Chapter 4 - "Why is it the fake feels so real?"

The Wedding Planners

THE WEDDING PLANNERS

“Argh! This is difficult!”, Lee Yoo Bi groaned as she slammed her body back to the chair. She looked around her class room; everybody was still focusing on their studies. She chuckled as she threw her pencil on the desk. It landed straight on a book before it rolled down and fell on the floor. Yoo Bi bent and tried to pick it up but a hand had grabbed it first before her. She gazed up.

“Here is your pencil…”, Kai grinned when their eyes met. Yoo Bi rolled her eyes but she took it. Then the boy walked passed her, pulled a chair and sat in front of her desk. Yoo Bi glared carelessly toward him before she continued on her studies.

“Yoo Bi ah…”, Kai said as he landed a hand on her desk.

“What do you want? Go away…”, she replied without even looking at him. She kept her sights on her notebook. Kai stuck out his tongue at her but then he smiled excitedly again.

“I think you’re very clever, Yoo Bi ah…you always know what is it inside my mind…so yeah…I need your help right now…”, he told her but Yoo Bi yawned widely instead.

“Busy…”, she answered shortly and it swept away the smile from Kai’s face.

“Yah! Don’t be so stiff, will you??? I’m just asking for your help!”, Kai suddenly snapped, couldn’t contain his patience anymore. Yoo Bi looked up to him as she blinked her eyes.

“I’m telling you the truth…I, am, busy right now…are you blind??? Can’t you see that I’m trying to finish these ridiculous Physic questions??? It’s all about the old uncle Newton’s laws…and I’m the one who suffering for major headache just to master his laws!!!”, Yoo Bi complained in frustration as she once again threw her pencil and finally shut along her book.

“Bump!”, Kai watched the thick references book being closed by Yoo Bi before she sat straight and crossed her arms together. Kai grinned again as he leaned forward to pat her shoulder.

“Keep it cool, girl…”, he said, trying to bring her mood back but he stopped dead when Yoo Bi shot him with her fierce glares. Then she sighed after Kai was pouting at her.

“Seriously…what can I help a troublesome like you???”, she asked, shaking her head but Kai put on a broad smile again and he clicked a finger in front of Yoo Bi’s face.

“This troublesome is actually facing a trouble of his own!”, he told her confidently and Yoo Bi rolled her eyes. But she watched in silence as Kai ran back to his seat, grabbed a paper on his table and ran again to her.

“Here…what should I do to settle this???”, he asked and Yoo Bi pulled the paper closer to her. She cleared loudly before she started to read its contain. Then she shoved the paper back to him and straightly, it slapped on his face. Kai closed his eyes while he inhaled deeply, regaining his patience. He removed the paper from his face before staring back to Yoo Bi.

“Any idea???”

“Sorry, can’t help you…the communication report is for individual task so you should finish it yourself…”, Yoo Bi explained sternly but Kai shook his head in disagreement.

“The task is individual but the details can be share, right??? Please, give me a piece of your mind!”, he urged her as Yoo Bi chuckled.

“What’s so difficult??? Just find the encyclopedia inside our library and copy all its information…case close!”, she instructed him but Kai was once again shook his head.

“That’s another problem because I’m at searching for the best and suitable encyclopedia for this report…”, he reasoned out absentmindedly and Yoo Bi shrugged her shoulders.

“That’s YOUR problem…not mine…”, she replied back and pressed her voice at the word of ‘your’. Kai pouted but then he smiled brightly again.

“Then, have you finished your own report???”, he asked.

“Nope!”, Yoo Bi answered and started to peel the gum to chew on it. Kai watched the yummy colorful gums while gulping down his saliva but then he shook his head.

“Then I think you’re in trouble too...because the deadline is almost there…”, he told her as Yoo Bi immediately widened her eyes to him. She leaned closer to table to stare closely toward Kai.

“When is the deadline???”, she asked in worried as Kai frowned, rubbing his chin like he was in deep thinking.

“Tomorrow, I think…”, he guessed but Yoo Bi had slammed her hands hard on the table, making the whole class to turn looking at her.

“Why didn’t you tell me earlier??? I haven’t start a thing about it!”, she scolded him as her hands busied picking up her things before pushing it all inside her bag. Then she stood up from her seat. Kai glimpsed up to her questioningly, blinking his eyes.

“Where are you going???”, he asked as Yoo Bi had already started to run toward the door.

“Library! I need to start looking for the information!”, she shouted at him before disappeared behind the door. Kai nodded toward the now empty doorway before he smirked and pulled out his phone. He dialed up a number and putting on the phone to his ear.

“Bro, she’s on her way to be there…good luck!”, he told somebody on the line before they laughed together and Kai cut out the line. He sighed slowly, shaking his head and walked back to his seat.

“I’m dead! I’m dead! Urgh, that slow poke! Why didn’t he tell me earlier??? Aish!”, Yoo Bi kept on mumbling all the way to the library. She picked up her paces and finally dashed into the now empty library. It was in the middle of the class period but their homeroom teacher didn’t come today so they just go on with personal revision. Yoo Bi exhaled in relief once she closed the door behind her. She walked over to a table and put down her bag.

“Ah…now let’s see…what should I search???”, she asked to herself as she zipped off her bag and took out the task paper. She read it for a while, wrinkles on her forehead before she walked nearing a book shelter. She glanced up, looking at the collection of the thick encyclopedias. Then her eyes spotted a yellow book between the long rows of the upper shelter. She pouted.

“Aigoo…it’s so high…how should I get it???”, she thought alone as she rubbed her hair. But then she tiptoed on her feet and tried to reach for the book when suddenly a long, slender hand poked out from her back. Yoo Bi instantly shouted.

“Ah!!!”, she was startled by the ghostly hand as she ran to hide behind a chair, scooped down to the floor and hugged her feet closer to her chest. She was trembling when a voice suddenly laughed out to her.

“Hahahahaha!!!”, Yoo Bi frowned confusedly. Biting her lips, she dared a look from behind the chair and finally she caught sight of a boy. Sehun was grinning at her while bouncing the yellow book in his right hand playfully. Yoo Bi let out a relief sigh as she clutched her heart.

“Aigoo…Sehun ah! What are you doing here???”, she asked loudly as she finally sat on the floor, leaning her back on the chair. Sehun laughed again before he walked over and took a seat beside her.

“Did I scared you???”, he asked with a smirk and handed the book toward Yoo Bi. She chuckled but she grabbed the book.

“No, you entertained me with your extremely ‘funny’ joke! Hahahaha!”, Yoo Bi replied as she laughed out loud and punched the book on Sehun’s shoulder. He howled in pain.

“Ouch…that’s hurt, Yoo Bi ah!”, he exclaimed but Yoo Bi already got up to sit properly on the chair. She shoved open the book before started to work on her report. Sehun eyed her silently, smiling to himself before him too, got up to sit across from her.

