"Todays episode is a very special once since we invited a very hot group right now, Legend!" Park Eunyeong introduced.
"Hello we are forever Legend!" the group clapped to the crowds cheers.
"Our doctors today are Dr. An Jihyeon and Dr. Kang Jaeheon," Eun Jiwon greeted the two doctors.
"You girls are even thinner in person," Hwijae pointed out. "Every girl in the country is envious of your bodies."
"Your health should come before your appearance," Hye Rin slowly said.
"The problem is most girls are extremely focused on the number on the scale, rather than what they look like or how they feel," Eunyeong sympathized.
"There were rumors going around during your Tell Me Your Wish Genie promotions that you girls lost even more weight," Jiwon stated. "It looks like Legend is up there with Girls' Generation when it comes to controversy with body weight and if you girls are actually healthy."
The members nodded, some voicing their agreement. It was a serious problem with the entertainment industry, and they knew it, the problem was that the bigwigs didn't want to change what was working in their favor.
"I think that, compared to other idol groups, we eat very well," Haneul said.
"During promotions we're on stricter diets, but more to make sure we're eating everything we need to eat," Yerim revealed. "We have two managers and our female one is in charge of our diets, she's very strict with what we do and don't eat but we always eat healthy with the occasional treat."
"Have any of you had any weight issues growing up?" Jiwon asked, a soft look on his face.
The maknae visibly hesitated, but she shakily raised a pale hand. "I was on the larger side when I was in elementary school."
"How did you lose weight?"
"Dieting mostly, not much exercise."
"The rest of you never had weight problems?" Eunyeong cocked an eyebrow in question.
The members shared looks, Seol Ae admitting, "Some of the us had a little weight on us when we were trainees, but nothing very excessive. Some of us don't even eat that much to begin with."
"Ah, this is when they're different than Girls' Generation," Hwijae and the crowd laughed.
The hidden screen (to the side and out of camera line) began to play, playing a video regarding idol diets like Girls' Generation rumored 1200 calorie diet, Sulli's plastic baggie diet and multiple others that idols have 'shared' with the world. It high lighted the fact that most idols ate crap, showing how in the behind the scenes of music videos there would always be buffets of street food and convenience store snacks, everything high in fat and salt content available to them with no healthy options, the question given to Legend was 'What's the most common food of every idols diet?'.
The members thought for a bit before writing down their answers on their piece of paper.
"1...2...3, show us!"
The girls held up their individual answers.
"Sky-ssi wrote 'instant ramen'."
"I've heard a lot of idols eat mostly instant ramen, especially during promotions," she explained.
"Yerim-ssi?"
"I wrote 'chicken '. I hear every idol who says they're on a diet say they eat this."
"Holly-ssi and Chris-ssi said the same thing?" Eunyeong questioned, to which two said members nodded.
"Seol Ae-ssi wrote down 'sweet potatoes'."
"I thought of the sweet potato diet that was really popular," the visual laughed.
"Rui-ssi wrote 'tofu'."
"It's one of the healthier diets, it has a lot of good things in it and is filling," she explained.
"And Minhwa-ssi wrote-" Eunyeong burst into laughter at the maknae's answer. Minhwa lifted her board to half-hide her face behind it in embarrassment when the audience joined in laughter.
"Kimchi?" Jiwon questioned, amused.
"I couldn't think of anything," she softly said, looking down.
The video began playing again, revealing the answer
