(A/N): Hello! Wah...it has been months! Huhu...do tell me what you guys think of this chapter and I bet everyone forgot about this story already since I'm also kind of blur when I have to start writing this fic again...haha...but just two more chapters and this story will fully completed...so stay tuned! ^^

Faster, papa! Faster! Aigoo!” Luhan shook his head, grinning out of amusement as he followed behind his hyper little daughter that was skipping along the way to the hospital entrance.

She looked so cute from behind with her princess-like dress that violet in color and her wavy dark brown hair that was bouncing each time she jumped. Luhan was so proud that this beautiful Yoora was his daughter after all.

As they walked further into the hospital, Luhan gripped Yoora by her wrist and led her into the elevator. They climbed straight to the fifth floor, where Yoo Bi’s room was situated but before the lift reach there, Yoora tugged Luhan on his trousers.

He looked down to her. “What is it, darling?”

“Papa, you will be in mama’s room right? Because I think I wanna go and play around the rooftop for a while...” Yoora clapped her pinkish to him, begging cutely but Luhan shook his head in disapproval.

“No...definitely no, Yoora ah...I can’t let you be there alone and one more thing, we’re here to visit your mom...don’t you wanna see her?” he asked his daughter again but Yoora pouted.

“Of course I wanted to see her! I’ve been waiting for her for such a long time...and I’m getting tired of it now...she never wakes up...”

Though she was just a five years old kid but her words struck Luhan straight in his heart. He frowned seriously as he peeked down on Yoora again. Her pretty face that resembled exactly like Yoo Bi was somehow didn’t seem happy right now. Luhan sighed and looked up again.

He knew that Yoora didn’t understand the situation properly. Well, she was just a kid and Luhan can’t put the blame on her even if she said something quite harsh about Yoo Bi. But it stressed him out at the same time when Luhan realized that there was nothing he could do to make Yoo Bi wakes up any earlier. She was still coma – all that he was capable to do was to pray the best for her comeback. Though he never knows whether it will come sooner or later.

At last, Luhan let out another despair sigh and pushed the button ‘R’ – to the rooftop. There was a small playground up there and that was what had been budging Yoora to be there. Luhan pointed a finger towards Yoora.

“You, young lady...I’ll send you there but you must promise me to come back after 30 minutes, okay? I don’t want you to abandon your mother because of that playground...” he said firmly to her but Yoora grinned broadly in return.

“Aye, aye captain!” she saluted to him. Luhan rolled his eyes – when his daughter was acting too cute beyond word, he knew that he will always get defeated by her.

“Be safe, honey...” Luhan waved good bye to Yoora when the lift opened up to the rooftop floor and Yoora stepped out. She waved back to him before the lift closed again and brought Luhan back down to his wife.

He arranged his steps, making way straight to Yoo Bi’s room but Luhan paused on his feet when he came across a small convenient shop on this floor at the end of the corridor. He thought of buying something for Yoo Bi since he didn’t bring anything for her to eat – well she can’t practically eat especially when she did nothing but lay down still and stiff on the bed – and so Luhan thought that maybe, the flower pot next to her bed next a change with its flowers.

He reversed his way back and cornered to enter the shop. There was a small shelter where the shopkeeper placed all the fresh flowers to be sold. Luhan scanned throughout them until his eyes stopped on freshly blooming petals of red roses.

He picked up one and sniffed on the sweet fragrant of it. The smell brought back the romantic memories of him with Yoo Bi and so he decided to buy it for her. He picked a bouquet of it before he brought it to the counter to be paid.

“Wow...a bouquet of red roses from such a handsome man...she must be very lucky, isn’t she?” a woman at the counter who wrapped the flowers for him with a big pink ribbon commented with a teasing smile.

Luhan smiled back, shaking his head. “Yeah...I guess she is...”

“Don’t you wanna buy something healthy for her to eat too? Fruits maybe?” the woman suggested again but Luhan stopped smiling at her. He bit his lips hesitantly for a minute before taking the bouquet from her hand.

“Em...next time when she can finally eat, I’ll buy everything that she wants for her...because as for now, she’s still in coma so...yeah, she can’t eat, talk or respond anything to me...” Luhan simply told her, leaving the woman with her guilty face before he walked out from the shop.

He finally reached in front of Yoo Bi’s room and stopped by the door. Luhan looked down to the roses and he smiled, hugging the bouquet closer to his chest.

“I’ll wait for you no matter how long it may take for you to wake up...” he whispered to himself, reminding his heart before resumed pulling on the knob to walk inside.

Luhan cornered to the right to reach her bed while pasting such a broad and happy smile on his face, ready to greet Yoo Bi cheerfully this morning.

“Yoo Bi ah! Good morning – “ Luhan stood paralyzed on his feet. His eyes automatically widened when he saw no one on the bed. Yoo Bi wasn’t there, it was empty now!

“Yoo...Yoo Bi ah!” Luhan felt his body weakened from head to toe and he lost grip on the bouquet. He ignored it as the roses fell thumping to the floor but Luhan started running furiously into the room, tilting his head to right and left before he stopped breathing.

“Yoo...Yoo Bi ah...” only after he found his voice back, he managed to gently call out her name. Luhan couldn’t quite believe his eyes when he saw a girl, still wearing the hospital uniform but she was now sitting on a wheelchair as she stared up to the wall next to her bed that was full with drawings – the one painted by their daughter, Yoora.

Yoo Bi slowly looked around, finally revealed her face to him before she curved up her most dashing smile that Luhan missed like hell. He blinked his eyes once, twice or nth times on her just to make sure whether he was dreaming or she was smiling for real now. But Yoo Bi pouted to him and Luhan slowly believed himself.