“Yah, Lee Yoo Bi…what’s so fun to finish the report immediately???”, he asked her, narrowing his eyes toward the paper in front of Yoo Bi. She chuckled but she gazed up to him.

“The most fun part is when you successfully gain your best result and get praised by everyone…that’s it…simple…”, she answered, continued her writing as Sehun nodded his head.

“So what do you do here??? Skipping the class???”, it was her turn to investigate on him. Sehun smirked but he leaned back on the chair, putting up both of his hands on the back of his neck.

“Nope! I’m here to confess my love to someone…”, he replied truthfully as Yoo Bi eyed her with such suspicious stares.

“Aigoo…to whom??? Bong Gu ajumma???”, she asked again and guessed on the person that will accept his confession but Sehun glared ridiculously toward her. Yoo Bi broke into funny laughter. Bong Gu ajumma was actually their library’s keeper; the awkward and fierce librarian in this school. Sehun shook his head in major mental rejection. How could such idea poked out from her head??? He wouldn’t, never, ever falling in love to such an old lady, right??? Sehun pouted as he looked back toward Yoo Bi. This sweetheart was really darling but her mind was really rusting over all the foolish things! He scolded her silently before he cleared his throat and sat back straight.

“Lee Yoo Bi…”, he called out her name in his most business-like tone. Yoo Bi didn’t aware of it. She kept on writing her report, frowning here and there as she flipped through the book and again jotting down the detail on her paper.

“Huh???”, she barely listened to him.

“I like you…please go out with me…”, he finally confessed his long-hidden feeling to her. At once, Yoo Bi felt her hand stopped writing as she slowly gazed up to him. Sehun stared at her with unsecured smile, clearly hoping for the best answer from her but Yoo Bi ended stay transfixed there. She didn’t know what to do or what to say. She never expected this because Sehun has also been her friend. To change the title so suddenly, wasn’t that too awkward???

“Aigoo…Kim So Eun sshi…congratulation on your wedding!”, So Eun rolled her eyes as she heard the twenty-fifth person congratulated her from inside the phone. It was a very, extremely, dreadfully busy day for her! The press kept on calling, the customers kept on calling and even some unknown anonymous called her to give their so called blesses! So Eun sighed but she tried to cover the laziness inside her voice.

“Thank you, Mrs. Kang…I’ll really ‘appreciate’ that…”, she thanked her, putting on her most sweet tone to clouded the caller’s mind from the hideous truth. Then she heard her laughing excitedly.

“Finally it’s time for our lovely wedding planner to plan her own wedding…I wish you with best luck on it because you have once planned a beautiful wedding for my daughter…hahahaha…”, she said again as So Eun laughed wickedly along with her. She nodded and immediately said her farewell to that woman before she hung up the phone grudgingly; causing a ‘bang’ sound to be heard once the phone was placed back to its shelter. She groaned in frustration.

“Urgh!!! Why should I handle all this bull??!!”, she cursed to herself as Aunt Jung came into her shop, carrying another bouquet of roses. So Eun glanced up straight to the flowers. ‘Wish you a happy marriage- Kris Wu and Kim So Eun’. She read the card pasted on the flowers before she chuckled and narrowed her eyes. If only there was any scissor around, she would tear all the flowers along side with the wishes, especially on a haunted name of ‘KRIS WU’ into millions of tiny pieces!!! Yeah, she would love to do that!!! Desperately!!! Unfortunately, she didn’t so she sat there, motionless while watching Aunt Jung walking around to find a space to keep the bouquet. That was when Aunt Jung turned to her, frowning.

“Where should I put this??? This shop has already full with flowers and gifts…”, she commented, shaking her head in disbelief. That was right; So Eun’s shop was suddenly occupied with long rows of colorful flowers and piles of boxes, the gifts for the bride-to-be. She herself didn’t understand it when all of a sudden she became the most popular lady in the town. Why??? Is it because she is about to marry that spoiled, shallow and incredibly irritating prince, Kris Wu??? Shoot her now! She would rather die than saying ‘I do’ to him. Then So Eun let out a weak sigh again. But there was no turning back for her anymore. Everything was planned. The wedding planner was hired (Mrs. Wu didn’t let her to plan her own wedding because she didn’t trust So Eun on her ability to handle a big, grand wedding), the millions invitation had been sent including with all the VIPs and VVIPs and of course the whole nation was crystal clear aware about this wedding of the year. So she couldn’t let them down or even cause any embarrassment toward the boy’s family. Well, she understands enough, didn’t she??? So Eun shook her head and gazed up toward Aunt Jung once again.

“Just put it randomly anywhere…”, she answered and got up from her seat. She walked over to the couch, passing Aunt Jung that was now shaking her head while eyeing this poor girl. Once So Eun landed her there, Aunt Jung laughed and they exchanged looks with each other.

“What???”, So Eun asked shortly but Aunt Jung widened her smile at her.

“You should at least be happy about it…you lost Kim Bum but you get to marry that CEO’s son, Kris Wu…”, her aunt said but So Eun pouted at her. She rested her head on the arm of the couch tiredly and closed her eyes.

“Should I??? I am no Cinderella, aunty…there’s no pure happiness for me now onward…”, she replied but Aunt Jung shook her head and walked over to sit beside her.

“You couldn’t be that negative…life is all about the unexpected events…maybe one day, you will find out that this prince is truly fated for you…maybe you will live happily ever after with him…like Cinderella…who knows???”, Aunt Jung gave out her opinion as she patted slowly on So Eun’s back. The girl opened her eyes. She didn’t reply her but deep down in her heart she knew that it was a complete impossible destiny for her. She wasn’t a Cinderella; she was just her, Kim So Eun. There was no way that boy will fall for her. So Eun thought as she pictured Kim Bum and Kris inside her mind. They both were like day and night. Kim Bum was always an angel in her heart. Even though he broke her soul, which was never be done by an angel but she thought that Kim Bum was way too perfect for her. His flawless gentle face, the way he always being a soft-spoken man and touched her heart with every sugary word from his lips. He softened her heart, body and mind.

On the other hand, Kris Wu was a total stranger to her. The way he talked, the way he smirked, the way he glared disgustingly at her and every movement proved to her that he wasn’t interested, even a single thing about her. He hated her. She could tell it easily judging from his eyes. Just stared straight to it and you will know how awful it was. Frankly speaking, she was hurt by the way he looked at her. Like she was an insect that needed to be squeezed to dead! Yet, this was the very person that will be her husband. So Eun sighed, she was down in dumb right now.

“I don’t feel it…”, she suddenly muttered out that Aunt Jung slowly looked sideway to her from the corner of her eyes.

“You don’t feel what???”

