way here."
"Hyungs! D-Don't scare me..."
Sanghyuk immediately hugged Hakyeon like a bolster. He was shivering all over and his eyes were wide open. It was impossible that he'd seen a ghost, since it was still daylight.
"Hyukkie, don't be afraid. We're all here to protect you."
Hakyeon whispered soothing words as he gently patted Sanghyuk's back to calm him down. Sanghyuk really hated to be treated like this, a baby. He wanted to just push Hakyeon and shout at him, but he was really terrified at the moment to even react.
'Who exactly is Lee Hongbin? And why is he aiming for me?'
Sanghyuk thought to himself.

"One cup of hot chocolate please."
Sanghyuk took his order and went back outside to get back to his table. He leaned back on the chair and looked down at the ground.
"Still awake?"
A familiar voice spoke as he immediately looked up.
It was Lee Hongbin.
"Yeah...I can't sleep. So I decided to drink a cup of hot chocolate before heading back to the room."
He awkwardly smiled.
Hongbin didn't even looked like a spirit or a ghost. He looked like an ordinary human. But why didn't anyone know about him? But there was something weird, Sanghyuk always felt kind of cold whenever Hongbin was around him...
"Here's your hot chocolate."
"Kamsahamnida."
Sanghyuk smiled at the waiter and collected the hot chocolate from his hands and placed it on the table.
"So...Do you have any friends?"
"Yeah! His name is Jung Taekwoon. We've been best friends ever since we first entered this school. It was really packed that time. There were lots of students lining up, registering into the school."
He chuckled and his dimples flashed, once again.
"T-Taekwoon hyung?..."
"Yeah. Aren't you one of his friends too?"
He slightly tilted his head.
"Taekwoon and I were the 2nd batch of students to enter the school. There were about 300 plus students that enrolled in here. But it slowly decreased every 3 months until now."
"Must be really depressing. To see only 60 students now..."
"Yeah. But at least Taekwoonie hyung and I are still best friends till now."
He chuckled and clasped his hands.
"How did you end up in the hospital?"
"It's personal. I can't tell."
Hongbin placed his finger on his lips and smiled.
"It's getting late. See you tomorrow."
Sanghyuk got up from his seat and waved goodbye to Hongbin as he walked up the stairs and headed back to his room.
"But Taekwoon hyung never mentioned anything about Hongbin before...And I thought that Hakyeonnie hyung was Taekwoon hyung's only best friend."
He furrowed his eyebrows and scratched his hair.
"I'll ask Taekwoon hyung about it tomorrow."