“Yah, Luhan oppa...what are you doing standing there? Don’t you feel happy to see me alive again?” she asked him, sounded playful as Luhan used to remember the way she always talked to him before. Luhan gulped down his throat, there was no doubt that she had woken up from her coma – finally.

Luhan grinned to her, trying to give Yoo Bi a reply but he was so lost for a right word now. He was too absorbed in the happiness until he can’t seem to find any word to describe his feelings. Finally gave up trying to talk, Luhan just walked towards her and got on his knees as he knelt in front of her wheelchair.

Yoo Bi grinned even broader now – though her face still looked pale and her cheeks weren’t as rosy as before but the beauty never leaves her. She looked the same to him, as pretty as always. She reached down towards him and a warm hand against his cheek. Luhan closed his eyes, feeling her warmth that proved to him the fact that Yoo Bi was real and she was back for him again. Luhan opened his eyes back and stared deep into her eyes.

“Annyeong, oppa ah...I miss you so much...I heard you and our daughter talked to me everytime you both came to see me...I wanted so bad to reply but forgive me, oppa...I can’t...” Yoo Bi told him, now cupped his face in both of her hands as she started shedding tears in her eyes.

Luhan shook his head and quickly wiped away her tears with his fingers. He held her face inside his palms too before pasting their foreheads together.

“Yoo Bi ah...don’t cry, baby...it’s never your fault to be coma...the most important to me is that now, you’re finally woke up...you’re back again for me...and for our daughter...you’re back for us...that’s the main point...the rest of it, doesn’t really matter to me anymore...I’m glad that you’re here...” Luhan concluded as he lifted up his head from her forehead to stare back to Yoo Bi. She smiled at him and nodded before Luhan gave her a peek on her cheek.

They giggled in unison, simply savoring the moment when they got to see each other being alive one more time. Yoo Bi gazed up towards the collection of cute drawings and she laughed even louder. She pointed a finger up to one of those paintings.

“Oppa, are they all the masterpiece of our daughter?” she guessed to him and Luhan winked to her.

“Yes...surprisingly talented, isn’t she? I don’t even know where she has got it from...I’m not really good at drawing...either do you, I think...” he commented, rolling his eyes but Yoo Bi suddenly smacked Luhan on his shoulder.

“Ouch! What was that for???”

“Watch your mouth! Who says I can’t draw huh? I can...but I’m just being lazy to show off...” Yoo Bi told him, shrugging but Luhan snorted.

“Yeah...I understand it, Miss Picasso...” they stared to each other, silence wrapped them before both of the husband and wife burst out laughing again. They stopped only when they almost out of breath.

“Huh...” Yoo Bi wiped the corner of her eyes that a bit teary impact from their laughter just now. Luhan shook his head too. “It’s good to be alive again...so, tell me everything, oppa...what do you name our daughter and how old is she now?”

Yoo Bi grabbed Luhan by his shoulders and she shook him aggressively, eager to learn more about their daughter. Luhan grinned when he noticed how Yoo Bi’s eyes were sparkling whenever she talked about the little princess. He knew how much Yoo Bi loved her.

“Instead of asking me, why don’t you ask her for yourself?” Luhan winked playfully to her and stood up. Yoo Bi frowned on his face before scanning around the room. Of course there was nobody else aside them.

“What do you mean? Is she here? You brought her along with you?” Yoo Bi questioned and Luhan chuckled.

“Yeah...but she’s not here...come, let me bring you there and meet her for real...” Luhan had started to push Yoo Bi’s wheelchair and moved her to the rooftop but Yoo Bi touched Luhan on his arm, making Luhan to look down on her.

“But, oppa...are you sure that she will be okay if she saw me like this? I’m still look pale, oppa...I might scared her...” Yoo Bi reasoned out, patting both side of her cheeks but Luhan rolled his eyes.

“Of course she would love to see you, honey...she had been waiting for you day by day...and she’s already 5 years old now...you don’t want to make her waiting any longer, right?” Luhan convinced her and continued pushing the wheelchair.

As they moved, Yoo Bi fell silent again. She can’t believe it that she had been out of their life for 5 years already. How fast time can move, right? She thought to herself as she sighed loudly and Luhan tilted his head down to her.

“What’s up?”

“Nothing...” she shook her head. “It just that...I don’t know how much I had missed as a mother to her...I missed her birthday celebration a few time already and I missed her registration to kindergarten...I missed buying first baby clothes for her...I missed preparing the breakfast and milk for her...I missed combing her hair...there are a lot that I missed, oppa...how can I make it up again?”

She asked him slowly under her breath and Luhan paused from moving her chair. He took a deep breath before walking to the front again and knelt down before her. He took her hands and squeezed harder on it. Luhan smiled assuringly to his wife.

“No matter how much you have missed, I’m always there to make it up for you...our daughter is being just fine...she’s growing up like the other kids, got nothing to lack for her...so you don’t have to worry so much and just be confident, okay? You’re no longer a teenager now, you’re a mother...” Luhan advised her and leaned in to kiss Yoo Bi on top of her hair.

She smiled to his neck before nodding her head. At least, she wanted to believe in her husband. Suddenly, a small voice greeted them from behind.

“Papa?” Luhan and Yoo Bi turned their heads simultaneously to where a little girl was calling for him.

Yoo Bi widened her eyes once she set it on that girl. She scanned her up and down her small body. Yoo Bi gasped, she never expect her daughter to look this perfect. Surely she had always imagined her as someone cute but the real her was better than her imagination.