“To be a bride…he doesn’t even propose to me…a man should propose to his partner before their wedding, right??? Why does my wedding is the worst one??? Aish!!!”, So Eun complained again and hid her face with her palms. Aunt Jung shook her head in silent. She knew that So Eun was still hurt by the recent breakup incident with Kim Bum and now, she has to marry another man. Yeah, another weird man. The phone rang once again and So Eun looked up to it with empty expression. She wasn’t in the mood to pick it up, knowing that it would be another ‘congratulation call’ from anybody so Aunt Jung walked there instead, replacing her to answer the phone. But before she manages too, So Eun told her.

“If they want to talk to me, just tell them that I have evaporated into this thin air…”, she ordered before she got up and dragged her feet to walk out from the door. Aunt Jung shook her head again but she quickly answered the phone, switching her voice to the cheerful one. So Eun walked out from her shop and stood nearby the main road, facing another rows of shop across from here. She tried to smile at those people bowing at her but she felt her face stiffened; as stiff as her heart right now. Slowly, her feet gave up her weight so she bent to sit on the road. So Eun felt her body really tired to accept the reality so she hid her face, hugging her feet closer to her chest and covered it with her head. Suddenly, her melancholic feeling was interrupted by the ears-wrecking sound of engine. She gazed up and narrowed her eyes at a red sporty car, shining blindingly under this bright sun as it zoomed from far away and finally parked in front of her. She didn’t have to guess, she knew who it was.

“Hey, dwarf alien!”, someone called her wickedly before a boy came out from the car and stood next to its door. So Eun frowned at him. What did he just call her??? Dwarf alien??? So Eun gritted her teeth angrily as she eyed Kris from head to toe. This boy was unquestionably tall!!! So that was why he stubbornly called her dwarf alien??? How about him then??? So Eun racked her brain instantly to create a suitable nickname to badmouth him back but Kris suddenly grabbed out something from inside his pocket. He held it for a while inside his hand, eyeing it with such annoying looks before he threw that thing straight to So Eun. She shock and quickly caught it, preventing it from fall down to the road. So Eun opened her palms and grasped to see a golden box, shaped with heart on it. She immediately stared up again to Kris.

“What is this???”, she asked him absentmindedly as he smirked.

“The old and backdated traditional for the bride-to-be…it’s the engagement ring but you better open it inside if you don’t want to be snatched by the thief and consequently being murder by my mom for losing the ring…”, Kris reminded her while So Eun blinked stupidly to the box. An engagement ring??? Is he proposing to her right now??? So Eun thought questioningly before Kris pulled open his car’s door again.

“See ya, dwarf alien!”, he waved cheerfully to her and jumped back into the car. She glared at him but the car was already zoomed away again even before So Eun managed to say a word about this. She chuckled but she stared down to the box. Then she tried to open it but quickly she closed it back when she pictured Kris’s terrible face once he warned her just now inside her mind. So she glanced mysteriously around, making sure that there wasn’t any thief before she ran back into the shop. Once she stopped in front of the doorway, she gulped down .

“Ah, you’re back…”, Aunt Jung greeted her but she walked to stand beside So Eun, both eyeing the box curiously.

“Where did you get this???”, Aunt Jung asked.

“That ajusshi throat gave it to me…”, So Eun spontaneously addressed him as ‘ajusshi throat’ because they have met twice right now and she noticed it that his voice was rough and big for a young handsome man like him. Well, it was manly enough but to her, it didn’t suit his flower boy look. Aunt Jung frowned to So Eun.

“And who is ajusshi throat???”, she asked, more wrinkles folded on her forehead as So Eun bit her lips impatiently.

“Ah, whatever! Let’s see its contain…”, she said and walked over to sit on the couch. Aunt Jung tailed behind her as So Eun inhaled nervously. Why did she feel excited to open this??? It felt weird but she ignored the feeling as her fingers slowly pushed up the cap of the box. It revealed a ring; a glittering golden ring with huge shining diamond on it. So Eun felt her jaw dropped in amazement along side with Aunt Jung that grinned excitedly next to her.

“Oh my God! It’s so pretty! Quick, try it on!”, Aunty Jung praised and urged So Eun, tugging on her sleeve as So Eun stiffened in awkwardness. Slowly she touched the ring with her fingertips, admiring the design. It was fabulously created with doubled-golden ring and the diamond was big. There were six small white diamonds that guarded around the biggest and brightest diamond at the centre of it. Together, they formed a shape of a flower. So Eun realized that her lips curved into a small smile. It was indeed, look very expensive and beautiful. She was about to take it out from the box but then she gulped and shut the box back. Aunt Jung pouted as she looked up to her.

“Why don’t you try it??? It’s very pretty!”, she said with sulky tone. But So Eun shook her head in disagreement.

“I’m not going to wear this!”, she replied stubbornly and got up to keep the box securely inside her handbag.

“Why??? It’s your engagement ring, right???”, Aunt Jung rushed her again but So Eun threw her sight outside from the shop. Suddenly she drew a picture of Kris complete figure in front of her. If it was really an engagement, if it was really his proposal toward her, then the ring should be wear by him for her. He should slip it into her finger. Yet, he left carelessly just like that after throwing the box to her. So Eun held back her tears. Seriously, Kris Wu; she wasn’t just a soulless puppet.

“Morning, Ms. Park!!!”, Go Ara greeted her boss as she slammed open her office door. Ms. Park looked up to her annoyingly before she darted her eyes back down to the document in front of her. Ara walked and went to stop in front of her table. She grinned broadly that it almost touch her ears, feeling excited to tell the news.

“I have my own customer!”, she announced loudly and Ms. Park jerked her eyebrow to her.

“Are you sure???”, she asked sarcastically and Ara nodded in total confidence.

“My client is here if you want to meet him…”, Ara told her again as Ms. Park finally shook her head and closed her file. Then she briefly nodded.

“Find…bring him in…”, she said and Ara quickly turned her body to a side, facing the doorway.

“Hubby, come in please…”, she shouted to a person, waiting outside the office as Ms. Park frowned confusedly. Who in their right mind would call her customer as hubby??? Is it included in the formal way to address a client??? She didn’t remember any of it but her eyes widened in shock when a boy walked into her office. She knew this boy. Immediately, she got up and slammed her hands hard on her desk, making Ara and her hubby to look questioningly at her.

“How dare you, Go Ara!!! You can’t take away my customer!!!”, she screamed angrily as she pointed a finger straight to Ara. The girl chuckled but she cleared . Then she turned toward the boy, walking to him and grabbed him by his arm. Together, they walked to stand in front Ms. Park. She eyed the couple with such accusation face.

“What is this all about???”, she pressed on that matter as Ara smiled sweetly to her.

“He was your customer but now, he is my customer because I’m the one who will plan his wedding…”, Ara started to explain but Ms. Park held up her hand high, motioning her to stop talking.

“That couldn’t possibly be happen because this boy…”, Ms. Park said as she moved her finger toward the clueless boy, now blinking his eyes innocently to her. “…is actually going to get married with Ms. Kyung! She chose me!”, Ms. Park pointed to herself now, “…to be their wedding planner! Not you, Go Ara sshi!!”, lastly her finger back toward Ara. Ara nodded her head, still smiling wickedly but then she let go of the boy and put her hands on her hips.

“Yeah…that’s the history…but maybe you should add in the phase ‘nothing is impossible in this world’ into your dictionary, Ms. Park…because occasionally, I will become his wedding planner to plan our own wedding! I repeat, OUR OWN WEDDING!!! So yeah, throw out that Kyung ajumma from your head!”, Ara replied stubbornly again, making Ms. Park to stand transfixed on her feet. She was lost for words from the Earth-shaking news that she heard just now.

“But Ms. Kyung never comes here to cancel the wedding! Nobody inform me anything!”, Ms. Park said again as she rubbed her hair in frustration. Ara grinned at her.

“She will, just wait for it…”, she answered her shortly and bowed down to excuse herself from the office. Ms. Park shifted her gazes toward the boy and he too bowed and winked naughtily toward her before he dashed out with Ara. Ms. Park cursed under her breath. That never learnt her lesson!

“Problem one, settled!”, Ara cheered loudly as she clapped her hands together. Lay smiled while shaking his head but he followed her walked down the stairs to exit this company. Then Ara turned to him again.

“Next is what??? Are we going to see your grandpa and Kyung ajumma???”, she asked, insisted to settle their problem immediately. Lay stopped walking as he massaged his forehead in confusion. Since they met Ms. Kyung at front of the restaurant yesterday, his grandpa never contact him. He knew that his grandpa must be really angry to him because Ms. Kyung, his bride-to-be saw him kissing with an unknown girl, in the middle of the restaurant. She must be hurt by him and incidentally told everything to his grandpa. Lay shrugged. He wasn’t intentionally kissed her. He just wanted to escape from that ajumma, making her to give up on their wedding. Now, he was stuck in guilty toward both of the girls; em…girl and woman. Lay thought silently as he bit his lips when suddenly Ara waved a hand in front of his face.

“Hey, what’s up buddy???”, she asked him, frowning. Then Lay smiled to her. Luckily this girl was so open-minded because she never blamed him for kissing her so suddenly. She simply commented that, ‘it is okay…I’ll take it as a token for you to buy me more ice creams next time!’ .Lay chuckled as he remembered her words to him. Seeing his face like that, Ara pouted.

“What are you thinking actually??? Don’t daze out yet…we have many more businesses to be settled!”, she reminded him and Lay nodded to her.

“Yeah…we will see our grandpa right now…asking for his bless to let us married…”, he explained to her and Ara winked while snapping her fingers playfully.

“Let’s go then!”, she agreed, started to walk again but Lay caught her hand so suddenly. She turned to look at him naughtily.

“What??? Are you trying to kiss me again???”, she asked as she released a loud laughter, covering with her palm. Lay sighed but he smiled too while shaking his head.

“I will if you don’t listen to me…now, follow me to a place…”, he told her and dragged her along to go to the nearest shopping mall. Ara eyed the formal boutique anxiously when they arrived there and now were standing to face its entrance. She slightly turned her head to Lay.

“Remind me why we are here???”, she asked and blinked dumbly but Lay didn’t make a sound about it. Instead, he pulled her hand and started to walk into the boutique. They were greeted by a friendly saleslady.

“Welcome! What can I help both of you???”, she asked as her eyes shifted from Lay to Ara. Lay smiled politely to her while Ara scanned her surrounding right now. This boutique look quite expensive but most of the outfits sale here were mainly for the formal occasions, like for dinner or meeting. Ara thought as she pouted. None of it fitted her taste. She liked something simple and easygoing. For example her light colored t-shirt and baggy jeans that wrapped around her body right now. Then she turned back to Lay and the saleslady when she heard them discussing over something.

“I need something that looks simple but nice and proper for her…she is about to meet her grandfather-in-law…”, Lay told her as he pointed toward Ara. She widened her eyes at Lay but the saleslady laughed once she saw her blurry expression.

“I got it, sir…I’ll get that kind of attire that you want…please wait for awhile…”, she replied him and moved further into the boutique. Ara came to stand in front of Lay, she leaned closer until their faces were just a few inches away from another. Lay blinked but he didn’t back off from her.

“Why do you want me to wear this kind of cloth??? Don’t you satisfy enough with my look right now???”, she asked as she put her hands on her hips, so that Lay can see her whole body from head to toe. He shrugged, finally understood her true meaning but then he shook his head.

“I know…I accept you the way you are…but as for my grandpa…it’s kinda difficult because you know, he prefer mature woman so you need to at least look presentable for him…then only he will agree…”, Lay explained to her as Ara bit her lips. Before she managed to reply back, the saleslady had walked back to them, approaching the couple with two dresses in both of her hands. She stopped straight before Lay and Ara as she held up the hangers higher to them.

“Which one do you think is better??? This velvet evening dress or this cute yellow knee-length dress???”, she asked for their opinion as Lay rubbed his chin, deep in thinking as he eyed the dresses. Ara on the other hand was yawning loudly until the other customers turned toward her questioningly. She ignored them as she leaned lazily on the wall.

“Let her try both of them…”, Lay finally said, couldn’t decide on which dress that will look darling in Ara. The saleslady nodded as she motioned Ara to follow her toward the fitting room. Ara made disgust look to Lay but she dragged her feet to tail her from behind. Lay waited outside the fitting room, browsing the internet from his phone as he sighed tiredly. He was actually trying to calm his nerve down because he was afraid that their plan didn’t work. If his grandpa was against this, he would lose for another option than to marry that ajumma. Five minutes later, the door was pushed open. Lay tilted his head to a side, eyeing Ara but he was stuck to see her in that velvet evening dress. Rather than her usual boyish style, the Ara that stood in front of him right now was way prettier and charming. Her slim body fitted the dress very well and her fair skin was reflected beautifully inside that dark velvet fabric. She leaned on the door, waiting for him to give his comment but Lay found himself lost for any word. Then she chuckled.

“Please…don’t look at me like that…we are not really marrying each other…so you can’t fall in love with me…”, she was indeed a very straightforward person as she told him like that, reminding him. Lay finally nodded to her and walked to stand in front of her. He crossed his arms, eyeing Ara up and down. Then he leaned closer, held up a hand to let loose of her tied up hair.

“Hey, don’t do that! It’s hot outside!”, she protested but Lay had put up a finger on her lips that silent her at once. She blinked absentmindedly as Lay combed her hair with his fingers, fixing it here and there before he took his steps back, distancing themselves.