Yoora shifted her uncertain eyes from Luhan to Yoo Bi and she blinked cutely. The two persons that physically identical stared on each other until Luhan laughed. He got on his feet again and walked over to Yoora.

“Honey, come here...” he stretched out his hand to Yoora and she quickly linked her pinkish with him.

Luhan brought Yoora closer to Yoo Bi but her eyes had never left from Yoora’s enchanted face. Yoora hid her body behind Luhan’s legs when they stopped in front Yoo Bi and Luhan tapped Yoo Bi on her shoulders.

“Yoo Bi ah...meet our daughter...this is Yoora...I named her with the tradition of your family...Yoo Bi...and Yoora...” Luhan explained before he held out Yoora’s hand towards Yoo Bi, wanted to replace it on Yoo Bi’s palms instead.

Yoora peeked from behind Luhan’s legs again and she looked up to Luhan. “Papa...when did mama wake up?”

Her question made Yoo Bi to cry out in happiness. How clever her daughter was because she had never thought that Yoora will notice her. Luhan didn’t manage to answer her because Yoo Bi had already taken Yoora’s hand inside hers and she pulled Yoora slowly to stand closer to her.

Yoo Bi bent down her face closer in front of Yoora and she quickly landed a gentle kiss on her child’s forehead. Then she stared down to her while cupping Yoora’s face inside her palms.

“Yes, princess...I’m here...I’m your mama...I’m sorry that I made you wait for so long...I’m sorry that I’m being so late, honey...but I love you...I love you so much...I love you with all of my heart...I promise I won’t leave you again from now on...mama loves you, Yoora ah...you’re so beautiful...” Yoo Bi kept on praising her and she finally pulled Yoora into her tight embrace.

Yoora planted her head against her chest and closed her eyes. She unexpectedly was feeling calm and warm when she was back inside her mother’s arms. Yoo Bi hugged her tightly too and she Yoora on her silky long hair as Luhan grinned happily upon seeing the reunion of the two most important persons in his life. He was really glad that their family was finally completed again. Luhan bent down his body towards them and he locked both Yoo Bi and Yoora inside his hands at once.

The little family giggled in happiness and blissful tears swelling in Yoo Bi’s eyes. Then she heard Luhan whispered slowly to them.

“Yoora ah...mama is finally here with us...so let me promise both of you something...papa will protect both of you forever...I love you both...” he said and gave Yoo Bi and Yoora a kiss on their hair. They looked up to each other before ended up laughing together.

Luhan let go of them but Yoo Bi held Yoora up in her arms and sat her down on her lap, still hugging the little girl around her waist. Yoora stared up to her and smiled.

“Mama...now that you’re here, can I ask something?” she asked cutely to her and Yoo Bi knew that it was difficult for her to resist it. Yoo Bi simply nodded in reply.

“Anything, honey...what is it?” Luhan watched them, keeping his hands inside his pockets.

“I want to celebrate my birthday again with you...I want to buy big cake and blow the candle with you...then we can make the wish together with papa...” she told her with high-pitched voice, clearly feeling excited and Yoo Bi revealed her thrilled face towards Luhan.

“I’m okay with everything...I’m sure that I can discharge from here soon enough but how about your papa? Are you okay with it, Luhan oppa?” she guessed to her husband while Luhan snorted.

“I know that I’m gonna lose big amount of my salary again this month but it’s fine...anything for both of you...” Luhan naughtily agreed to them and Yoo Bi stuck out her tongue to him.

“Stingy...” she commented to Luhan while he laughed before Yoo Bi turned looking down to Yoora and she nodded. “Sure we can celebrate it again, honey...”

“Yey!!!” their daughter cheered, clapping her hands loudly. Yoo Bi and Luhan simply exchanged meaningful, happy smile between them before Yoora suddenly widened her eyes.

“Ah! One more thing! Mama, can you cook my breakfast for tomorrow? I wanna bring my lunch box to school tomorrow...” she requested again but Yoo Bi bit her lips hesitantly.

“Err...I...” the thing was, Yoo Bi wasn’t someone that so good in cooking. Luhan understood her worried face and he laughed out amusingly. He walked over to them and patted Yoora on her head.

“Aigoo, Yoora ah...give your omma a little time to relax, will you? If she just got out from the hospital today, how can you expect her to recover so fast? Besides, don’t you love my cooking as your breakfast? I’m sure I’ll do better than your omma...” Luhan rolled his eyes down to Yoo Bi while his wife was grinning apologetically to him.

Yoora pouted but she considered the matter and lastly nodded again. Yoo Bi laughed in relief and pulled Yoora back into her arms, hugging her. She looked up to Luhan and mouthed the words ‘thank you’ to him for backing her up just now.

Luhan chuckled, “Just once, Yoo Bi ah...you need to improve your cooking skill after this...”

He remembered her but Yoo Bi clicked her tongue, pretended to sulk.

“I know it...I will...” she said back determinedly and they laughed again.

“Omma...what are we doing here?” Seung Min shook Ara’s hand that linked to his and looked up to her.

Ara shrugged but they continued making their way into a music shop that was selling many kinds of musical instruments here. Seung Min pouted when his mother didn’t answer him and he looked around.

Ahead of them, Song Ju had already running further into the shop and happily skipping around since he loved those instruments the same as his father. Seung Min watched his brother as Song Ju hopped on a bench of one of those pianos and he started playing it with his tiny fingers.

Ara let go of Seung Min, letting him to explore the shop while she walked following Lay to greet the shop’s owner. Ara stopped next to him by the time Lay shook his hand with the middle aged man.

“Oh, so this is your wife? What a beautiful lady you are...” the man complimented her and Ara shook her head.