“Yeah…now it’s all perfect…”, he commented, smiling toward the awkward Ara. She rolled her eyes and immediately walked back into the fitting room; shut the door loudly to his face. Lay glared at the door but he knew how stubborn she was so he chose to drop the matter. After they paid for the dress, they instantly walked out from the boutique.

“Anything else???”, Ara asked, fanning herself with her hand because her long hair flowing behind her body, covering her neck and making her skin felt the warm from the hot sunshine. Lay shook his head before he held out his hand to her. She stopped fanning her face as Ara looked down to his palm.

“What???”

“Let’s cooperate successfully together…”, he concluded and at once, Ara understood about their acting mission to get the married permission. She smiled and took his hand. After Lay closed their entwined hands, Ara grabbed back her hand from him, making Lay to raise his eyebrow high to her.

“Now what???”, he asked mysteriously but Ara rubbed her palm to his shirt.

“Buy me a hand sanitizer after this…”, she again as Lay groaned and grabbed hold of her hand tightly.

“Drop it will you???”, he exclaimed impatiently as Ara grinned playfully at him.

“Okay! Let’s do this!”, she cheered and they laughed together, arranging their steps toward the hospital.

“I’m home…”, Lee Yoo Bi muttered slowly as she opened the front door of her house. From the doorway, she could hear cheerful laughing voices filling the whole living room. She chuckled, taking off her shoes. She knew it at once that it must be her family members, discussing about her sister’s upcoming wedding. She checked out the shoes shelter and saw it at once, her brother’s shining boots. She knew who was coming to her home. Then she entered the living room.

“Ah, you’re back, Yoo Bi ah…”, her father, Mr. Lee greeted her with broad smile upon seeing her walking in to the area. She forced a weak smile toward him but her carelessly turning straight to the kitchen, not even say a word even though she caught a glimpse of her future brother-in-law there, sitting on the couch side by side with her sister. Luhan exchanged weird looks with Yoo Na before suddenly they were interrupted by ringing of a phone. It was Yoo Na’s. She peeked at the caller ID and gulped down at once.

“Can you guys excuse me for awhile???”, she asked for their permission and they nodded in union. Yoo Na smiled sheepishly to Luhan as she got up from her seat and walked upstairs to the next floor. Luhan watched her from her back, warm smile lit up on his face but he felt something weird about the call. Why should she answer it so far??? She could just answer it in front of him. Luhan shrugged his shoulders; maybe it was from someone important, her employee. He knew how Yoo Na valued her job. Then he turned back to smile at Mr and Mrs. Lee.

“Yoo Bi looks weird tonight…she rarely ignore her most favorite brother in this world but she didn’t even look at him just now…strange…”, Mrs. Lee commented as she shook her head but Luhan laughed upon hearing it.

“Maybe I’m not her favorite anymore…maybe she’s facing the love problem…”, Luhan guessed as Mr. Lee exhaled heavily.

“It’s hard to own even just two daughters, you know…you have to constantly being aware of the uprising and downfall of their mood everyday…I bet if you’re married and have a child soon, you will understand it…”, Mr. Lee explained in his most serious tone but Mrs. Lee slapped him on his arm.

“What??? Did I say it wrong???”, he asked, eyeing his wife questioningly but Mrs. Lee frowned at him.

“Don’t talk about child so early with Luhan…you will just stress him out…the wedding doesn’t even be plan yet…”, she reminded him as Luhan laughed again and shook his head but Mr. Lee pouted at her.

“Dear, I’m already this old…please let me rest and play around with my grandchildren…”, he said again and the three laughed in union. Suddenly they were stopped when they heard something banged in the kitchen. Mrs. Lee immediately got up to check it out but her husband pulled her hand, stopping her progress.

“What??? I’m going to Yoo Bi…”, she protested but Mr. Lee shoved his hand toward Luhan, asking him to go and look for Yoo Bi instead.

“Got it…”, he said and got up from his own seat, walking toward the kitchen. Mrs. Lee frowned to her husband as she sat next to him once again.

“You shouldn’t make it as a habit, you know…having Luhan to console Yoo Bi around…it doesn’t proper at all! He is about to get married with her sister!”, Mrs. Lee scolded her husband but they all knew it that Yoo Bi and Luhan were completely comfortable with each other because since the first day they had met, starting from the day Luhan being her sister’s boyfriend; they had became close together. Luhan always took Yoo Bi as his little sister and Yoo Bi herself, on the hand was leaning on him as her big brother. They took care of each other, closer than another sibling but Yoo Na never thought their relationship as something extraordinary. She felt happy that they could get along closely together as a family. Mr. Lee rolled his eyes toward her.

“Don’t worry…we will become real family soon enough…and I trust that Yoo Bi know the limit between them…she respect her sister a lot…she wouldn’t do something that will hurt her…”, he reasoned out again as he leaned toward the small table in front of him to get his cup of tea. Mrs. Lee pouted worriedly from the sideway but she still chose to drop the matter.

“Hey, what’s wrong with you???”, Yoo Bi heard Luhan’s calming voice from the kitchen doorway as he entered the dining room. She looked up to him before she chuckled and resumed wiping the floor. Luhan stopped in front of her and bent down to see the apple juice had already split on the tilts.

“Something happen at school???”, he asked again as Yoo Bi shook her head and brought up the towel to the pipe. She pushed on it and let the water to flow, washing the towel as she dazed out. Luhan sighed heavily at her but he stood and started walking to stop beside her. He put an arm around her shoulders.

“You know you can always share everything with me…”, he said again, making Yoo Bi to stop washing the towel. She pulled off the pipe and turned to seat around the dining table. Luhan followed her, sitting across from her. Yoo Bi gazed up to him, locking her eyes on his cute face long enough for Luhan to suddenly laugh at her.

“Yah, Lee Yoo Bi…what kind of ghost that had entered your body tonight??? You look so pale…”, he asked her playfully but Yoo Bi didn’t laugh at his joke so Luhan immediately shut his mouth back. He leaned on the chair while crossing his arms, waiting for her to start talking. Finally, Yoo Bi sighed and looked back to Luhan.

“Someone confessed to me…”, she mumbled and Luhan nodded his head understandingly.

“A boy???”, he asked but Yoo Bi shot him with a scary glare.

“Of course from a boy! Do you think I’m not normal???”, she snapped, suddenly accusing him but Luhan shook his head while laughing slowly.

“I know it that you’re normal but people nowadays can’t be extraordinarily strange…some of them prefer to be homoual…”, he said in his matter-factly tone that made Yoo Bi to roll her eyes and got up from her seat.

“You’re the worst counselor I ever met…”, she commented sarcastically before she moved to leave the kitchen but Luhan was fast enough to grab hold of her hand, spinning her around to face him back.

“Kidding…now tell me why are you so upset about the confession? Don’t you like the boy? Or…you’re disappointed that he didn’t kiss you when he confessed??? Or maybe…you just simply hate him???”, Luhan gave out his multi-opinions but Yoo Bi shook her head as she frowned confusedly.