“No...I’m just...me...so yeah...I’ve heard a lot about you...my husband always says that he loves your shop...nice to meet you by the way...” she replied and held out her hand towards the man. He laughed along with them and took Ara’s hand.

“Yeah...I know how talented Lay sshi whenever he is playing those instruments...I hope you enjoy your time here...feel free to look around...” the man welcomed them and Lay bowed politely to him.

“Thank you, Mr. Soh...I’ll see you around later...” the waved his hand to both Ara and Lay before he excused himself to entertain another customer. Ara turned looking at Lay.

“Yah, why did you bring us here huh? You know how much Seung Min will be pissed off if he has to watch Song Ju playing the piano and so...” Ara rubbed her chin mysteriously but Lay chuckled.

“I know...but sometimes, you need to clearly face the thing that you hate in order to love it...now come along...” Lay told her and he took her hand before walking away to look for their sons.

As they cornered to the piano section, Ara and Lay stopped when they saw Song Ju was in the middle of playing a melody out of the white piano while having Seung Min to boringly watch next to him. Lay laughed shortly when Seung Min yawned and he walked over to him, letting go of Ara’s hand. On the other hand, Ara chose to watch the men in her life while she stood crossing arms there.

Song Ju stopped playing the piano when Lay landed his next to him on the bench while Seung Min stared up questioningly to their father. Lay smiled down to Song Ju and patted his older son on his head.

“Good job, Song Ju...you’ve become even better now in playing this...” Lay pointed to the piano and Song Ju winked to him. “Of course...”

Seung Min rolled his eyes before Lay turned looking at him now. He grinned and held out a palm towards Seung Min. Seung Min blinked his eyes. “What do you want from me, appa? I can’t play the piano for you like hyung did...”

The little boy answered him but Lay shook his head.

“Maybe you can’t now...but you can always learn...” Lay said as he picked Seung Min inside his hands and sat him down on his lap to face the piano’s keyboard together. Seung Min pouted and looked up again to Lay.

“Do you want to know something, Seung Min ah? Just like you, your Song Ju hyung also know nothing when he first learnt about this piano...but as he started practicing it day by day, then only he become good like now...so I’m sure that you can be the same...” Lay told him gently before he raised both of Seung Min’s small palms and placed it on the keyboard.

Seung Min gulped down his throat. “So I can be like hyung?”

“Sure you can...you just got to learn...and appa gonna teach to become an expert like me and Song Ju hyung...so believe in me, okay?” Lay grinned to him before he kissed Seung Min on his head before he started teaching his little son on the first simple notes to play the piano.

Song Ju cheered along with them too as he enjoyed the soft and slow melody went out from the piano when Seung Min pressed on its keyboard. Ara smiled warmly on them. Now she understood why Lay brought them here. He wanted to make thing clear between Seung Min and him. He didn’t want their little son to be cold to him anymore. So he tried to be fair by teaching both Seung Min and Song Ju on how to play the piano. They continued and within only two hours, Seung Min had easily scored for the basic ‘Do Re Mi’ keys in playing simple rhythm out of it.

“Yey!!! It wasn’t so hard, appa!!!” Seung Min clapped his hands happily once they ended playing the last short song. Lay nodded his head and made a thumb up to Seung Min.

“Of course...my sons are always the best...both of you will become a great pianist someday!” Lay commented as he ruffled both Seung Min and Song Ju on their hair.

They burst out laughing again before Ara stood up from the chair that she sat earlier and walked approaching the boys. She stopped behind Lay as she massaged him on his shoulders. Lay smiled up to her.

“Good job, appa ah...congratulations to you too, honey...I hope you will practice harder now...” Ara grinned down to her husband before she leaned forward to kiss Seung Min on his cheek. Seung Min yeayed again and he jumped off from the bench to run along with Song Ju inside the shop.

“Careful, boys...don’t break down anything!” Lay managed to slightly yell to his heroes as Ara finally sat next to him on the bench. She randomly pressed on the keyboard while Lay chuckled to her.

“You know what...I’ve got something to remind you...” she spoke and Lay frowned.

“What is it about?” he asked her back and Ara knocked her fist playfully against his forehead. Lay yelled in pain.

“Ouch! Yah!” he exclaimed but quickly slowed down his voice when there were other customers started turning their heads towards them. Ara laughed silently, covering with her palm as Lay simply grinned to cover his embarrassment.

“Yah...stop laughing...why did you hit my head huh?” he whispered to her and Ara shook her head, playing innocence.

“Nothing...I just want to make you realize on how forgetful you’re...don’t you notice it that by the end of this week is your beloved grandpa’s birthday? Though I know that he’s...em, quite old for that kind of celebration but still, we need to pay attention about it...” Lay widened his eyes at instant when he heard Ara reminded him regarding the matter. It was now his own turn to face palm himself.

“Aish! Aigoo!!! I’m totally forgot about it...I’m so sorry, honey...now I don’t mind you hit my head again because I really don’t have any idea about it...” Lay shook his head slowly, feeling guilty towards his grandpa but Ara laughed to him.

“It’s okay...I know that being a father of two sons is making you easily aging too...” she answered him playfully but it earned a sharp glare from Lay.

“You’re such a pig...” he mocked her but Ara stuck out her tongue. “...and you love this pig...”

Lay stared seriously on her face but then, they broke out laughing loudly together. Lay managed to nod his head between their laughter. “Yeah...you’re right...so what do we do for grandpa’s birthday?”