“None of them…”, she answered and went back to sit at the table. Luhan blinked for awhile but then he turned his body to face her again.

“Then what is it??? Come on! Give me some clue…”, he pressed as Yoo Bi started to laugh upon seeing his sulky face. She shook her head in rejection; this brother of her was a real cutie. Luhan laughed along with her, finally felt relieve that Yoo Bi was back with her usual friendly smile on her face.

“Nothing actually…I’m just feeling slightly shock because I’m a beginner about all this love stuff…I doesn’t really know how to express my feeling or even give any respond to it…I’m such a failure!”, she complained as she covered her face with her palms in frustration. Luhan smiled playfully at her but he hopped on the table to sit in front of her.

“So what is the end result??? Do you accept the boy???”, he asked mysteriously and Yoo Bi was once again laughing at his funny expressions. Luhan pouted at her.

“Don’t make me look like a clown here…give me some feedback please…”, he demanded and Yoo Bi nodded shortly. Then she sighed and rolled her eyes.

“Nothing…I’m not giving him any answer…I just simply dashed out from the library, leaving him like that and we ended up ignoring each other in the class…the end…”, she concluded as Luhan shook his head in sympathy. He glanced down toward Yoo Bi and patted her hair slowly. They smiled to each other.

“Poor him…but don’t worry…I’ll teach you something about love…”, Luhan said excitedly back as he winked at her. Yoo Bi clapped her hands in happiness.

“Really??? Ah, that’s great, oppa!!!”, she replied in high spirit as Luhan smirked at her. Then he leaned forward to her, nearing her face in slow motion. Yoo Bi blinked dumbly when she realized how close their faces to each other.

“Yah, oppa…stop it…unnie will see us…I’ll be a dead meat!”, she slightly screamed to him but Luhan silent her at once, putting a finger on her lips.

“Shut it…this is lesson number one from me…”, he whispered seductively at her before Yoo Bi froze under his touched. She was expecting him to kiss her but he ended up whispering something into her ear.

“Be my wedding planner, will you??? That’s the best way to learn about love…”, he told her and Yoo Bi immediately pushed his body away from her. She pouted but Luhan had started to laugh out loud, clutching his stomach as he cheered for his winning in teasing her. Yoo Bi put on her fake sweet smile.

“Yeah…so funny…”, she commented back as she got up from her seat but Luhan stopped laughing at once and jumped straight in front of her, preventing her from walking further away. Yoo Bi glared grudgingly to him as Luhan flashed her with his dashing grin.

“Are you helping me or not???”, he urged again before Yoo Bi chuckled and walked pass him, out from the kitchen.

“I’m not helping you but for the sake of my unnie, yeah…I’ll do it…”, she agreed and exited the room. Luhan clapped his hands loudly as he cheered, making Yoo Bi to shake her head; rejecting his childish attitude. But on her way walking up to her room, she smiled; she glad that Luhan put his faith on her ability to plan his precious wedding. She knew that she will do her best on it. Yoo Bi thought determinedly as she entered her room. On the doorway, she was stopped when she heard someone talking inside the toilet.

“He is here right now so can we talk again about this later???”, Yoo Bi frowned. It was her unnie’s voice but she sounded desperate as she conversed with a person on the line.

“I know, I know…but I can’t just cancel it that soon…everybody is expecting this and we plan to have my little sister working on this wedding...”, Yoo Bi felt the strange feeling increasing in her heart as she heard Yoo Na mentioned about her to the caller. She leaned her ears on the door, wanted to hear closer to the conversation.

“Whatever! I’m stick to my decision!”, Yoo Na exclaimed impatiently as she shut the phone. Yoo Bi hastily ran further into her room and landed her on her bed. Yoo Na got out from the toilet, face looked trouble before their eyes met each other. They exchanged weird looks before Yoo Na sighed and walked over to sit beside her sister.

“Are you okay???”, she asked Yoo Bi concernedly as she patted her hair. Yoo Bi smiled to her and nodded.

“I’m fine…how about you??? Is everything alright???”, she asked her back, raising both of her eyebrows cutely as Yoo Na chuckled at her.

“I’m completely fine…have Luhan talk to you about the wedding plan???”, Yoo Na asked again and Yoo Bi nodded in assurance.

“Don’t worry…leave it to me!”, she answered excitedly and made a thumb up toward Yoo Na. The sisters laughed together before Yoo Na got up to walk out again. Before she exits the door, she turned back to Yoo Bi, frowning.

“Hey, I wanna ask you something…do you hear anything from my conversation just now???”, she said again and Yoo Bi stared to her worried face for awhile. Something wasn’t right about this but Yoo Bi shook her head as she grinned cheerfully to her sister.

“No, I’m not aware of it…”, she said, laughing as she hid the truth inside her mind. Yoo Na nodded at her in relief as she left the room. Then only Yoo Bi stopped herself from smiling. She lied, of course she heard it. Her sister was discussing with someone about her marriage. Yoo Bi blinked and sighed. She didn’t want to bother about it as she walked over to the dressing table, peeling off her school jacket on the way. She threw it on her bed, she was about to take her bath but she was stopped when her eyes caught sight of something on her sister’s side of bed. She walked nearing her side table next to the bed and picked up something on it. She frowned upon seeing a flight ticket to Japan alongside with her sister’s passport. Yoo Bi thought to herself, it was weird since her sister was about to get married really soon. Does she still plan to work abroad again??? Yoo Bi shook her head in confusion but she placed back the things on the table. Then she rushed to take her bath, excited to start finding an idea about the wedding plan.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

“A rehearsal in the hall…a rehearsal in the garden…a rehearsal for the press conference…choosing the attires…photo shoot with High Cut Magazine…photo shoot with Ceci Magazine…broadcasting at the KBS Tv for the Ring’s Mission special episode??? What the Hell is that??? Am I an artist right now??? Ugh!!!”, Kim So Eun blabbering alone inside her bedroom as she threw away the schedule paper to the floor. She laid her body lazily on the bed and chuckled in disgust.

“I’m going to be busy all the week…how about my clients then???”, she asked to herself before she sat straight and grabbed a pillow in her hand.

“I hate it!!! Hate it!!! And keep hating!!!”, she yelled again and spontaneously threw the pillow to the door of her room. It bumped loudly before it landed on the floor. Then So Eun sighed in despair as she picked the paper again.

“Aigoo…seriously, what is the main point of boasting around about this wedding??? It is just as normal as other weddings, I guess! Aigoo…”, she mumbled again, eyeing her endless activities for the whole week and another until her actual date for wedding. She got so many things to do as the so called prince’s wife. She was asked to go to the spa, beauty parlor, get this treatment, that treatment. She was also requested to attend a few magazine interviews and photo shoots, not to mention attending the ridiculous dance lessons like salsa and tango for the performance on her wedding day. Suddenly So Eun frowned questioningly. If they need to dance during the wedding, can actually that ajusshi throat dance along with her???

“HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!”, she suddenly laughed out loud, clutching her stomach as she imagined Kris in his tuxedo and dancing the tango dance movements with her. Their heights didn’t match each other at all so how on Earth would the dance look good, huh??? It was like a giraffe actually trying to dance with a chicken!

“Aigoo…it will be damn hilarious! Hahahahahaha!!!”, So Eun commented between her laughter as she shoved away the paper. Suddenly she stopped laughing as she heard the beeping sound of her phone. She instantly glanced up to the clock. It was almost 9 p.m. in the night. So Eun sighed as she begged in her heart that the call wasn’t from her wedding planner. If it did, she would be a dead meat again, trying to keep up with the endless wedding preparation. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Her hands wondered back to reach for the phone from the side table of her bed. Once she touched it, she opened her eyes back and peeked mysteriously at the caller ID but then her expression became dull again. She just received a message from Kim Bum. She brought the phone closer to her but she bit her lips, hesitated to read it. Finally she braced her heart and touched the screen to reveal the text.

-Can you please come to my apartment right now??? I need my key back and I have something to talk to you…

So Eun let go of a long sigh after she read the message. She didn’t feel like going out right now because it was hard to keep her privacy on her own especially after she was announced to be the Wu Trading’s golden daughter in law. The paparazzi were everywhere to follow her. It would be a trouble if they catch the news of her seeing her ex-boyfriend in the middle of the night like this. So Eun shook her head as she reread the text.

“Is there anything left to be talked about???”, she asked again but she got up from her bed. Let’s just settle it then!

So Eun stood in front of his door stiffly. She raised her hand, wanted to knock on it but then she dropped her arm again. She sighed, maybe she should just go home for now. As So Eun wanted to start walking, the door was opened. She turned to look awkwardly at Kim Bum as he tried to light up a smile on his face. They ended stared transfix to each other for about ten minutes before Kim Bum rubbed his hair and welcomed her in.

“Don’t just stand there…come in…”, he said as So Eun bit her lips. Then she nodded slowly and walked entering the doorway. Kim Bum walked before her to the living room as So Eun stared to her own pink slippers. They bought it together before so that when she comes to his house, she can use this slipper. It matched his blue pair of slippers. So Eun gulped bitterly upon recalling the memories. She tried to stable her emotion before she took off her shoes and slipped on the slippers. She walked inside, eyeing everything around her closely. She was startled to see the piles of boxes around the living room as she turned to look at Kim Bum who was now standing in the nearby kitchen, preparing two cups of coffee.

“Are you…moving out???”, So Eun stumbled with her words as she asked him. Kim Bum laughed shortly but he nodded toward her.

“Yeah…I’m staying somewhere else for awhile…that’s why I need the key back…”, he answered her as So Eun nodded robotically. She zipped off her bag and took out the key from it. Then she walked to the kitchen counter to place down the key back. It was this house’s key given by Kim Bum to her long ago. So Eun usually helped him to tidy up his house every time he was busied working aboard. That was why she got the key but now everything was over between them so she didn’t have to keep the key anymore, right??? So Eun was battling hard inside her heart to cool down the extreme waves of sadness inside her right now. She couldn’t cry in front of him. Never! She thought determinedly as Kim Bum came to hand her the cup. It was their couple cups. She inhaled deeply again, it suffered a lot even just to breathe for one second.

“By the way, congratulation on your wedding…I read it on the newspaper…lucky you to have him…”, Kim Bum suddenly said before he sipped on his coffee. So Eun gulped down her dry throat but she tried to crack a smile.

“Thank you…”, she replied bitterly as she darted her eyes away, didn’t dare to look straight at Kim Bum. Then she heard him laughed.

“Promise me, So Eun ah…that you will always be happy with him…even though it kinda of a sudden wedding plan, I guess…”, he told her again. Of course he knew it was all a fake story created inside the newspaper…because he was the one that understand the true her. He knew it by heart the life journey of Kim So Eun. It was way too different from the news. So Eun chuckled but she gazed up to him.

“Don’t you wanna know??? Why on Earth I have been lying over this thing???”, she asked him, curious but Kim Bum shook his head on his reply.

“You don’t have to explain it to me…because I want a better future for you…and marrying a CEO like him is the best result that you can get…I’m proud of you…”, he concluded that heart-breaking answer before he smiled sheepishly to her. So Eun smiled too, covering the pain that continuously bleeding inside her soul. Then she nodded and put down the cup on the table in front of them. So Eun turned her body straight to face Kim Bum.

“I guess I have to get going now…there are so many things to be done before the wedding so I need to wake up early tomorrow…how about a proper farewell for us???”, she said as she held up a hand to him, wanting to shake his own hand. Kim Bum stared at her beautiful but stern face for awhile before he nodded in agreement and put down his cup too. Then he took her hand and they shook it for awhile, laughing to each other.

“Good luck with your new life…”, So Eun wished sincerely to him and Kim Bum smiled broadly to her.

“You too…happy marriage…”, he replied again and they let go of each other’s hands. So Eun bit her lips before she slowly walked toward the main door but then she was stopped when Kim Bum called out to her back.

“So Eun ah! Wait up!”, he told her as he ran and disappeared around the way that lead to the bedroom. So Eun waited by the door, she already put on her shoes. Then here came the boy back, carrying a middle-sized plastic bag with him. He smiled sheepishly as he handed her the bag.

“What is it???”, So Eun asked but when she peeked inside the bag, she smiled understandingly. It was all her gifts to him once ago. Now, he intended to give it back to her. She laughed foolishly but she bowed to him and walked out. Kim Bum watched in silence as So Eun walked away to the elevator to get down. When she got into it and the elevator moved down to the ground floor, Kim Bum shut his house door, symbolize to him that he had also shut his whole world from a girl named Kim So Eun for eternity.

So Eun sighed weakly when she arranged her steps one after another to the exit way of the apartment. She stopped once she finally reached the parking area. Turning her body back, she glanced up to the apartment, up to his house. It was too high, like her unreachable love toward Kim Bum. She could only stare at it but she would never really embrace the love. She even failed to stay hooked to his heart. That was when she felt a tear fell to one side of her cheek. She hastily wiped it away but then her heart couldn’t contain it anymore. So she let herself cried, sobbing slowly as she hugged all the gifts that she once presented it to him. Suddenly her mind wondered back to someone. She put down the plastic bag as her hand rumbling into her handbag instead to take out a small box from inside of it. She eyed the golden box closely before she opened it, revealing her twinkling engagement ring. Even though it was fake but she wanted to believe in it now. She will give her best to this wedding. All her hope was broken apart, nothing left to be cherished so she finally knew that she can concentrate on her new life with him. Kris Wu, that name lingered inside her mind as So Eun closed back the box. She kept it inside her handbag and walked away, leaving the plastic bag gave by Kim Bum just now forgotten on the road.