“Hmmm...I don’t have any idea for it yet...but we’ll see about it...maybe we can ask the hospital’s permission to bring grandpa out for a day and celebration his party at home...it will be more comfortable to him...” Ara suggested after they had stopped laughing and Lay simply nodded in agreement.

“Yah, Zhang Seung Min! Don’t get too excited! You just won twice today!” Ara and Lay turned their heads in unison when they heard Song Ju was shouting to his brother. It was in time when Seung Min ran towards them while laughing noisily and he has his tablet inside his little hands.

Their parents rolled their eyes. They knew that Seung Min and Song Ju were competing with the video game again. As usual, Seung Min always be better in it and won the battle. Seung Min finally reached Ara’s side and he climbed up the bench to sit on her lap and seek protective from his mother. Ara hugged him back while Song Ju stopped glaring to them.

“Hahaha! Sorry, hyung! I’m not just won it twice today but I won the game many times yesterday and the days before and of course, tomorrow as well! Hahaha!!!” Seung Min boasted around to him and Song Ju groaned out loud.

Lay laughed upon watching his sons being mischievous to each other while Ara shook her head while smiling on them. She patted Seung Min on his small shoulder.

“Yah, Seung Min ah...let’s make a deal with your hyung...” she told him mysteriously and Seung Min looked up to his mom. Lay stopped laughing and turned to stare on his wife too while Song Ju walked closer to Ara.

“What is the deal, omma?” Song Ju while having his small hands on his hips. Ara grinned in thrill to them.

“If you can promise me to teach Seung Min on how to play the birthday song with piano, then I’ll make sure that Seung Min will teach you back on how to win the game...your brother is even better at the game’s trick...so if you guys can collaborate to perform for your grandpa’s upcoming birthday party, then I guess the deal is work...” Ara voiced out her idea on that matter and Lay quickly clapped his hands for his wife.

“That deal is totally brilliant! As expected from your omma, guys...” Lay winked to her while Song Ju narrowed his eyes and Seung Min blinked. Ara stared down to Seung Min before exchanging her excited eyes to Song Ju.

“So what do you boys think of it?” she asked and Song Ju finally held out his pinkish towards Seung Min.

“I said the deal is on...” he spoke like a real mature man and it caused both Ara and Lay to shriek out loud one more time, attracting attention from the people around them. His little brother smirked but he nodded in agreement and etched his finger with Song Ju’s

“Who is afraid of whom now?” Seung Min smiled smugly and four of them laughed even louder. Deep inside, Lay was grateful that Seung Min can finally accept him as his father and being open-minded towards them all.

“Omma...is it true that Kris ajusshi proposed to you?” So Eun almost slip the blanket that she held in her hands when Eunhyuk suddenly asked her.

She blinked, tightening the grip on the blanket before she glanced hesitantly to him. “Why do you asked?”

Eunhyuk shrugged and relaxed his body on the bed. “Nothing...Sooyoung omma told me today...she said that if you agree to marry Kris ajusshi, then we can go back to Korea...”

As So Eun came to stand next to his bed, she spread the blanket on top of his body and wrapped it until Eunhyuk’s chest. Then she sat down next to him on the edge of the bed before sighing slowly under her breath.

“I don’t know, Eunhyuk ah...but why you talked so suddenly about going back to Korea? Don’t you love living here in Canada?” she guessed to him while Eunhyuk grinned in return.

“Of course I love it here, omma...it just that...Sooyoung omma and I just discussed something today...” he replied and it caused So Eun to frown on him. “You guys were talking about what?”

“Em...if possible...Sooyoung omma wants to bring me back with her to Korea...she wanted me to start living with her...she wanted to take care of me...” Eunhyuk informed her and So Eun stopped patting Eunhyuk on his thigh. She shifted her worried eyes down to his face. As she read on him, she saw the hopeful face of her little son.

Well, this boy wasn’t her real son but she took care of him since he was just a little baby and of course, So Eun loves him with all of her heart. In contrast, she knew it very much clear that this day will come to her sooner or later. The day when Eunhyuk will ask her himself to let him go back to his real mother’s side, Sooyoung’s side. Though the fact silently broke her heart but there was nothing So Eun could do to stop it. Eunhyuk did belong to her because their blood tie as mother and son can never be broken. It would only be a useless attempt to deny that reality. At last, So Eun took a deep breath and looked down to Eunhyuk again. He stared intensely to her, waiting for her answer.

“Don’t worry, Eunhyuk ah...I’m not stopping you from going back to your mother...the decision is always yours...as someone that had been taking care of you for a long time, I can only support you from behind...I just need you to know one important thing that no matter you’re staying here in Canada with me or in Korea with Sooyoung sshi, omma will always loves you...you’re my son, Eunhyuk ah...always...” So Eun concluded and she pulled Eunhyuk up to hug him closer to her chest.

Eunhyuk circled his hands around her waist while hiding his face on her chest, inhaling So Eun’s sweet aroma that he will miss forever. He whispered to her.

“I love you too, omma...you’re also my mother forever...I won’t forget you even after I start living in Korea...I promise...” he said and So Eun felt a tear dropped to her cheek. She quickly wiped it away, preventing from Eunhyuk to see her crying. She laughed shortly and nodded back to him.

“Thank you, Eunhyuk ah...” she kissed his forehead and resumed helping him to settle down on the bed again.

As Eunhyuk rearranged his blanket, he grinned mischievously to her. “Omma, you should just accept Kris ajusshi and marry him again...he’s quite not bad and he’s cool too while playing basketball...he taught me a few tricks today...”

So Eun rolled her eyes but she lightly smacked Eunhyuk on his leg.

“Shut up and sleep! It’s not your decision after all...plus, that giant might be good in playing basketball but he is a plain dumb when it comes to real life deals...” she reasoned out, sounded annoyed and Eunhyuk simply laughed back.

She accompanied him, watching Eunhyuk to drift in his dreamland until he was fast asleep, then only So Eun walked out from his room. Once she closed the door behind her, So Eun sighed again. She tried to calm herself, washing away the emotion that running wild in her heart when she thought about sending Eunhyuk away with Sooyoung. That witch...can she actually take a good care of Eunhyuk??? So Eun highly doubt that but...

She finally felt lazy to stay thinking about it and So Eun resumed walking down the stairs. As she reached the last two stairs, her little daughter suddenly yelled to her.

“Ah, omma is here!!! Omma!!! Omma!!! Let’s go to theme park!” Minji skipped her way to So Eun and pulled her hands when So Eun stopped in front of her. She furrowed down to her daughter.

“What??? Theme park??? When???” she asked confusedly but Minji grinned broader. “Now, of course!”

“What??? Who gave you such a bad idea huh???” So Eun questioned again and she looked up only to see Kris was the one to sit on the couch there. He smiled and waved to her before standing up.

“I’m the one who asked her to...and correction, it’s not a bad idea...it will be fun if we’re going together...right, Minji ah?” he asked, stopping exactly behind Minji before he patted Minji on her hair. Minji glanced up to him and made a thumb up. So Eun snorted at them.

“Definitely no! Kris, can’t you see what is the time now? It’s almost 10 p.m. and Minji is supposed to be in bed! She got school for tomorrow...so stop being ridiculous and get out from my house! Minji, let’s sleep...” with that, So Eun picked Minji up inside her arms and started to climb the stairs again, ignoring the nags that came from her daughter but Kris clicked his tongue and followed her.

“Yah! I don’t care if she got school or whatsoever for tomorrow...she can always skip...” Kris started but So Eun firmly spun her body around to glare at him.

“...and what? Turning as stupid as you? No! A big NO! I told you, stop making my house like your own brand of playground and just leave! We don’t need you here...” she snapped loudly, causing Minji to stop nagging and blinked on her mother. Kris fell silent as well when So Eun admitted that Minji and her didn’t need him there. He swallowed the raw feeling he felt at the moment.

“You might not notice it yet, So Eun ah...but you’re actually need me so badly...” he insisted but So Eun laughed mockingly to him.

“That’s only in your wishful thinking, Kris...but this is my house and my heart...the decision always comes from me...so please, I kindly ask you to leave...” she pressed her voice thought she knew that the aching inside her heart was deepening than ever when she had to ask him to leave them.

But Kris was as stubborn as always and he stepped closer to So Eun and Minji. He shook his head as he kept his sharp stare upon So Eun.

“No, I won’t...though you rejected my proposal but I will stay here...I’m not going to give up on you, So Eun ah...I’m already incapable to do so...” he replied her with equal determination but So Eun hissed to him.

“You lied! Of course you can! All that you have to do is to walk out from the door...there! The big door downstairs and never show up again!” she exclaimed to him but Kris smirked.

“Then say it out loud that you don’t want me anymore...say it with confidence so that I can truly believe in you...” he dared her and it was So Eun’s turn to stare on him with a big disbelief. She bit her lips, trying to find courage within herself to tell him that she was indeed, no longer need him – but after quite a long minutes staring to each other, So Eun failed miserably and she avoided his eyes.

“I don’t need to tell you so...you knew it already...so don’t make thing to be harder...just leave!” she chased him away again, wanted to turn around but Kris grabbed So Eun by her arm.

“No, So Eun ah! Wait!” he sounded loud and firm until it scared Minji who was in position between them. Luckily the little Minji was clever enough to stop the fight as she quickly pasted both side of her small palms on Kris’s and So Eun’s chest. Her parents kept staring murderously on each other while Minji exchanged look from So Eun to Kris.

“Omma, appa...please, don’t fight...” her soft voice pulled So Eun out from her anger and she shifted her eyes down to Minji. “What...what did you just call him?”

Minji blinked uncertainly to So Eun while Kris smiled in victory while watching them. “See? I told you that Minji likes me as her father and that she needs me...I’m sure the same goes for you...”

He told her confidently but So Eun responded wickedly to him. “Yeah...keep daydreaming, Kris Wu...you know that fairytale will never become true...”

“Who says I believe in fairytale huh? Of course I’m talking about reality now...you’re not that special to become a fairytale princess...” Kris chuckled playfully but So Eun groaned.

“You!” she was about to launch forward to him but suddenly Si Hoo showed up by the stairs.

“Go on, So Eun ah...I can take care of the house for tonight...” he told her and So Eun glared to him from the corner of her eyes.

“Si Hoo oppa, don’t poke your head in my business here! Besides, I can’t leave Eunhyuk alone...” she still refused to the idea but it was Sooyoung’s turn to come standing next to Si Hoo.

“It’s okay...don’t worry about Eunhyuk...I’m gonna sleep here tonight so I can look after Eunhyuk...you guys just go on have fun...” Sooyoung assured her, grinning while So Eun gasped in mixture of anger and piss off.

“Huh!” she ended up setting Minji down on her feet again and ruffled her hair out of frustration that everyone in the house was siding with Kris!

“Yeah...keep on making me look like nothing but an old maid inside my OWN HOUSE!” So Eun growled angrily to them but she resumed walking towards her room.

Minji held up her hands to Kris, signaling him to carry her and Kris easily scooped her up into his arms before Minji turned checking on her mother.