She crossed the main road to take the cap at the nearest bus stop but on her way to reach there, suddenly two black cars appeared in front of her, conquering her way. So Eun frowned nervously as suddenly four men came out from it. So Eun was startled to see them as she tried to escape from them but the fully dressed in black men were now surrounding her, trapping her from running away.

“Wai…wait!!!”, So Eun shouted but was covered by a tall man that came to approach her from her back. She struggled to free herself by kicking the men but they were way too strong from her. Lastly, she ended up being stuck into one of the black tinted cars as it zoomed away in lightning speed, taking So Eun to an unknown and mysterious place.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO

Kris threw down the script that he held inside his hand before he got up from his seat. He put his hands on his hips as he walked back and forward inside the studio. Finally he stopped and glared to the producer of the program.

“Seriously, where the hell she is???”, Kris blurted out, raising his voice high to him. The producer clutched his heart, startled by Kris’s rough tone but he shook his head again.

“Like I told you earlier, I’m not sure about it…we sent our people to look at her house but she was nowhere to be seen…”, he answered him as he rolled his eyes. Kris smirked but he landed his on the chair again.

“Is she suffering for some weird brain damage or something??? Doesn’t she remember that we have our rehearsal tonight?”, he kept on mumbling as the producer cleared his throat loudly and shifted in his seat uncomfortably, tired to tame this spoilt brat.

“If you’re so worry about her…why don’t you just go and find her for yourself??? We can hold the rehearsal as you’re out…”, he suggested to him but Kris jerked up his eyebrow annoyingly.

“Hell no I will go and find her… a dwarf alien like her will find a way to be here…”, Kris replied again as he leaned on the chair and crossed his arms, determined to wait for her. But then he glared up to the clock on the wall. It was five minutes to midnight yet she hasn’t show up inside this studio. Kris started to feel bad about this but he ignored the worries as he grabbed the script back and tried to memorize on it. Suddenly he frowned when the lines of sentences changed into So Eun’s face. He pictured her being snatched by the thief because she was admiring the engagement ring that he gave her this morning, now she was crying alone at the side of the road and finally Kris saw the images of So Eun being murder by his evil mother. Kris shook his head in major mental rejection, trying to clear all the bad thoughts before he put down the script and controlling his rapid breathes. Why did he feel worry about her??? Finally, Kris gave up his ego and stormed out from the studio, making the producer to glance weirdly but then he continued with his work.

“You better show up in front of me right now, dwarf alien!”, Kris cursed under his breath as he stumbled into his car and at once zoomed away to start finding her. He drove so fast that only fifteen minutes later, Kris found himself standing stupidly in front of So Eun’s shop.

“Aish!!! What am I doing here???!!!!”, he asked questioningly as he crumpled his hair in frustration. He bit his lips but then he started to knock on the empty shop.

“Yah, dwarf alien! Are you here??? Yah, quit playing hide and seek with me! Do you hear me??? Come out now!”, he yelled as he kept on knocking loudly on the door. Ten minutes later, still, no one was answering him. So Kris sighed in despair as he weakly walked back to his car. Before he enters it, he glanced back toward the shop.

“Yah, Kim So Eun!!! Where the hell are you actually???”, he shouted on top of his lungs, frustrated with a stuck feeling inside his heart. He hated it that he didn’t manage to find her. Finally gave up, he let go of a long sigh before he got inside his car. Shutting the door hard, when suddenly his phone rang loudly. Kris cursed toward it but he grabbed the phone and answered it without even looking to its caller ID.

“What do you want???”, he asked the latter with such fierce voice as he heard a girl chuckled. Kris stiffened on his seat. He recognized this voice.

“Hello, Kris oppa…how do you do???”, Sooyoung asked him gently as Kris bit his lips. He missed her so much. He missed her lovely voice. Noticing that Kris kept himself silence, so Sooyoung said again.

“Oppa…I just want to congrats you on your wedding…”, she told him as a small laugh followed her words.

“I can finally die in peace right now…knowing that such a good girl will take care of you…”, Kris started to frown and grabbed hold of the steering when he heard her saying about ‘die’.

“Sooyoung ah…what are you actually talking about???”, he asked her worriedly as Sooyoung chuckled over the line.

“Don’t worry, oppa…it’s not going to hurt me at all…because someone told me that if we fall down from the high place…the feeling is great…it’s like flying in the sky…so I don’t have to suffer anymore for losing you…”, she started to mumble about ridiculous thing as Kris groaned angrily at her.

“Don’t think of something stupid! Where are you right now??? I’ll come and pick you up!”, Kris said as he flipped on the key, making the engine to groan loudly at once. Instead, Sooyoung was laughing wickedly to him.

“You can’t save me, oppa…I don’t have the gut to live anymore…but sorry to say this…I’m afraid that I have to steal the spotlight from your wedding news because tomorrow the front page will be about me…a girl who falls down from the top of a building…hahahaha!!! It is way more interesting than that wedding news of yours…”, she scared him again with her bloody words as Kris shouted to her.

“You better stop all this nonsense, Sooyoung! I’m not going to tolerate with it!”, Kris scolded her but she had now started to cry.

“You know, oppa…I’ve met that bride of yours…Kim So Eun sshi…she’s pretty, isn’t she??? We shared the same ‘S’ together and she even offered me a cup of delicious black coffee…how kind-hearted she is…so now I know that I can die in relief because the perfect girl is there…for you…”, she ended as she shut the line off so immediately that Kris banged his phone away angrily. He gripped tighter on the steering as he stared forward. He was dead worried about So Eun but he have to save Sooyoung at the very same time. He couldn’t let her die just like that because of him. So Eun or Sooyoung??? Kris cursed hard under his breath but he knew he have to choose…before everything was too late.

To be continued…

"I was supposed to be his wedding planner, not his bride!"

Chapter 56: Oh my god really long story..but i enjoyed it but my eyes and neck are tired hahah and maybe because it was 3 stories in one ;) they all have unique and different story but same start..haha bride instead of planner, really nice idea..hha but hmm I was more of always eager to read luhan and yoobi's part..not saying other two were boring but luhan and yoobi's story idea i find it extra interesting..hmm any plan to make luhan n yoobi fic like you did with kris and so eun..coincidently I really like so eun since bof days :) and go ara since who are you? days ..well and tho I haven't watched yoobi's drama..I found her cutely charming..haha I enjoyed all the story but if krid never married sooyoung, why didn't he went to look for soeun? But it was cruel you know so eun had to divorce him that way..if I was so eun I guess I will never forgive anyone esp who suggested that idea..hahhah but thanks I had wonderful time reading :D