“Omma, where are you going now? I thought you agreed to visit the theme park with me and appa...” So Eun flinched in annoyance when she heard that Minji had intentionally changed the way she addressed Kris now – from ajusshi to appa. What a big different!

So Eun sighed and pushed open the door of her room. “I know, I know! Just give me a minute to get our coats ready so that you won’t be freezing later! Who in their right mind want to go playing in the theme park late in the night huh? You guys are crazy! Aish!”

She nagged all the way into her room before disappearing behind the door but Minji and Kris looked to each other and made a thumb up between them.

“Good job, Minji ah! You’re really excellent in acting...” Kris winked to her while Minji laughed.

“I know omma still in love with you...so, appa...fighting!” they cheered together before giggling in unison. Of course Kris had planned it all from the very start. He convinced Minji to go out with him and to drag So Eun along with them so that he can spend more time together with the two.

So Eun kept herself silent all the way to the theme park and even when they were playing the roller coaster, merry-go-round and the other games together, So Eun remained soundless and cold to Kris. She just laughed and interacts with Minji but she totally chose to ignore him.

Finally, they were about to leave the park as it was almost midnight but Kris saw something on their way to the parking lot. He glanced swiftly to So Eun and Minji, now walking hand in hand in front of him before he smiled to himself and ran faster towards them.

“Yah, Minji ah...” he called out for his daughter and Minji turned around. “Yes?”

“Do you wanna try the picture sticker machine?” he offered to her and Minji became hyper again. As she let go of So Eun’s hand and grabbed Kris’s arm instead, So Eun tried to argue with them but Kris quickly put up a finger on her lips – making So Eun to stay silence and blinked at him.

“No need to talk...just come with us...” he said as his right hand linked to Minji’s and he used his left hand to pull So Eun freely by her own wrist. They walked nearing the machine booth but as they arranged their steps, So Eun peeked down on her wrist that locked tightly by Kris’s big hand.

She missed his touch and embrace but...she can’t easily admit it to him. So Eun herself didn’t know why she had a big doubt in her heart whenever she thought of giving up and accept Kris again in her life. Of course he came back for her and their daughter and So Eun can clearly see it that Kris was trying to be the best for them but...there was something unknown stuck within her heart that made So Eun to strongly stop herself from giving in to Kris.

They finally reached in front of the booth and Minji decided to take their picture with Mickey Mouse as the background theme. Kris pushed So Eun and Minji inside the booth before he locked the door of the small room.

“Okay, princess...choose your own favorite color please...” So Eun watched stiffly from behind as Kris carried Minji up and put her down on the machine to choose the full design of their picture sticker. Without she notice it, So Eun actually smiling to herself as she felt a soft feeling sneaking into her heart. Somehow, she felt happy to see Minji laughing along with Kris. It gave her a blissful image of enjoying the happiness of a family. So Eun breathed softly and she kept smiling while Kris taught Minji to use the machine and so.

Kris glanced up to the screen in front them and he caught sight of So Eun’s smiling face through it. He automatically smiled warmly too. He missed seeing her bright smile and it relieved his heart to stare on her beautiful smiling face again. But he chose to let it down and continued paying attention to Minji. Once they finished designing the sticker with shapes, colors, cartoons and so, Kris carried Minji on his back, giving her a piggyback before he pulled So Eun closer next to him.

“Don’t be awkward...smile...we’re taking a picture as a family now...” he reminded them but So Eun narrowed her eyes to him.

“Family?” she was about to argue but...

“Yey! Omma, say cheese!!!” and clicked! The machine snapped their photos a few times, flashing its blinding light out from the screen.

So Eun hissed in irritation and rubbed close her eyes a few times but Kris and Minji excitedly pulled out the stickers from the machine to see the outcome.

“Aish...aigoo, omma! Why don’t you smile?” Minji pouted upon staring on the pictures while Kris shook his head in disapproval.

“Aish...what to do, Minji ah? I know it that your mother can’t be a model at all...she’s being shy to smile because she understands that her grinning face is hideous...” he commented sarcastically while So Eun widened her eyes to him.

“What?! I’m the one who is hideous?! You better watch your mouth, Kris Wu! I’m pretty enough, okay?” she snapped to him and quickly pulled out more coins from her purse. So Eun arrogantly inserted them into the machine and randomly chose the theme and all. Minji blinked on her mother while Kris hid away his laughter.

“Omma...what are you doing now?” Minji asked but So Eun glared towards Kris.

“We are going to take the picture one more time and I’ll show you a smile that is prettier than Miss World, Kris Wu! Watch it out!” she told him grudgingly and stood herself straight in front of the screen. Kris cleared his throat.

“Em...do you want us to join you or not?” he asked, sounded amused but So Eun evilly grinned to him.

“Minji is welcome but definitely no for you! I don’t want my beautiful picture to be infected by your ugly virus!” So Eun replied and ready to make a peace sign and smiling broadly to the screen but Kris raised up his eyebrow. It had been a long time since he pissed her off so Kris thought of making So Eun to feel angry again towards him.

Kris chuckled and whispered down to Minji. “Minji ah...do you wanna see a magic?”

“A magic? Can you do a magic, appa?” she asked him back cutely and Kris winked handsomely.

“I can do anything, princess...just watch me...” he said and put Minji down on her feet again. That was the time when the screen was ready to click away So Eun’s picture and suddenly Kris pushed her body aside and he replaced her to be one standing in front of the screen.

“Click! Click! Click!” the machine ended up taking his photos instead of So Eun’s while she just ended up howling in pain beside him when her body collided with the wall just now. So Eun growled up to Kris.

“Yah, Kris Wu! What are you doing huh??!!” but Kris and Minji ignored her and they picked out the new stickers with Kris’s photos were the only one printed there. Minji and Kris laughed out in unison.

“Hahaha! That’s the magic that I wanna show you, princess...your mother is originally stood up in front of the camera but she never show up in the pictures! Magic isn’t it???” Kris told their daughter and Minji laughed out again. So Eun groaned to them, throwing her bloodshot glare to Kris before she pushed open the door widely to leave the booth.

She walked leaving them first while Kris and Minji were both relaxing themselves when they walked hand in hand behind her.

“Urgh!!! Can’t you guys walk faster???” So Eun spun around, wanted to scold Kris and Minji for taking their time while walking but she stopped scanning around when she realized the two of them weren’t there.

“Aish! Yah, Minji! What now???” So Eun reversed her way back until she paused when she saw Kris bought Minji a handful of pink cotton candy and her daughter was playing cheerfully with a big clown that selling it.

So Eun closed her eyes for a second, trying her best to be patient with these two troublesome creatures. As Kris accompanied Minji to play with the clown while they enjoyed the cotton candy, So Eun chose to stand nearby the road, crossing her arms across her chest. Kris noticed her boring face when she waited there alone and he whispered down to Minji, saying that he needed some time to talk to her mother. Minji simply agreed with him and Kris walked back approaching So Eun. She glared to him from afar.

“Back to insult me again???” that was the first question she gave him once Kris stopped walking in front of her. Kris laughed out shortly.

“No, I’m not that bad...don’t always think that I’ll cause more trouble whenever I’m around you...” he replied but So Eun rolled her eyes.

“Unfortunately, you’re causing me trouble unstoppably...” she insisted but Kris sighed and stood tall next to her. He joined her watching Minji from afar as she was running around and laughing with the funny clown.

“So Eun ah...” he called out gently.

“What?”

“Can you tell me...why didn’t you accept my proposal to you? Why is it so hard for you to accept me back in your life?” So Eun gazed up to him through her piercing eyes when she could see it that Kris was still begging for her love.

“I mean...look at the bright side, So Eun ah...if you and I are back together, everyone can be happy again...we can build our new life in Korea...Eunhyuk can stay with Sooyoung without being separated from you...Minji will has a better life because I can protect her...I can take care of you too and we can share this happiness as a family, So Eun ah...don’t you ever want it? To rebuild your happiness with me?”

So Eun quickly looked away from him when she could feel hot tears filling her eyes. She refused to cry and look weak again in front of him so she stopped herself by laughing out loud. Kris frowned painfully to her but So Eun shook her head.

“Yah, Kris Wu...do you think I’m a fool??? I’m really that stupid to you, right? Have you forgotten it? I’m used to marry you...8 years before...tell me about it, Kris...8 years...and who in their right mind that will getting married again to no one but her own ex-husband??? Mind you, ex-husband??? That sounds so to me! I don’t want to repeat the same mistake, Kris! Please...just let it go and move on with your life...” she explained to him stubborn while Kris let out a long, heavy sigh.

He closed his eyes for a while before he opened them again and stared down to her. He was so sure that they were still deeply in love with each other but it just that So Eun was too difficult to admit it. Slowly, Kris reached out for her hand and So Eun looked up to him when he entangled their hands together.

“How do you expect me to move on if the only key for me to do so is you? I need you, Kim So Eun...I need you in my life and I need you as nothing more than as my wife...real wife...I need Minji by my side and I love both of you...what else do I have to say so that you can believe in me again?” he pleaded to her through his weak voice. It crashed her heart so much to hear him but she can’t simply let her guard down.

So Eun was about to reply but her phone suddenly rang. She let go of his hand and excused herself to answer the call.

“Yes, hello?” she greeted the caller and aware that it was her father.

“Oh, appa...how are you?” Kris watched her from behind, feeling lonely than ever when So Eun kept on rejecting him.

“What? You want me to come to Hawaii? Your friend’s wedding?” So Eun frowned alone when her father asked for her help to plan the wedding of his friend in Hawaii.

“Alright, then...when can I be there?” she asked the old man again and Mr. Kim told her that So Eun can fly away to Hawaii by this weekend. She agreed at once to her father before turning to face Kris again. She kept her phone and stared up to him.

“Listen here...I’m going to Hawaii this weekend and I’m taking Minji with me...this is how I’m going on with my life so Kris, please just leave Canada and go back to Korea...I already told Eunhyuk that I’ll let him follow Sooyoung back...so feel free to bring him along...that’s it, the end...” So Eun concluded and she walked away towards Minji, leaving Kris alone to watch her from behind.

“You really don’t know who I am, So Eun ah...I won’t give up on you until you say yes to me...mark my words...” Kris whispered determinedly inside his heart.

To be continued...

"I was supposed to be his wedding planner, not his bride!"

Chapter 56: Oh my god really long story..but i enjoyed it but my eyes and neck are tired hahah and maybe because it was 3 stories in one ;) they all have unique and different story but same start..haha bride instead of planner, really nice idea..hha but hmm I was more of always eager to read luhan and yoobi's part..not saying other two were boring but luhan and yoobi's story idea i find it extra interesting..hmm any plan to make luhan n yoobi fic like you did with kris and so eun..coincidently I really like so eun since bof days :) and go ara since who are you? days ..well and tho I haven't watched yoobi's drama..I found her cutely charming..haha I enjoyed all the story but if krid never married sooyoung, why didn't he went to look for soeun? But it was cruel you know so eun had to divorce him that way..if I was so eun I guess I will never forgive anyone esp who suggested that idea..hahhah but thanks I had wonderful time reading :D
